Abstract:
Lingkungan, kualitas media, teknik inokulasi bibit dan kualitas bibit menjadi beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas jamur merang. Kondisi lingkungan menjadi salah satu faktor utama. Kondisi lingkungan ideal harus terus dijaga petani jamur merang, produksi jamur merang tetap setabil. Suhu ruangan menjadi faktor yang harus diperhatikan untuk menjaga tumbuh kembang jamur merang. Suhu ruangan bisa ideal jika kondisi kumbung dan kualitas media terjaga. Peneliti ini bertujuan menganilsa produktivitas kumbung selama satu tahun pertama produksi. Produktivitas diukur melalui lama produksi dan massa jamur merang yang diperoleh. Produksi jamur merang rata-rata dalam setiap bulannya sebesar 103,7 Kg dengan lama produksi rata-rata 30 hari. Korelasi anatara jumlah produksi dan lama panen berkorelasi positif ini dibuktikan dengan nilai R hitung 0,978>R tabel 0, 4575. Berdasarkan kajian lapangan dan analisis data diperoleh jumlah produksi berkorelasi positif dengan lama panen dan produksi jamur dan akan menurun seiring bertambahnya usia kumbung. Menurunnya produktivitas diakibatnya karena menurunnya kualitas media tanam. Kontaminan dan sulitnya merekayasa iklim kumbung menjadi faktor lain yang berpengaruh terhadap menurunnya jumlah dan lama produksi jamur merang. Analysis of the Length of Use of Kumbung on the Productivity of Straw Mushrooms (Volvariella volvaceae)AbstractThe environment, the quality of the media, the inoculation technique of seedlings and the quality of seedlings are some of the factors that affect the productivity of the straw mushrooms. Environmental conditions are one of the main factors. Ideal environmental conditions must be maintained by straw mushroom farmers, the production of straw mushrooms remains as stable as possible. Room temperature is a factor that must be considered to maintain the growth and development of straw mushrooms. Room temperature can be ideal if the condition of the kumbung and the quality of the media are maintained. This researcher aims to analyze the productivity of the kumbung during the first year of production. Productivity is measured through the length of production and the mass of the acquired straw mushroom. The average production of straw mushrooms in each month is 103.7 Kg with an average production duration of 30 days.  The correlation between the amount of production and the duration of harvest is positively correlated with the calculated R value of 0.978>R table 0.4575.  Based on field studies and data analysis, the amount of production is positively correlated with the length of harvest and mushroom production and will decrease with age. The decline in productivity is due to the decline in the quality of the growing media. Contaminants and the difficulty of engineering a continuous climate are other factors that influence the decrease in the number and duration of straw mushroom production.

Abstract:
Manusia sejak awal beraktivitas, tidak lepas dari olahraga. Oleh karena itu, manusia dapat disebut sebagai makhluk bermain dan olahraga merupakan salah satu perwujudan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan dalam sebuah permainan. Permainan olahraga yang dipertandingkan dalam kejuaraan antar negara menjadi suatu pamor dan memiliki nilai yang melekat pada suatu negara. Sejarah perkembangan olahraga dan prestasi yang tercipta dalam kompetisi internasional memiliki jejak otentik, salah satunya disimpan dalam museum bertema olahraga. Indonesia memiliki Museum Olahraga Nasional yang dikelola oleh Kementerian Pemuda dan Olahraga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi-potensi museum olahraga nasional sebagai pusat data dan studi sejarah olahraga di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dengan cara studi pustaka dan studi dokumen dari Kemeterian Pemuda dan Olahraga Republik Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Museum Olahraga Nasional memiliki peran penting untuk dijadikan sebagai pusat data dan studi di bidang olahraga. National Sports Museum as a Data Center and Study of Sports HistoryAbstractSince the beginning of their activities, humans can not be separated from sports. Therefore, humans can be called playing creatures, and sports are one of the manifestations of human values ??in a game. Sports games competed in championships between countries become prestigious and have an inherent value in a country. The history of sports development and the achievements made in international competitions has authentic traces, one of which is stored in a sports-themed museum. Indonesia has a National Sports Museum, which the Ministry of Youth and Sports manages. This study aimed to identify the potential of the national sports museum as a data center and study of sports history in Indonesia. This study uses research methods employing literature studies and document studies from the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Indonesia. The results show that the National Sports Museum is essential in serving as a data center and study in sports. A comprehensive description of the research results, further presented in this article.

Abstract:
This study was aimed at investigating the accuracy of self-regulated learning as a moderator of the metacognitive control to improve prospective teachers’ writing skills. This study was a mixed-method with the concurrent embedded strategy. The experimental study was carried out to meet the effectiveness of self-regulated learning to improve prospective teachers’ writing skills viewed from metacognitive skills. The research instruments used the observation sheet and writing test. The research findings showed that the self-regulated learning model was effective as a moderator of the metacognitive control in improving prospective teachers’ writing skills. It was proven by the result of the analysis factor of variance (ANOVA) that indicated that the significant value was lower than the sig. level 0.05. This study can be concluded that the self-regulated learning model was effective to improve prospective teachers’ writing skills viewed from metacognitive awareness.

Abstract:
Cooperative learning provides various activities in the form of individual and group works in teaching language skills. This research aims to improve the writing skills ability using cooperative learning model. This study was action research. The research was conducted in one cycle following the cyclical action research model consisting of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The subjects of this research were 20 students in Class 8D. In this research, there was two types of data, it is qualitative and quantitative data. The qualitative data are analyzed following three stages of qualitative data analysis, namely data collection, data condensation, data display, conclusion drawing, and final reporting. Meanwhile, the quantitative data cover students’ writing achievement collected using writing tests. The findings of this research show that the students’ writing skills are improved. They mastered key vocabulary and grammatical knowledge to compose sentences. The students kept on using writing strategies through cooperative learning model to understand a given text. The teaching and learning activities were interesting. Media used are Picture Cube and Story Marker to support cooperative learning activities. It is elaborated in discussion part of this article.

Abstract:
Peningkatan publikasi ilmiah Indonesia pada jurnal ilmiah mengalami peningkatan pesat. Pada tahun 2019-2020, Indonesia bahkan berada pada peringkat 1 di ASEAN. Sayangnya peningkatan jumlah publikasi tersebut tidak dibarengi dengan peningkatan jumlah sitasi sehingga menunjukkan minimnya kualitas tulisan ilmiah Indonesia. Permasalahan tersebut dapat disebabkan oleh kurangnya kemampuan dalam menulis karya tulis ilmiah. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan standar isi pada tiap komponen artikel ilmiah seperti abstrak, pendahuluan, metode, hasil dan pembahasan, dan kesimpulan/implikasi. Tiap komponen tersebut setidaknya berisi 200-250 kata yang terdiri dari 18 paragraf sehingga total jumlah kata pada satu artikel ilmiah adalah 3600-4500 kata. Detail isi pada setiap paragraph dijelaskan lebihlanjut pada artikel ini. Standard Content of Research Paper: Detail Component to Get Publish in Scientific JournalAbstractThe increase of Indonesian scientific publications in scientific journals has increased rapidly. In 2019-2020, Indonesia is even ranked 1st in ASEAN. Unfortunately, the increase in the number of publications was not accompanied by an increase in the number of citations, thus indicating the low quality of Indonesian scientific writings. These problems can be caused by a lack of ability in writing scientific papers. This article aimed to describe the content standards for each component of scientific articles such as abstracts, introductions, methods, results and discussion, and conclusions/implications. The components of the scientific article must contain at least 200-250 words consisting of 18 paragraphs so that the total number of words in one scientific article is 3600-4500 words. Details of the contents of each paragraph are explained further in this article.

