Abstract:
This research discusses the Analysis of Work Accidents with FMEA and FTA Methods in the Production Section of PT. YYY Lampung Plant. The purpose of this study is to determine the risk factors that cause work accidents, types of work accidents, work accident rates, and the root causes of work accidents in the production department. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with data analysis using FMEA and FTA methods. The data collection method used primary data in the form of work accident data and secondary data in the form of questionnaires to 50 employees. The results showed that the risk factors for work accidents exist in 5 production process activities, namely in the process of selecting raw materials, cutting, weighing, product formation, and finishing. The types of work accidents that often occur are pinched, crushed, sliced, and hit the body, while the highest accident rate with an RPN value of 350.6 is pinched in the finishing process. The results of this RPN value indicate that the number of work accidents is a very high number (> 200). And the root cause of work accidents based on Fault Tree Analysis on work accidents in the form of being squeezed with a RPN value of 350.6 caused by lack of concentration, employees not feeling well, sleepy workers, and limited (narrow) work space. Based on these data, it can be concluded that the level of work accidents should receive special attention.

Abstract:
Every industry must make gradual improvements in order to be able to compete in the era of globalization. King's Bakery is a home industry that produces bread. The condition of bread marketing in the King's Bakery business has not been maximized. This study aims to determine the order of priority criteria and sub-criteria in the selection of a bread marketing strategy at King's Bakery and which strategy should be chosen by King's Bakery based on the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a method for ranking decision alternatives and selecting the best one with several criteria. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) develops a numerical value to find a ranking or priority order of various alternatives in solving a problem, based on the extent to which each alternative meets the decision maker's criteria. The results of this study obtained an assessment of the importance of the criteria in the selection of a bread marketing strategy showing the following priority or weighting scale: the first priority was place (0.546), the second and third priorities are products and distribution channels with the same value (0.231), and the fourth priority was the organization (0.104). From the results of the assessment of the level of alternative importance in the selection of bread marketing strategies, the priority scale or weights are as follows: the first priority was strategy A (3.614), the second priority was strategy C (2.366), the third priority was strategy B (2,000). The best bread marketing strategy that can be used as an alternative to improve bread marketing was strategy A, because it has the highest overall weight value. With technological innovation, it will accelerate production and facilitate marketing for the company.

Abstract:
Bangun Kreasi Abadi is one of the distributors working with PT. Jui Shin Indonesia in marketing and distributing Garuda cement products to several regions in West Java, especially the city of Bandung. In the distribution process, CV Bangun Kreasi Abadi does not send its cement products directly to consumers, but CV. Bangun Kreasi Abadi uses two warehouses as transit points for the delivery of cement products for several regions. The transshipment method has several problems because in the distribution process, products are not sent directly to consumers but must pass through several transit points first. This will result in large costs because the delivery process will be twice as long and will also result in a longer lead time. This study aims to determine the optimal allocation of Garuda cement distribution to produce minimum transportation costs from distributors to warehouses and from warehouses to service points (retailers) using the Transshipment method with the help of Lingo Solver Software. The result of transportation costs from distributors to warehouses is Rp. 25,655,900 and transportation costs from warehouses to retailers of Rp. 26,140,220, the total cost of Garuda cement distribution is Rp. 51,796,120.

Abstract:
Karaoke places are in great demand from various circles. All karaoke places have the same goal, which is to provide entertainment for the family or take a moment to unwind from the daily routine. Karaoke places always serve songs with various choices from all the creations of Indonesian singers. But of course the songs that are served have been licensed first. Regarding this license, basically it must be agreed by both parties without coercion. Copyright protection, especially for music or song creations, is a serious problem. This situation shows that there is still a need for stricter legal protection regarding the protection of royalties on a song or music copyrighted work and the protection of the rights contained therein. The purpose of the study was to determine the implementation of copyright royalty payments on songs between the creator and karaoke entertainment business actors and the inhibiting factors for the payment of copyright royalties on songs between the creator and performer in karaoke entertainment at Orange Family Karaoke. The method used in this research is empirical juridical. The data that has been systematically arranged were analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that the distribution of royalties is managed by the Collective Management Institute (LMK). The institution is authorized by the creator to exercise the economic rights of the creator. The barrier to royalty payments is due to the lack of socialization and understanding of royalty payments and the high cost of royalty payments. Keywords: Royalty, Copyright, Karaoke

