Abstract:
The potential for economic progress has been constrained in recent decades by growing income disparity. Using panel data methodologies and policy simulations, this study examines the impact of economic globalisation on income inequality in both a cross-country and country-specific context. The sample includes post-liberalization developed, developing, and least-developed nations. The findings reveal that globalisation has reduced inequality in advanced nations while having the reverse impact in low-income ones. Trade and FDI have opposing effects on income distribution; trade makes it worse, but FDI is good for all countries and helps to lessen income inequality. It has been discovered that FDI has a greater effect on lowering income disparity. The effects of economic globalisation on income inequality globally have been examined in a sizable body of econometric work. It is difficult to draw reliable conclusions because stated econometric estimates vary greatly. The link between globalisation and inequality is summarised quantitatively and analysed in this work. Researchers utilise a fresh dataset comprised of 1,254 observations from 123 original studies. Using meta-analysis and meta-regression methods, researchers reach a number of important results. First, there is a small to moderate increase in inequality as a result of globalisation. Second, whereas the impact of trade globalisation is negligible, the impact of financial globalisation on inequality is much larger and substantially stronger. Third, both developed and developing nations see an average increase in inequality as a result of globalisation. Fourth, technology and education mitigate the effects of globalisation on economic disparity.

Abstract:
The strategy of the Innovation Management System encompasses inter-company procedures and activities such as networking, management, marketing, and so on. The goal of this study is to provide instances of how knowledge creation works in these settings. This article is a qualitative survey that addresses how to apply open innovation techniques in Norwegian IT companies in order to obtain access to fresh business ideas. This research strives to increase awareness of the earlier question and provide guidance for future studies through the examination and evaluation of applicable literature. This improved grasp of how to use innovation management tactics would benefit both businessmen and authorities participating in proposal appraisal. This research focuses on the adoption of strategies by small businesses and startups, both of which are relatively unexplored areas for research. It offers suggestions for reality-based thinking, social media participation, and prepared versus haphazard tactics. Based on an in-depth questionnaire with four anonymous Norwegian digital samples, this empirical research article forms a study. This study lays out a clear strategy for analyzing the openness of invention and networked theories described in the objectives. Contrary to earlier studies, this article will expose gaps and common problems created by start-ups rather than create seamless entrepreneurial tactics for the benefit of their organization. Following the final discussions with start-ups, the findings were coupled with library evaluations and associated theories, as well as empirical facts, to support the presented query. Finally, the findings are classified and categorized in the list below based on interviewer responses.

Abstract:
This study helps us understand the similarities and differences between the distributional impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and the Global Financial Crisis by breaking them down into four categories: (i) worker characteristics; (ii) job characteristics; and (iii) flexible/work-from-home jobs and essential jobs, which were exempt from government-mandated shutdowns during this recession. In the past, recessions have hurt younger and less educated workers more, but the Pandemic Recession hit women and people of Hispanic heritage especially hard. Jobs that require a certain amount of adaptability, social interaction, and a need seem to be less affected by changes in the economy. The non-cyclical character of this employment has historically been caused by the rising share of skilled people in highly adaptable occupations. When the Pandemic Crisis hit, however, it was the flexible and crucial occupations that were hit most, rather than the social service sector. Both recessions have had a significant distributional effect, since low-income people have been hit more than high-income ones. Finally, in contrast to the Great Crisis of 2008–2009, many people who lost their jobs during the COVID-19 recession were only out of work temporarily.

Abstract:
Social media and digital networks have gradually changed how firms sell themselves. In a world where technology is permeating society more and more, understanding how sales teams use business-to-business (B2B) markets can provide insight into the motivations driving the selling process. In the three crucial stages of the B2B sales process, this study investigates how global SMEs use traditional, digital, and social media sales communication methods. The paper's use of grounded theory shows how social media may be quite effective in luring clients from outside. The effective phase appears to be where digital communication tools are most common, whereas customer relationship management still favours more conventional communication methods. Nevertheless, certain important potential boundary circumstances, like relationship culture and closeness to a location, technology, the strategic value of the consumer, creativity, and capital, appear to have an impact on how international SMEs employ a range of communication channels when conducting business. To assist foreign SMEs with their sales communication, designers provide a method for understanding the flow of the B2B sales process.