Abstract:
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa menggunakan langkah-langkah IDEAL. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Subjeknya adalah 6 (enam) siswa kelas X IPS 2 SMA Negeri 8 Malang, enam siswa tersebut terdiri dua siswa dengan kemampuan tinggi, dua siswa dengan kemampuan sedang, dan dua siswa dengan kemampuan rendah. Data diperoleh melalui tes dan wawancara. Tes terdiri dari tiga soal terkait materi sistem persamaan linier tiga variabel. Langkah-langkah analisis data yaitu: 1) reduksi data; 2) penyajian data, dan 3) penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa yaitu siswa dengan kemampuan tinggi sudah mampu memecahkan masalah menggunakan langkah-langkah IDEAL, siswa dengan kemampuan sedang kurang teliti dalam tahap melihat kembali dan mengevaluasi hasil, siswa dengan kemampuan rendah mengalami kesulitan dalam tahap melaksanakan strategi dan melaksanakan hasil dan melihat kembali dan mengevaluasi hasil. Analysis of Students' Mathematical Problem Solving Ability Using IDEAL StepsAbstractThe purpose of this study is to analyze the mathematical problem-solving skills of students using IDEAL. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The subjects are six students of class X Social 2 State Senior High School 8 Malang. Six students consisted of two students with high ability, two with moderate ability, and two with low ability—data obtained through tests and interviews. The test consists of a three matter-related material linear equations system of three variables. Data analysis steps are 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation, and 3) conclusion. The result of the research shows that the development of students' mathematical problem-solving ability, i.e., students with high ability have been able to solve the problem using IDEAL steps, students with ability are being less conscientious in the process of reviewing and evaluating outcomes, students with low ability have difficulty in implementing strategy and executing results and reviewing and evaluating results.

Abstract:
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperbaiki proses dan meningkatkan hasil belajar passing dalam bola basket dengan menggunakan gaya mengajar divergen siswa kelas IX E SMA Negeri 1 Lombok Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (class room action research-CAR) dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 36 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian adalah data dalam bentuk lembar observasi yaitu pengamatan dalam proses pembelajaran terhadap siswa; lembar observasi aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data kuantitatif dengan mengelompokkan data hasil observasi, kemudian dilakukan perhitungan persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor, selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan persentase ketuntasan klasikal. Hasil penelitian pada pratindakan, hasil belajar siswa pada penilaian aspek kognitif 16 siswa yang mencapai KKM dengan PKK 44,44%, pada penilaian aspek afektif 16 siswa yang mencapai KKM dengan PKK 44,44%, pada penilaian aspek psikomotor 14 siswa yang mencapai KKM dengan PKK 58,33%. Pada siklus I hasil belajar siswa pada penilaian aspek kognitif 22 siswa yang mencapai KKM dengan PKK 62,11%, pada penilaian aspek afektif 23 siswa yang mencapai KKM dengan PKK 63,88%, pada penilaian aspek psikomotor 21 siswa yang mencapai KKM dengan PKK 58,33%. Pada siklus II hasil belajar siswa pada penilaian aspek kognitif 35 siswa yang mencapai KKM dengan PKK 97,22%, pada penilaian aspek afektif 35 siswa yang mencapai KKM dengan PKK 91,66%, pada penilaian aspek psikomotor 33 siswa yang mencapai KKM dengan PKK 91,66%. Pada siklus II hasil belajar telah mencapai KKM sehingga tidak dilanjutkan pada siklus berikutnya dengan kata lain penelitian dihentikan. Efforts to Improve Passing Learning Outcomes in Basketball Games using Divergent Teaching StyleAbstractThe purpose of this study was to improve the process and the learning outcomes of passing in basketball by using the divergent teaching style of class IX E students of SMA Negeri 1 Lombok Timur. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) with 36 students as research subjects. Data collection techniques in research are data in the form of observation sheets, namely observations in the learning process of students; observation sheets for cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. Data analysis used quantitative data analysis techniques by grouping observational data, calculating the percentage of mastery learning outcomes in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects, then calculating the percentage of classical completeness. The results of the research on pre-action, student learning outcomes on cognitive aspect assessment 16 students who achieved KKM with PKK 44,44%, on affective aspect assessment 16 students who achieved KKM with PKK 44.44%, on psychomotor aspect assessment, 14 students who achieved KKM with PKK 58.33%. In the first cycle of student learning outcomes in the cognitive aspect assessment, 22 students achieved KKM with PKK 62.11%, on the affective aspect assessment, 23 students achieved KKM with PKK 63,88%, on the psychomotor aspect assessment, 21 students achieved KKM with PKK 58,33%. In the second cycle of student learning outcomes on the cognitive aspect assessment, 35 students who achieved KKM with PKK 97.22%, on the affective aspect assessment, 35 students who achieved KKM with PKK 91.66%, on the psychomotor aspect assessment, 33 students who achieved KKM with PKK 91,66%. In cycle II the learning outcomes have reached the KKM so that it is not continued in the next cycle in other words, the research is stopped.

Abstract:
Indonesian Economic Development has become a gate to Bali and Lombok for international visitors. Recently, the Lombok tourism development has established a refinement after facing serial earthquakes. In the statistic for the tourism year 2016, there were 3.1 million tourists coming to Lombok. In addition, 3.8 million people were targeted to come to Lombok in the year 2020. In other words, Lombok promotes the highest contribution to the national government economy. Because of these issues, the vocational high schools which have tourism study programs should lead their students in foreign language communication, English. Teaching English for a specific purpose needs a precise instructional model because ELT teachers apply the ELT model for different objectives. Therefore, learners study English for different purposes. For vocational high school students, they learn English to help them to communicate in the workplace. Because of this, they are directed to have communicative competence. In senior or junior high schools, scientific-based instruction has been applied to help students learn English and even other subjects. This instruction is considered as a solution for them to have not only linguistic competencies but also communicative skills. Therefore, this study will be aimed at developing an instructional model for vocational high school students in tourism zones. This study applied the procedural research and development (R&D) design. The R&D design follows the Borg & Gall and David design, which consists of pre-development and development stages. The product of this study was an instructional model, namely the tourism-based instructional (TBI) model for vocational high school students in the tourism zones.

Abstract:
Reading comprehension in the EFL context requires abilities not only linguistic competences but also reading strategies. The timely acquisition of this competence has a crucial effect for language learners. Unfortunately, most language learners in all level have low skills and high difficulties to acquire reading skills. This study aims to explore students’ abilities and difficulties in comprehending English reading texts as secondary level. This study is categorized as qualitative study consisting of three main data gathering methods: semi-structured interviews, classroom observations, and group discussions. The data collected then are analyzed in stages, namely data condensation, data display, and data conclusion. Based on the result of analysis, this study showed that students have low reading achievement at secondary level. The low achievement is affected by some reading difficulties such as low reading exercises, unwilling to read out loud, low reading skills, low vocabulary, low phonemic awareness, low reading strategies, and low grammatical competence. For further studies, reading exercises and phonemic awareness in reading activities should be paid intention with giving students with various reading texts to train them comprehend EFL texts.

Abstract:
Vocabulary mastery is paramount to support the four language skills and it determines the success of students’ communication after grammatical competences. lexical competence is assumed as the second competence to that of the grammar. One of the alternatives in teaching vocabulary is visual auditory kinesthetic (VAK). This classroom action research (CAR) aimed at applying the VAK due to the students’ difficulties in memorizing new vocabulary especially the abstract noun. The procedure of the CAR comprises planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. Each stage has activities to attain the research goals. The subjects of this study were the Seventh Graders of SMP Islam Al-Badriyah. There were a vocabulary test, questionnaire, and observation sheet as the research instruments. Then, the data was analyzed using both quantitatively and qualitatively. The findings from the vocabulary test showed that 21 out of 25 students passed the settled minimum criteria or the mean score fell on 77. It found out the students were active participation, paid good attention to the material and showed enthusiasm in the English class. It can be concluded that the application of the VAK could increase not only the students’ vocabulary mastery but also classroom participation. In addition, the result of this current study proved that the application of VAK as one of the teaching alternatives could lead the students in memorizing abstracted vocabularies.

