Abstract:
Human error can be prevented by measuring human reliability through the Human Reliability Assessment approach. PT A is a national scale salt producer that produces salt. The quality division identifies human error problems made by operators in the salt refining process. This study aims to identify, calculate probability values, and provide recommendations for improvement to reduce human error in salt refining production operators. HEART and SHERPA are research approaches used because they are considered the most suitable for this study. The results showed that the most visible human error for the error mode category was C2, incomplete checking, and 42 error modes because the operator infrequently did a complete check. The process with the highest Human Error Probability value is the drying process 1, with a value of 7.49. In contrast, the process with the most minor Human Error Probability value score of 0.085 is the bagging process 2. Human error prevention efforts are carried out for each process based on the highest score on the Human Error Probability Index, including Personal Protective Equipment, Standard Operating Procedures, and training to improve operator skills.

Abstract:
Garment production with men's jacket products still finds products with poor quality and a high percentage of defects. The method used in this study is the PDCA approach with seven quality tools. The purpose of this study is to determine the cause of defects, provide solutions to repair these problems by reducing product defects, and reduce the percentage of dominant defects in the Finishing section. This study found that the factors causing the damage were human, machine, method, material, and environmental factors. Meanwhile, improvement efforts are contained in the Action stage, namely 5W+1H. The results of these improvements have an impact on the reduction of finishing defects from 17.8% to 11.8% which means a decrease in defects by 33.7% every month in the finishing section. The implications of this research can be used as a reference to reduce similar problems in the garment industry process. The combination of the PDCA approach and seven repair tools results in a defect percentage control system using a control chart so that defects will be controlled and corrective actions will be taken quickly.

Abstract:
Horseshoe is used to avoid the failures of horse's hooves due to extreme impact and wear loads. The horse's hooves are repeatedly subjected to loadings during walking, trotting, running and jumping. In this research, we introduce a newly developed horseshoes made of polymeric composite materials. The horseshoes are placed inside the leather boot; it is a specially designed for horse. The process of making horseshoes and horse boots were discussed and the responses of the horse shoes as well as horses were analyzed. The horses were subjected to a series of testing, e.g., walking, trotting, and running. The result of the tests indicate that horseshoes and horse boots are quite strong, light, and safe to be used on horses. The response of horses shows that the horseshoe and boots are quite comfortable for them. This can be seen because there are no significant behavioral changes of the horse before and after wearing the boot. After being used to, it was shown that there is no damage or crack of the horseshoe. Therefore, it can be concluded that the composite horseshoe is safe and good to be used as horseshoe material.

Abstract:
The workforce has an important role in increasing production at PT. XYZ. The contribution of labor is interpreted into the resulting productivity. Therefore, it is important to know what variables can affect labor productivity. in this study using work discipline variables to see its effect on employee productivity. The results obtained that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, which is 66.70%. and 33.30% possibility of being influenced by other variables not included in this case.

Abstract:
Asset management is needed in asset inventory. The preparation of an asset inventory is taken into account the aspects of asset management and risk management. The measurement results with SEM obtained APC values and values < 0.05 and AVIF < 5 so that the relationship between the criteria for asset management and risk management has a significant effect on the design of asset information systems. Measurement of risk management obtained 4 critical risks that affect the design of asset information systems. One of the asset information systems that meet the criteria of being integrated, easy to manage, and easy to update the data is a QR code-based check sheet. Its use in a small scope is easier to implement than using a database system.

Abstract:
The success of an organization or company in carrying out tasks with the aim of realizing the company's vision, mission, and goals can be seen from the performance of its human resources. So far, PDAM Tirtanadi's employee performance measurement is still focused on the financial aspect and based on a preliminary questionnaire, employee performance is in the poor category. So that this research has the aim of designing indicators and measuring employee performance with the Human Resource Scorecard (HRSc) approach. HRSc is a performance measurement based on 4 perspectives, namely finance, employees, internal business processes, and growth. From the results of data collection and processing, 16 indicators and 18 key performance indicators (KPI) were obtained, so that by using the Likert scale method and questionnaire in each perspective, the measurement value was 3.385 with a less category.

Abstract:
This article aims to address the impacts that companies can have with the application of machine learning to carry out their demand forecasts, knowing that a more accurate demand forecast improves the performance of companies, making them more competitive. The methodology used was a literature review through descriptive, qualitative and with bibliographical surveys in International Journal from 2010 – 2022 by different authors. Findings show that the references prove that demand forecasting with the use of machine learning brings many benefits to organizations, for example, since the results are more accurate, there is better inventory management, consequently customer satisfaction for having the product at the right time and place. Further, this article concludes and suggests that the use of machine learning is able to identify variables that affect the demands, with this it makes a forecast closer to reality and helps managers to make more accurate decisions, improving strategic planning and supply chain management. of company supplies.

Abstract:
A flood is natural disaster that often occurs in many regions. Flood has a significant impact on the nature conditions, local communities, and regional economic losses. The flood can happen due to a damaged environmental system; therefore, it needs deeper study and extra effort to prevent it. Thus, an appropriate and right Disaster Relief Operation (DRO) is needed in responding to flood disaster. In this research, 50 articles categorized in "flood disaster relief operation" published in the range 2012 to 2022 have been reviewed. This review is conducted by using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. This study aims to explore and analyze flood DRO. The findings reveal that the flood DRO still has several weaknesses in the current system that should be improved: the lack of an integrated information system, not enough collaboration of the stakeholders, the lateness of information exchange, and unplanned relief operations through the preparation. For further research, it is recommended to implement the proposed system in the relief operations execution.

Abstract:
Prevention of Covid-19 is important for research in order to reduce positive cases that occur in Indonesia. One of the popular research is using analytical method. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between work activity behavior, government and community regulations and social distancing as a mediator in preventing an increase in Covid-19 cases in West Java. This research method uses path analysis model. Social distancing variables directly have a positive and significant impact on preventing positive cases of Covid-19, meaning that with social distancing the spread of the Covid-19 virus can be reduced. The effect of social distancing on the prevention of positive cases of Covid-19 is 87% and the remaining 13% is due to the influence of other factors. Based on the four variables used as predictors of the prevention of Covid-19 cases, the social distance variable is the strongest variable that affects the prevention of positive cases of Covid-19 compared to the other three variables. Social distancing is very important to reduce the spread of Covid-19 cases. The implication of this research shows that awareness of people's behavior by keeping a distance is very important to prevent the Covid-19 virus.