Abstract:
The background of this study is that a Medical Expert System made in Visual Prolog is proposed. This expert system makes a differential diagnosis among heart, lung, kidney, skin, and brain diseases. This system is designed to give help to a medical expert in making the appropriate diagnosis of a patient. Based on a patient's symptoms and medical background, SWI Prolog offers the diagnosis through the declarative knowledge representation methodologies. On the basis of the diagnosis and current medical regulations, it might also offer other treatment options. Medical data analysis using SWI Prolog is used to spot trends or patterns in patient outcomes or disease development. Making better-educated choices concerning patient care and treatment could be made easier by healthcare providers as a result. An SWI Prolog-based medical expert system's output will be influenced by the quality of the data and code used to generate it, as well as by the medical specialists that worked on its design and implementation. The creation of more sophisticated expert systems can be particularly beneficial for early disease detection, helping to reduce the burden of diseases by detecting them more accurately and efficiently.

Abstract:
This project explores the effectiveness of a Small Moving Average (SMA) crossover trading strategy implemented on the TradingView website using Pine Script. The study investigates the potential profitability of the strategy by backtesting it on historical price data for various financial instruments. The project also examines the impact of different parameter values and timeframes on the performance of the SMA crossover strategy. The findings suggest that the SMA crossover strategy can be an effective tool for identifying potential buy and sell signals, but the results are highly dependent on the specific parameter values and timeframes used. This project provides a practical example of how to implement and test a trading strategy using Pine Script on TradingView.

Abstract:
The article analyzes the development of soft skills in the process of ensuring the implementation of the principles of continuous education in the modern transformational conditions of society. Values influence people's goals and, accordingly, the sphere of their professional realization. The emergence of new professions is determined by the needs and values of society. Accordingly, the implementation of continuous education requires the development of not only hard skills but also soft skills. The development of self-awareness and social consciousness in each individual is important. Only plasticity of thought, creativity, and freedom of choice can attract competitive specialists to the market. The trend of wanting to study offline is interesting, but despite the growing virtualization of communication among the younger generation, it gives hope that the choice of profession is conscious and, of course, the person who studies will get good knowledge and skills.

Abstract:
The urgent need for diversification in the Nigerian economy has raised concerns in other sectors. The information technology (IT) sector remains the least developed despite increased government attention to IT and the need to encourage young graduates in the IT sector. Little seems to have been achieved so far; hence, this study assessed the influence of strategic management (SM) on the operational performance of IT firms in Nigeria. A sample of 195 managers of IT firms across the country of Nigeria were selected for this current study, and they were selected using a convenient sampling technique. The Pearson product correlation technique was used in analysing the data. It was found that there is a correlation between SM and the operational performance of IT firms in Nigeria. The study concludes that the presence of a sound SM would guarantee the improved operational performance of IT firms in Nigeria. It is recommended that IT firms’ managers be willing to come up with a detailed strategic plan and implement it to conduct regular evaluation and control their own strategy, as it is useful towards ensuring that they gain a competitive edge.

Abstract:
Destructive innovation will progressively enter the global markets as efficiency rises, devouring more customer base until it replaces the previous top technology. The competitors' ability to compete has been weakened by destructive innovation, which has altered the industry's old norms of competitiveness. The idea created a brand-new customer value structure that newcomers can use strategically to catch up. The study of negative innovation has gained popularity in technological finance and strategic management. The issue with equating disruptive innovation with any scientific discovery that modifies the nature of competition in a market would be that various forms of development demand multiple sorts of strategic approaches. It's not likely that every business in a changing market will indeed be able to benefit from the insights that can be learned on how to become a successful "disruptive innovator" (or "fight off a disruptive rival").