Abstract:
The deep consideration in teaching vocabulary is promosing a deep level of processing that can involve either long-term or short-term memory. This study was aimed at investigating the use of total physical response in the teaching of vocabulary integrated with meaningful classroom interaction. To attain the research aim, this study employed classroom action research. The steps of classroom action consisted of Planning, Acting, Evaluating and Reflecting. In the planning phase, researchers prepared lesson plans in line with students’ vocabulary problems and mastery. The students’ vocabulary problems were determined on how their solutions were before applying it in the class. The phase of the Acting is the session of applying total physical response as learning activities to improve students’ vocabulary. The acting activities should be done in accordance with the previous plan prepared. The last but not least is evaluating and reflecting. It referred to the evaluation process since researchers applied the learning strategies in the class. The upcoming process is then reflection, and it is emphasized on whether the learning plans are on the track. This study was carried out in middle schools. The sample was chosen by using purposive sampling technique. 37 students in the eleventh-grade class were involved in this study. The successful criteria were enacted in 75, and the indicators covered expanding word knowledge, adding specific words, word-learning strategies, and word-play activities. Based on the analysis result, students were able to conduct various learning activities to improve wide and extensive independent reading activities to expand their word acquisition and knowledge; students were able to perform meaningful strategies relating to specific words to improve their comprehension of texts containing those words; students were able to perform word-play activities to improve learning atmospheres in the class. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of total physical response was able to improve students’ vocabulary mastery in integration with meaningful classroom interaction. The implementation of this strategy with paying attention to classroom interaction is strongly recommended to be applied for other language elements.

Abstract:
Pada cabang olahraga petanque cenderung menggunakan proses pelatihan dengan pendekatan praktis dan umpan balik yang biasanya dilakukan sebatas umpan balik verbal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan video feedback (VFB) dapat meningkatkan kemampuan shooting petanque. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan jenis rancangan kuasi eksperimen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 24 atlet petanque UNDIKMA dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah shooting presicion petanque. Analisis data penelitian diawali dengan melakukan uji prasyarat analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas Kormogorov-Smirnov Test sebelum melakukan Paired Sample T-Test, uji prasyarat selanjutnya menggunakan uji homogenitas Levene Statistics sebelum melakukan Independent Sample T-Test. Berdasarkan Independent Sampel T-Test diperoleh nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 maka disimpulkan ada perbedaan pengaruh hasil kemampuan shooting antara kelompok eksperimen penggunaan video feedback (VFB) dengan kelompok kontrol (umpan balik verbal), namun penggunaan video feedback (VFB) dinyatakan lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan shooting (mean=21,83) daripada umpan balik verbal (mean=16,50). The Video Feedback (VFB) for Improving Petanque Shooting AbilityAbstractPetanque sports tend to use a practical and practical training process and are usually limited to verbal feedback. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the use of video feedback (VFB) can improve petanque shooting abilities. This research was carried out with a quasi-experimental design. The sample in this study amounted to 24 UNDIKMA petanque athletes with a purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used was shooting precision petanque. Research data analysis begins with a prerequisite data analysis test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test for normality before conducting the Paired Sample T-Test, and the next test using the Levene Statistics homogeneity test before conducting the Independent Sample T-Test. Based on the Independent Sample T-Test obtained, the value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05, it is concluded that there is a difference in the effect of the results of shooting ability between the experimental group using video feedback (VFB) and the control group (verbal feedback). Still, the use of video feedback (VFB) is stated to be more effective (mean=21.83) than verbal feedback (mean=16.50).

Abstract:
Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara kesadaran metakognisi dan hasil belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran kimia selama masa pandemic Covid-19 pada Tahun Pelajaran 2021-2022. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan ex-post facto dengan kerangka penelitian korelasional. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMAN 1 Bolo dengan melibatkan 66 orang peserta didik kelas X sebagai subjek penelitian yang diambil secara jenuh. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan analisis korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kesadaran metakognisi peserta didik sebesar 71. Hasil belajar peserta didik kelas pada semester ganjil dan genap berturut-turut 70 dan 63. Akan tetapi tidak ada korelasi antara kesadaran metakognisi dan hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik. Korelasi metakognisi terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik baik pada semester ganjil maupun genap, dengan nilai product moment berturut-turut -0,025 dan -0,094, lebih rendah daripada r kritis sebesar 0,239 pada DK 64 dan nilai signifikansi (p) 5 %. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran Kimia di SMAN 1 Bolo selama masa pandemic covid-19 tidak seiring dengan pengembangan kesadaran metakognisi peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran. Correlation between Students Metacognitive Awareness and Cognitive Learning Outcomes on Chemistry Learning While Covid-19 PandemicAbstractThis study aims to evaluate the relationship between metacognitive awareness and student learning outcomes in chemistry learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in the 2021-2022 Academic Year. This research was carried out using an ex-post facto approach with a correlational research framework. The research was conducted at SMAN 1 Bolo involving 66 students of class X as research subjects who were taken saturated. Data were analyzed descriptively and product moment correlation analysis.The results showed that the average metacognitive awareness of students was 71. The average of students’ cognitivelearning outcomes in odd and even semester was 70 and 63 respectively. However, there is no correlation between metacognitive awareness and students' cognitive learning outcomes.The correlation between metacognitive awareness and students' cognitive learning outcomes both in odd and even semester, with r product moment value -0.025 and -0.094 respectively, was lower than r critical 0,239 with df 64 and significance value (p) 5%. This shows that learning Chemistry at SMAN 1 Bolo during the COVID-19 pandemic is not in line with the development of students' metacognitive awareness of learning.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap dan menggambarkan kemampuan abstraksi reflektif siswa dalam merekonstruksi konsep limit fungsi ditinjau dari perbedaan jenis kelamin. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian yang terdiri terdiri dari dua siswa (laki-laki and perempuan) kelas XI MIPA MA Darul Mahmudien NW Montonggamang dengan kemampuan matematika tinggi. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui tes dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menggunakan struktur mental teori APOS (Aksi, Proses, Objek, Skema) untuk menggambarkan mekanisme mental interiorisasi, enkapsulasi, dan tematisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada setiap tahap, (1) Siswa Laki-laki (SL) mampu menghubungkan pengetahuan matematika yang dimiliki yang terkait dengan materi limit fungsi untuk menemukan jawaban (aksi), (2) menjelaskan bagaimana menemukan jawaban (proses), (3) belum dapat menjelaskan aturan yang digunakan (objek), dan (4) belum dapat menyelesaikan soal yang lebih kompleks (skema). Di pihak lain, Siswa Perempuan (SP) hanya mencapai tahap aksi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan abstraksi reflektif SL lebih baik dari pada SP dalam merekonstruksi konsep limit fungsi. Analysis of Students' Reflective Abstraction Ability in Reconstructing the Concept of Function Limits in terms of Gender DifferencesAbstractThis study aims to reveal and describe students' reflective abstraction skills in reconstructing the concept of limit function in terms of gender differences. This research is qualitative research with research subjects consisting of two students (male and female) class XI MIPA MA Darul Mahmudien NW Montonggamang with high mathematical ability. The data in this study were obtained through tests and interviews. This study uses the mental structure of APOS theory (Action, Process, Object, Schema) to describe the cognitive mechanisms of interiorization, encapsulation, and thematization. The results showed that at each stage, (1) male students (SL) were able to relate their mathematical knowledge related to the limit function material to find answers (action), (2) explain how to find answers (process), (3 ) has not been able to explain the rules used (objects), and (4) have not been able to solve more complex problems (schemas). On the other hand, female students (SP) only reached the action stage. So it can be concluded that the reflective abstraction ability of SL is better than SP in reconstructing the concept of limit function.

