Abstract:
Machine learning (ML) methods are effective tools for analysis of many actual problems in modern banking. Increasing growth of data and rapid digitalization underpin the acceleration of ML implementation. These processes are especially noticeable in consumer banking because banks have millions of the retail customers. The first goal of our research is to form an extended review ML application in consumer banking. From one side we have identified the most developed ML methods, which are applied in this segment (for example different types of regressions, fuzzy clustering, neural network, principal component analysis etc.). From the other side, we point out two multi-purpose tools used by banks in consumer segment intensively, namely scoring and clustering. Secondly, our goal is to present some innovative applications of ML methods to the analysis of each task. This includes several applications for scoring models and fuzzy clustering application. All applications are oriented to make banks business processes more effective. Considered applications were realised on real data from the Ukrainian banking industry.

Abstract:
The essence of the early stages of entrepreneurial activity is a gradual refinement and transformation of the cognitive model of a business project into an ongoing organizational structure. The aim of the article is forming the structure of a model of consulting communication of prospective and novice entrepreneurs based on an open multilateral platform. The methodological basis of the study is the cognitive approach to organization of network communication. The conceptual structure of the organization model of the communication process, based on the principles of adaptive (transactional) feedback, is presented. The result of consulting communication is transformation of an initial business idea, resting upon the personified implicit knowledge of the entrepreneur, into an informationbased business model of the startup’s activities. The transformation is carried out in the process of interaction with specialists who play the role of an expert, evaluator, or mentor and have proven semantic and pragmatic ideas about the essence of entrepreneurial activity. Organizational functions are performed by the platform administrator, who owns the techniques for conducting complex multilateral communication. The proposed conceptual model of network consulting allows approaching the concretization of the procedures and rules for organizing communication processes to provide information support at the early stages of entrepreneurial activity.

Abstract:
The paper presented the test of the hypothesis about the importance of the role of reflexive characteristics in determining the level of consistency of the goals of agents in the group. Based on theoretical analysis, five main reflexive components of the decision-making process were established: awareness of agents regarding the area of decision; competence of agents; the authority (reputation) of the agent; propensity to imitate; intentional orientation of agents. The applied part of the study is based on a survey of 4 groups of agents. The results of the survey showed that the duration of the joint activities of the groups does not provide an increase in the quality of goal setting, the effectiveness of their implementation and the overall consistency of personal and group goals of agents. It was found that the reflexive components impact to achievement of personal goals. The higher the awareness of the goals of classmates and the competence of the agents, the higher the level of interest of each of the agents in the group for their own and group goals. As result there is the higher the probability of their achievement. Also a close relationship between the agents’ reflexive characteristics and the level of consistency of goals in the group was established. Therefore, the hypothesis of essential role of reflexive characteristics in consistency of goals within a group of agents should be considered confirmed. In these conditions, for the agent, a winning strategy (from the standpoint of achieving personal goals) is the desire to coordinate their activities with the goals of the group and its individual members, as well as to participate in achieving the goals of other members of the group.