Abstract:
The digital economy drives growth, innovation, and competitiveness. Rapid technological advancement contributes to economic and social transformations. Digitalization has produced entirely new business models and poses substantial problems for the current taxation system. An evaluation of the business models of Amazon and Google indicates that such a differentiated approach is required for both the proposed alternatives, i.e., a virtual PE or an equalisation tax. This paper presents the concept of the digital economy, features of the digital economy, business modes of the digital economy, and identifies deficiencies in the existing structure of international taxation as it relates to taxation of the digital economy. The paper further assesses nexus, data, and characterization as major components of the tax challenges of the digital economy, as well as providing mechanisms to address the emerging challenges in the present international tax system. From this study, it can be inferred that there needs to be global consensus that digital enterprises are detrimental to the tax system and that something needs to be done about it.

Abstract:
Introduction: Mental illnesses like depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc. have become widespread in today’s society. More than 7.5% of Indians suffer from some kind of mental disorder. Early detection of mental illness is important for treatment as well as to prevent self-harm. Traditionally, the diagnosis involved answering a specifically designed questionnaire at the doctor’s clinic. Methods: Mental health data, however, can also be collected from other sources like social media posts, wearable smart-devices, etc. Manual analysis of the patient data may not reveal all the information. Hence, diagnostic errors are common. In recent times Machine Learning (ML) algorithms have been successfully employed for the identification of critical symptoms, the development of diagnostic modules, and the personalization of therapy. Result : Authors have systematically reviewed 40 papers that used Machine Learning based techniques for the diagnosis of mental disorders and chose 25 of them for the survey. This paper provides an overview of the application of ML in mental healthcare. It has been focused here on the state-of-the-art Machine Learning based work on mental health. Discussion: The majority of the papers consulted so far concentrated on finding whether a subject belongs to a diagnostic category. Classifying into one broad category, however, does not take into account the variability of the symptoms. Conclusion: The authors identified some major research prospects in the early detection of schizophrenia.

Abstract:
Unavoidably, COVID-19's global epidemic brought about a significant drop in every sphere of the economy. This study examines the impact of COVID-19 on Indian stock market performance by using a moving average and historical values of the Nifty 50 and S&P BSE SENSEX. The investigation's goal is to pinpoint the Indian Stock Exchange's BSE and NSE weaknesses and the volatility during that time span. The results demonstrate that the pandemic had a major influence on the industries included in this research. But the rise in COVID-19 cases starting in January 2020 and the deaths that followed in 2021 caused the biggest stock market decline ever seen. Despite that, the market saw a record-breaking high on both the NSE and the BSE by the end of 2021. Following the Covid's impact, the Indian financial market also experienced a sharp downturn. During this time, the Nifty dropped 7500 points and the BSE dropped about 920 points. This research focuses on the volatility of the stock market across this time frame. By the afternoon of April 5th, 2021, investors had lost more than Rs. 4.54 lakh crore. The investors lost a total of 7.36 lakh crore in just 7 months.

Abstract:
The paper endeavour to explore the nexus between Bitcoin Rouble exchange rate and the Russian capital market using cointegration and vector error correction analysis taking the capital market indicators namely US Dollar Rouble exchange rate, MOEX index, RTX index, Moscow exchange trade turn over and RUONIA of Russia using daily data from 1/11/2021 to 18/4/2022 as a consequence of post pandemic recovery and sets back from war between Russia and Ukraine. The paper found that the trend line of Bitcoin Rouble rate is cyclical with four phases whose Wavelet threshold signal curve is explosive oscillatory. There are no short run causalities from the indicators of capital market to the Bitcoin Rouble price but there is insignificant and converging cointegrating long run causalities from those indicators where the relation between Bitcoin Rouble and US Dollar Rouble rate and MOEX index are significantly negative and the relation with RTX index is significantly positive. It was evident that there is little significant influence of Bitcoin Rouble pricing on the Russian capital market in the long run.

Abstract:
The Tea Board of India (TBI) has defined a Small Tea Growers (STGs) as an entity having tea plantation areas of up to 10.12 hectares (or 25 acres) without any processing facility since the early 1990s. The mode of production in tea plantations has undergone a major structural shift from a centralized estate sector system to the emerging small tea growers (STG) bought leaf factory (BLF) system, which broadly represents a flexible and decentralized production system. The labour relations in tea gardens are well defined in the organized sector and covered under the Plantation Labour Act 1951. However, the small tea growers (STG) and Bought-Leaf Factories (BLF) specializing solely in tea manufacturing do not have the distinct industrial identity categorized under the unorganized sector in the tea plantation industry. STGs are no longer a small or marginalized group, as they produce more than half of India's green-leaf output while depriving organized-sector workers of the benefits they should get. The moment has come for small tea garden owners to think about their employees' occupational safety, health, and working circumstances. Given the substantial changes in tea plantation methods, the authors sought to determine the scope of collective bargaining for workers in tiny tea gardens in West Bengal's Jalpaiguri region.