Abstract:
Speaking skills are nowadays more promising skills economically to be learnt. The importance of mastering speaking skills shows that teachers should find a good solution to encourage their students to practice speaking much more. One of the learning models applied by teachers is suggestopedia-based language learning (SBLL) activities. Therefore, this study investigated the effectiveness of suggestopedia-based language learning to enhance students’ speaking skills viewed from teachers’ educational backgrounds at middle schools. To achieve the research goal, researchers employed experimental study using an equivalent pre-test and post-test control group design. The samples of this study were 75 students at middle schools, and they were divided into two classes. 33 students were involved as the experimental class subjected to the SBLL activities. 32 students were invited as the control classes, which was taught using the existing instructional activities (eclectic learning principles). The two groups were distributed speaking tests in the pre-test and post-test sessions. The variable of teachers’ educational background is assumed as helping variable that gives an effect on students’ speaking ability. The criteria used in this case are Very High (Educational Doctor) High (Educational Master), Moderate (Educational Bachelor), and Low (Non-educational Bachelor). The research findings of this study informed that the implementation of the SBLL has positive effects on speaking skills at middle schools. Furthermore, there is interaction between teachers’ educational background and the use of the SBLL in improving students’ speaking skills at middle schools. Therefore, this study can be concluded that the use of the SBLL was able to enhance students’ speaking skills viewed from teachers’ educational backgrounds at the middle schools.

Abstract:
In intercultural and transcultural communication contexts within multilingual education, English learners should be able to communicate and interact with other people who have different linguistic and cultural background. For this reason, intercultural contents should be incorporated in EFL textbooks to promote learners’ intercultural competences and communication skills. The contents are designed with containing not only Anglo-American and British cultural dimensions but also learners’ home and foreign cultures. It is to prepare learners to become global citizens. The principal aim of this study is to investigate how teachers apply English textbooks to promote learners’ intercultural competences and intercultural communicative skills within multilingual education. This article argues that intercultural representations incorporated in EFL textbooks are used as useful resources for helping learners develop their intercultural competences and communication skills. also, the ways teachers carry out their teaching in the classes are measured. The results of this study show that the teachers employ EFL textbooks effectively with utilizing potential teaching materials containing cultural values to promote learners’ intercultural competences and communicative skills within multilingual education. This study also suggests that English teachers needs reinforcement in multilingual education.

Abstract:
Penelitin ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan pengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berdasarkan konsep mind mapping untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa . Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 33 orang sedangkan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak15 orang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model dick and carey. Tehnik penyusunan LKPD berdasarkan konsep mind maping yaitu melakukan analisis Kompetensi dasar dan indikator, melakukan analisis materi stoikiometri dan analisis mind mapping. Validasi ahli media pembelajaran dilakukan oleh dua orang dosen senior bidang pendidikan dan di peroleh kelayakan sebesar 80%. Validasi ahli materi oleh dua orang dosen pakar bidang keahlian kimia di peroleh kelayakan sebesar 82,5%. Setelah di validasi kemudian di lakukan uji kelayakan pengembangan LKPD menggunakan skala linker terhadap 15 orang siswa diperoreh hasilkonversi persentase yaitu pada model atau design LKPD diperoleh kelayakan 90,67% (sangat layak), kesesuaian materi diperoleh kelayakan 88%( layak), bahasa komunikatif diperoleh 92% (sangat layak). Untuk penghitungan menggunakan rumus presentase menganalisis peningkatan hasil belajar dengan perbandingan pre-test 34% , sementara post-test nya 41% , hal ini membuktikan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik sehingga Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Berdasarkan konsep Mind Mapping ini terbukti meningkatkan hasil belajar dan layak untuk digunakan. Development of Student Worksheets based on the Concept of Mind Mapping to Improve Students’ Learning OutcomesAbstractThis study aims to determine the feasibility of developing Student Worksheets (SW) based on the concept of mind mapping to improve student learning outcomes. The population in this study amounted to 33 students while the sample used in this study was 15 students. This research is development research with a dick and carey model. The technique of preparing student worksheet is based on the concept of mind mapping, namely analyzing basic competencies and indicators, analyzing stoichiometric material and analyzing mind mapping. The validation of learning media experts was carried out by two senior lecturers in the field of education and obtained a feasibility of 80%. Material expert validation by two expert lecturers in the field of chemistry obtained a feasibility of 82.5%. After being validated, the student worksheets development feasibility test was carried out using a linker scale on 15 students, the percentage of conversion results, namely the student worksheets model or design obtained 90.67% feasibility (very feasible), material suitability obtained 88% feasibility (feasible), communicative language obtained 92 % (very decent). For calculations using the percentage formula to analyze the increase in learning outcomes with a pre-test comparison of 34%, while the post-test is 41%, this proves an increase in student learning outcomes so that the Mind Mapping concept-based worksheet is proven to improve learning outcomes and is feasible to use.

Abstract:
Speaking skill is classified as a productive skill after writing skills. It is related to communicative performance dealing with phonetic, fluency, accuracy, pronunciation, grammatical competence, intonation, and vocabulary mastery. Besides, students’ phonology knowledge is crucial in understanding speakers’ utterances in speaking activities. Therefore, students’ phonology awareness in speaking classes determine the students are success or not in having speaking skills. This study aims to elaborate the use of speaking board games to improve students’ speaking skills viewed from phonology awareness. To attain the research aims, this study employed classroom action research. The problems are focused on students’ speaking skills in relation to phonology awareness. The research data are classified into qualitative and quantitative data. The qualitative data were gained using interview and observation sheets, while the quantitative data were collected using speaking tests. Based on the research findings, this study can be concluded that the use of speaking board games in teaching speaking classes which was combined with other various materials was able to improve students’ confidence and critical thinking skills to speak. It helped students practice their fluency, practice their accuracy, and gave smooth correction to the grammatical errors being made. Providing students with various speaking practices, the use of board games also facilitated students to improve their pronunciation inside and outside classes, vocabulary, and engage them to learn the English daily expressions in various topics.

Abstract:
The metacognitive awareness and critical thinking skills were essential to be subjected to the prospective teachers to regulate their learning and train how to practice writing effectively. This study was aimed at developing the model of the metacognitive writing strategy to improve prospective teachers’ writing skills viewed from critical thinking skills in Indonesian higher education. To attain the research aim, the research and development (R&D) study was employed. The stages of R&D design included defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. To attest to the effectiveness of the metacognitive writing strategy, the researcher used a quasi-experimental design in the form of pre-test and post-test control group design. The prospective teachers were divided into two groups, the experimental and control group. The experimental group was treated using the metacognitive writing strategy, while the control group was taught using the conventional strategy. The instruments of collecting data used the metacognitive writing test and critical thinking test. Then, the data were analysed using descriptive and inferential statistical devices. The results of the study showed that the metacognitive writing strategy can help prospective teachers to regulate their learning activities in terms of what and how to write in the class. At the top of that, they are able to compose good exposition texts. It was proven that the average score of learners in the experimental class was higher than those on the control class. The research findings were elaborated in the research discussion.

