Abstract:
In an unmanned aircraft vehicle, a navigation system is needed to calculate its orientation and translation. The navigation system can utilize data from the accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer, and GPS. The orientation can be precisely calculated from the accelerometer and magnetometer data when the sensor is in a static state. Meanwhile, under dynamic conditions, the orientation can be more precisely calculated from the gyroscope data. In order to obtain the robust navigation system, a data fusion based on Kalman filter is built to calculate the orientation from the accelerometer, gyroscope, and magnetometer. The Kalman filter trusts more in the data from the accelerometer and magnetometer when the UAV is static and trusts more in to the gyroscope data when the UAV is in dynamic conditions. Meanwhile, the UAV translation is obtained by performing data fusion of the accelerometer data with location data from the GPS sensor. The Kalman filter combines data from the accelerometer and GPS when available, otherwise trusts in data from the accelerometer only. The trust level shifting is done by changing the measurement noise covariance. The data fusion based on Kalman filter provides more accurately the orientation and translation data. The orientation as a result of the calculation from the gyroscope has an average error of 18.12%, while the orientation as a result of the accelerometer and magnetometer has an error of 1.3%. By using Kalman filter-based data fusion, the error of the orientation decreases to 0.87%

Abstract:
Asphalt hot mix manufacture consists of mixer and weighing which is a part of the mixing process which is controlled automatically using PLC at the asphalt mixing plant SPECO TSAP-800AS. All processes in the asphalt mixing plant have used computer-based electromechanical automation, especially the application of PLC control on the Mixer and Weighing section, considering that the mixing process must always be stable and run continuously so it must be controlled automatically using a combination of relays and air dampers. The scale sensor used is a load cell which functions to calculate the weight of solid material from hot bin CB1/1 to CB1/5. The mixer used has a capacity of 800 kilogram per batch. The design of controlling the manufacture of asphalt hot mix at the asphalt mixing plant TSAP-800AS was made using Outseal Studio V2.2 software.

Abstract:
Aluminum and composite materials are the types of materials that are used to construct structures on aircraft airframes. It is not uncommon for both types of materials to be used together with the joining method. In the process of connecting between two types of material in the aircraft structure, it is mostly carried out by the riveting method. This process is carried out by making a hole in the two materials according to the rivet diameter and then the hole diameter is then filled with rivets and the riveting process is carried out. The process uses rivets so that it will relatively increase the weight of the structure because there is additional rivet material. In this study, the objectives are to determine the mechanical strength of the joint between the composite and aluminum sheet metal using the mechanical clinching and riveting processes. The method used is an experimental method, namely by making test specimens with composite and aluminum, solid rivet type fasteners and punches to determine the connection of the riveting, the drilling process is carried out with a hole diameter of 3.5 mm, for the clinching method with variations in the diameter of the punch 3.5 mm, 4.0 mm. , and 4.5 mm. Then the tensile test, macro photo test were carried out. The results obtained from this research are that the maximum load increase in the specimen tested by clinching is because the damage length (gap) value is obtained at the joint boundary between the rivet and the test material.

Abstract:
Perhitungan weight and balance sebuah pesawat yang dilakukan secara akurat sesuai standar yang ditetapkan oleh IATA (International Air Transport Association) merupakan prioritas utama terhadap keamanan pesawat dan keselamatan penumpang serta pesawat itu sendiri selama melakukan penerbangan. Oleh karena itu seorang Flight Operation Officer (FOO) harus terlebih dahulu mengetahui dan menyiapkan kondisi pesawat tersebut, antara lain berat maximum yang mampu diangkat oleh pesawat dan keakuratanya terhadap Center Of Gravity (CG) pada pesawat tersebut. Pesawat dalam keadaan tidak seimbang sangat berbahaya, karena dapat menjadi tidak stabil dalam proses manuver lepas landas.. Kondisi ini benar-benar dialami oleh penerbangan teramat singkat maskapai Air Midwest nomor penerbangan 5481 penerbangan berjadwal dari Charllote Douglas International Airport, Charllote, North Carolina ke Greenville Spartanburg International Airport, Greer, South Carolina. Kejadian yang terjadi pada tanggal 8 Januari 2003 tersebut, di awali ketika pesawat ini baru saja lepas landas dan masih berada diketinggian yang sangat rendah, ketika pesawat melakukan pergerakan arah heading (hidung pesawat) yang terus mendongak ke atas tanpa dapat dikendalikan. Peringatan stall pesawat berbunyi terus tanpa dapat di atasi. Tindakan itu disebut sebagai Loss of Picth Control During Take-off. Terhitung, 35 detik setelah waktu lepas landas, tanpa dapat dikendalikan lagi, pesawat itu menukik dan jatuh di atas bangunan hanggar. Setelah badan penyelidik kecelakaan nasional Amerika (NTSB) bersama otoritas penerbangan federal (FAA), melakukan penyelidikan atas jatuhnya pesawat tersebut, ditemukanlah faktor utama penyebabnya, yaitu hilangnya kendali pitch pesawat saat lepas landas.