Abstract:
Purpose: Investment growth is essential for the prosperity of an economy. Saved money is used for investment. It is scarce in a country like India. So, optimal use of this saved fund is required. Markowitz stated that best use is possible by creating a diversified portfolio to minimize risk. Ordinary people have limited funds and knowledge of the stock market. So diversified portfolio should be formed by purchasing a minimum number of stocks. Objective: of this research analysis is to form optimum portfolios by using different methods. They are compared to know the best one which can provide the maximum return per unit of risk by using the minimum number of stocks in the portfolio formation. The uniqueness of this research is to identify numeric advantages in optimum portfolio formation from an Indian context. Methodology: Analysis is based on daily price movement data of the Nifty 50 index. An optimum portfolio is formed first by using the Sharp optimum portfolio method, where stocks are selected on the basis of cut off rate C with weight factor Xi. Then selected stocks of Sharp model are combined by using the CAPM beta diversification technique. Risk minimizing weight factors are used here. These two portfolios are compared to judge minimum risk achievement with low volume of stocks. Conclusion: Optimum portfolios performances are compared again with actual data from next year. From this research analysis, beta diversification was found to be the best option. Limitation: More than two years analysis can give solidarity in the conclusion.

Abstract:
Increased energy consumption in Cloud Data Centres (CDCs) increases the carbon footprint. Efficiency of the data centres thus needs to be improved through server consolidation using effective virtual machine (VM) placement and migration techniques and minimizing the number of active physical machines (PMs). One of the problems is how to operationally allocate the VMs to PMs. These allocations have both operational costs and energy consumption issues. To achieve the aim of ‘Green Computing’ a number of state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms have been proposed for the VM placement. The authors of this paper have provided a detailed discussion and comparison of some of the current research works on energy efficiency. and cons of each of these techniques have been discussed. Some future research prospects in this field have also been mentioned at the end.

Abstract:
The invincible corona virus affected hundreds of thousands societies on the earth. It massacred holistic pace of lives, disrupted academic excellence, economic growths and pushed us many clops of planned future. However, despite the current threat of total education with key constraints in Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET), how drastically are TVET institutions adopting innovative planning and education governance in Bangladesh? TVET Policy actors, individuals, and relevant communities need to think of risk mitigation and resilience approaches. In general, the approach and solutions that drive towards cyber-supportive preparedness, networking, and partnership may help to tackle the emerging situation. EduTech can help towards the modern TVET system in Bangladesh with globalisation and IR 4.0 to IR 5.0. Given this context, it is more challenging to achieve the United Nations (UN) Global Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) by 2030. The intertwined goals of inequality, education, and poverty eradication imply nourishing the TVET sector. This paper mainly focuses on reflecting on the ongoing managerial view of the TVET sector, exploring innovative ways to strengthen the system in Bangladesh.

Abstract:
"Flavored carbonated beverages" are popularly known as "Soft Drinks" which typically contain carbonated water, a sweetener, and a flavouring agent. It may also contain caffeine, coloring, preservatives, and other ingredients. Soft drinks are the beverage of choice for millions of people, second only to water. The first marketed soft drinks in the Western world appeared in the 17th century, which were made of water and lemon juice sweetened with honey. There are no nutritionally beneficial components in soft drinks. Soft drinks mostly consist of filtered water and refined sugar. Bisleri International (Bisleri) re-entered the Indian soft drink market in February 2016 with the introduction of "Bisleri Pop." Bisleri, on the other hand, will face a number of hurdles in the coming days. To begin with, two multinational corporations (MNCs), Coca-Cola and PepsiCo, dominated the price and flavour pyramid in India's soft-drinks market. The case study of BISLERI POP, an Indian carbonated soft drink firm, focuses on some of the main problems, such as the company's competitive position, the strengths and weaknesses of its marketing strategies, consumer awareness, customer perception, cultural differences, and so on. This study was conducted using a descriptive research design. Google and other web sources were used to get primary data. In order to do a comparison analysis, information from Bisleri Pvt. Ltd. and other websites is used. Even though Bisleri Pop is one of the most well-known and respected bottled water brands in India, most people were not impressed by it.

