Abstract:
The article deals with the search for a new understanding of the essence of the phenomena of “leadership” and “leadership qualities” and the theoretical foundations of leadership development through an individual approach to the training of future officers of the National Guard of Ukraine. It is proposed to include the integration of individual training in the professional activities of future military leaders, consistent with the strategic direction of the National Guard of Ukraine. It is determined that the preparation of future officers for leadership in the military team is a socio-pedagogical system that helps cadets to master three basic leadership skills: diagnosing the development of subordinates, flexibility and partnership. Through the organization of individual training of officers-leaders, three more basic leadership skills “in themselves” are developed - to challenge the accepted limitations, to determine the levels of their power and to cooperate for the sake of success. It is proved that effective development of leadership qualities should take place at all four levels: self-management; individual subordinates; military unit (team) and military organization.

Abstract:
The article analyzes the essence and meaning of key concepts that play a significant methodological role in the study and substantiates the need to apply hermeneutical and cultural principles in the process of forming a future charismatic teacher leader. It is proved that the main idea of the philosophical and pedagogical theory of hermeneutics is the idea of understanding that acts as a fundamental need of the individual. The rationale for this idea was initiated by the German philosopher F.Schleiermacher. The scientist sketched a “hermeneutical circle” in which a person stays their whole life. This circle is not a constant value, it tends to change, filli ng with cultural meanings of the individual. Based on the results of the analysis of the contribution of leading representatives of the philosophical theory of hermeneutics, the necessity of developing the course of Pedagogical Hermeneutics was proved in the article, and the leading directions for forming the future charismatic teacher-leader were determined.

Abstract:
The existing experience of the society regarding the functioning of leaders in it is considered, where education plays not the least role. Certain ways and means of identifying people with leadership potential have been identified, but there is still a possibility of errors in their selection and further professional management training. The main question of the possibility for each person to be a leader, which is the basis of the methodology of their identification and training, is considered. The nature of the answer to this question affects the meaning of social life and joint activities of people, their socio -psychological well-being. It is determined that the oppor tunity for a person to become a leader is determined by a combination of both objective and subjective factors. They can both contribute to the successful realization of this opportunity, and complicate it, which requires a systematic analysis of these factors, among which the subjective factors are more important, because it depends on the person whether he wants and can be a leader.

Examines the opportunities that are provided through the using of interactive technologies in the teaching of disciplines of the mathematical cycle. Abstract:
The publication exposes the outcomes of a research on topicality of leadership competency and leadership potential in the course of military students’ professional training at a technical university. Special attention is paid to analyzing the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Standard on speciality 254 “Support of the Army (forces) for the first (bachelor’s degree) level of higher education”. The article highlights the outcomes of a pilot research on the basis of: the “Psychogeometrical test” projective methodology, the “Leader” test, and the authors’ questionnaire to determine the leadership potential. On the outcomes of analyzing the respondents’ answers, a low level of leadership potential development was determined, which attests to an insufficient communication level, cadets’ narrow world outlook on various issues, passivity, lack of skills in and unwillingness to demonstrate persistence. By 95 % of respondents’ answers, the importance of studying leadership disciplines at a military institution of a technical higher education establishment has been proved. The professional training improvement for future officers-leaders has been substantiated in the article.

Abstract:
The article discusses a strategy of development of the pre-sessional English course for foreign students of the Faculty of International education of National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” (NTU “KhPI”). Challenges for foreigners studying at Ukrainian HEIs in English are analyzed. The results of the language needs analysis of foreign applicants with insufficient language background as well as EMI teachers’ estimation of the corresponding aspects of the students’ knowledge are provided. The course syllabus was designed, and, based on the two-year experience of its implementation; conclusions on specific aspects of teaching English to foreigners in the Ukrainian environment are made.

