Abstract:
The use of Cryotherapy and Foam rolling methods is considered to speed up the post-exercise recovery process. However, so far there have been no studies comparing the two methods, thus the aim of this study was to compare the Cryotherapy and Foam rolling methods on performance and lactate levels in futsal athletes. This study uses an experimental method with a one-way crossover design pretest-posttest approach. The total subjects were 16 Amateur Futsal Players with an average age, 20.25 ± 1.23 years; height, 168.87 ± 2.02 cm; and weight, 54.61 ± 1.94 kg; BMI, 19.16 ± 1.01 kg/m-2. The results showed that foam rolling and cryotherapy had no effect on physical performance, but both methods could significantly reduce lactate levels. However, in this case the foam rolling method showed an improvement in the 20-meter sprint which was better than cryotherapy. Thus, the results of this study provide a recommendation for futsal athletes to use foam rolling in the post-exercise recovery process.

Abstract:
Active recovery is recommended to help the soccer player recover quickly. However, there has been no study comparing the most effective active recovery methods post-match. The purpose of this study was to compare active recovery (jogging and cycling) to the heart rate and fatigue level of athletes. This study uses an experimental method with a pretest-posttest crossover design approach. Subjects were 22 male amateur football athletes with an average (age, 19.40 ± 1.18 years; height, 170.04 ± 3.54 cm; weight, 62.89 ± 5.44 kg). The results showed that the average heart rate (HR), vertical jump (VJ), and lactate levels between groups after the simulation match did not show significant differences (HR p= 0.748, VJ p=0.984, lactate p=0.633). However, for variables HR and lactate levels experienced a significant decrease after undergoing recovery treatment, and when viewed from the delta the jogging group experienced a decrease (HR 24.7%, and lactate 52.5%), for the bicycle group (HR 29.3%, and lactate 60.9%) and the sitting group (HR 19.91%, and lactate 23.4%). So the results of this study provide evidence that post-match cycling can contribute to a more effective active recovery strategy. Thus the results of this study can be used as a reference for coaches and athletes in a good recovery process after a football match.

Abstract:
The use of surgical masks during exercise is still a matter of controversy. Thus the aim of this study was to see the effect of using surgical masks and non masks on heart rate, VO2max and calories during exercise. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a posttest-only crossover design approach. The instrument used in this study was the VO2max test using the Cooper Test (running as far as 2.4 km). The total subjects were 12 healthy men with a mean age of 19.87 ± 1.24 years; height, 166.81 ± 6.31 cm; and weight, 56.30 ± 3.79 kg; BMI, 20.06 ± 0.95 kg / m-2. The results showed that the use of masks during aerobic endurance exercise had no effect on heart rate and VO2max, a significant difference occurred in energy expenditure which included the number of calories while using surgical masks (p = 0.001). Aerobic exercise using a surgical mask and without the use of a mask is safe and possible. Despite the fact that wearing a mask when exercising is a little uncomfortable, the use of a surgical mask has only a small effect on physiological parameters during exercise

Abstract:
Research using bibliometric analysis methods in sports journals has never been done, especially in accredited national journals. This study evaluates the pattern and development of publications in the Jurnal SPORTIF: Jurnal Penelitian Pembelajaran from 2015 to 2020. This study uses bibliometric analysis and visualization of similarities using the VOSViewer application for the graphical conception of bibliographic data such as co-occurrence of keywords and co-authorship. Also, this study will also evaluate the most productive institutions, the most productive authors, the most cited articles, the number of citations, and the level of author collaboration. The analysis results show an increase in publication production after the Jurnal SPORTIF: Jurnal Penelitian Pembelajaran was declared accredited by SINTA 2 in 2018, which shows an increase in interest in submitting articles. Forming basic movements in elementary school students through traditional games is one of the currently trending topics, so there are gaps and opportunities to exploit research with this theme. Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri is the most productive institution with 29 articles, while the most productive writer is Budiman Agung Pratama, with five articles published so far. Further research is expected to compare the pattern and development of publications in the SINTA 2 national accredited journals.

Children without VI showed higher locomotor skills (M= 21.38, SD= 6.69) when compared to children with VI (M= 9.70, SD= 3.09). Children without VI showed higher ball skills (M = 18.74, SD = 6.54) when compared to children with VI (M = 5.23, SD = 5.44)). For locomotor skills there was a significant effect on vision (F=17.55, p=.014, η2=.31). For children with VI, birth control (n=7) performed higher (M=10.33, SD=10.54) compared to non-birth VI (n=3; M 4.02, SD=2, 73). For ball skills there was a significant effect on vision (F=21.99, p<0.001, η2=.56). For children with VI, congenital VI (n=7) performed higher (M=6.73, SD=6.69) than non-congenital blind (n=3; M=2.05, SD=1.01). Non-blind children show higher levels of FMS when compared to children with VI. The children with VI in this sample exhibited profound developmental delays requiring further investigation and future intervention.