Abstract:
English movies by some EFL teachers and lecturers are designed for teaching writing classes because learners can see how any of words is pronounced by actors who are English native speakers and they are asked to write reports in line with the contents of movies. Besides, learners can make notes of new vocabulary taken from the movies. Therefore, this study is aimed at finding out the use of Englis Movies-watching reports in improving students’ writing skills at the Mandalika University of Education. The research was conducted by involving the students at the English Zone Club organization. The researcher plans to have the students in this english organization because they tend to be more focus on english writing than other English organization at UNDIKMA. The research design of the present study is a classroom action research design where the researcher apply English movies to treat writing classes. They are asked to watch and pay attention to certain English movies and demand them to write a report on what they would have just watched. The research data are collected by distributing writing test to measure any improvement made through watching English movies on students’ writing skills. To gain the students’ writing improvement of writing skills, researchers make notes around some cycles of applying English movies in the class. The result of data collection was then analyzed by using quantitative statistical analysis. The conclusion of this study showed that the use of English movies was effective to improve grammatical competence, vocabulary, sentence patterns, various language usages, and motivation to practice writing.

Abstract:
Feedback is information from the teacher to the students regarding to the students’ error in learning process, and the purpose of feedback given by the teacher could improve students’ abilities in learning. In learning writing, feedback from the teacher is needed by the students to improve their writing skills. Writing is a complex process, arranging several words into a sentence and arranging several sentences into a paragraph is not an easy thing to do. In addition, in writing a sentence, the correct words are needed so that the reader can easily understand the intent written by the author. Thus, this study aims to find out what types of feedback given by the teacher to students in this new normal era, and what types of feedback can improve students' writing skills. This research used qualitative descriptive research. For data collection, researcher used the interview notes, study document, and observation. This study took two English teachers and eight students. In this study, the researcher interviewed English teachers and students regarding the feedback the teacher gave during this new normal era. The researcher found that the teachers used two types of feedback i.e. oral and written feedback in correcting students' writing assignments. In addition, the researcher found that all students experienced improvement after they were given feedback by the teacher. Most students’ perception about feedback given by the teachers, oral feedback is very effective and can improve their writing quality.

Abstract:
This research investigated the teaching of English by using Two Stay Two Stray to improve the students’ speaking skill in the 10th-grade students of vocational schools, West Nusa Tenggara Province, Indonesia. The participants of this research were 28 students. The research utilized a classroom action research. The research covered two cycles and each cycle consisted of four steps they were; planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The research consisted of two cycles, and each cycle applied three parts, such as; pre-test, treatment, and post-test. The data collected were qualitative and quantitative data. The qualitative data were gained through observation and documentation. Meanwhile, the quantitative data was collected from the test. The researcher used SPSS 16.00 to analyze the quantitative data. The researcher found a significant improvement in students’ speaking skills after giving treatment using Two Stay Two Stray in cycle I and II. The improvement of using Two Stay Two Stray in improving the students’ speaking skill was significant. It can be seen from cycle I up to the cycle II. The result of the cycle I showed that the mean of post-test is higher than the the pre-test. The mean of the post-test was 66.14 and pre-test are 60.50. In cycle II, the mean of the post-test is higher than the mean of the pre-test. The mean score of post-test was 76.28 and pre-test are 66.14. The researcher concluded that using Two Stay Two Stray improved the 10th grade students’ speaking skill at vocational schools, West Nusa Tenggara Province.

Abstract:
Speaking and listening are language skills that are supporting each other. Students who have good speaking competence will have good listening skills as well. Unfortunately, students who have good listening skills do not indicate that they have good speaking skills. To help students in improving speaking and listening, this study applied team games-based language learning (TG-BLL) model. This model was designed with appropriate learning materials and activities, and English experts validated the quality of learning materials. Therefore, this current study was aimed at investigating the use of the TG-BLL model to improve students’ speaking and listening skills viewed from their creativity at secondary schools at Algeria. To attain the research goal, this study employed quasi experimental research with using pre-test post-test control group design. 69 students were involved in this study as research samples. The samples were divided into two groups which are experimental and control groups. The samples were selected using cluster random sampling. The variable of creativity in this study was pointed as a helping variable to see whether the level of students’ creativity come to affect students’ speaking and listening skills. To see the significant effect of team games-based language learning on speaking and listening skills, the researcher applied t-test statistical analysis. Meanwhile, ANOVA statistical analysis was applied to see the interaction between the TG-BLL model and students’ creativity level on speaking and listening skills at the secondary level. The result showed that the TG-BLL model had good effect on speaking and listening skills in the experimental group. It was proven that the score of the t-test was higher than t-table with 0.05 significant level. Moreover, there was good interaction between the GBLL model and students’ creativity level to affect students’ speaking and listening skills at secondary schools. The implementation of the TG-BLL model was useful in improving students’ pronunciation, grammar, and knowledge of how sounds get reduced.

Abstract:
This study aims to identify the impact of using the project-based learning (PjBL) model compared to the direct instruction learning model on secondary school students' creative thinking (CT) skills. Quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest control group design was carried out to achieve the research objectives. Fifty secondary school students randomly chosen as experimental group (n = 25) and control group (n = 25) participated in the study. Eight essay tests were used to collect students' CT based on fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration indicators. Data were analyzed descriptively (n-gain) and statistically using paired t-test and independent sample t-test. The result shows that students' CT significantly improved after learning for the experimental group (n-gain = 0.47; p < 0.05) and the control group (n-gain = 0.25; p < 0.05). However, students' CT in the experimental group was significantly different compared to the control group achievement (p < 0.05). Thus, the conclusion proposed that the PjBL model significantly impacts secondary school students' CT skills on the temperature and expansion material.

Abstract:
This study aimed to develop an evaluative-process learning tool integrated with the conceptual-problem-based learning (CPBL) model to train students' critical thinking skills. The learning tools developed (lesson plans, textbooks, worksheets, and critical thinking test instruments) were evaluated for validity and Effectiveness in training students' critical thinking skills at the higher education level. Validity evaluation is carried out on content and construct validity aspects. This is done through a focus group discussion (FGD) mechanism involving four expert validators. Furthermore, the Effectiveness of the developed learning tools is evaluated by implementing them in the classroom. The experimental design (intact-group comparison) involved a sample group from the State Islamic University of Mataram. The experimental group was taught by evaluative-process learning tools integrated with the CPBL model, while lectures and discussions taught the control group. Critical thinking data were collected using a valid essay test instrument, and the results were analyzed. The validity test results show that all the elements that make up the learning tools in the aspect of content and construct validity have been declared valid. Furthermore, at the implementation stage in the classroom, evaluative-process learning tools integrated with the CPBL model have been effective in training students' critical thinking skills compared to teaching that relies on lectures and discussion. This Effectiveness is based on two aspects, (1) the conceptual framework of the CPBL model, which is constructed and arranged from a problem-based learning model with five learning steps, namely prior knowledge, organize, investigate, analyze, and evaluation; (2) the concept of evaluative-process which is integrated with the CPBL model. These two aspects support capacity in training students to think critically.

Abstract:
This study aimed to provide biology students with a motion kinematics experimental experience using virtual PhET simulations and explore the improvement of their physics learning outcomes. Pre-experimental (pretest-posttest experimental design) was conducted in this study, pretest-posttest was carried out before and after the learning treatment, while the learning treatment was motion kinematics experiment using virtual PhET simulation. The research sample was taken purposively, they were 24 students of the Biology Education Study Program, FKIP Mataram University who took Basic Physics courses. Student learning outcomes were measured using a test instrument. Learning outcomes data were analyzed descriptively with the average score of achievement or performance of students' cognitive learning outcomes on pretest and posttest, as well as n-gain analysis. In addition, statistical analysis (Wilcoxon test) was used to determine the difference in the average score of student learning outcomes between pre-posttest (p < 0.05). The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the average score of student learning outcomes increased from pretest to posttest with successive criteria from "less" to "good," an increase in student learning outcomes with high criteria with an n-gain score of 0.71. The results of the statistical test showed that there was a significant difference in the average score of student learning outcomes before and after the motion kinematics experiment using PhET virtual simulation. The results in this study provide a learning experience related to ways of conducting physics concepts that are more meaningful in the learning process that can be widely used in routine physics teaching in the classroom.

