Abstract:
This paper describes the construction of an electronic system that can recognise twelve manual motions made by an interlocutor with one of their hands in a situation with regulated lighting and background in real time. Hand rotations, translations, and scale changes in the camera plane are all supported by the implemented system. The system requires an Analog Devices ADSP BF-533 Ez-Kit Lite evaluation card. As a last stage in the development process, displaying a letter associated with a recognized gesture is advised. However, a visual representation of the suggested algorithm may be found in the visual toolbox of a personal computer. Individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing will communicate with the general population thanks to new technology that connects them to computers. This technology is being used to create new applications.

Abstract:
We created the equilibrium, which includes sickness outcomes, health and risk behaviors, environmental factors, and health-related assets and delivery systems, and it should be incorporated in system Dyc (dynamic) modelling of chronic disease prevention. System Dyc has the ability to model a variety of interconnected illnesses and dangers, as well as the interaction between delivery systems and afflicted people, as well as state and national policies. This paper proposes a unique idea. Hybrid synchronization utilizes four positive LYP (Lyapunov) exponents based on state feedback management with two identical systems of the Lorenz system 6D HYCH system.

Abstract:
In order to save human life and assets, the emergency management system (DMS) requires roving rescue teams to respond promptly and effectively. Installation and restoration of appropriate communication infrastructure are important for reducing the effect of disasters and enabling and coordinating information flow among relief teams working in the region. This paper describes a data collection system based on vehicular cloud network services that incorporates the advantages of both architectures of vehicular ad hoc networks (VANETs) with the cloud to establish vehicular cloud networks (VCNs). Vehicles in the current plan perform tasks like monitoring the environment, gathering data, and transmitting data to the control center depending on their positions and instructions. To build a disaster management system, the proposed system uses hybrid wireless networking, which includes both a central system and ad hoc networks. The implementation results show that the suggested system is more dependable and efficient; even light density is improved in terms of reachability with few hops. Furthermore, as compared to the existing system, the suggested system has a lower end-to-end delay and a higher packet delivery ratio.