Abstract:
Rapid technological developments have led to increasingly fierce competition, especially in the coffee industry. PT XYZ as a company engaged in the processing of coffee beans must continue to improve the quality of products in order to continue to compete. However, in the last 3 years there has been an increase in the number of defective coffee beans, in 2020 by 21.4%. This thesis discusses how to reduce the level of coffee bean defects by using the quality improvement method by following the stages in six sigma, and looking for the causes of these defects. The calculation results obtained that the DPMO at PT XYZ is 0.1790 and the sigma value is 2.42. Factors causing the increasing number of defective coffee beans are materials, machines, and the environment. Some of the solutions are to check the time of purchasing raw materials from farmers before buying raw materials from collectors, make and schedule routine inspections of machines or replace machines that are not suitable for use, provide training to operators and make SOPs and work instructions for each job. stations, Purchase of water content detectors for coffee raw materials, and add a green house.

Abstract:
Supply Chain method approach has become a resource for companies to build a sustainable competitive advantage in this complex and volatile competitive environment. Numerous recent literature studies on supply. However, comprehensive analysis, clearly identifying the supply chain relationships used and finding the impact of this relationship on supply chain performance are still lacking. Therefore, this research has the main objective to review past studies on the implementation of supply chain in SMEs, as well as to research the literature to analyze how SMEs have implemented supply chain management approaches. To understand the role of supply chains in SMEs conducted a comprehensive literature review, which resulted in the identification and analysis of 20 high quality international journal articles, published between 2017 and 2021 in English. Based on the findings from this literature review, there are methods or frameworks that can be used by researchers to understand the implementation of Supply Chain Integration in business that can improve performance, efficiency, added customer value, or even competitive advantage. Then, the researcher realizes the need to conduct a literature review to see new developments and findings that have appeared in previous studies. The result is a detailed analysis of the main findings and insights obtained.

Abstract:
The number of entrepreneurs who are expected to become innovative industries in Indonesia only reached 0.24% of Indonesia's total population. College plays an important role in motivating young graduates to become technopreneurship. The number of innovations that arise compared to innovative product innovations is still very minimum every year. The main problem faced by students is that 52.15% of students don’t continue their innovation products because they don’t get funding 13.50% of students don’t continue their innovation products because they don’t know what to do, do, and don't get technical guidance, 11.66% of students want to graduate on time, 10.44% don’t get mentors/coaches who know how to develop and guide students well, 6.75% of students that there is no incubation platform, 5.5% of students do not dare to take the risk to enter the technopreneur world. Researchers then designed a dynamic model of technopreneur incubation and simulated a design model that aims to see how far the model can help innovative products get funding. The simulation was conducted with three scenarios. The result was 17.6% increase when the incubation program was extended, an increase of 27.46% when there was an improvement in infrastructure and 21.47% when mentor capacity was lowered.

Abstract:
More specific knowledge about Quality Function Deployment (QFD) has grown rapidly. There is a lot of research on the application of QFD in various industrial sectors including manufacturing, construction and services. However, it is still found at least the implementation of QFD in health services. This paper aims to provide a broad understanding and knowledge of the application of QFD in the healthcare industry. This paper also informs that QFD is a method that is not yet popular to be applied in the service industry, including health services. The approach used is Systematic Literature Review. This paper involves a review study of various papers from well-known databases related to the implementation of QFD in the healthcare industry. The results showed that QFD can improve service and create customer satisfaction. QFD is a tool that can be used to assist companies in improving services by translating consumer desires into the company's technical characteristics. QFD applications are also often integrated with other approaches so that QFD can be said as a complementary method that is able to provide maximum results. This paper provides benefits for practitioners to increase knowledge and references to improve company performance related to QFD applications in health services.

Abstract:
Blood supply is an important part that is very influential on health because almost all blood types are necessary for medical activities. This condition makes blood management very important, but improper blood management can cause a waste that results in huge final costs and causes losses for both the customer and the blood supplier. In this case, Monte Carlo simulation can be used to develop several policies that can optimize blood inventory levels and minimize inventory costs at Indonesian Red Cross XYZ. In this simulation, input data required are blood donor supply and Packed Red cells (PRC) demand data, this data will be used to determine the shortage and expired rate. From simulation will be obtained shortage rate of 33 blood bags and an expired rate of 75 blood bags with inventory cost Rp. 36,226,964. Monte Carlo simulation will make new policy rules with increasing the supply of whole blood (WB) which will be used as a component of the PRC and reducing the supply level. From these simulation results, the best policy will gain and applied at PMI XYZ to optimize inventory cost.

Abstract:
In order to reduce the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Indonesia, the government has made various innovations to lessen the MMR. One of the improvement is to put in force Maternal Perinatal Death Notification (MPDN) technology. But in the implementation, there are still many hospitals and health centers in North Sumatra that have not longer applied MPDN optimally. Considering that North Sumatra is one of the provinces with the very best MMR in Indonesia, the utilization of MPDN desires to be extended in North Sumatera. In preceding research, it became stated that the readiness and recognition of a technology will have an affect on the successful implementation of the technology. Abstract:
The Sri Tanjung Cracker Company is an MSME that produces fish crackers. Currently, the Sri Tanjung cracker company lacks structured risk management, particularly in supply chain activities One of the known risks is that companies run out of raw materials, suppliers who ship late, and defective products. The goal of this study was to identify risks and develop appropriate preventive measures to reduce risks in the fish cracker production supply chain. This study maps supply chain operations using the SCOR model then uses the HOR method to classify risks and related mitigation strategies using Pareto diagrams and a probability impact matrix model. The results showed that the HOR phase 1 model comprises 60 risk events, 35 risk agents, and 7 priority risk agents for HOR phase 2 computation. HOR phase 2 shows 4 mitigation strategies that need to be addressed first. To conduct further research, if the suggested action is in the form of preventive action, it is required to quantify the impact of risk reduction and can add variables in the review of risk events, risk agents, and preventive measures to identify supply chain activities at the Sri Tanjung Fish Cracker Company.