Abstract:
Press reports are repeatedly stating that most of the Infrastructure Projects of India are running behind schedules, and obviously with cost over rums. Such time and cost overruns not only impact the expectation of the stakeholders adversely but shall hamper the development prospects of the country significantly. Often the Project management is blamed for their failures in meeting the project objectives. But the base organizations that champion the projects, who conceive them, arrange financial support and then handover to the project management professionals for getting them carried out are not active players in the project execution sphere. The base organizations which champion the projects and are of a permanent nature are defined as Project Owners by literature, while the Project management organizations are of temporary nature. Such owners are not aware of the roles and responsibilities that they should fulfil to ensure project success. The negative impact on time and cost overrun that could be achieved by the increased involvement and interventions by Owners is not well established even. This paper aimed to find out the key areas that call for the involvement of owners in various infra structural projects, and to assess how far the owners get involved in the management of public projects at present, in selected Project sites within India, by conducting a Questionnaire survey. Help from previous published works helped in designing the instrumentation for the survey. It was intended to find out the opportunities for improvement from the survey results. The results exposed a very strong negative correlation between the Owner’s contributions/ level of involvement with Time over run and Cost overrun. This revealed a significant opportunity for improvement in the success prospects of Indian Infra Projects.

Abstract:
With the advent of the digital age and its entry into the business environment, marketing trends have undergone several changes, such as the expansion of data-driven marketing and the digitalization of the business environment that requires further investigation. As a result, the aim of this study is to present a novel approach in marketing research and identify value components among the large volume of customer feedback in virtual networks using machine learning, big data analysis, and a predictive marketing strategy. This research is applied in terms of purpose, qualitative-quantitative (mixed) in terms of method and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection that has used an inductive approach. For this purpose, the Iranian tourism industry and tourist areas of Tehran province was selected as a case study and 9325 comments from customers about hotels used in their travels to Tehran were collected from the Internet between the summer of 2020 to winter 2021 and using "data clustering" and "Association Rules Extraction" methods, the value components were extracted and RapidMiner software and Python programming language were used to perform data mining, text mining and big data analysis processes. In summary, the findings demonstrate that by employing big data analysis and machine learning, the process of "marketing research" can be performed with greater speed, accuracy, and extensiveness, as well as at a lower relative cost. The findings and suggestions of this study are used to inform marketing researchers, as well as to raise the awareness of managers, especially in hotel industry.

Abstract:
In recent years, construction of an optimal portfolio has become progressively more challenge, since investors expect maximum return with minimum risk from their respective investment. To achieve this, the investor needs to have appropriate knowledge about the security analysis and portfolio theory for making accurate investment decisions. Even though Harry Markowitz developed a comprehensive model which stated that investors can reduce their risk through diversification, this research paper uses Sharpe ‘s Single Index Model (SIM) to construct an optimal portfolio. Reason being SIM requires very few inputs and is easier to calculate. The results showed that, forty-two stocks were bullish during the study period and benefitted investor with positive returns consistently and eight stocks showed negative trend/returns. As per the results obtained from the model, Optimal Portfolio is built by selecting twelve stocks which are above the cut off rate. This paper throws light not only on the method of constructing the portfolio and its application, but also calculates intrinsic value for the above selected stocks. As the result only 10 stocks show progressive intrinsic value. This research paper found that though nifty 50 was down by 7500 points by last of march, Pharmaceutical field securities strived due to covid 19 crisis.