Abstract:
It is shown that the use of simulation technologies in the learning process allows medical students to gain practical experience and qualitatively increase the level of their professionalism against the background of the appropriate level of theoretical knowledge. The content of simulation training as an art to imitate reality, the sequence of events and actions or the mental process of training in the quality of medical care to patients is considered. Its advantages and disadvantages are revealed. An analysis of the effectiveness of simulation training with the involvement of a standardized “patient” during the internship by students of the Department of Surgical Diseases. The role of teachers of the department is shown, who observed the behavior of the “standardized patient” and evaluated the results of students’ work according to the scoring system, according to the criteria. A detailed analysis of the training results, a joint discussion of measures aimed at improving treatment and diagnostic tactics and errors were conducted. Methodical recommendations for training have been developed. It is concluded that the method of “standardized patients” is an effective way to gain practical experience of clinical competence and its evaluation. The worldwide spread of this method indicates the need for its intensive implementation in Ukraine.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the topical problem of researching the level of development of research skills and abilities of mathematical data processing in future psychologists studying at different levels of higher education. The study involved three levels of higher education and five doctors ofpsychology as experts. Respondents (n = 75) were asked to perform a practical task aimed at demonstrating their ability to transform a simple practical question into a research model that would take into account all the necessary steps and methods of mathematical data processing. The analysis of the results indicates the presence of statistically significant differences and levels of development of research skills and abilities of mathematical data processing. It was determined that the highest rate is for applicants for the third, and the lowest - for the second level of higher education.

Abstract:

Abstract:
Based on the analysis of test results for 135 high-voltage transformers, ranges of gas percentage, gas ratio values were obtained and nomograms for 10 types of combined defects were made, representing discharges with different intensity which are accompanied by overheating with temperature of 150-300°C. It has been established that in transformers with discharges accompanied by low-temperature overheating the values of CH4/H2, C2H2/CH4, C2H2/C2H6 and C2H2/C2H4 ratios determine the discharge energy, in accordance with the norms regulated by the most known standards, the C2H4/C2H6 ratio varies slightly depending on the hot spot temperature and the C2H6/CH4>1 ratio value. Dynamics of defects nomograms changing in the process of their development is analyzed. It is stated by the analysis results that in majority of cases the primary defect is discharges with different intensity, which are accompanied by low-temperature overheating. Overheating occurs in the process of discharge development. The analysis of recognition reliability of discharges with different intensity which are accompanied by 150-300°C overheating was made, using norms and criteria regulated by the most known standards and methods. The results of the analysis show that the most reliable recognition of the defects analyzed is provided to a large extent by the graphical methods, namely the ETRA square and the Duval triangle. The results obtained will significantly increase the recognition reliability of combined defects based on the results of the dissolved gas analysis in the oil.

Abstract:
An integral assessment of the production capacity of several machine-building enterprises, which includes their financial position analysis, is performed in the article. The methodological basis for determining the integral indicator of the financial position is a method of multifactorial discriminatory analysis. Five classes assigned based on the level of financial position range from the highest level of capacity to meet obligations and the lowest probability of default to the lowest level with a high probability of default. The analysis shows that the financial independence ratio exceeds the critical value for 60% of enterprises, 40% pay off debt in time and their financial risk ratio value is close to industry standard, 20% entities encounter problems with paying off current debt. In general, according to the results of integral assessment of the considered enterprises production capacity, over 60% of the entities belong to the first class, 20% - each to the fifth and second classes. These results serve as an input in the development of required rate of return assessment model to enhance capital budgeting at machine-building enterprises.

Abstract:
Quality of superficial layer of details of machines, qualificatory them operating descriptions in most cases are formed at polishing. This process is characterized high thermal tension and large probability of appearance in the superficial layers of the polished details of defects as прожогов and микротрещин, reducing their operating properties. One of ways of decline of thermal tension of process of polishing and improvement of quality of the polished details are the use of rational charts of treatment and application of effective compositions of lubricating-cooling liquids (LCL). For realization of these terms the instrumental module of collapsible diamond-impregnated for the round outward polishing, using the methods of irregular treatment, is in-process worked out, providing a serve LCL in the zone of cutting and her activating in кавитационных attachments. His construction allows to improve penetration LCL in the zone of contact of diamond-impregnated with a purveyance, that results in reduction of теплонапряженности process and improvement of quality of surface at the increase of the productivity of treatment. The effect of the irregular polishing is got with admission LCL through abrasive bars and interval between them.