Abstract:
The purpose of study was to determine the effect of vitamin C supplementation on maximum physical activity on the total of leukocytes. Research method used a quasi-field experiment with pre-test design and post-test control group design. The study subjects consisted of four male non-athletes, aged 20-22 years. The number of leukocytes was measured before and after vitamin C supplementation with a dose of 100 mg and 500 mg in maximum activity, namely running to fatigue. Data normality was tested by Kolmogorov Smirnov and paired sample t-test was used to test for differences in the total of leukocytes before and after vitamin C supplementation. The results showed that the average number of respondents' leukocytes increased after maximal physical activity (∆ = 6,775) and after vitamin C supplementation 100 mg (∆ = 1300) and 500 mg (∆ = 550). Paired t-test showed a significant difference (p = 0.019) between the total of leukocytes before and after maximum physical activity. There was no significant difference between the supplementation of vitamin C at a dose of 100 mg (p = 0.09) and a dose of 500 mg (p = 0.95) on the total of leukocytes before and after maximum physical activity. So, it is concluded that maximum physical activity increases the number of leukocytes. However, there was no difference in the number of leukocytes before and after maximum physical activity in the supplementation of 100 mg and 500 mg of vitamin C

Abstract:
The axiology of lego-lego dance in a sports perspective is a study that explores the values contained in lego-lego dance, especially sports axiology. This study aims to determine/find the axiology of sports contained in the lego-lego dance which is studied through the perspective of sports in the lego-lego circle. This research method is a quantitative descriptive method using observation, interviews and questionnaires. The subjects in this study involved 50 people from the West Kuligang Pantar tribe, Alor Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. The data collection of this research used descriptive quantitative by using a questionnaire. The data analysis of this research is using the MIX method, a combination of quantitative and qualitative, the data to be analyzed can then be drawn conclusions according to the focus of the problem being studied. The results of this study indicate that sports axiology in lego-lego dance really exists with respondents' answers presented as Strongly Agree (SS) 1,92%, Agree (S) 2,80%, Neutral (N) 1%, Disagree (TS) 0,08% . The limitation of this research is that the single version of the lego-lego dance is not plural because the lego-lego dance in each tribe has different movements, sources, subjects, places of research and times. Researchers hope that there are researchers who can examine more than one version of the lego-lego dance.

Abstract:
Background: In the past years, Esport has been a phenomenon. It lies in a discussion of whether accepting esport as a part of sport categories or not. In fact, many argue about this because it has an impact on the physical activity and lifestyle of the players. This study focuses on the analysis of physical activity and lifestyle of esport athletes competing in annual sporting events throughout Indonesia. Method: In this study data collected from 50 athletes consisting of all men. The measurement method used in measuring the level of physical activity is the International Physical Activities Questionnaire (IPAQ). Result: From the completed questionnaire, it was found that the level of physical activity of the athletes reached 3120.2 (± 24.3) METs. This figure shows that athletes are still included in the category of high physical activity. Conclusion: The average level of physical activity of esport athletes is in the high category.

Abstract:
This study aims to prove an increase in the expression of uncoupling protein-1 (UCP-1) after moderate-intensity continuous exercise in obese females. The present study employed a true-experimental with the randomized control group pretest-posttest design. A total of 12 obese females were enrolled in this study and given moderate-intensity continuous exercise. Continuous exercise was done with an intensity of 60-70% HRmax for 40 minutes using a treadmill. The Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) method was used to examine the expression of UCP-1. Data were analyzed using independent samples t-test with statistics packet for social science (SPSS) software version 17. The results obtained mean UCP-1 expression on K1 between pre-exercise (3.68±0.46) ng/mL, post-exercise (3.73±0.69) ng/mL and (p=0.875). Mean UCP-1 expression on K2 between pre-exercise (3.64±1.52) ng/mL, post-exercise (6.83±0.64) ng/mL and (p=0.001). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an increase in UCP-1 expression between before and after moderate-intensity continuous exercise in obese females. Future studies are suggested to compare the effect of acute exercise with moderate intensity chronic exercise on increasing UCP-1 expression in obese females.
