Abstract:
The northern borderline of the area of Ferula communis L. subsp. glauca (L.) Rouy and Camus is located in the Ardèche. This borderline has moved northwards discontinuously since the beginning of the century, probably during warmer and drier episodes of the local climate. Other mediterranean species almost behave in the same way.