Abstract:
The article identifies the main trends characteristic of the modern confectionery market of Ukraine. The reasons for the slowdown in production growth, the gradual increase in prices for all types of confectionery, changes in the structure of demand for products are considered. Exports of confectionery products require Ukrainian producers to expand their own range, as well as to bring the quality of products to European standards. The recent trend characterizes the increase in demand in the domestic market for complex (combined) confectionery, so the main prerequisite for the development of the industry is to improve production, which requires significant capital investment. The paper analyzes the dynamics of the main indicators of the sample of confectionery enterprises in order to assess the stability of their financial condition. For providing of steady development of industry the Government program, is needed built on balanced to demand with application of state-private partnership. In the conditions of COVID epidemic with the aim of prevention of possible bankruptcy it is expedient to inculcate the cost-oriented management and preventive anti-crisis dynamic management. For their introduction it is necessary to work out branch purposeful events on in-plant training of workers of pastry industry.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the analysis of the state of the international securities market during a pandemic. The fundamentals of the functioning of the securities market, technologies for conducting various transactions with securities during the quarantine period associated with the Covid-19 epidemic are considered. Abstract:
The article considers the policy of managing the financial stability of the enterprise. The interpretation of the concept of financial stability by economists is compared, the definition is compared. Ensuring the financial stability of enterprises and strengthening its competitiveness through the use of a set of measures to improve financial management in the short term is analyzed. The financial stability management mechanism is presented as a set of interconnected blocks and a sequence of interconnected stages. The necessity to apply the tools of financial stability management to harmonize the purpose of the developed strategy with the general strategy of the enterprise for further implementation is substantiated. In addition, the mechanism for managing the financial stability of the enterprise is presented as a system of subjects for managing the financial stability of the enterprise and their parameters of the structure and volume of financial assets. It is analyzed that the content of this control mechanism is manifested in its functions, which ensure the achievement of the goal and the implementation of a certain set of tasks. The complexity of the organization of the mechanism of management of financial stability of the industrial enterprise is caused. Abstract:

Abstract:
A theoretical and methodological analysis of the definition of “visibility” was carried out in the statti; the analysis of the specific structure of the specificity of the specificity, which includes cognitive, motivational, behavioral-volitional, moral and spiritual components. On the basis of the given structure, which allows to investigate the levels of formation of personal responsibility from over-responsibility to irresponsibility for all components, the diagnosis of the level of personal responsibility of the applicants of the second educational level was carried out. “Master” in three specialties 053 “Psychology”, 011 “Educational, pedagogical sciences”, 281 “Public administration and administration”. It has been stated that there is no sufficient developmental evidence for all the components, but that there is a need to make a sound box and the necessary development process for the development of such solutions. On the basis of irrelevant results, a psycho-pedagogical program is pro-proponated, which consists of three blocks - informational, operational-operational and reflexive - for a comprehensive development of the level of development of students of specialties.

Abstract:
The article considers the main approaches to the problem of stress resistance of students in higher education institutions of Ukraine. It is determined that a number of scientists consider stress resistance as a property of the individual that determines its effective activity, and others as cognitively conditioned mechanisms for overcoming stress. It is noted that in psychological science there are other views on the stress resistance of the individual, but when studying the stress resistance of students in the educational process of higher education, it is advisable to use the above approaches. Studies suggest that most students have low levels of psychological stress, mental stress and medium, high levels of resilience. The main coping strategies of students’ behavior in stressful situations are “confrontational coping”, “avoidance”, “self-control” and “problem solving planning”.