Abstract:
Alignment of inquiry learning has embarked on remote inquiry as a replacement for face-to-face inquiry. On the other hand, the current technological developments bring opportunities to use it as a learning resource to support critical thinking. The current study explores the impact of virtual simulation-assisted remote inquiry in Fourier transform courses on prospective STEM teachers' (PST) critical thinking (CT) skills. The experimental design employed a randomized pretest-posttest control group was employed. Two groups of samples were randomized: the experimental group, n = 30, and the control group, n = 30. The treatment of learning was different in each group. The experimental group was conducted by virtual simulation-assisted remote inquiry, while the control group was conducted by online learning without inquiry and simulation. The measured CT skills aspects included analytical, inference, evaluation, and decision-making measured by an essay test instrument. The results were then analyzed descriptively and statistically. The results confirm that the virtual simulation-assisted remote inquiry significantly improved PST CT in Fourier transform courses. The virtual simulation-assisted remote inquiry learning was better than courses with online learning without inquiry and simulation. The virtual simulation-assisted remote inquiry provided conceptual formation and application of concepts. It strengthened the opportunities for the PSTs to train their CT skills.

Abstract:
Cognitive regulation related to the learning independence is a problem that often appears in remote learning. It’s related to metacognition awareness that claimed could facilitate learners in understanding how to learn and regulate the learning process to solve the new problem encountered. The current study aimed to investigate the prospective science teachers’ (PST) metacognitive awareness in remote learning based on field-dependent and field-independent cognitive styles, and gender. Quantitative research with a survey method involving 100 PST was carried out in this study. The PST metacognitive awareness was collected using the Metacognition Awareness Inventory (MAI) instrument, while PST cognitive style was determined using the Group Embedded Figure Test (GEFT) instrument, which was empirically declared valid and reliable. The research data were analyzed using the independent sample t-test, and the Mann-Whitney test after the data distribution test was carried out using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test. Based on gender differences, PST metacognitive awareness was not significantly different (p>0.05), while based on cognitive style, PST metacognitive awareness was significantly different (p<0.05) on indicators of procedural knowledge and conditional knowledge. In addition, PST metacognitive awareness was significantly different on indicators of procedural knowledge, conditional knowledge, planning, monitoring, debugging, and evaluation based on a review of cognitive styles and gender differences.

Abstract:
The preliminary study at SMP Negeri 5 Pati obtained an average score of 33.44. This shows that the students' mathematical problem solving ability is still low. The purpose of this study was to analyze the average mathematical problem solving ability of students who received Project Based Learning learning assisted by the Lubukethnomathematics e-module whether they could achieve the KKM score. The research method used was quantitative, quasi-experimental design, the nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design. Sampling with purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data used, including normality test, homogeneity test, and one independent sample t test. Abstract:
The purpose of the study was to see how organizational communication affects employee performance at the Bathin VIII District office, Sarolangun Regency. The background of the study found problems such as the lack of quality of work in the sub-district office of Bathin VIII, Sarolangun district, employee performance at the sub-district office of Bathin VIII, Sarolangun district, and employees of the Bathin VIII sub-district office in Sarolangun. sub-districts that still do not understand office communication. inability to communicate effectively The research used to investigate the data was a quantitative strategy supported by qualitative data, and this study used mixed methods, thus combining quantitative and qualitative approaches. The employees of the Bathin VIII District Office are the research population with a sample of 40 respondents. Questionnaires with a Likert scale, observations and interviews were used to collect data in this study. Simple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data. The results of the study revealed that organizational communication variables had a significant effect on employee performance at the Bathin VIII District office, Sarolangun Regency. Organizational communication variable contributes to employee performance by 30.7%.

Abstract:
Dreams are constructed narratives and visuals by our imaginations. This article discusses an Indonesian movie about Batak culture, especially their unique tradition when it comes to marriage. In this scientific article, the author aims to analyze how the characters in Demi Ucok movie interpret their dreams, especially in finding out a companion such as a life partner. In order to help the author doing this analysis, Mise En Scene approach from Manon de Reeper and Theory of Interpretation of Dream from Sigmund Freud are used for this study. The result of this study indicates that this film represents Batak people’s dream and wishes of seeing their children getting married with Batak people because Batak culture is quite strict about marriage. In Batak tradition, getting married to the same tribe is their life philosophy; Hagabeon, Hamoroan, and Hasangapon, and every Bataknese are trying to get married to the same tribe along with a certain cultural practice

Abstract:
Japanese as a language with quite complex grammatical rules is increasingly visible in terms of its complexity when it comes to the discussion of active, passive, causative, and causative-passive diathesis. This happens because the Japanese language does not use the word to be a sign of the existence of a diathesis, but uses bound morphemes attached to the root of the verb. In connection with this complexity, this paper discussed the complexity of diathesis in Japanese and how the morphemes that make up the diathesis have implications for the structure of Japanese sentences. Data in the form of sentences are analyzed by using agih method and it employs markup reading technique. The results of the sentence analysis are then depicted in a diagram to see the strata level per sentence type, the number of valences, and changes in syntactic functions in each participant in the sentence. From the analysis results, it is known that diathesis in Japanese is formed from the attachment of bound morphemes, which are auxiliary verbs on the root of the word, which is also a bound morpheme. The auxiliary verb passive marker is {-are-} while the causative marker is {-ase-}. Each of these markers has an allomorph according to its class of verbs formed from phonetic adjustments. Furthermore, diathesis in Japanese creates the implications of changing the functions of nouns in sentences and the number of verb valences and core constituents of sentences. Bahasa Jepang sebagai bahasa yang mempunyai aturan gramatikal yang cukup kompleks makin terlihat kompleksitasnya dalam pembahasan mengenai diathesis aktif, pasif, kausatif dan kausatif-pasif. Hal ini terjadi karena bahasa Jepang tidak menggunakan kata untuk sebagai pemarkah adanya diathesis, tetapi menggunakan morfem-morfem terikat yang menempel pada akar verbanya. Sehubungan dengan kompleksitas tersebut dalam tulisan ini dibahas mengenai kompleksitas dhiatesis dalam bahasa Jepang dan bagaimana morfem-morfem pembentuk diathesis tersebut berimplikasi pada struktur kalimat bahasa Jepang. Data berupa kalimat dianalisis dengan metode agih dengan menggunakan teknik baca markah. Hasil dari analisis kalimat kemudian digambarkan dalam suatu diagram untuk melihat tingkatan strata per jenis kalimat, jumlah valensi, dan perubahan fungsi sintaksis pada setiap peserta yang ada dalam kalimat. Dari hasil analisis diketahui bahwa diatesis dalam bahasa Jepang dibentuk dari pelekatan morfem-morfem terikat yang merupakan kata kerja bantu pada akar kata yang juga merupakan morfem terikat. Kata kerja bantu penanda pasif adalah {-are-} sedangkan penanda kausatif adalah {-ase-}. Masing-masing penanda tersebut mempunyai alomorf menurut golongan verbanya yang dibentuk dari penyesuaian fonetis. Selanjutnya, diathesis dalam bahasa Jepang menimbulkan implikasi berubahnya fungsi-fungsi nomina di dalam kalimat dan jumlah valensi verba serta konstituen inti kalimat.