Abstract:
The engine test bed is a tool used for testing in the development of new aircraft when it is installed into the aircraft to determine the capabilities of each engine. This engine test bed research aims to meet the needs of the learning process in supporting the practicum. By determining the geometry, modeling, material selection, manufacture, and testing of the engine test bed it will be known that the engine performance is good before use. The method used is a practical and analytical method to analyze the data that has been obtained from the test. The object of research used in this study is a dle-55cc engine. based on the results of testing the results of the thrust that compares with the static value of the thrust calculator, the average difference is obtained. From the results of the comparison of errors on the test equipment, the 22×8 propeller (4.5cm chord) obtained an average error of 4.178%. While the propeller 22×8 (chord 5cm) the error generated is 3.719% and from the value of fuel consumption obtained it produces 588,600-20,708 (N/kW.hr) this shows a good level of decline, so the engine used is more efficient in its use. From the test results, it can be said that the engine test bed has accuracy and can produce good engine performance to be used as a testing and other learning tool.

Abstract:
The sensor system is a system that functions to detect signals that come from changes in energy such as electrical energy, physical energy, chemical energy, biological energy, mechanical energy, and so on. The propeller test bench is an propeller performance testing platform prior to propeller installation on an aircraft to ensure engine suitability. The purpose of this design is to test the performance capability of the engine with the right sensor system measurement tool so that it can generate the value of thrust, rpm speed, and the temperature of an engine which will be designed to be used in the learning process to support propulsion practicum activities. The method used in this research is an experimental method of sensor system design. The design of the sensor system consists of a tachometer as a rpm measurement sensor, a thermostat as a sensor to measure the temperature of the propeller spool and temperature of the engine fin, and also a load cell as a sensor to measure the thrust value.The sensor system test results were then validated using the measurement results by the sensor manufacturer. The test was carried out on a wood-type propeller measuring 22 x 8 chords 4,5 cm and 5 cm. Based on the test results, it is known that the chord wood type propeller is 4,5 cm, at the maximum rpm is 7021.7, the resulting thrust value is 6.75. In testing the 5cm chord wood type propeller shows the maximum speed of 6977.5 produces a thrust of 6.95. Validation was carried out on the measurement results of rpm and thrust, the average error factor obtained for 4,5 cm chord wood type propeller was 0.783%, while for 5 cm chord wood type propeller the average error factor obtained was 1.0582%. From the resulting average error, it can be concluded that the measuring instrument for this sensor system has good accuracy

Abstract:
The large number of Acehnese people who are outside Aceh with various needs, such as doing business, working or studying. The optimal transportation to use to the destination quickly in a short time, namely air transportation. North Aceh Malikussaleh Airport is the second busiest airport in Aceh Province.The analysis in this study used PKP-PK analysis, analysis of the feasibility of Boeing 737-500 aircraft using the FPPM method, and analysis of the load capacity of Boeing 737-500 aircraft.From the calculation results, the Boeing 737-500 aircraft is not suitable to be flown at the Malikussaleh Airport in North Aceh due to the limitations of the PKP-PK category level and the strength of the Malikussleh Airport runway. Abstract:
Air traffic controllers are under excessive stress because of their job. This has been linked to aspects of ATC work such as high job demands, time or responsibility pressure, or inadequate equipment. Types of work that require more vigilance, such as air traffic controllers at airports, are closely related to mental jobs that require high concentration. Because there is a negative impact on a company if it gives mental workload too high or too low for its employees, it is necessary to measure it to find out the right mental workload for its employees. This study aims to calculate the mental workload felt by ATC personnel in the APP unit. Measurement of mental workload in this study using the NASA-TLX (National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index). Abstract:
Burning Hours is the one of policy in scheduling aircraft maintenance. With the burning hours the operator could performed aircraft maintenance before the due time. Burning Hours is indeed beneficial for flight operators to maintain the stability of the safety of the aircraft operation. Using the quantitative analysis method with the sample data’s from two aircraft, found that the burning hours affects to Burning Hours Cost loss for every aircraft meintenance activity. The value of Burning Hours Cost Loss and Potential Lost per Day needs to be considered by operators in scheduling maintenance activities, because it is possible that Burning Hours cannot be avoided in aircraft operation. Based on the data processing, the value of burning hours cost lost is not more than limit of potential lost per day. However it should also be considered if burning hours applied continuously will increase maintenance cost. Therefore, between maintenance planning department and the operation department should keep good coordination to minimize the burning hours cost loss. Keywords: Planning, Maintenance, Burning Hours

