Abstract:
Ukraine's accession to NATO has been and remains one of the priorities of our country's foreign policy, its strategic goal. Since independence, Ukraine has been moving towards joining NATO, but this movement has been slow and sometimes declarative compared to other neighboring countries. At present, the transformation of NATO's views in Ukrainian society is rapidly turning into a positive side, and membership in this organization is regarded as a pledge to realize the national interests of the country. The great positive is that on February 7, the Verkhovna Rada adopted a law on the constitution of Ukraine's strategic course for membership in the European Union and NATO. The recent visit of the North Atlantic Council to Ukraine, as well as the 2019 London Summit, have been of particular interest, primarily because of the prospect of NATO enlargement in the coming years. There is every reason to believe that the transition to enhanced partnership programs will take place in the near future. And, of course, we should take the most serious steps to improve Ukraine's political system, de-oligarchization, fight against corruption and other urgent tasks of building a civil society and a full-fledged democratic order that will fulfill the political criteria of membership in the Alliance. And, ultimately, it will create the right conditions for security in the face of the challenges of the modern world. The next Alliance Summit will be held on December 3-4, 2019 in London to commemorate NATO's 70th anniversary. For Ukraine, an event such as the NATO Summit should theoretically be an opportunity to declare its Euro-Atlantic aspirations, with the likelihood of making any statements and making demarches in this regard. At the moment, it is important for Ukraine, prior to the start of the dialogue on the submission of the NATO Membership Action Plan, to demonstrate to NATO member countries progress in meeting the criteria for NATO membership and to understand the prospects of NATO enlargement in the coming years.

Abstract:
Coverage of the past requires, first of all, researcher’s understanding of the essence of the historical knowledge, skills on the principles of epistemology and historical science, using necessary scientific methods, objective reconstruction of the course of events. That is, he must know the ways of research and the ways of learning the past, in other words, he must be knowledgeable about the methodology of the historical science. The modern methodology of history is characterized by diverse, sometimes opposite approaches to the study of the historical past due to, first of all, differences in historians’ worldview and their understanding of a historical reality. All this leads to the formation of a polyvariant, pluralistic, nonlinear methodology. Starting a research, a historian must understand what theoretical principles he will rely on, from which point of view he will consider events and phenomena. At the same time, each researcher has the right to choose his own methodological foundations for comprehension of historical existence, to use logical constructions, principles and methods which, in his opinion, are most optimal for solving a specific scientific problem. Investigating the development of shipbuilding in the South of Ukraine in 1945–1991, the author supports the dialectical understanding of history, believing that dialectics captures (reflects) the most characteristic features of the development. Choosing dialectics and the theory of modernization as the main philosophical approaches, the principles of objectivity, historicism, systematicity, pluralism and modern methodological tools makes it possible to solve the tasks and achieve the goal of a concrete historical research of the development of shipbuilding in the South of Ukraine in 1945–1991.

Abstract:
The article examines the Euro-Atlantic direction of Ukraine's foreign policy during Leonid Kuchma's tenure as President of Ukraine (1994-2004) and the peculiarities of the foreign policy "multi-vector". The historiography and the source base of the article are analyzed. The author of the article examines the evolution of foreign policy of L.D. Kuchma on the Euro-Atlantic direction. A brief analysis of the priorities of Leonid Kuchma's foreign policy is made. The author emphasizes on those cautious steps in foreign policy that Leonid Kuchma took to preserve Ukraine's sovereignty while maneuvering between such centers of geopolitical gravity as Russia, the EU and the United States of America. The influence of international factors on the process of Ukrainian state-building was noted, the main problems and peculiarities of Ukraine's becoming a subject of international relations were analyzed. In the article the author expresses his own belief that the personality of Leonid Kuchma played a significant role both in the achievements of Ukrainian diplomacy on the path of Euro-Atlantic integration and in failures along the way. Analyzing Leonid Kuchma's Euro-Atlantic strategy, the author concludes that even profile experts, especially those who criticize Kuchma's actions, do not fully understand the position of international partners, in particular, the economic and political pressure exerted by the governments of the United States of America., The European Union and the Russian Federation for the activities of the second President of Ukraine, and the existence of political arrangements, which have been reported recently in open sources, are not always taken into account. These factors were taken into account by the author of the article. It is argued that multi-vector politics have become a landmark in Ukrainian history. Studying this aspect of Ukraine's foreign policy will be useful and interesting for a wide range of specialists, a source for understanding the root causes of many contemporary problems in Ukraine.