Abstract:
The article considers the issue of computer training of mathematics teachers in the context of using computer mathematics systems as a teaching tool. The analysis of propaedeutic tasks of the course “Mathematical foundations of Advanced Informatics” (MFAI) is carried out. The system of tasks is considered and situational tasks are analyzed with the use of rules-guidelines and methodical instructions for solving problems with the use of the GRAN system. An updated syllabus of the training course is offered taking into account modern requirements. The analysis of the logical-structural scheme of the training course “Mathematical foundations of Advanced Informatics” (MFAI) is considered. The main advantages of using the GRAN system are demonstrated. The results of the conducted pedagogical experiment using the computer mathematics system GRAN are offered. Criteria, indicators and methods of diagnosing the effectiveness of student learning are substantiated. The classification of problems is carried out and examples of didactic materials for teaching the course using computer mathematics systems GRAN are offered.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the consideration of such an urgent problem as the formation of emotional intelligence in future teachers of higher education. In the study, a complex of psychological and pedagogical conditions for the formation of emotional intelligence in future teachers of higher education was developed and substantiated.Each psychological and pedagogical condition was provided with a complex of various forms, methods and teaching aids that made it possible to create an emotionally colored educational environment. Abstract:
The problematics of employers’ participation in assessing the effectiveness of the functioning of the system of ensuring by higher education institutions of the educational activities’ quality and higher education quality is researched in the article. The article highlights the features of using the survey method to obtain information about the level of higher education quality, as well as the results of analyzing the content of questionnaires and interviewing employers regarding the level of responsibility of individual stakeholders in implementing reforms of the assurance system of higher education quality. The article suggests ways to improve the state policy on ensuring the quality of higher education at the University and state levels.

Abstract:
The article reveals the essence of the concept of “focus on successful professional activity” and the relevance of its formation in future managers in the process of learning at a university. The methods and techniques of its formation are given that were used in the experiment. As part of contextual learning, modelling, the project method, the creating of success situations and other innovative technologies were used. Business Games were held to set goals and understand the strategy and tactics of achieving them. The formation of focus on the successful professional activity of students of the experimental group was accompanied by a focus on academic success, the transformation of a cognitive motive into a professional one, growth of achievement motivation and self-efficacy. This is also characteristic of students in the control group but to a lesser extent.

Abstract:
The article considers the issues of organizing and conducting educational work among students of medical universities. We consider the educational potential of historical memory introducing academic integrity in medical universities. We found that the historical memory in medical universities has a cultural and anthropological basis and a clearly defined national profile. Abstract:
The article considers new approaches to assessing student achievement in higher education. Modern priorities in education are considered, one of which is quality control of knowledge of future specialists. In general, mastering professional disciplines during training involves studying issues of application: designing tests of different levels of application, control material for use, interpretation of test results, interpretation of its results and drawing conclusions about its compliance with the purpose, objectives , understanding of the main quality characteristics of control material and the possibility of using computer technology in creating, conducting and processing test results. The article experimentally proves that assessing the quality of knowledge of futur e professionals using criterion-based testing based on the use of computers is one of the most effective means of pedagogical control.

Abstract:
The aim of the work is to study the possibility and features of the use of inertial storage devices in the traction electric drive of multi unit train with a power plant based on fuel cells. Methodology. The principle of power flow control in traction electric drives in the modes of acceleration and braking of rolling stock is proposed. The mathematical model of the traction electric drive in the form of the combination of three components: the train, the traction unit and the battery of fuel cells is developed. It was used to study the operation of a traction electric drive when solving a test traction task for rolling stock. Results. It is established that the use of inertial energy storage reduces hydrogen consumption by at least 25 %, which increases the mileage of rolling stock between equipment by more than 30 %. Originality. The traction electric drive on the basis of fuel elements and the inertial energy storage for the multi unit train is offered. The work of the proposed traction electric drive in solving the test traction problem for rolling stock is investigated. Practical significance. A mathematical model of the traction electric drive has been developed. The test traction problem for rolling stock is solved.