Abstract:
Internet telah menjadi salah satu media untuk tujuan pemasaran. Salah satu upaya dalam pemanfaatan media internet adalah untuk proses identitas merek atau sering disebut branding digital. Branding digital juga menjadi salah satu cara untuk menjaga eksistensi suatu lembaga pendidikan. SMP Negeri 4 Jombang merupakan salah satu sekolah tingkat menengah pertama yang terletak di Kabupaten Jombang, Jawa Timur. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh SMP Negeri 4 Jombang adalah terkait promosi melalui media digital yang belum maksimal dan banyaknya informasi yang ingin disampaikan, baik kepada siswa, orang tua, alumni, maupun kepada masyarakat masih belum dapat disampaikan secara maksimal. Mengarah pada permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut, maka diperlukan adanya sebuah website sekolah. Selain itu, diperlukan juga pendampingan pengelolaan website sekolah agar pihak sekolah dapat mengelola website-nya dengan optimal, baik dalam mengisikan konten profil sekolah, maupun dalam mengisikan konten kegiatan atau berita terkait SMP Negeri 4 Jombang. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan ini terdiri dari tiga tahap, yaitu identifikasi masalah, instalasi web sekolah, serta pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah peserta dapat melakukan pengelolaan website sekolah dengan baik. Abstract:
Kasus Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) yang semakin meningkat mengharuskan proses kegiatan belajar mengajar bagi peserta didik untuk sementara waktu dilakukan di rumah. PAUD dan TK Al-Ghifari Sukabirus merupakan salah satu sekolah yang terkena dampaknya. Saat ini, proses kegiatan belajar mengajar masih menggunakan metode konvensional, yaitu hanya pemberian tugas offline kerumah siswa. Pembelajaran tidak efektif untuk siswa dikarenakan tidak ada kegiatan mengajar secara tatap muka oleh guru kepada siswanya. Beberapa guru juga belum terlalu familiar dengan penggunaan media pembelajaran daring, seperti Google Meet maupun Google Classroom . Dengan demikian diperlukan suatu cara transfer knowledge penggunaan media daring yang dapat mendukung proses belajar mengajar di PAUD dan TK Al Ghifari. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini ialah mendukung pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan media daring (dalam jaringan) dengan melakukan penyuluhan kepada guru PAUD dan TK Al-Ghifari Sukabirus mengenai cara pembelajaran online menggunakan aplikasi Google Meet, Google Classroom, dan penyusunan bahan ajar berbasis online. Abstract:
Coronavirus (COVID-19) merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh coronavirus versi baru yang ditemukan pada akhir 2019 lalu. Pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) telah menimbulkan dampak luar biasa bagi kesehatan, keamanan, keselamatan, dan ketenangan seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Peningkatan kasus secara signifikan menyebabkan semakin luasnya wabah pandemi yang ada. Secara global sampai dengan 22 November 2020, kasus terkonfirmasi mencapai 55.624.562 kasus yang tersebar di 205 negara dengan 1.388.100 kematian. Akan tetapi, masih banyak terdapat disinformasi dan misinformasi di masyarakat yang berujung kepada ketidaktahuan masyarakat akan bahaya dan penolakan dalam megikuti rekomendasi pemerintah. Gejala utama. penyakit COVID-19 antara lain batuk, demam, dan sesak napas. Penyakit ini menyerang semua golongan, dewasa, lansia, maupun anak-anak. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi serta menilai gambaran pengetahuan masyarakat kabupaten karawang terhadap mitigasi COVID-19. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan memanfaatkan pendekatan virtual etnografi yan dilakukan secara online. Pemberian pengetahuan yang spesifik, valid, dan tepat sasaran mampu meningkatkan perilaku dalam pencegahan masyarakat terhadap virus COVID-19. Abstract:
Ikan bandeng merupakan komoditas perikanan yang mempunyai cita rasa yang spesifik sehingga digemari banyak orang. Namun memiliki kekurangan yaitu mempunyai tulang dan duri yang banyak. Salah satu cara sederhana untuk mengatasi kekurangan tersebut adalah dengan diversifikasi olahan dalam bentuk ikan bandeng tanpa duri. Olehnya itu tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberdayakan kelompok masyarakat melalui pelatihan pengolahan bandeng tanpa duri. Adapun kelompok masyarakat tersebut berlokasi di kawasan pesisir di Desa Bulu Cindea Pangkep. Metode yang diterapkan adalah (i) penyuluhan, (ii) demonstrasi berupa praktek langsung. Sedangkan evaluasi prospek pengembangan usaha menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa metode penyuluhan dan demonstrasi dapat menerapkan teknologi sederhana kepada masyarakat. Hasil praktik pencabutan duri diperoleh bahwa rata-rata masih membutuhkan waktu lebih dari 15 menit per ekor berarti masih dibawah standar yang terampil. Hasil analisis SWOT untuk prospek pengembangan usaha lebih lanjut diperlukan strategi peningkatan keterampilan teknis pelaku usaha, perangkat teknologi peralatan dan sarana yang memadai, pemasaran melalui promosi dan kerjasama dengan mitra usaha atau industri. Abstract:
Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk pelatihan TOEFL secara virtual ini diberikan kepada para anggota Nasyiatul ‘Aisyiyah (NA) Cabang Mantrijeron Yogyakarta. Hal ini dikarenakan kemampuan para anggota NA Mantrijeron dalam menghadapi tes TOEFL masih perlu ditingkatkan, terutama sebagai syarat untuk menyelesaikan studi, melamar pekerjaan, promosi jabatan, maupun melanjutkan pendidikan. Pelatihan TOEFL ini diadakan secara virtual melalui Google Meet dengan frekuensi 3 kali seminggu dan total 8 sesi/@60 menit. Beberapa temuan penting dari hasil evaluasi adalah: (1) Peserta menemui kendala untuk mengikuti pelatihan secara penuh karena jadwal bersamaan dengan kegiatan lain; (2) Durasi pelatihan dirasa cukup; (3) Jumlah sesi pelatihan dirasa kurang; (4) Peserta mendapatkan cukup banyak pengetahuan; (5) Penjelasan instruktur dapat diterima dengan baik; (6) Peserta mampu menyerap materi dengan baik; dan (7) Kepercayaan diri peserta terhadap TOEFL meningkat. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan TOEFL bagi anggota NA Mantrijeron Yogyakarta bermanfaat untuk menyiapkan anggota nya dalam menghadapi tes TOEFL untuk tujuan mereka masing-masing. Abstract:
Usaha makanan atau kuliner saat ini menjadi tren dan gaya hidup terutama di kota-kota besar seperti Jakarta, Bandung dan Surabaya, Makassar dan kota-kota besar lainnya. Makanan merupakan elemen kuat dalam menunjukkan dan memperkenalkan daerah maupun sebuah usaha kuliner. Hal ini mendasari tren perkembangan fotografi makanan atau food photography. UKM Kuliner Kecamatan Rappocini saat ini hanya mengemas produk kulinernya dengan sederhana, mengambil sampel foto di sosial media maupun internet yang bukan merupakan foto produk secara original. Sehingga pembeli kurang tertarik dengan kuliner tersebut. Hal ini mendasari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dalam Pelatihan food photography bagi pelaku usaha tersebut sebagai solusi pengembangan UKM kuliner yang ada di Rappocini. Metode pelatihan adalah melakukan sosialisasi tentang kegiatan dan pembekelan materi mengenai Langkah-langkah pembuatan food photography kemudian peserta melakukan praktek langsung dan penilain hasil pemotretan dari sampel makanan yang disiapkan. Abstract:
Pengetahuan avionik merupakan hal yang mendalam sangat diperlukan bagi alumni prodi Teknik Elektro Institut Teknologi Dirgantara Adisutjipto. Dengan diberlakukannya kurikulum 2019, mahasiswa prodi ini telah dibekali pengetahuan avionik sesuai dengan target. Namun pengetahuan ini belum sepenuhnya didapat bagi angkatan 2016 dan sebelumnya dan juga alumni Teknik Elektro. Untuk itulah diperlukan program untuk memberikan pengetahuan avionik secara lebih mendalam kepada mereka. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini akan memberikan materi avionik Attitude and Heading Reference System (AHRS) kepada para mahasiswa angkatan 2016 dan sebelumnya dan juga alumni. Program ini diwujudkan dalam bentuk webinar dan dapat diikuti oleh masyarakat. Lebih jauh lagi, webinar ini juga dapat diikuti kapan saja di channel youtube, dengan harapan webinar ini dapat disaksikan kapan saja dan pengetahuan AHRS dapat disebarluaskan kepada masyarakat. Abstract:
Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi secara global mengakibatkan pemerintah Indonesia mengeluarkan kebijakan belajar di rumah bagi seluruh institusi pendidikan di semua jenjang. Kebijakan belajar di rumah menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi penyelenggara pendidikan yang belum memiliki infrastruktur pembelajaran daring, termasuk PKBM Bhakti Asih. Selain itu, kesiapan guru dan siswa juga menjadi kendala dalam penerapan pembelajaran daring. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (abdimas) bertujuan untuk membantu PKBM Bhakti Asih dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Langkah pelaksanaan abdimas meliputi identifikasi masalah menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara; analisis solusi dengan melakukan studi literatur; perencanaan kegiatan; pelaksanaan kegiatan; dan evaluasi kegiatan. Kegiatan abdimas ini berupa pelatihan bagi guru dan siswa untuk menggunakan Google Classroom dalam rangka mendukung proses belajar-mengajar secara daring di masa pandemi Covid-19. Outcome dari kegiatan abdimas ini berupa peningkatan kompetensi guru dan siswa dalam penggunaan Google Classroom, serta kesiapan PKBM Bhakti Asih dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran daring. Abstract:
Salah satu metode sand control yang umum digunakan oleh perusahaan oil dan gas untuk pekerjaan perawatan sumur adalah sand consolidation (SCON). Selama ini, proses pemilihan provider pelaksana pekerjaan dilakukan secara lelang. Kemudian pimpinan departemen dan engineer akan memutuskan providernya. Agar proses pemilihan lebih transparan, terukur dan bisa dipertanggung jawabkan, maka diperlukan suatu sistem pengambilan keputusan yang standar dan kompatibel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui parameter apa yang menjadi dasar pertimbangan dan merancang sistem pengambilan keputusannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan kriteria yang dijadikan sebagai pertimbangan adalah compatibility (0,349), safety & environment (0,229), quality (0,219), cost (0,127), dan service (0,075). Alternatif ST-α2-HL dengan bobot 0,282 merupakan provider terpilih. AHP dapat diterapkan sebagai metode yang sangat baik dalam kasus penentuan best alternatif provider SCON. Perbandingan hasil antara decision maker dan metode AHP jika dilihat dari perspektif best alternatif saja mencapai 100%. Abstract:
Flight planning is one of the essential factors of the airline operation. The selection of routes will determine the economic value of the flight. However, some conditions may prevent the flight to use the most optimum route due to airspace restriction or weather condition. The research aims to develop a search engine program that uses dynamic flight parameters that considers fusion of System Wide Information Management (SWIM) data including weather data and NOTAM to produce the most optimum route in 2D flight planning. The Dijkstra’s pathfinding is implemented in Python programming language to produce the flight plan. The navigation data used is enroute airway in Indonesian FIR regions. The scenario used is a flight from Jakarta to Makassar with duration of 2 hours flight with considering the effect of restricted airspace and weather blockage during in-flight. The study also uses the optimum route produced by the algorithm to be compared with the possible alternate routes to define how optimum the route is. Adding a restricted airspace parameter will result in a new optimum flight plan that able avoids the airspace and the most minimum distance. The effect of external wind parameter could influence the optimum route which may vary depends on the speed of the wind.