Abstract:
Value Stream Mapping (VSM) is a technique used in the lean principle that helps analyze the flow of materials and information needed to bring a product or service to the customer. VSM has received a lot of attention in the industrial sector from both the manufacturing industry and the service industry. The development of VSM tools has grown rapidly. Much of the research using VSM tools is carried out in industry and universities. This literature review aims to provide an overview of the implementation of Value Stream Mapping in the service industry and to find out its implications. This paper involves a review study of 45 papers related to a case study of VSM implementation in the service industry. The study was conducted using the Google Scholar database, Researchgate, ProQuest, Elsevier. This paper provides an advantage for the service industry to find problems related to waiting times. This paper extends the knowledge and study of the application of VSM as an unexplored tool in several branches of industry. VSM can also serve as a complementary approach, capable of increasing outcomes in many areas other than services. This paper also provides benefits for future researchers to add insights and references for studies related to VSM in the service industry sector.

Abstract:
Performance measurement is needed to evaluate the condition of the company. Based on preliminary discussions with the company, the company's performance measurement still focused on the financial aspects and has not carried out a comprehensive performance measurement involving other aspects of the company that is also important to know its performance. So, the company does not know the substantive condition of the company. The purpose of this research is to identify the position by using the Baldrige excellence framework (BEF) so that the company knows its condition and can improve and enhance the company's performance. Baldrige excellence framework used to identify the position of the company using seven criteria, namely leadership, strategy, customers, knowledge management, workforce, operations, and results. After identifying the company's position with the baldrige excellence framework, then analysis is carried out to find the root cause of the problem based on the Baldrige Excellence Framework assessment using a fishbone diagram. The maximum score of the Baldrige Excellence Framework is 1000. Based on the assessment, the results showed that the company was in the Early Result category with a value of 314,25. It means that the company is already at a good early stage to achieve the company's excellent performance.

Abstract:
In doing a job manually such as moving, lifting a certain material needs to be evaluated to minimize the risk of work accidents. The research that will be conducted is the evaluation of manual material handling on the removal and removal of thiners. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of work biomechanics in minimizing the risk of spinal cord injury and providing improvement in work activities. The methods used in this research are Nordic Body Map, NIOSH, Rapid Entire Body Assessment, L5 / S1 (Fc) Force and Energy Consumptions. Abstract:
The Markov chain hypothesis is the hypothesis discussed in stochastic interactions, and has several applications. Abstract:
There is a concern to use masks during physical activities when exercising and working. Wearing masks during physical activity will pose a risk to physiological changes in the body and human heat strain by the principle of a mask can block the respiratory tract. This study aims to determine how much the human physiological changes quantitatively and qualitatively when using different types of medical masks, cloths and N95. There were 10 respondents as a sample of this study. The results obtained show that the different types of masks to the physiological response of the human body, cloth masks can affect the physiological changes the highest compared to medical masks and N95. The subjective response in the form of thermal comfort, mask sensation, and thermal sensation shows that of the 3 types of masks, the N95 mask is the mask that is the most uncomfortable when worn. The recommendations of the 3 types of masks are medical masks because they affect the slightest increase in the risk of heat stress while the cloth masks have the highest increase in tympanic temperature and Physiological Strain Index.

Abstract:
Public Health Center X is the first level health facility service provider in subdistrict X. Established in 1975, UPT Puskesmas X has never conducted a feasibility study which has been regulated since 2014. Based on these problems, this study aims to conduct a feasibility study on a new building. Aspects contained in Permenkes No. 75 of 2014 namely aspects of location, buildings, facilities and infrastructure, health equipment, personnel, and organization. There is a health center design stage which is made in accordance with the criteria of the Minister of Health No. 75 of 2014. Based on the results of research conducted on the new building of Public Health Center X, it is known that the location aspect meets 87.5% of the location criteria, the building aspect meets 100% of the building suitability, the facilities and infrastructure aspect meets 100% of the eligibility criteria, the equipment aspect only meets 34% of the equipment that must be owned, the manpower aspect fulfills 73% of the total workforce owned, and the organizational aspect meets 100% of the conformity of the organizational structure, so that overall Public Health Center X has a feasibility percentage of 82.4%. Public Health Center X needs to evaluate and improve. Improvements were made to the location aspect, namely, parking facilities by increasing the capacity of the parking lot. Then do the procurement and purchase of medical equipment because there are still 66% of equipment that is lacking, as well as adding health workers to the positions of public health workers, environmental health workers, and workers.

Abstract:
Work accidents are things that must be avoided, so that's not inflicted loss on the company and the workers. However, several workers still not pay attention to occupational health and safety regulations and in the work area still found several potential hazards. The research is conducted at PT Pindo Deli Pulp and Paper Mills Indonesia in Karawang Regency and focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance activities that prevent paper machine breakdown. The purpose of this study is to measure how big the potential hazard and impact by using Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) method. This method is a systematic study, which aims to find the factors that causing work accidents and find out how big the potential accidents and their impacts. The data is collected by distributing questionnaires to the employee. The results show that hazards caused by the work area and the workers themselves are 18% and 82%, respectively. Based on the severity, the number of extreme, high, medium and low risk hazards are 1, 8, 1 and 1, respectively.

Abstract:
A customer is someone who repeatedly comes to the same place when he wants to buy an item or get service because he is satisfied with the goods or services. Companies must understand the needs and desires of customers in order to satisfy customer needs. Technology that is currently developing is electric cars, especially the Neighborhood Electric Vehicle (NEV) with the application of smartphones. Conventional dashboards can be replaced with smartphones Android-based. Fulfillment of customer satisfaction with smartphone dashboard products is identified by conducting a customer desires survey and categorized it using the Kano model. The survey was conducted on 14 attributes by producing three categories, such as one dimensional, attractive and indifferent. The Android dashboard is built based on survey results instruments. The use of Arduino nano and ESP32 as controllers that process vehicle instrument data sent using Wi-Fi in real time to Android-based smartphones has a maximum error of 5% for speed data.