In India the present economy must be reconstructed. For thatwe need innovative infrastructure such as sanitation, drivable roads and potable water. Formerly, many governments used to finance for infrastructure projects by supportigthese projects. But this support is no longer sustainable in developed countries due to the emerging deficits and sovereign debt. Additionally, infrastructure stimulus packages will reasonably reverse as governments look to bring their financial condition under control. The present research will try to evaluate the socio-economic development by looking at opportunities for economic productivity, socio-economic capability to enhance a sustainable and healthy life with equal economic distribution. The tools used here are Exploratory Factor Analysis mainly, using Principal Component Analysis with Varimax Method of rotation. Abstract:
The United Nations Development Programme's (UNDP) 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) provide a powerful framework for guiding local communities, countries, and the international community toward disability-inclusive development. Accessible, well-designed, and maintained public space is critical to the health of any city. Yet public spaces are generally created for an ideal individual without disability or limitation. Reasonable accommodations and support systems must be in place for all disabilities more so for invisible disabilities. In the urban environment, there are very few places for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to congregate and socialize. For most individuals with ASD and their families, shopping in malls, an activity that most of us take for granted, become so challenging that they often avoid it. In this paper we discuss how the retail giant Big Bazaar addressed this issue and took some major steps to make shopping in their outlets a hassle free, happy experience for individuals with ASD. Big Bazaar has made its stores accessible to people with disabilities by implementing disability-friendly accessibility programs and infrastructure improvements. This initiative was based on their larger philosophy on inclusion and empowerment of people with disabilities. It is part of the new mantra coined at Big Bazaar to incorporate the philosophy of “Sabke Liye” meaning ‘for everyone’. Big Bazaar launched Autism Quiet Hour in April 2019 and it has been a regular feature every Tuesday. Several measures are taken during this duration so that the shopping area is autism friendly. Autism Society West Bengal (ASWB) was the NGO partner of Big Bazaar in Kolkata and was active in the awareness and sensitization program prior to the launch of Autism Quiet Hour in two outlets of Big Bazaar in Kolkata. In this paper we will also discuss about the measures that Big Bazaar took to make the shopping experience for individuals with autism a happy one.

Abstract:
The adoption of credit risk management is becoming a crucial factor for every bank. The objective of this study identifies the relationship between the credit risk management determinants revealed by banking soundness index indicators CAMEL (Capital adequacy, Assets quality, Management efficiency, Earnings, Liquidity) on the performance of the License Specialize banks in Sri Lanka. This study is based on secondary data from each bank annual reports. The data were collected from six development bank among seven development banks in Sri Lanka. The sample was selected from the population based on the availability, convenience method, and reliability of data over the set period. The panel data of a sixteen-year period from 2000 to 2016 from the selected banks, were used to examine the relationship between credit risk management and performance. The Return on equity is used as a performance indicator and Capital adequacy and Asset quality were used as indicators of credit risk management. The study used multiple regression to analyze the data. With these findings, it revealed there is a strong impact of the CAMEL components on the financial performance of specialized banks in Sri Lanka. As per the findings of analysis Capital Adequacy, and Asset quality has a negative significant relationship between bank performances of ROE. This study also documented that there is a significant relationship between credit risk management by CAMEL Indicators and the financial performance of specialized banks in Sri Lanka. Therefore, this study suggests that the CAMEL model can be used as a proxy for credit risk management in the context of License Specialize banks Sri Lanka.

Abstract:
The paper endeavours to analyse the cyclical fluctuation, seasonal movement and trends of Indian GDP growth rate by applying both Hodrick-Prescott filter and Hamilton filter models taking St.Louisfred quarterly data from 2011Q4 to 2019Q4.The paper concludes that the seasonal adjustment and actual GDP growth rate of India have been merged with each other and they are identical in both the models. But the cyclical trend in H.P.Filter showed one upward humped but Hamilton filter showed cyclical fluctuations with two peaks and troughs and the seasonal variations are v shaped and highly volatile. Hamilton seasonal variations have been verified by applying residual test of correlogram which explained that autocorrelation and partial autocorrelation functions moved around both the sides significantly. Hamilton regression filter model is extended to forecasting ARIMA (1,0,0) model for 2030 which confirmed stationarity and stability. Even, the final trend cycle of GDP growth rate of India converges towards stationary process for 2025. Countercyclical fiscal and monetary policy including financial management strategies have been incorporated.