Abstract:
Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) can be defined as a productive business that can be owned by individuals or business entities and has met the criteria as a micro business. UMKM is one of the spearheads of an independent economy that has great development potential, so that the existence of MSMEs can strengthen the people's economy. One area that has a lot of MSMEs is Gunungkidul Regency which is located in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. There are many obstacles in the UMKM business in Gunungkidul Regency, one of which is in marketing and product management. Support from the technological side is needed to increase the pace of the MSME economy. One form of technology support is an inventory application that can help MSMEs in managing product stocks and supporting product marketing. Applications named Nawani and Nukoni can make it easier for MSME business players in marketing products. Nawani functions to market UMKM products and perform stock management, while Nukoni functions as a catalog for MSME products. Based on the test obtained using a Likert Scale, Nawani has a score of 78.8% for the Function Test and the UI / UX Test of 69.6%, while Nukoni has a score of 85.3% for the Function Test and the UI / UX Test for 70.2%, so that both applications are running and suitable for use by both parties.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari refiner time (waktu penggilingan ulang) terhadap kualitas tissue.Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data primer saat proses pembuatan tissue (handsheet).Waktu untuk LBKP (5, 10 dan 25) menit dan NBKP (10, 30 dan 40) menit. Masing-masing pulp dibuat sebanyak 2 buah. Kemudian dilakukan pengujian di Laboratorium QC dengan faktor pengujian yang menentukan kualitas tissue. Seperti:freeness(derajat giling), thickness(ketebalan), machine direction tensile(kekuatan), basisweight (berat), elongation (daya mulur) dan porosity(kerapatan serat). Hasil yang didapat jika semakin lama refiner time,maka (1) freeness akan semakin rendah, (2) thickness akan semakin tinggi, (3) measure direction tensile akan semakin tinggi, (4)elongation akan semakin tinggi dan (5) porosity akan semakin tinggi. Abstract:
Cargo plays a very important role in the aviation industry as a supporting revenue. In Airline X, cargo supports the revenue by 4% - 6% of the total revenue. There are opportunities to optimize the cargo compartment in Airline X by analyzing every agent involved in the purpose to know the optimum cargo loaded into the compartment using Agent-Based Modelling. The method used in this research is Rejection Sampling in Monte Carlo and Agent-Based Modelling. In addition, the theory used in this research is distribution function, to determine what type of distribution that represents the agent behavior. The final result shows that with the predetermined number of iterations, which is 300 iterations, the optimal value was obtained base on the convergent result. On the other hand, the distribution of passenger and baggage described as the Gaussian Distribution Function, while the distribution of EBT described as the Negative Exponential Distribution Function. These distributions represent agent behavior.