Abstract:
The development of the food and beverage business is still recorded as a number of high developments in this world, the types of food and beverage in various forms have increased because food is one of the basic needs that must be met. Lazatto is a food industry that is engaged in various fields of fast food restaurants by producing processed chicken. The problems that occur at Lazatto are the inability to maximize the amount of chicken production, optimize the production time for employees, and the distribution channel to determine the shortest route to utilize raw materials. The purpose of this research is to analyze the optimization of working time using the Hungarian method or assignment, the amount of production using the Branch and Bound method, and the distribution line using the Minimum Spanning Tree method. The results showed that the optimal working time is 83 minutes or 1 hour 23 minutes / one time production, the amount of production in one production is 23 pieces with a combination of 5 pieces of geprek chicken, 4 pieces of sadas chicken, and 14 pieces of fried chicken, with The optimal total distance for the distribution of raw materials is 137.6 km.

Abstract:
The laboratory has an important thing to in producing graduates who are ready to work. In the laboratory itself, of course, it requires supporting facilities so that the participants can carry out learning activities properly. This is the same as the activity of developing a Product Design and Innovation laboratory at the Institut Teknologi Del which requires supporting facilities for its users. The purpose of this research is to design ergonomic desk and chair tutorial facilities that meets to users requirement. The method this research uses 12 ergonomic principles to identify user needs and translate them into Ergonomic Function Deployment (EFD) to develop House of Quality(HOQ) and designed by an anthropometric approach. The results of this study are the design of the tutorial desk and chair facilities with the 5-95th percentile of student body to meet their design use.

Abstract:
Assessment of service performance is important for the sustainability and existence of the company in the market. Objective performance measurement can be done to see the internal strength of the company and can also show how the company competes with companies that cover the same area. J&T Express Meulaboh, which is a shipping service company in Meulaboh City, has never measured customer satisfaction, the management considers the services provided to be quite good, seen from visitors who use their services. An assessment of the company's performance has not been carried out so that it is not maintained whether it has used its resources efficiently and optimally. Measurement of company service performance is carried out using the Service Quality (Servqual) method to measure the level of customer satisfaction and the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method to measure the company's efficiency value. The result of the 5 servqual gap calculation shows that all service quality attributes owned by J&T Express Meulaboh are negative, which indicates that J&T Express service performance has not met the expectations of customers who use its services. The results of calculations using the DEA method show that J&T Express Meulaboh is quite good and efficient with an efficient value of 1.

Abstract:
Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is important to maintain and improve so that the quality of human resources in the company is always in prime condition. Every company has a different level or level of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). PT. XYZ is a company that uses corrosive materials, therefore Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) analyst at PT XYZ is needed. The Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) analysis carried out in this study used the FMEA method to determine which part of the production process had Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) that needed repair the most. From the research results, it was found that the highest Risk Priority Number (RPN) value was the pickling and degreasing production process.

Abstract:
PT. X is a services and manufacturing company. PT. Y is one of some of industrial companies use the services of PT. X, is one of the biggest chemical fertilizer producer in Southeast Asia. PT Y uses 66 belt-conveyors for distributing the material. In order to arrange maintenance schedule, used preventive maintenance calculations using Failure Mode Effect and Critically Analysis method (FMECA). Preventive maintenance is used to schedule the maintenance of the conveyor belt’s components (belt and primary cleaner). Data analysis obtained a critical belt values are 2.521𝑥10−3 and 1.863𝑥10−3, respectively, on the primary cleaner component. Furthermore, effective maintenance and evaluation time intervals which obtained for belt components is indicating operation time with 92% reliability level or about 215 hours.

Abstract:
In heat exchanger analysis using the Earth Air Heat Exchanger method, the overall heat transfer coefficient is known. This tool uses tubes in its design. The weakness of tube and plate type heat exchangers is the relatively low heat transfer coefficient, which can only reach a maximum of 60%. Therefore, a method to improve the heat transfer efficiency is using a fin. The purpose of this study is to calculate and compare the effectiveness (ε) value of experimental and theoretical of the Earth Air Heat Exchanger, as well as to find out the value of the coefficient of performance. The result showed that the average COP value of the experimental result is 0.63 at a speed of 1 m / s, 0.54 at the speed of 2 m / s, and 0.75 at the speed of 3 m / s, while theoretically is 0 , 73 at 1 m / s, 0.57 at 2 m / s, and 0.80 at 3m / s. For the value of the average effectiveness of the experimental results obtained 0.85 at the speed of 1 m / s, 0.93 at the speed of 2 m / s, and 0.89 at the speed of 3 m / s, while the theoretical result is 0.995 at the speed of 1 m / s, 0.997 at 2 m / s, and 0.998 at 3 m / s.

Abstract:
Inventory management is one of the most important aspects in light steel construction business activities. The application of inventory management affects the continuity of the production process and improves the quality of service to consumers. Inventory is defined as an asset which includes goods owned by the company and has the potential to be sold within a certain business period in an effort to meet consumer needs at any time. Galvalume raw material inventory for the spandex roof production process often suffers from shortages due to immature planning. The shortage of inventory causes production not to run smoothly. The purpose of inventory management in this paper is to obtain an inventory policy to optimize the total inventory cost. The method used in this study is economic order quantity. Based on the results and discussion. Ordering raw materials will be made 6 times in a year with an order quantity of 116 with a safety stock of 12 units and will be ordered again when the raw materials are in 46 units. Total Inventory Cost (TIC) which was originally IDR 26.350.191,- can be saved to IDR 21.038.827,- so that the total savings that occurred amounted to IDR 5.311.364,- (20,15%).