Abstract:
Goal The purpose of the article is to further develop analytical methods for calculating and synthesizing power electronics systems with deep pulse width modulation (PWM). A three-circuit linear electric drive system for positioning the working body of the mechanism of onboard aircraft equipment, in which the linear electric motor is controlled from a pulse width converter (PWC), is considered. The power converter is included in the current loop. It has a noticeable effect on the level of current ripple, travel speed and positioning accuracy of the operating mechanism of a linear electric drive. Methodology. To analyze the processes in the current loop, a discrete transfer function of a pulse-width converter for PWM in the final zone and «in the large» is obtained on the basis of the statistical linearization of the modulation characteristics of the multi-loop PWM model. The modulation characteristic of each circuit of the model is obtained as a result of the Fourier series expansion in Walsh functions of the output voltage of the PWM during the PWM process. Statistical linearization of modulation characteristics is performed based on Hermite polynomials. Results. During the analysis, discrete transfer functions of closed current loops, velocity and open loop position were obtained, for which a digital controller was synthesized in the form of a recursive filter. Originality. The parameters of the regulator links are found, which make it possible to complete the transient process in four PWC switching periods with an overshoot of no more than 6 %. The analysis of the speed-optimized positioning process of a linear electric drive based on the LED AT 605TU motor is carried out. Practical significance. The purpose of the analysis was to establish the relationship between the switching period of the PWM and the value of the uncompensated constant, at which the pulsations of the positioning process are minimal while ensuring the minimum overshoot and maximum speed. It was found that the specified requirements are satisfied by the ratio between the switching period, PWC and uncompensated constant in the range of one or two.

Abstract:
Aim. This paper presents the minimization of reactive and active power ripples of doubly fed induction generators using super twisting algorithms and pulse width modulation based on neuro-fuzzy algorithms. Method. The main role of the indirect active and reactive power control is to regulate and control the reactive and active powers of doubly fed induction generators for variable speed dual-rotor wind power systems. The indirect field-oriented control is a classical control scheme and simple structure. Pulse width modulation based on an adaptive-network-based fuzzy inference system is a new modulation technique; characterized by a simple algorithm, which gives a good harmonic distortion compared to other techniques. Novelty. adaptive-network-based fuzzy inference system-pulse width modulation is proposed. Proposed modulation technique construction is based on traditional pulse width modulation and adaptive-network-based fuzzy inference system to obtain a robust modulation technique and reduces the harmonic distortion of stator current. We use in our study a 1.5 MW doubly-fed induction generator integrated into a dual-rotor wind power system to reduce the torque, current, active power, and reactive power ripples. Results. As shown in the results figures using adaptive-network-based fuzzy inference system-pulse width modulation technique ameliorate effectiveness especially reduces the reactive power, torque, stator current, active power ripples, and minimizes harmonic distortion of current (0.08 %) compared to classical control.

Abstract:
The paper defines the directions of improving turbogenerators as the basis for ensuring the energy independence of Ukraine. The analysis of the state, problems and prospects for the development of modern electric power industry. Goal of the work is to identify promising directions for sustainable development of the national electric power industry in order to ensure energy security of Ukraine, to conduct a comparative analysis of electricity sources, to confirm the need to improve the main sources – turbogenerators. Methodology. During the research, an analytical analysis of the electricity sources, which are installed at power plants in Ukraine and the world, was carried out, taking into account the growth of the planet's population and its energy activity. Cyclic theory was chosen as the theoretical basis for forecasting. On the basis of this theory, global development trends, advantages and disadvantages of currently used sources of electricity - thermal (including nuclear) power plants and stations that operate from renewable energy sources - have been established. A review of literary sources on the methods of the energy sector forecasting the development, including the development of the energy sector in Ukraine, has been carried out. Originality. It has been established that due to the active growth of the planet's population, with the increase in its energy activity, obtaining electricity from renewable energy sources is not enough, that for the next 20-30 years nuclear power plants will be the main sources of electricity. The internal and external threats to the energy security of Ukraine, directions of development of turbogenerator construction, ways to improve turbogenerators, to increase their energy efficiency, power per unit of performance, to increase the readiness and maneuverability factors, and overload capacity have been identified. Practical significance. The need to continue the modernization and improvement of the turbogenerators of nuclear power plant units, as the main sources of electricity, has been proved. The directions of their improvement are established: increasing the power in the established sizes, making changes to the design of the turbogenerators inactive elements, replacing the cooling agent to keep Ukrainian turbogenerators at the world level, improving auxiliary systems, improving and increasing the reliability of the excitation system, introduction of automatic systems for monitoring the state turbogenerators. Possible limits of use, advantages, disadvantages and problems of using renewable energy sources for Ukraine have been established.