Abstract:
The aim of this research is to optimise the utilization of third runway in Soekarno Hatta International Airport by giving recommendation based on calculation and simulation of runway capacity. The flight schedule data in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport was taken from flightradar24.com for duration of 1- 6 January 2020. The calculation of the runway capacity uses time space analysis method and simulation in BlueSky ATM Simulator. The highest runway capacity of 44 flights per hour is reached when the runway operates as take-off only or landing-only configuration. The simulation is conducted for 3 scenarios: 2 runways configuration, 3 runways configuration and 3 runways configuration with modification. The log data of simulation is analysed using Python programming to know the separation for every pair of flights and ensured that the minima distance due to wake turbulence is fulfilled. The recommendations are runway 07L/25R and 06/24 operates as segregated parallel operation by installing ILS on runway 06/24, extending NP2 and NP3 taxiway for increasing the capacity and reducing the runway incident probability. The results from extending the taxiway are the operation of runway 06/24 will not disturb runway 07L/25R operation, the runway capacity will increase by 60%, and the utilization of third runway will increase by 55%.

Abstract:
Pada keadaan cerah Intensitas radiasi matahari di luar atmosfer bumi adalah 1360 W/m2, Setelah disaring oleh atmosfer, intensitas puncak radiasi menjadi sekitar 1000 W/m2. Berdasarkan letak geografis, Indonesia sangat berpotensi untuk menjadikan energi surya sebagai salah satu sumber energi masa depan, namun temperatur sel surya sangat berpengaruh terhadap performa panel surya dikarenakan komponen semikonduktor pada sel surya sangat sensitif terhadap perubahan temperatur. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendinginan dengan menggunakan sirip pada panel surya untuk meningkatkan daya dari panel surya. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu pendinginan dengan sirip dapat menurunkan temperatur sebesar 3,52% - 3,78%, namun penggunaan sirip pada pendinginan dengan konveksi paksa justru menurunkan efektivitas dari sirip dari 24,63% menjadi 16,63%. Dengan menambahkan sirip untuk pendinginan alami panel surya maka luas permukaan untuk perpindahan panas juga akan meningkat, sehingga mempercepat perpindahan panas dari panel ke udara, dengan begitu temperatur maksimal panel surya dapat menurun. Abstract:
Transportation, as a part of the supply chain process, contributes to carbon emission which leads to climate change and global warming. This environmental issue gives an impact to decisions regarding the supply chain of a company. One way to deal with this issue is by analyzing their vehicle routing problem. In this study, the issue about routing problems in green supply chain by considering the heterogeneous fleet is being discussed. One variant of Green Vehicle Routing Problem (GVRP) reviewed in this paper is about Heterogeneous Alternative Fuel Vehicles for Green Vehicle Routing Problem (HAFVGVRP). The purpose of this study is to review the development of GVRP with heterogeneous alternative fuel vehicles and the gap or state-of-the-art on existing researches. The review was classified according to the objectives, type of fleet, and solution used. Moreover, this study also presents the trend and direction of further research.