Abstract:
A company is required to perform activities effectively and efficiently, employee assignment problems must be done optimally, the high element of subjectivity will cause miscommunication between employees to distribute an item. This research was conducted on UMKM bakers who have not optimized the problem of employee assignment and distribution process. With this research is expected to increase corporate competition. Then the researchers used the Penalty method to allocate employees to obtain optimal results and networking methods to solve distribution problems. Data obtained from the observation results will be tested according to the method used. After the results are obtained manually the results are then compared with lingo and POM-QM software programs. The results of the research assignment were Andik distributing bread to Karang Indah, Budiman distributing bread to Jatirasa, Saepul distributing bread to Karang Pawitan, Indra distributing bread to Nagasari, Maman distributing bread to Kepuh, Aep distributing bread to Johar, and Jamhari distributing bread to Cinangoh. Total sales of 1039 pieces of bread. The distribution network results from the research are Companies – Nagasari, Companies – Jatirasa, Jatirasa – Karang Indah, Nagasari – Johar, Karang Indah – Karang Pawitan, Karang Pawitan – Kepuh, Johar – Cinangoh. The total distance traveled is 7550 m.

Abstract:
PT. Pindo Deli is a national company that produces paper, which is located in Kutamekar Village BTB6/9, Karawang Regency, West Java. It produces various types of paper with a market share of 60% for exports and 40% for domestic. The condition of the Covid-19 pandemic also has an impact on the marketing and sales of paper, namely a decrease in the number of requests from the export and domestic markets. This condition certainly has affected the marketing department because it is still determined to be able to sell paper to the market. Job as marketing tend to have a high risk of mental workload, because they are required to always involve the brain's performance in completing their work. The purpose of this study is to measure the level of mental workload in the marketing department at the manager level, namely the regional managers and product managers in meeting their job demands, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used to measure the mental workload of managers is NASA TLX method. From the research results, it is found that 42% of manager had a high level of mental workload and the remaining 58% were in the very high category.

Abstract:
Fire is a threat to human safety. With the rapid development and progress of development, the risk of fire is increasing. The population is getting denser, the construction of office buildings, residential areas, and industries that are increasingly developing so that these areas have a level of vulnerability to the risk of fire. Therefore, the existence of the Fire Prevention and Fire Service is needed. The problem that often occurs is the length of time the Fire Prevention and Fire Department gets to the scene of the fire. This causes huge losses to the community both in funds and lives. This study’s purpose is to improve the efficiency of service time at the Fire Prevention and Department of the Fire so that losses due to fire can be minimized. The method used is Lean Service and for the design using the 5S method. The results of this paper that the value added activity amount 37%, while the non-value added activity amount 63%. These results indicate the need for a reduction in activity so that processing time is more efficient. The result of this analysis using Fishbone Diagram and FMEA, it was found that the most cause of the highest failure mode was activity in the storage area for equipment and personal protective equipment that was difficult to reach and irregular so that the best layout was designed using the 5S Method.

Abstract:
PT XYZ memiliki risiko laba bersih yang tidak sesuai dengan target. Penelitian dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengembangkan early warning system berbasis risiko sebagai tindakan dalam manajemen risiko. Penelitian dilakukan dengan dua tahapan, yaitu menentukan indikator laba dan membuat early warning system. Dalam menentukan indikator, hal yang dilakukan adalah menguji indikator tersebut. Terdapat dua indikator dalam manajemen risiko, yaitu leading dan lagging indikator. Untuk leading indikator, proses yang dilakukan adalah pengumpulan data dan dilanjutkan mengolah data yaitu uji normalitas, analisis korelasi, dan analisis regresi linier. Untuk lagging indikator, dilakukan pengolahan data dengan melakukan pengkategorian laba yang dibagi menjadi tiga kategori yaitu aman, waspada dan bahaya. Berdasarkan data keuangan PT XYZ tahun 2006-2017, untuk leading indikator diperoleh hasil yang mempengaruhi laba yaitu HPP dan beban usaha. Dalam pembuatan dashboard early warning system diperlukan informasi mengenai latar belakang, dampak dari risiko yang ada, indikator yang mempengaruhi, serta informasi posisi laba menggunakan grafik maupun gauge. Early warning system dikeluarkan menggunakan data dua bulan sebelumya agar dapat dilakukan pendeteksian.

Hirarki AHP adalah sarana terstruktur untuk memodelkan keputusan yang ada. Ini terdiri dari tujuan keseluruhan, sekelompok opsi atau alternatif untuk mencapai tujuan, dan sekelompok faktor atau kriteria yang menghubungkan alternatif dengan tujuan. Kriteria selanjutnya dapat dipecah menjadi subkriteria dan sebagainya, dalam level sebanyak yang diperlukan masalah. Kriteria untuk penilaian teknologi pengolahan air limbah ditentukan melalui review literatur yang luas. Literatur adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan tentang suatu topik. Abstract:
Based on the initial discussion with people form Mosquito coil factory, there is a requirement to calculate the amount of waste from the factory. According to them, several wastes (in the form of liquid and solid waste) are produced in the process of making mosquito coils. The wastes are often scattered on the floor, causing the condition of the factory space to be unclean or dirty and can cause employees to get sick due to waste scattered on the floor. This research focuses on identifying the waste and to calculate the waste produced by each machine for the production of mosquito coils by using the Material Balance method. Material balance shows a quantitative analysis of material inputs, outputs and wastes / waste at each stage of the production process. Material balance calculation is done in the process of Sifting Coconut Shell Flour, Sifting Process for Coffee Skin Flour, Process for Sifting Wood Flour, Sifting Flour Sifting Process, Onggok Flour Cooking Process, Mixing Material into Mosquito Coe Dough, Mosquito Dough Sifting Process, Forming Process of Paste Paste Plate , The Process of Printing Paste Slabs Into Wet Double Coil, Drying Double Wet Coil Process, Drying and Separation Process of Baking Sheet with Dry Double Coil, Grinding Process of Broken Dry Double Coil, Process of Sifting Sweep Flour Falling on the Floor. Based on the observation, some of the waste obtained from each stage of the production process can be collected again and can be used again as a raw material for making mosquito coils.