Abstract:
Software product lines (SPL) dynamic configuring process could use methods for recommendation system (RS) elaboration. An overview and analysis of such methods was done in this paper. SPL represent a set of software systems that have common and variable functional components and use a set of paradigms and methods for development. In the classical static SPL the process of configuring performed before executing and performing in the operation environment (OE), in contrast dynamic software product lines performs after executing in the OE. Through the use of which it is possible to customize software solutions in accordance with the needs of end users. The following possible methods to build RS were considered: clustering, Markov decision-making process, matrix factorization. According to the review of the intelligent RS method development and researching of the functionalities of such systems in some open-source projects it was proposed to use N-dimensional context-dependent tensor factorization method and CARSkit tool system. Functional requirements and software architecture of the RS were developed. It allows to automatize software components configuration in the „Smart Home” (SH) systems that could be implemented with CARSkit software toolkit and algorithms implemented with programming language Python. This implementation allows to build a process for tracking changes in the external environment and transfer information to the SH system and, after analyzing the input data, process it in the RS to track changes in the context information. In the future research some additional quantitative experiments will be performed considering the specifics of the SH systems, additionally quantitative metrics will be used for efficiency assessment of the tensor factorization algorithms to predict the dynamic configurations of software components in these systems. Abstract:
A two-mode cylindrical magnetic field is considered, the potential of which has a minimum. The object of this work is the study of the parameters of an electron beam when it moves in a solenoid field with the longitudinal trap formed by the magnetic field, and the construction of the computational model of the motion of an electron beam. The problem is posed of the stability of the motion of electrons in such solenoid magnetic field. The possibility of obtaining oscillatory modes of particle motion has been studied. It was found that for oscillations of particles with an energy of tens of kiloelectronvolts in the potential well in a well, the field with the amplitude of tens of thousands of Oersteds is required. For the solenoid magnetic field of the solenoid, the formation of electron beam with an energy of 55 keV in the longitudinal and radial directions during its transportation is studied. A section of a magnetron gun was used as the physical object. One possible direction is to combine the two matched magnetic systems of the gun to create the potential magnetic field well. It is shown that, for the chosen conditions, the motion of electrons can be associated with the model of three-dimensional oscillations. In this work, on the basis of the Hamiltonian formalism of the motion of electrons in a magnetic field and an algorithm for numerically finding solutions to the differential equations of dynamics, a software tool is constructed that allows one to obtain arrays of values of particle trajectories in the volume. The use of the software made it possible to simulate the main dependences of the motion of the electron beam in a given two-mode solenoid magnetic field. The results of numerical simulation of electron trajectories in the gradient magnetic field with the point secondary emission cathode located in the middle of the system are presented. The formation of the beam with energy of 55 keV in the radial and longitudinal directions during its transportation in a solenoid magnetic field with a large gradient is considered. For significant time intervals, the possibility of three-dimensional oscillations is shown and the operating modes of the magnetic system are obtained, in which the particle undergoes stable three-dimensional oscillations. The influence of the initial conditions during emission on the occurrence of the reciprocating oscillatory effect has been studied. It is shown that for a given electron energy and fixed magnetic field, the parameter that determines the reflection of a particle, is the polar angle of entry relative to the axis of the cylindrical magnetic field. The dependence of the formation of the final distribution of particles on the amplitude and gradient of the magnetic field along the axis of the system is investigated. The results of numerical simulation on the motion of the electron flow are presented. The characteristics of the resulting electron beam are considered on the basis of a model of electron flow motion. The obtained simulation results show that it is possible to establish the phenomenon of oscillatory-return longitudinal motion under experimental conditions. Abstract:
The subject of the research is automatic control system modeling features for tensioning of stands roughing group, which takes into account changes in the rolling speed at exit of the previous stand and entrance to the next stand. Control systems for high-speed rolling on section mills are the most critical systems, since the trouble-free operation of rolling mill largely depends on their work. Rolling speed control is understood to mean tension regulation in the roughing group of stands and stabilization of the rolling loop in the finishing groups. The influence of such technological factors as uneven heating of blanks, change in the crimping mode in stands, etc. leads to the appearance of tension or back-up forces, deviation of rolled loop from the specified values. Tension rolling, in contrast to loop rolling, is a stable rolling mode. However, (at significant values of tension in the rolled products) such a rolling mode leads to different thicknesses of the finished product. The loop rolling mode is an unstable mode and is impossible without automatic control systems. Both in the tension rolling mode and in the free rolling mode with a loop, it is necessary to study automatic control systems in order to determine the possibilities of compensating for disturbing influences and obtaining rolled products of the given accuracy. Therefore, the main task of the automatic control system is to maintain the rolling mode with the lowest possible tension. To achieve this goal, direct control of the tension of the rolled strip with modern technical means is rather difficult, and the operation of tension control systems is based on indirect methods of measuring it, and the study of the system efficiency is reduced to modeling the process itself. The developed model consists of three stands and two inter-stand spaces, since it takes into account changes in rolling speed at the exit of previous stand and the entrance to the next stand. It is due to this that adequate simulation results are obtained that are close to the real rolling process. Abstract:
The actual problem of synthesizing the optimal control law for the intermittent heating mode of office buildings is considered, which consists in the programmed reduction of the room temperature during off-hours. The analysis of information sources showed the absence of sufficiently justified methods for solving the problem of optimizing the thermal processes of buildings, which provide comfortable conditions for the functioning of personnel, on the one hand, and save costs for buildings maintenance, on the other hand. The statement of the building thermal state optimal control problem is formulated, which contains a mathematical model of the process, a control goal, constraints on control actions and an integral quadratic quality criterion, including deviations of the room temperature from a given program and heat consumption. The limitation on the control action is taken into account by the method of penalty functions. As a mathematical model of the optimized thermal process, a two-dimensional controlled system of differential equations with constant coefficients is applied. The values of these coefficients are determined on the basis of building similarity criteria, which allows solving the optimization problem in a dimensionless form. The model includes a control action - the supplied heat flux, and a disturbing action - the ambient temperature, changing according to a given harmonious law. The numerical solution of the optimal control problem is implemented by the Chernous'ko method of successive approximations. A description of the user interface is given, as well as examples of the implementation of the thermal state optimal control. The proposed software allows on the stage of designing the heating system to obtain express assessments of various thermal modes of the building, and can also be used as computer support for automated individual heating points. Abstract:
This article is devoted to the issues of assessing the effectiveness of information systems for enterprises engaged in retail trade in consumer goods. This article describes the tasks that the retail FMCG trade, as well as the functions of the retail trade, solve. The features of the subject area were considered, which will form the basis for the formation of scales for assessing the effectiveness of information systems. The priorities, tasks, and features of the business model of enterprises engaged in retail trade in consumer goods, depending on the market segment they occupy. Various types of corporate information systems that can be used in retail trade are considered. The analysis of the subject area made it possible not only to determine important metrics for assessing the effectiveness of information systems but also to determine the priority of the requirements for the availability of certain functionality in the information system from each business segment, large, medium and small. Also, the existing standards in the subject areas of software development and enterprise organization were considered. This article proposes a methodology for evaluating information systems for enterprises engaged in consumer goods retail trade that belong to different market segments. The proposed methodology is based on the approach of multi-criteria expert assessment. An example of linguistic variables for one of the questions of the questionnaire for experts is given. The order of operation of the expert system is also presented in the form of an activity diagram. The developed expert information system can be monetized by providing referral links to the products of companies supplying information systems for retail. In the future, it is planned to add the ability for qualified experts to select combination of metrics for assessment, as well as change the assessment scale to increase accuracy. Abstract:
Currently, the volume of news data streams is growing that contributes to increasing interest in systems that allow automating the big data streams processing. Based on intelligent data processing tools, the semantic similarity identification of text information will make it possible to select common information spaces of news. The article analyzes up-to-date statistical metrics for identifying coherent fragments, in particular, from news texts displaying the agenda, identifies the main advantages and disadvantages as well. The information technology is proposed for identifying the common information space of relevant news in the data stream for a certain period of time. The technology includes the logical-linguistic and distributive-statistical models for identifying collocations. The MI distributional semantic model is applied at the stage of potential collocation extraction. At the same time, regular expressions developed in accordance with the grammar of the English language make it possible to identify grammatically correct constructions. The advantage of the developed logical-linguistic model formalizing the semantic-grammatical characteristics of collocations, based on the use of algebraicpredicate operations and a semantic equivalence predicate, is that both the grammatical structure of the language and the meaning of words (collocates) are analyzed. The WordNet thesaurus is used to determine the synonymy relationship between the main and dependent collocation components. Based on the investigated corpus of news texts from the CNN and BBC services, the effectiveness of the developed technology is assessed. The analysis shows that the precision coefficient is 0.96. The use of the proposed technology could improve the quality of news streams processing. Abstract:
The article presents an attempt to describe mathematically the effect of the semantic kernel of a web resource on the Internet. In accordance with the theory of marketing, the product that we want to sell on the network is characterized by the following basic properties: price, time and place. In other words, a potential buyer wants to receive a given product in the right place at a given time. To satisfy this need, it is necessary to use the classic component of marketing, product promotion. However, this component is now becoming a fully virtual instrument. This tool functions in a hypertext, video and image environment. Therefore, the user analyzes the meaning of these elements in order to get the desired product. The results of web projects carried out in this area indicate the emergence of a new phenomenon, which reflects the main meaning of virtual promotion – this is the semantic core. The core is a short annotation of the main properties of the product, its location and time of appearance. Therefore, the purpose of this article is both a presentation of a new object of research and a mathematical description. It is assumed that the semantic core is formed on the basis of natural language terms. In other words, the semantic core is a set of keywords that are grouped by meaning. We propose to use data mining approaches for clustering to group terms. The classic clustering method at the moment is k-means. The article presents a model of the semantic core based on this method. This method and its distance function are considered as the second stage of web content processing. At the first stage, web content is converted into a semantic web. However, the k-means technique has significant drawbacks when modeling the semantic core. Therefore, in the development of this idea, the work shows an alternative way to modeling the kernel. As an alternative approach, the construction of clusters based on the concept of maximum flow is considered. This approach has the significant advantage that the type of links in the semantic network overlaps with the type of distance function in this method. As a result, on a real web project, the effect of the connection between the semantic core model and the level of new users of the web resource was demonstrated over the past five years. Abstract:
The task to research the enterprises when locating them in the new areas is posed and solved. The relevance of the problem is related to both moral and physical aging of production systems, which leads to the need for their modernization and reengineering. For the development of the enterprise, new areas are required to accommodate modern technological equipment. Due to the diversification of the company's activities and the appearance of new orders, it is advisable to place modern production lines with a high degree of automation in new areas. The requirements for the organization of new industries, taking into account the concept of Industry 4.0, have led to the creation of enterprises in the form of virtual industries focused on the creation of new innovative products. The aim of the work is to develop models for the rational location of virtual production in the new areas in conditions of limited enterprise capabilities. Due to the complexity of the problem being solved, the study is carried out in three stages: optimization of location on the earth's surface; creation of the communication infrastructure for virtual production; simulation of the virtual enterprise production cycle. The efficient location of virtual production is carried out using both local and multicriteria optimization. In order to create the communication infrastructure of the virtual enterprise the selection of the optimal route for highway laying is carried out. Simulation of the production cycle is carried out considering time delays and queues when performing technological operations. The new scientific result is the solution of the problem of virtual production system locating on the earth's surface, taking into account the proposed indicators and restrictions, which include the cost of land plots renting (acquiring), as well as the costs associated with earth and construction works. Mathematical methods were used: integer optimization, simulation modeling, agent-based modeling.