Abstract:
Image segmentation is a concept that is often used for object detection. This detection has difficulty detecting objects with backgrounds that have many colors and even have a color similar to the object being detected. This study aims to detect fish using segmentation, namely segmenting fish images using k-means clustering. The segmentation process is processed by improving the image first. The initial process is preprocessing to improve the image. Preprocessing is done twice, before segmentation using k-means and after. Preprocessing stage 1 using resize and reshape. Whereas after k-means is the contrast-limited adaptive histogram equalization. Preprocessing results are segmented using k-means clustering. The K-means concept classifies images using segments between the object and the background (using k = 8). The final step is the morphological process with open and close operations to obtain fish contours using black and white images based on grayscale images from color images. Based on the experimental results, the process can run well, with the ssim value close to 1, which means that image information does not change. Processed objects provide a clear picture of fish objects so that this k-means segmentation can help detect fish objects.

Abstract:
In computer-based learning process, there are communication process that goes between user; students and the sistem. Calculating perimeter of plane figures in edugame is a learning media that can help students to study and play just in the same time. This edugame is intended to help students understanding and calculating the perimeter of various plane figures way easier with the visualization. Source of the data is from primary and secondary datas of 7th Tematic Elementary School book and several journals about the theory of calculating plane figures. The application’s trial is using questionnaire with correspondents of 17 expert users that are elementary school teachers, with the average result 2.8, which is the interval score criteria as ”good”. Meanwhile, the second trial using youtube as a platform has 64 viewers and 16 comments. The average comments by users are ”This application is very useful”.

Bisma Informatika is one of the educational institutions with Diploma education level in Denpasar that serves certification services for people who want to take certification expertise, especially those engaged in Information and Computer Technology. In order to serve optimally, Bisma Informatika applies registration which can be done by the computerized system so that the participant's data can be stored properly. After observing the use of the system at the time of participant registration, an initial conclusion can be drawn that many data fields cannot be understood by the user so they must ask the officer on duty. The data fields in question such as the choice of certification class are not clear because it does not include the implementation time, the unaccompanied participants who come from the common line (so can not include the student identification numbers), telephone numbers that cannot be entered if they exceed the capacity of the permitted number, and inconsistent field filling instructions. This shows that the usability aspect of the registration system is not being considered properly. This study evaluates the interface design and features of the Bisma Informatika certification registration system by considering the context and user needs. In an effort to find out the context and user needs, a Website Usability Evaluation (WEBUSE) questionnaire was used. The results of the WEBUSE questionnaire showed that the four categories which have a good usability level, only content, organization and readability categories are obtained. Abstract:
Transportation has become a human need today, one of which is air transportation, namely airplanes. In order for the aircraft to be used properly and comfortably, it is necessary to carry out routine maintenance, especially before flying. Problems caused by aircraft engines are sometimes small problems that do not require a high level of knowledge. To overcome this, maybe someone who has very basic knowledge of aircraft engines can do it. But sometimes these problems also require a high level of expertise regarding these components so that they require technicians or experts to repair them. Through this application, users can consult the system such as consulting with experts to find out the symptoms that occur on the plane and find solutions to the problems encountered. The expert system built using the Hill Climbing Heuristic method resulted in 72.67% when tested on respondents.

Abstract:
The function of the Adisutjipto-Aerospace Institute of Technology (ITDA) library is to provide borrowing and reimbursement services for books insured by members of the library. The books which increase in number each year occupy a lot of space in the library, it is therefore necessary to study it so that the form of this book is no longer physical but digital or paperless to be able to be stored on a server computer. This form of library is known as a digital library or e-library. The electronic library is a modern library as a place which provides a source of educational information with more convenience and security. The flow in the application is not very different from the flow in the manual library. Security becomes an important part of an application, by limiting network access, accessing PDF documents and implementing PDF Viewer using the PDF.js library by rendering PDF documents on a canvas capable of blocking illegal downloads. Based on the test results, the electronic library application can work properly. The speed of opening a PDF document is influenced by the speed of the server, the content contained in the PDF and the size of the PDF file.