PT. Kreasibeton Nusapersada merupakan perusahaan pabrik pengolahan ready mix concerete dan produk lainnya seperti tiang pancang, ryol dan udit. Pengolahan beton ini membutuhkan material seperti campuran antara kerikil, semen, pasir dan zat adiktif. Perusahaan memiliki supplier tetap untuk memasok bahan-bahan semen, kerikil, pasir dan zat adiktif. Untuk mengetahui jumlah optimal dalam pembelian bahan baku dan jumlah persediaan.. Berdasrkan perhitungan safety stock untuk semen yaitu 22,7 ton/ hari, pasir 16,15 ton/hari, batu 2-3 yaitu 13,69 ton/hari, batu 1-2 yaitu 18,5 ton/hari, batu guli yaitu 9,27 ton/hari dengan titik dimana perusahaan harus memesan ulang kembali pada saat semen berjumlah 119 ton di silo, pasir berjumlah 480 ton di stock yard,batu 2-3 berjumlah 300 ton di stock yard, batu 1-2 berjumlah 259 ton di stock yard dan batu guli berjumlah 60 ton di stock yard..

Abstract:
This research was conducted at one of the motorcycle dealers in Indonesia. Besides selling motorcycles, this dealer also provides services to repair motorcycles and sells genuine motorcycle parts. Inventory management which the company carried out is still not good enough because there are still demand for spare parts from consumers that cannot be fulfilled by the company. The purpose of this study is to draw up a plan to control spare parts by paying attention to the spare parts that need to be considered, estimating the exact number of spare parts demand, knowing the smallest total inventory cost, knowing the amount of safety stock needed, and knowing when to reorder. In preparing the spare parts control, the methods used are ABC analysis, demand forecasting method, and EOQ method. The results of this study are plans to control the inventory of Tire, Rr. such as the forecasting sales of Tire, Rr. as many as 17338, economic order quantity of Tire Rr are 2158 units, the number of safety stocks of Tire, Rr. needed in 2020 are 1738 units, and the reorder point in 2020 is 8 times with the total inventory cost for Tire, Rr. in 2020 is Rp. 30,009,005.

Abstract:
Engine performance will decrease when it is operated continuously so that maintenance is needed. Improper maintenance time intervals can reduce engine reliability and still causes machine damage suddenly. Therefore, maintenance time intervals must be determined precisely. This study aims to determine the engine maintenance time intervals using Reliability Theory and Age Replacement Model, then calculate the total maintenance cost. The result shows that the application of new maintenance time interval increases machine reliability.

Abstract:
Pariwisata adalah salah satu bidang yang berperan besar dalam pendapatan daerah. Perkembangan pariwisata dapat menambah pendapatan daerah secara signifikan. Penelitian ini menguraikan bagaimana mengembangkan objek wisata alam yang ada di Kabupaten Asahan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan jumlah wisatawan. Studi kasus dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh air terjun yang ada di Kabupaten Asahan. Sesuai data dari Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Asahan, air terjun yang ada di Kabupaten Asahan terdapat sebanyak empat air terjun. SWOT analysis akan digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi Strength, Weakness, Opportunity dan Threat pada objek penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil pada SWOT dengan menggunakan matriks Grand Strategy posisi Air Terjun Ponot ada di strategi SO, Air terjun Alam Tani ada pada strategi WO, Air terjun Simonang-monang ada pada strategi WO dan air Terjun Jatuhan Balok ada pada strategi WT. Abstract:
Persediaan bahan baku merupakan bahan terpenting dalam produksi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan. Pengendalian persediaan terhadap kuantitas bahan baku yang dilakukan gudang juga merujuk kepada proses produksi. Bahan baku dapat diperoleh dari supplier atau perusahaan yang menghasilkan bahan baku.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui total biaya persediaan semen dan mengetahui batas minimal dan maksimal untuk pemesanan semen yang harus dilakukan oleh perusahaan Cv.XYZ. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Metode Period Order Quantity POQdansizing Lot For Lot didapatkan dengan Metode sizing Lot For Lot adalah metode yang memiliki biaya yang paling rendah yaitu sebesar Rp 712,136 bila dibandingkan dengan metode Period Order Quantity (POQ) dengan biaya sebesar Rp 909,904 dan batas minimal dan maksimal pembelian semen adalah 90 sak. Abstract:
Salah satu ukuran performansi untuk menilai kecepatan pelayanan di IGD adalah waktu respon. Waktu respon adalah waktu antara pasien tiba di IGD hingga pasien ditangani oleh dokter IGD. Standar waktu respon berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 856 Tahun 2009 adalah maksimum 5 (lima) menit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan jumlah kebutuhan sumber daya manusia (dokter dan perawat) di IGD RSU HKBP Balige sehingga waktu respon terhadap pasien menjadi lebih cepat dan sesuai standar. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Discrete Event Simulation. Tujuan penelitian dicapai dengan membuat sebuah model simulasi IGD RSU HKBP Balige menggunakan perangkat lunak simulasi Arena dan melakukan eksperimen terhadap model simulasi tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa waktu respon rata-rata di IGD RSU HKBP Balige dapat diturunkan dari 8,61 menit menjadi 4,14 menit, serta waktu respon maksimum dari 26,30 menit menjadi 14,09 menit dengan penambahan sumber daya manusia sebanyak 2 dokter dan 3 perawat per shift.Kata kunci : pemotong, produktivitas, singkong, Metode Rasional.