Abstract:
The article substantiates the integrated character of reading competence, clarifies and deepens its concepts and features in the process of teaching Ukrainian literature. The issue of the article is actualized in the context of the competence orientation of the New Ukrainian School (NUS). Reader's competence is explained as an integrated component of students' academic achievement, a system of knowledge and skills, values, perceptions and attitudes of the individual, the ability to adequately act in the future professional field and different life situations. The level of this competence determines the depth of reading the work and understanding its content and meaning, is an indicator of personality development. It is proposed to distinguish the reader's competences related to conscious and expressive reading of the work, the cognitive, which depend on the intellectual and emotional activity of students over the text, communicative, filling the reader's work with broad subject connections, and value related to comprehension of the influence of what have been read on the character of the reader. The way of forming reading competence in the process of working on the text of a literary work is highlighted: a) fast and expressive, conscious reading of the work, its rereading and retelling; b) analysis and characterization of the figurative components of the work in their interaction; c) deducing figurative and conceptual generalizations from what have been read. Reader's competence is presented as a concept, each component of which relates to the appropriate stages of students' work on a work of art. Synonymic connections between the concepts of reading, subject and literary competence are revealed, which is in line with the features of the competent reader as defined in the renewed school curriculum for literature (2017). Important conditions for the formation of a competent reader are the continuous development of his interest in literature, interested reading of works of fiction, scientifically grounded literary analysis and awareness of the personal meaning of the work that have been read. The system-structural approach to the formation of pupils' reading competence which provides the purposeful application of the system of teacher's educational actions not only in the content of a particular work, but also in the ways of reading activity over its text is approved.

Abstract:
The proposed article presents the results of the study of the peculiarities of difficulties in solving arithmetic problems, in particular at the stage of abbreviated writing of the text of the arithmetic problem by younger students with severe speech impairment and on the basis of this level of formation of this skill. Arithmetic problems play an important role in elementary school mathematics. They, on the one hand, form a specific section of the program, the content of which students should learn, on the other – act as a didactic tool for teaching, upbringing and development of students. In our opinion, it is the solving of arithmetic problems that promotes the development and emergence of cognitive interest. It addresses the issues that students have. After all, in the course of work, the teacher does not give them ready answers, and makes them participants, learners of knowledge. It encourages them to think over the incomprehensible and prompts questions. Younger students are discovering new knowledge that can help them gain more information. According to the results of the analysis of the scientific literature, we can see that the scientists point out that the reasons for learning difficulties of children with severe speech disorders are due to the following: difficulties in solving arithmetic problems. In students with severe speech impairment there is a selective lack of cognitive functions and processes, which are the basic prerequisites for the formation of knowledge in mathematics and solving arithmetic problems, in particular, students with severe speech impairment with difficulty recognize even well-known objects, familiar objects, functions, simultaneity and succession of perception, disturbance of visual gnosis. The explanatory note to the school's program for children with severe speech impairment notes that the level of mastery of students with severe speech impairment in mathematics is lower than that of children with typical development. Most elementary students with severe speech impairment experience difficulty in learning mathematical material (such as arithmetic solving) throughout primary school. One of the most important reasons for the emergence of such features of mastering children with severe speech impediments in this discipline is the lack of basic mental processes and functions in them. The proposed article draws attention to what types of difficulties are encountered in younger students with severe speech disorders at the stage of constructing a shortened arithmetic problem. As a result of the analysis of the materials of the study, we found that three types of difficulties encountered in the construction of the reduced arithmetic problem data record for the younger students with severe speech impairments: inaccurate recording of numbers and symbols in the design of the shortened arithmetic task record; incorrect recording of words and numbers when constructing a shortened task record; wrong spatial...