Abstract:
Wasaka Museum is one of the museums in Banjarmasin City. However, the information obtained by visitors at this time is only from short writings near the object of the image, and museum guards cannot accompany visitors to get around. Furthermore, the interest of museum visitors has also decreased due to the unavailability of adequate information, minimal services, and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this research is to develop applications using Mobile Augmented Reality Technology as a means of promotion, trying to attract visitors with AR interaction treats, and the form of virtual museum tours. The methodology used is the Agile Development Method with the type of Extreme Programming (XP). Then the A/B Testing Method is used to select the user interface design. Marker-Based Tracking is a method of detecting markers so that 3D objects can appear. The conclusion is that the selected interface design is design B with a percentage of 76.9%, all the features in the application have functioned very well, and the results of the usability evaluation with a percentage of 83.33% have an excellent predicate which means that they can be recommended for further use at the Wasaka Museum Banjarmasin. in the New Normal Era. Abstract:
Soekarno Hatta International Airport and Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport are located in the Jabodetabek metropolitan area which is the largest area for air transportation users in Indonesia. Along with the increasing number of users of air transportation modes, a multi-airport system is needed to reduce the burden on one airport. The method used is a qualitative analysis method by comparing existing data with data obtained from research to determine a multi-airport criteria. From the results of data processing, it is concluded that the development of a multi-airport system in the Jabodetabek metropolitan area has several criteria, namely airport distance, accessibility, airport management, airport route services, passenger demand as well as government regulations and policies governing the multi-airport systems.

Air transportation is increasingly in demand.. Airports as a gathering place for passengers must be prepared to face this increase in the number of aircraft passengers.This increase in airplane passengers certainly affects and is influenced by various socio-economic factors, including: population, number of hotels, number of tourists, GRDP (Gross Regional Domestic Product), and number of train passengers. Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport could be considered as new airports in Indonesia because it has only been used for commercial flights for 7 years starting from opening for public flights in 2014. This airport has visually increased the number of passengers each year so it is suitable as an object of research. Calculation of the estimated increase in airplane passengers at the airport can be done using a multiple linear regression method, while to find out how much influence the size of the increase in airplane passengers and socio-economic factors can use the correlation coefficient search

Abstract:
The wing is part of an aircraft or UAV which has a function as a major component of producing lift, therefore if a problem occurs such as a vortex at the end of the wing it will affect its performance capability. This study aims to determine the condition of the airflow, the value of induced drag, and the selection of the design of the wingtip devices on the wing profile of the UAV LSU-05. The method used is numerical or computational methods with CFD-based software to predict the aerodynamic characteristics and phenomenon of airflow around the wing with wingtip devices and without it. The model used in this study is a half-wing LSU-05 with NACA 4415 made with CATIA V5R20 software and the simulation uses ANSYS CFX 17.1. Based on the previous simulation results, it was found that the application of the canted winglet geometry to the wing profile of the UAV LSU-05 affects the coefficient lift (CL)/coefficient drag (CD) value and induced drag. Whereas the coefficient lift (CL)/coefficient drag (CD) value before using the canted winglet was 18.904 after application, increased to 21.616, this causes the induced drag value to change inversely with the coefficient lift (CL)/coefficient drag (CD) value where the value before the application was 30.4181 N to 29.0566 N.Keywords: Canted Winglet, CFD, Wing

Abstract:
Designing a system to identify damage based on damage symptom data, so as to get repair handling in accordance with the procedure using a forward chaining expert system, where the expert system is one of the computer systems that aims to solve problems by imitating the human mindset as an expert applied to one of them. Aircraft components that are frequently maintained and damaged are found, namely the landing gear of the Cessna Grand Caravan C208-B aircraft. In the process of making the damage identification system in this final project, the UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling paradigm and the PHP programming language are used. From the research results, the landing gear damage identification system of the Cessna Grand Caravan C208-B aircraft using a forward chaining expert system can facilitate the search for damage and handling for users or technicians in dealing with a symptom that occurs in the landing gear of the Cessna Grand Caravan C208-B aircraft

In this case, operator has some considerations in choosing engine which is appropriate with the demand. The engine performance is very important to be considered, especially the engine capabilities when it is being maximally operated in takeoff phase.This research discusses about the CFM56-7B engine takeoff performance comparison between 26300 lbs and 24200 lbs thrust rating configuration. By processing Test Cell Result data using formula in Engine Shop Manual - 003, author did a performance calculation to know how much the difference that happened to both of those thrust rating configuration.

Abstract:
In the aircraft manufacturing industry, the strength and weight of the material is one of the important considerations in structural design. Composite material is a material composed of two or more forming materials, each of which has different mechanical properties. Aircraft structure in this era are 50 - 80% composed of glass or carbon fiber composite materials as reinforcement. Unfortunately, these fibers when recycled produce harmful CO gas, difficult to degrade naturally and cause itching when in contact with human skin. For this reason, environmentally friendly and strong fibers are needed to replace the role of glass or carbon fibers. Is a bamboo plant, which is abundant in Indonesia which is considered suitable as a substitute material. In this study, a mechanical test and descriptive analysis were carried out on the strength of the composite material with variations in the types of bamboo fibers apus, wulung, tutul and petung. These fibers are arranged with epoxy resin and hardener as a binding material (matrix). And each fiber will be arranged in 0 ° pattern to the matrix. Then each material with a different fiber type will be tested for tensile and bending to obtain the value of stress and strain that occurs at its maximum loading. And the result is the average tensile stress value (Mpa) composite material of apus bamboo is 75.95, wulung bamboo 49.92, petung bamboo 112.73, tutul bamboo 83.85. Then the average bending stress (Mpa) composite material of apus bamboo was 239.073, wulung bamboo 214.236, petung bamboo 249.67, tutul bamboo 272.79. With this result, bamboo fiber composites are considered to be able to replace the role of carbon or glass fibers, as an alternative composite material in some parts of the interior fuselage of aircraft panels. Abstract:
This study aims to determine the results of the analysis of the causes a failure that occurred in the Electric Motor-Driven Pump system on an aircraft. Boeing 737-800. The data used is in the form of a Pilot Report from the Batik airline.Water in the period 2013 to 2020.The method used in this research is Failure Mode and Effect Criticality Analysis (FMECA). FMECA is a method used to analyze the causes of damage to a system / component,along with the effects if there is damage to the system / component. The first step in this research is to find case data happened to the hydraulic system (ATA 29) on the airline Batik Air, then perform data processing. From the results of the analysis, the results of the RPN value on Electric Motor-Driven.The highest pump is because EMDP cannot supply pressure to the system. Based on the RPN calculation, the RPN value was obtained at 12. This value obtained from the matrix in the safety standard manual from Batik Air.