Abstract:
Ikan bandeng merupakan ikan yang memiliki kaya akan kandungan gizi. Ikan bandeng memiliki kandungan protein yang tinggi dan rendah lemak. Salah satu kelompok yang melakukan budidaya ikan bandeng yaitu kelompok tani tambak bungkak. Kelompok tani ini bergerak penyaluran distribusi pasokan ikan bandeng ke pedagang pengumpul dan industri pengolahan ikan. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada kelompok tani tersebut yaitu pengelolaan masih tradisional, produktivitas rendah serta risiko rantai pasok seperti harga, lingkungan yang berpengaruh pada proses keberlanjutan bisnisnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko-risiko dan melakukan pengendalian risiko pada rantai pasok ikan bandeng. Metode yang digunakan adalah ANP (Analytical Network Process) dan FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis). Kedua metode tersebut dilakukan integrasi sehingga diperoleh nilai WRPN (weighted risk priority number) untuk prioritas risiko untuk dilakukan perbaikan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa prioritas tertinggi yaitu risiko produksi dengan nilai WRPN sebesar 186,26. Pengendalian risiko yang dilakukan yaitu edukasi luas lahan budidaya ikan bandeng dan pemberian pinjaman untuk memperluas lahan, pembuatan waduk untuk penampungan air untuk mempermudah pengairan, dan pemberian nutrisi tambahan untuk ikan dan mengatur kondisi air

Abstract:
Cassava chips are a daily staple food for the community, cassava chips have a distinctive form that has never been changed since the first time they were made, namely a circular flat with a crispy texture. Cassava chips are food products made from cassava which have been known for a long time in Indonesia, cassava chips are also widely favored by the Indonesian people because they have a delicious, nutritious taste and the price is also affordable. Based on observations at SMEs know in the village of Manggar, Sluke District, Rembang Regency. It is known that the process of making cassava chips through various stages, ranging from the selection of cassava, cassava stripping and cassava cutting to pressing. In Mubarok UKM the cutting process is only done in 3 hours a day and in one month it is only done in 15 days. In Mubarok UKM, the cutting process still uses a simple tool, namely a knife, and a thread cutter by hand as the motor. With existing tools in UKM there are process constraints that are manual and require a long time, the resulting output is a little with a long time and the quality of pieces that are not uniform and the tools used are less ergonomic, the size of the tool, the tool still causes workers to be diseased, causing a decrease productivity. In this case I designed a tool for cassava cutters to improve the effectiveness and productivity of the MSME. The method used in the design of the tool is methodological. The rational method is one of the product design methods that uses a systematic approach at each stage to produce potential solutions. . Kripik singkong merupakan makanan pokok sehari-hari bagi masyarakat, kripik singkong memilikinbentuknyangnkhas yang tidak pernah diubah sejak pertama kali pembuatannya yaitu pipih melingkar dengan tekstur yang renyah. Kripik singkong merupakan produk makanan berbahan bakunsingkongnyang sudah dikenal sejaknlama dinIndonesia, kripik singkong juga banyak digemari oleh masyarakat Indonesia karena memiliki cita rasa yang nikmat, bergizi tinggi dan harganya juga terjangkau. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan di UKM kripik singkong di desa Manggar, Kecamatan Sluke, Kabupaten Rembang. Diketahui proses pembuatan kripik singkong melalui berbagai tahapan, mulai dari pemilihan singkong, pengupasan singkong dan pemotongan singkong sampai dengan pengepresan. Di UKM Mubarok proses pemotongan hanya dilakukan dalam 3 jam saja dalam sehari dan dalam satu bulan hanya dikerjakan dalam 15 hari. Di UKM Mubarok proses pemotongan masih menggunakan alat sederhana yaitu pisau, dan pemotong ulir dengan menggunakan tangan sebagai motornya. Dengan alat yang ada pada UKM terdapat kendala prosesnya yang manual dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama, output yang dihasilkan sedikit dengan waktu yang cukup lama dan kualitas potongan yang tidak seragam dan alat yang digunakan kurang ergonomis, ukuran alat, alat masih menimbulkan kelelahan pekerja sehingga menimbulkan menurunnya produktivitas. Dalam hal ini saya merancang alat untuk pemotong singkong guna meningkatkan efektifitas dan prduktivitas UMKM tersebut. Metode yang digunakanndalamnperancangan alatntersebutnadalah metodenrasional. Abstract:
This paper was conducted in the automotive industry, the purpose of this study was to improve the productivity of workmanship in the Line Painting process in the production department. The focus of this research is: to see the waste that occurs in this part of the process this is because in the process productivity is still far below the target set by the company, so it needs to be improved in the process. Improvements were made using the Lean concept combined with the PDCA method. Abstract:
Permintaan energi dunia terus meningkat sepanjang sejarah peradaban umat manusia. Proyeksi permintaan energi pada tahun 2050 hampir mencapai tiga kali lipat. Tampaknya masalah energi akan tetap menjadi topik yang harus dicarikan solusinya secara bersama-sama. Pemanfaatan energi telah berkembang dan meningkat sesuai dengan perkembangan manusia itu sendiri. Usaha-usaha untuk mendapatkan energi alternatif telah lama dilakukan untuk mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap sumber daya minyak bumi. Pemanfaatan minyak bumi diperkirakan akan habis dalam waktu yang tidak lama jika pola pemakaian seperti sekarang ini yang justru semakin meningkat dengan meningkatnya industri maupun transportasi. Selain itu dari berbagai penelitian telah didapat gambaran bahwa kualitas udara telah semakin mengkawatirkan akibat pembakaran minyak bumi(Djoko Adi Widodo, Suryono, Tatyantoro A., Tugino. 2009.). Energi merupakan salah satu kebutuhan utama dalam kehidupan manusia. Peningkatan kabutuhan energi dapat merupakan indikator peningkatan kemakmuran, namun bersamaan dengan itu juga menimbulkan masalah dalam usaha penyediaannya, karena manusia hanya mengandalkan energi fosil yang tentunya persediannya masih sangat terbatas dan semakin menipis. Karena tergolong unrenewable, maka akibat dikuras terus - menerus, persediaan energi tersebut semakin berkurang dan tidak bisa diupayakan kembali keberadaanya. Sehingga bukan suatu hal yang mustahil jika dimasa-masa yang akan datang akan timbul masalah-masalah yang berkaitan dengan krisis energi. Untuk mengantisipasi persedian energi di masa yang akan datang, sejak dua dekade terakhir ratusan pakar energi dari berbagai Negara saling berlomba untuk mengupayakan penemuan-penemuan baru tentang sumber energi alternatif yang tidak saja efisien tetapi juga bernuansa ramah lingkungan. Dan salah satu pilihannya adalah sel surya, walaupun secara efisiensi masih perlu pertimbangan lebih jauh (Satwiko Sidopekso, dan Anita Eka Febtiwiyanti, 2010) Matahari merupakan sumber energi yang potensial bagi kebutuhan manusia, dimana energi tersebut bisa didapat dari panas yang merambat sampai permukaan bumi, atau cahaya yang jatuh sampai permukaan bumi. Dari beberapa penelitian menyatakan bahwa dengan mengubah cahaya matahari terutama intensitas matahari dengan solar sel dapat dibuat sumber energy listrik untuk konsumsi manusia. Pemilihan sumber energi terbarukan ini sangat beralasan mengingat suplai energi surya dari sinar matahari yang di terima oleh permukaan bumi mencapai mencapai 3 x 1024 joule pertahun. Jumlah energi sebesar itu setara dengan 10.000 kali konsumsi energi di seluruh dunia saat ini. Di Indonesia melimpahnya cahaya matahari yang merata dan dapat ditangkap di seluruh kepulauan Indonesia hampir sepanjang tahun merupakan sumber energi listrik yang sangat potensial (Subekti Yuliananda1, Gede Sarya, RA Retno Hastijanti, 2015) Kabupaten Langkat adalah sebuah kabupaten yang terletak di Sumatera Utara, Indonesia. Ibu kotanya berada di Stabat. Kabupaten Langkat secara administratif terdiri dari 20 kecamatan dengan 215 desa dan 15 kelurahan. Luas wilayah Kabupaten Daerah Langkat adalah 6.263,29 Km2 atau 626.329 Ha, dengan jumlah penduduk 926.069 jiwa.Secara geografis letak Kabupaten Langkat berada antara 3014’00” dan 4013’00” Lintang Utara dan antara 97052’00” dan 98045’00” Bujur Timur. Luas wilayah Kabupaten Langkat 6.263,29 km2 atau 8,74 persen dari total luas Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Kabupaten Langkat berada pada ketinggian 4-105 m di atas permukaan laut sehingga sebagiann besar wilayahnya merupakan daratan rendah (Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Langkat, 2013). Kabupaten Langkat beriklim tropis dan mempunyai dua musim yaitu musim kemarau dan musim hujan. Musim hujan pertama mulai bulan Agustus sampai dengan bulan Januari dan musim kedua pada bulan Maret sampai dengan bulan Mei, sedangkan musim kemarau biasanya pada bulan Februari, Juni dan Juli. Kabupaten Langkat mengalami curah hujan sebanyak 3.289,94 mm dengan lama hujan 150,83 hari pada tahun 2012 dengan rata-rata total curah hujan tertinggi terjadi pada bulan November sebesar 408,88 mm dengan hari hujan sebanyak 18 hari kemudian pada bulan September sebesar 376,88 mm dengan hari hujan sebanyak 15 hari (Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Langkat, 2013). Melihat dari kondisi alam Kabupaten Langkat seperti yang telah diuraikan sebelumnya, tim peneliti melihat adanya potensi untuk pengembangan energi alternatif. Potensi energi ini tentunya harus bisa dimanfaatkan bagi kapentingan masyarakat terutama penduduk kabupaten Langkat sendiri. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, tentu yang harus dilakukan pertama kali ialah upaya untuk mengindetifikasi dan mengeksplorasi potensi alam tersebut. Potensi alam yang telah mampu dieksploitasi tentunya akan mampu menciptakan kemandirian energi bagi masyarakat setempat sehingga mampu mengurangi beban energi bagi permerintah. Selain itu, keberhasilan kemandirian energi di Kabupaten Langkat juga dapat digunakan sebagai percontohan rencana pembangunan di daeerah lain di seluruh Indonesia.