Tujuan penulis melakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana kualitas suatu aplikasi tersebut dalam melakukan pelayanan administrasi terhadap Layanan Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil di Kota Probolinggo. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif Kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam dalam mengumpulkan data yaitu observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan dengan mengkaji buku-buku, peraturan perundang-undangan, karya ilmiah, jurnal, dan artikel-artikel. Hasil penelitian yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam Evaluasi Kualitas Pelayanan Adiministrasi pada aplikasi View Probolinggo ini sudah berjalan efektif akan tetapi masih ada kendala-kendala yang menjadi faktor penghambat dari jalannya suatu program yang diciptakan Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo.

Abstract:
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisisperan gender sebagai variabel moderasi pengaruh work from home, work life balance, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Kantor Perbendaharaan di Kota Bandung pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 128 responden. Pengukuran variabel dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala likert. Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier moderasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasecara parsial work from home, work life balance, dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Gender memoderasi pengaruh work from home, work life balance, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract:
Perkembangan tata cara dan sistem pembayaran ibarat pisau bermata dua, di satu sisi memberikan manfaat yang luar biasa terhadap bidang perekonomian dan bisnis, di sisi lain meningkatkan risiko adanya penyimpangan penggunaan sistem tersebut untuk tujuan jahat. Contoh kasus adalah Kasus MPL kembali mencuat dan membawa dunia perbankan serta penegakan hukum dalam sorotan publik setelah Kementerian Hukum dan Hukam berhasil mengekstradisi MPL dari Serbia pada 7 Juli 2020. MPL menjadi buronan selama 17 tahun sejak 2003. MPL merupakan salah satu pelaku pembobolan Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) cabang Kebayoran Baru sebesar Rp1,7 triliun. Dalam menjalankan aksinya, MPL menggunakan Letter of Credit (L/C) fiktif. Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor), Jakarta menghukum MPL dengan pidana penjara selama 18 tahun penjara dan denda Rp800 juta subsider 4 bulan kurungan. Ia dinyatakan terbukti bersalah melakukan korupsi dan tindak pidana pencucian uang (TPPU) atas kasus pembobolan Bank BNI yang merugikan negara Rp1,2 triliun. Penelitian ini akan berfokus pada dua isu yaitu, pertama, perbuatan MPL menggunakan L/C fiktif dalam perspektif pencucian uang atau aspek perdagangan yang berbasis pencucian uang (trade based money laundering) dan tata kelola dan pengawasan bank terhadap modus penyalahgunaan L/C sebagai bentuk antisipatif modus penyalahgunaan L/C dengan rumusan masalah: Apa perbuatan MPL yang dapat dikategorikan sebagai perbuatan Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang atau Trade Based Money Laundering. Berdasarkan uraian pada bab pembahasan, maka dapat menarik ditarik kesimpulan bahwa perbuatan MPL diawali dengan tindak pidana pemalsuan berupa L/C fiktif mengingat tidak ada kegiatan ekspor-impor atau dalam kasus merupakan tindak pidana korupsi yang dilanjutkan dengan tindak pidana pencucian uang. Perbuatan MPL tidak dapat dikategorikan sebagai Trade based Money Laundering karena dalam kasus L/C fiktif, penyalahgunaan L/C dilakukan dengan cara memalsukan dokumen-dokumen L/C bahkan memalsukan kegiatan ekspor-impor.

In Indonesia, especially in the capital of Jakarta, people from different backgrounds of culture even countries are often met and some, fall in love. The study aims to understand and discover how individuals married to someone who is from different culture live, and the process of intercultural communication happen in an intimate relationship of a marriage. The study uses qualitative methodology with interpretive paradigm. The result of the study shows intercultural marriages comes with just as many conflicts as in a monoculture marriage, but requires extra patience due to the different basic perspectives in approaching conflicts, and takes more time to adapt for the culture to assimilate to each other's. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji dan menganalisis lebih lanjut mengenai pembagian harta gono gini (harta bersama) yang didapat antara suami dan isteri yang telah melakukan perceraian serta penerapan asas pemisahan terhadap harta bersama berdasarkan Putusan Pengadilan Agama Bekasi Nomor 0938/Pdt.G/2019/PA.Bks. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode yuridis normatif. Dimana penelitian ini menitikberatkan kepada peraturan perundang-undangan, buku-buku, dan literatur lain yang berkaitan. Setelah terjadinya perceraian antara Penggugat dengan Tergugat terdapat gugatan yaitu pembagian harta bersama berupa sebidang tanah dengan bangunan rumah di atasnya yang seharusnya dibagi rata antara Penggugat dengan Tergugat. Meskipun sudah sah dilakukannya perceraian, seluruh harta tersebut masih dikuasai oleh Tergugat. Karena jika Tergugat tidak juga menyerahkan hartanya secara fisik dan damai, maka akan dilakukan eksekusi lelang dengan bantuan Kantor Lelang Negara.

There are numerous ventures that are existed in the business world one of the example is Limited Liability Companies.The establishment of a Limited Liability Company has own terms set forth in the law number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies The articles of association are the goals of the company. Limited companies must consider a special budget in accordance with UUPT 40/2007 so as not to cause problems for interested parties.Limited companies organs make up of the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Board of Directors, and the Board of Commissioners. The Board of Directors is the most important organ in the Limited Liability Company because the Board of Directors may represent the Limited Company inside and outside the court. This important role has consequences on the importance of determining the members of the Board of Directors as stated in the Articles of Association whether or not it is authorized to represent a Limited Liability Company. The Articles of Association governing an unspecified term of office of the Board of Directors are contrary to the Law of Limited Liability Companies. This resulted in the law provision being null and void.

Abstract:
This article aims to explain child support omission during the post-divorce proceeding as child negligence, which causes children’s victimization. This research uses literature studies from several books, journals, articles, documents and other related materials. The data was collected from ten scientific articles, eight scientific books, one seminar paper and three internet articles. The results have shown that child support negligence after parental divorced is a form of child neglect that will impact children’s victimizations and their welfare. This article uses an Ecological Theoryapproach to examine the occurrence of child support negligence by a father. (10 pt) Artikel ini mengkaji tentang pengabaian nafkah anak pascaperceraian orang tua oleh pihak ayah sebagai penelantaran anak. Selain itu, artikel ini juga menjelaskan bahwa penelantaran anak menyebabkan anak mengalami viktimisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan dengan beberapa sumber bacaan dari buku-buku, artikel-artikel jurnal, dokumen-dokumen, dan bahan-bahan lainnya yang terkait dengan isu di dalam artikel ini. Sumber data bersumber dari sepuluh artikel dari jurnal ilmiah, delapan buku ilmiah, satu makalah seminar dan tiga artikel internet. Hasil penelitian di dalam artikel ini adalah, menjelaskan bahwa pengabaian nafkah anak pascaperceraian orang tua adalah salah satu bentuk dari penelantaran anak, karena menyebabkan anak mengalami viktimisasi sehingga menganggu kesejahteraan anak. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan Ecological Theory untuk mengkaji terjadinya penelantaran nafkah anak akibat perceraian orang tua oleh pihak ayah. (10 pt).

Rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana peran pemerintah desa untuk mewujudkan inklusi sosial kedalam pembangunan desa. Metode dari penelitian ini yaitu metode deksriptif kualitatif berdasarkan data kajian kepustakaan dan data hasil dari lapangan. Analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu teknik analisis kualitatif dimana data-data yang didapat dianalisis mengunakan cara mereduksi data, menyajikan data kemudian menarik kesimpulan. Hasil kajian berdasarkan penelitian ini melihat dari data pemerintah desa mewujudkan inklusi sosial untuk pembangunan desa. Pemerintah Desa Bringinan turut ikut mendorong semua elemen untuk ikut andil kedalam proses pembangunan desa, Pemerintah desa mengajak semua elemen menjunjung tinggi nilai kesetaraan ranah sosial. Terbukti dari keterlibatan kelompok marginal kedalam penyusunan progam pembangunan serta pengerjaan pembangunan dengan penduduk desa . Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian An Najah Kreatif Purwokerto merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan non formal yang melaksanakan pengembangan kreativitas terhadap anak-anak. Terdapat tiga aspek kreativitas peserta didik yang dikembangkan yakni aspek berpikir kreatif/aptitude, sikap/nonaptitude, dan motorik. Pengembangan kreativitas aspek berpikir kreatif/aptitude dilakukan melalui kegiatan menulis kreatif,membaca, bertanya, dan diskusi. Pengembangan aspek sikap/non-aptitude dilakukan melalui kegiatan permainan tradisional,  aoutbond training, outing class, eksperimen, menyusun puzzel, NK ceria dan festival anak soleh. Perkembangan teknologi saat ini sudah sangat pesat dan canggih. Tak heran banyak sekali sektor swasta maupun negeri yang memanfaatkan kemajuan tersebut tak terkecuali bidang pemerintahan. Pemerintah memang harus menggunakan teknologi dalam memajukan sistem pemerintah yang lebih maju dan inovatif. Salah satunya dengan adanya presensi online yang diterapkan untuk mendisiplinkan para aparatur dalam melaksanakan tugas mereka. Presensi online merupakan cara efektif dalam mengatur para pegawai dalam hal presensi diri agar lebih mudah, cepat, dan pastinya lebih disiplin. Sehingga para pegawai tidak ada alasan lagi untuk terlambat masuk atau keluar kantor. Hal ini pastinya sangat membantu pemerintah dalam memberikan pengawasan kepada pegawainya. Presensi online juga diterapkan oleh Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo dengan nama aplikasinya adalah aplikasi SIAP Pemkot Probolinggo. Aplikasi SIAP adalah aplikasi presensi online pegawai Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku dan telah dilaksanakan sejak tahun 2019, namun aktif sejak tahun 2020. Oleh karena itu, peneliti ingin mengetahui lebih dalam bagaimana sistem kerja aplikasi tersebut serta bagaimana tingkat kepatuhan aparatur setelah menggunakan aplikasi tersebut terutama pada Bagian Umum Pemerintah Kota Probolinggo. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mengandalkan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumetasi untuk mendapatkan sumber data di lapangan. Peneliti juga menggunakan teori Creswell (2016) dan teori implementasi menurut Edward III yaitu faktor keberhasilan dan kegagalan implementasi kebijakan.

Abstract:
Penggunaan lembaga pembiayaan sudah sangat akrab di masyarakat. dan lembaga ini sangat berperan penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Peran lembaga penjaminan fidusia sebagai salah satu sumber pendanaan alternatif potensial untuk mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional harus diakomodasi dengan baik sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 42 Tahun 1999 tentang Jaminan Fidusia dan Peraturan OJK Nomor 29/POJK.05/2014 tentang Penyelenggaraan Usaha Perusahaan Pembiayaan. Sebagai sumber pendanaan lembaga tersebut memiliki peran penting, yaitu sebagai salah satu sumber pendanaan alternatif potensial untuk mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Peran penting dalam hal pembangunan, yaitu menampung dan menyalurkan aspirasi dan kepentingan masyarakat, berperan aktif dalam pembangunan dimana lembaga keuangan diharapkan oleh masyarakat atau pelaku usaha untuk mengatasi salah satu faktor umum yang dialami, yaitu faktor permodalan.

Abstract:
This research is motivated by a problem related to children with limited vocabulary skills, so it requires the use of media to improve children's vocabulary skills in speaking. This study aims to answer the problems (1) How can the results of the learning process using cardbox media improve the vocabulary skills of children aged 3-4 years ?. This article is discussed through Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out through two cycles, with each stage consisting of planning, action, observation and reflection stages. This research data obtained through observation and documentation. The subjects of this study were PAUD children in Daudolu Village, East Nusa Tenggara, totaling 5 children. This research was conducted in January – April 2021. The results showed that cardbox media conducted in two cycles was proven to improve the vocabulary skills of children aged 3-4 years at PAUD Maranatha school. This can be seen from the improvement in every aspect of the research. In the first cycle, there was one meeting and the second cycle was carried out in one meeting. The result of children's vocabulary skills in the pre-cycle was 45%, increased in cycle 1 to 50% and increased in cycle 2 90%. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the vocabulary skills of children aged 3-4 years from stage to stage can be increased using cardbox media.

Abstract:
This study aims to determine the rationalization of the ritual of white flour in the ethnic Malay community in Batulayang Village, Pontianak City. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The analysis in this study is presented descriptively using 4 informants. The results show that the white flour ritual in hair clippers is still carried out by the Malay ethnic community in Batulayang Village which contains rational functions and meanings but is not known by the people who actually believe that the white flour ritual is only to reject reinforcements. This is evidenced by the existence of rationalization in the process of carrying out the white flour ritual in the implementation of hair clipping into three namely albarzanji reading, fresh flour ritual and closing prayer. In addition, there is also a rationalization of the ritual function of plain flour in the implementation of hair clipping which is divided into two, namely the function as a guide for individual behavior and the function as social control. And also in the white flour ritual in the implementation of hair clipping there is a rationalization of meaning which is divided into three, namely meaning in the religious aspect, meaning in the cultural aspect and meaning in the educational aspect.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to study and analyze further regarding the postponement of debt payment obligations due to Covid-19 which is used as an excuse as a force majeure condition. The research method used is the normative juridical method. Where this research focuses on legislation, books, and other related literature. Covid-19 has caused various negative impacts, one of which has an impact on the inability of debtors to pay their debts to creditors. This then has an impact on increasing cases of bankruptcy applications, especially requests for postponement of debt payment obligations (PKPU), debt payments are made by applicants to the respondent but the respondent does not perform according to what has been promised, achievements cannot be made due to covid-19 reasons. The research was conducted by examining the legal systematics related to legislation regarding agreements, coercive circumstances and PKPU as well as by examining library materials or secondary data in the form of various literatures and doctrines of experts regarding agreements, coercive circumstances and PKPU. Research analysis was conducted using qualitative methods. Thus, the COVID-19 pandemic can be used as an excuse by debtors in PKPU.

Abstract:
Travel Cost Method adalah suatu cara untuk mengestimasi kerelaan membayar individu pengunjung untuk jasa-jasa sumber daya alam dan lingkungan. Valuasi Ekonomi adalah suatu proses mengestimasi nilai moneter dari barang dan jasa yang diberikan oleh suatu tempat atas manfaat yang diberikan. Nilai Ekonomi adalah pengukuran jumlah maksimum individu mengorbankan barang dan jasa untuk memperoleh barang jasa yang lain. Hal itu disebut keinginan membayar (willingness to pay ) terhadap barang dan jasa yang dihasilkan dari sumber daya alam dan lingkungan.Nilai ekonomi Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling sebesar Rp2.113.841.500.000. Dengan nilai akuisisi future value tahun 2022 sebesar Rp359.291.248.095, Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling memiliki nilai potensi lebih besar yaitu sebesar Rp2.113.841.500.000. Maka nilai pembelian Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling oleh pihak Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang dari PT. Bentoel Group di bawah nilai ekonomi atau nilai potensinya.