Until now, Gading Airfield cannot be used for commercial flights. However, in the future, along with the increasing number of commercial and training flights, Gading Airfield will continue to be developed to help smooth flights in DI Yogyakarta. Thus some flight guidelines for civil aviation must be made. Several analysis and calculation methods are carried out starting from general analysis of the airfield, counting and design of the takeoff guide patron starting from two sides of the runway, namely from RWY 10 and 28. The calculation consists of MTOW calculation which is limited by PCN, calculation of takeoff path, calculation Takeoff distance requirement, calculation of climb segment up to 1.500 feet, calculation of flight turn 1.500 feet, to design patron takeoff path guidance.

When it gets older, the main rotor blade condition will decrease because of the presence of bent, material fatigue and human error during operation. Based on the background, it is necessary to identify the level of reliability of main rotor blade on the Bell 412 helicopter using the normal distribution method. The research data were the age of components of main rotor blade on Bell 412 helicopter during 27 years.Based on the analysis of calculation of the reliability level, employing the normal distribution method and using Microsoft Excel, the reliability value (R) of all serial numbers of Bell 412 helicopter main rotor blade was 99%, which indicates the reliability of the Bell 412 helicopter main rotor blade is very good.

Airport Rescue & Fire Fighting equipment at Adi Soemarmo International Airport, Operational Vehicle PKP-PK, the number of main vehicles is 3 units, and 6 supporting units meet the standard requirements that have been determined according to the PKP-PK category at Adi Soemarmo Airport, namely category 8. it has a Daily Checklist of operational equipment in each main vehicle and support vehicle. Supporting Facilities for Airport Rescue & Fire Fighting totaled 194 where required for category 8 was 167 but there were still some shortcomings of the equipment needed. This can be shown in the table, namely the types of hydraulic / electrical (or combination) portable rescue equipment, oxygen resuscitation, and thermal imaging cameras. There are 380 Supporting Reserve Facilities for Rescue & Fire Fighting where the minimum equipment required is 355 but there is a lack of equipment, namely Proximity suit, Resuscitator, Helmet, and Binocular equipment.

Abstract:
Unmanned Aerial Vechicle (UAV) is one of the types an aircraft. Trainer is part of an airplane where the aircraft is controlled by a remote control for its flight. One of the things that must be considred in design an airplane is strength and and resistance of the wing structure in accepting distributed aircraft loads. In addition to the structural design and load, the material to be used can have an effect. The process is starting from modification of the aircraft wing using CATIA V5R20 which is then carried out analysis of the wing structure by being given the aircraft load using ANSYS 19. The largest structural value is in the Joiner section of 7,967 with manuvering load and smallest value is 0,026 on the Spar section. Margin of safety smallest value in the spar when its manuver. After analysis it is continued with the manufacturing process according to the design that has been made.

Produksi sawit pada tahun 2013 mencapai 6.735.795,45 ton denganjumlah lahan 393.990 ha Setiap hektar kebun kelapa sawit menghasilkan 17 ton tandan buah segar dan setiap Hektar lahan ditanami 148 pohon sawit dengan demikian untuk setiap pohon kelapa sawit menghasilan 115 kg/tahun. Sehingga dengan jumlah produksi yang bersar tersebut maka didapatkan energi listrik yang terbangkit dari potensi limbah produksi kelapa sawit adalah 1.573 MWh. Potensi ini dapat membantu pemenuhan energi nasional 35 Ribu MWh

Abstract:
Pengujian yang dilakukan hanya untuk mendapatkan nilai kekuatan sambungan atau kekuatan penggabungan terhadap uji tarik. Dari data yang diperoleh, nilai rata– rata yang didapatkan pada spesimen yang menggunakan metode adhesive bonding adalah sudut 0 18,355. Sudut 30 27,665 sudut 45 23,354 sudut 60 18,781. Hal ini dapat diliat dari mode kegagalan yang dialami oleh sambungan atau penggabungan tersebut. Metode adhesive bonding memiliki perbedaan besar nilai kekuatan antara spesimen sudut 0 , sudut 30 ,sudut 45 , sudut 60 Nilai rata-rata kekuatan tarik yang dimiliki oleh spesimen adalah sudut 0 18,355. Sudut 30 27,665 sudut 45 23,354 sudut 60 18,781 yang terbesar ialah sudut 30 sebesar 37,665 dan yg terendah sudut 0 18,35.