Abstract:
Stress can be interpreted as psychological pressure that can cause both physical and mental illness. Stress on students can be anxious or tense that occurs in lectures, work assignments and other academic activities. Stress can influence students in completing their studies. This study aims to determine differences in stress levels between students in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 Industrial Engineering Study Program, University of Buana Perjuangan Karawang in 2019. This research method is an observational analytic study with approach cross sectional. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 90 student respondents who were divided proportionally per class by following the Slovin formula used was sampling technique simple random sampling. The. This study used the HSE questionnaire instrument, the data were analyzed statistically with the Independent T-test and Anova, as well as the correlation test with the method Point-biserial Correlation from Pearson and Spearmen's Rho. From the results of this study there are differences in stress levels between students in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018, where students in 2015 tend to be low stressed by 50.0%, while the classes of 2016, 2017 and 2018 tend to be moderate stress with a percentage of 55,6%; 65.4%; and 64.7%. Sex, age and work status of students do not affect stress levels, and do not have a significant relationship with stress levels.

Belum banyaknya masyarakat yang menggunakan shelter sebagai tempat untuk naik dan turun memperlihatkan bagaimana tingkat kenyamanan dan pembangunan dari shelter yang belum sesuai dengan apa yang diiginkan oleh masyarakat, untuk meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dan kenyamanan maka dilakukan perancangan shelter yang sesuai dengan keinginan masyarakat berdasarkan metode quality function depolymen (QFD, Metode penelitian yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan identifikasi persepsi konsumen terhadap desain yang sudah ada selanjutnya dilakukan identifikasi keinginan konsumen terhadap desain shelter dengan menggunakan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD) dengan tujuan desain yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen. Hasil yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan QFD diperoleh keinginan konsumen untuk desin halte antara lain. Abstract:
PT IJS is a company engaged in logistics services in the Perak area of Surabaya. PT IJS was founded in 1984 when the need for container depots was urgently needed around the Tanjung Tanjung port area to unravel the shipping queues and shorten licensing. One of the services provided by PT IJS is bounded warehouse rental services. Bounded warehouse owned by PT IJS is currently not able to provide maximum service because there are still many late deliveries which do not result in the sending of goods to the port and there is a closing time that is detrimental to the customer. The length of the delivery process is due to several factors, one of which is a less effective company layout. Travel time is the time required for a vehicle to carry out goods loading activities at PT. IJS from arrival to exit company. Based on travel time calculations when using the initial layout, the travel time value of T = 2002 seconds. The weighted-distance method is a mathematical model used to evaluate the layout based on proximity factors.