Abstract:
In running a business, every producer who has a work must be appreciated for his work. The form of appreciation can be done by registering his work to get intellectual property rights so that it can be protected by law. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) are exclusive rights granted by a law or regulation to a person or group of people for their copyrighted works. In Indonesia IPR has not been implemented properly due to lack of socialization from the government and lack of concern from the community. This encourages the Indonesian government to be more concerned about copyright infringement. Along with the implementation process, it is undeniable that there are still many individuals who do not comply and use a work for commercial purposes. The research method used is the juridical-normative research method. For example, on January 13, 2020, Ruben Samuel Onsu sued I Am Geprek Bensu belonging to PT. Benny Sujono or abbreviated as I Am Geprek Bensu with a trademark abuse lawsuit. There is a need for government supervision of the use of other people's copyrighted works, good coordination between the government and the community so as to minimize the opportunity to commit fraud against a work. Based on the results of the study of cases that occurred, that victims of IPR violations are protected by law based on a first to file system. Abstract:
Land is the most important element for humans to be able to live, this is because it is where natural and man-made resources grow and are also built. Indonesia regulates land ownership through this land law so that land use or management can be carried out carefully now and in the future. The land issue concerns the most basic rights of the people. The purpose of the study was to determine the consignment process in the District Court as a form of settlement of compensation for toll road land acquisition and its legal consequences. The results showed that the consignment process for compensation began with an application for consignment safekeeping, then an offer was made by the court bailiff accompanied by 2 (two) witnesses at the respondent's residence. The consignment waives the obligation as the debtor, because the consignment can be equated with making payments. All processes must be carried out in a manner that has been regulated by laws and regulations. Consignment is carried out so that government projects continue to run, through a deliberation mechanism that should be a means to find a middle way in determining the amount of compensation, often no agreement is reached. Abstract:
In government ethics, there is a prevailing assumption that through the appreciation of good ethics, an apparatus will be able to build a commitment to make himself an example of goodness and maintain government morality. Good government officials and have high morals, will always guard themselves in order to avoid disgraceful acts, because they are called to maintain the mandate given, through imaging the behavior of daily life. Within the scope of the government profession, for example, there are certain values that must be upheld in order to maintain the image of a government capable of carrying out its duties and functions. In order to create a more ethical Bureaucratic Apparatus according to the above expectations, it is necessary to make efforts and training in that direction as well as to enforce strict and clear sanctions for those who violate the code of ethics regardless of their rank and position. Anyone who violates the code of ethics, whether it's superiors or subordinates, must be dealt with firmly to create a deterrent effect. Human resources have a very important role in an agency, for that in order for the agency to achieve goals as expected, high employee motivation is needed. Generating a high employee motivation is not easy to implement. Therefore, employees should be given appropriate incentives so that the desired employee motivation can be achieved. The provision of incentives can be done by providing annual bonuses, employee welfare, and promotions. As for the main problem with this research is "does the provision of incentives affect the work motivation of employees at the Office of the Education Quality Assurance Institute (LPMP) Bandar Lampung?" In line with the main problem, the authors propose the hypothesis "There is a positive influence between the provision of incentives on employee motivation at the Office of the Education Quality Assurance Institution (LPMP) Bandar Lampung". In the research that the author did, the research variable was the provision of incentives as the independent variable (X) while employee motivation as the dependent variable (Y). Furthermore, the proposed sample is 26 employees which is 25% of the total population, namely 105 employees. The type of research in this writing is qualitative and quantitative research with the method used is to collect data by means of surveys or field research. While the data collection techniques by means of observation, documentation, interviews and questionnaires. Then to test the hypothesis using qualitative and quantitative analysis which is the type of this writing, with statistical formulas. Quantitative analysis using the product moment formula and obtained: rxy product moment = 0.714. Confused with the level of evenness of the 2 variables being at a high level of closeness, it means that the incentive distribution has a very high relationship with employee performance. Abstract:
Production scheduling is the most important part in carrying out the production process that will be carried out on a production floor. Scheduling activities are carried out before the production process begins to ensure the smooth running of the production process. If the production scheduling is not done properly, there will be obstacles in the production process and will cause losses to the company. This study aims to determine the production machine scheduling in a company engaged in the manufacture of spare parts for automotive products. This company implements a job shop production process and uses the First In First Out method in completing its work. Due to the large number of products that have to be produced, there are often two or more products that must be worked on at the same time and machine. This condition causes some products to have to wait for the associated machine to finish operating and causes long product turnaround times. This problem is solved by making a production machine scheduling using the Non-Delay method. By applying this method, the makespan of completion time can be minimized.

Abstract:
One alternative that can be used for poultry feed is cassava flour (Manihot esculenta) which can be made into pellets. The purpose of this research was to know the physical quality of water content (KA), specific gravity (BJ), stack angle (ST), stack density (KT), stack compaction density (KPT), and impact resistance (KB) of pellet product with utilization of flour cassava (Manihot esculenta). This research using Completely Randomized Design (RAL) Factorial. Factor A consisting of 3 treatments, that were A0: without adding cassava leaf flour, A1: 5% and A2: 10% in ration formulation and Factor B consisting of 3 treatments binders, that were B0 : basal ration not binders, B1: tapioca starch and B2: wheat flour. The results showed that the interaction between the addition of cassava leaf flour and binders with different levels can be seen from water content, stack angle and stack compaction density, but on specific gravity, stack density and impact resistance did not occur interaction. It can be concluded that the addition of 10% cassava flour with tapioca flour binders gives the best quality of pellet physical properties to moisture content and stack angle, while other treatment combinations have not been able to improve pellet quality based on specific gravity, stack density, stack compaction density and impact resistance.