Abstract:
The article deals with the role of musical images in the poetry of Dmitry Kremen. The subject of study is the music code, which is present in many works of the poet. Musical signs, symbols, links play a significant role in vocabulary, phraseology and other ways of poetic expressiveness. Familiarity with the subject world of D. Kremin's poetic texts includes a wide range of concepts related to the world of sounds. The additional accents of a musical-conceptual thesaurus arise when musical cues form certain speech turns that acquire the meaning of metaphors. Musical signs in the lyrics of Dmitry Kremin imply awareness of a wide range of sound associations, which the poet interprets from the standpoint of his own value attitude to them. Beethoven, Chopin, Mozart are the names-symbols of the world music culture, which occupy a significant place in the thesaurus of Dmitry Kremin's poetic texts. Behind these subject designations lies the vast world of artistic and figurative generalization and lyrical and philosophical reflections that are gaining coded meaning. Familiarity with the poetry of Dmitry Kremin proves that the leitmotif of many of his texts is the image of a violin, which acquires different semantic shades. Thus, in Beethoven's poetry, the poet emphasizes the value of music as a special language, devoid of words, but empowered to embody emotional and semantic richness, and therefore capable of being the language of angels. Music code the poetry of Dmitry Kremen is a multidimensional system in which the concept of "music" acts as a concept as a set of meaningful characters and their semantic meanings. In the process of decoding Dmitry Kremin's poetry, one can discover the deep semantic loads of the musical code, on the one hand – as the embodiment of the categories of high, sublime, valuable and eternal in the human sense, on the other – as a symbol of the extra-material, mystical, language of which the angels speak. Decoding the poet's texts is the process of extracting recognition codes and perception codes. The codes of perception in the poetry of Dmitry Kremenya are meaningful loads of texts, its semantic components, which highlight the deep meanings of texts. Through the musical code, the poet embodies the content of the categories of the sublime and the beautiful. The music code shows the understanding of poetry of Dmitry Kremenin a deeply metaphorical sense.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the study of the current state of English-language training of future doctors in medical universities. During experimental work, students were questioned, educational programs and curricula of this training were analyzed. The characteristic of educational materials that are used for English-language professional training of students-future doctors is presented. The analysis of the English language training programs of future doctors has shown that the speaking skills that students are expected to develop generally cover the range of speech skills that have been highlighted in the earlier stages of the study. Instead, they are presented according to the traditional classification of speech activities without taking into account the differentiation in production and communication processes. It has been established how the skills offered in these educational programs correlate with the vocational skills we have identified. Thus, the programs envisage the development of speaking skills: to conduct a conversation on the given medical topic; participate in a discussion or conversation; clarify information regarding treatment; be able to discuss the topic being studied; participate in simulation of a professionally oriented situation; to make dialogues and messages based on the subject matter being studied; listen (understanding monologue and dialog speech) and read (working with medical literature). We conclude that the skills are formulated quite broadly, it is not expected to work on the development of specific skills, without which the formation declared in the analyzed programs of general skills is impossible. For example, to plan utterances, differentiate information, analyze, compare, systematize it, transmit brief professional information in writing. Thus, the students can use acquired integrated knowledge of professional English in senior courses while studying other disciplines, where on the basis of the learned models of communicative interaction future doctors will have the ability to perform professionally directed English-speaking interaction and to use professional vocabulary correctly.

Abstract:
The article presents and theoretically substantiates the criterias, indicators and levels of preparedness of primary school teachers for integrated learning as one of the leading innovative activities on the modernization of the educational system in Ukraine, analyzes different approaches to determining the components and criterias of teachers' readiness for various aspects of activity in the research of domestic and foreign scientists. Based on the analysis, the author states that there is no single approach to determining the criterias of teachers' readiness for professional activity and the tendency of most scholars to choose criterias from the point of view of motivational, personal, cognitive, activity, and reflective structural components. Due to this connection, it is proposed to distinguish axiological-motivational, personality-creative, cognitive-epistemological, operationalactivity and reflexive-evaluation criteria of the readiness of primary school teachers to integrate learning and to characterize their indicators, to identify and adapt their indicators, heuristic-search, and creative-productive levels of professional readiness. The obtained scientific results are organized into a single table "The Criterias, indicators and levels of readiness of primary school teachers for integrated learning", which visualizes the findings of the study and focuses on the certain logic of the proposed components. The author has been provided the prospect of further scientific researches in the creation of diagnostic methods for the effective evaluation of indicators of professional readiness and organization of pedagogical experiment for their implementation in the practice of postgraduate pedagogical education.

Abstract:
The article highlights the methods of working on a Ukrainian piano concert with students-pianists in the lessons on "Instrumental Performance (Piano)" in higher education institutions. The stages of the formation and development of the Ukrainian piano concert are presented: the end of the 20s-30s of the XX century – the origin and formation, the 40-60s – the development period, the 80-90s – the heyday of the concert genre. The best examples of this genre in the works of domestic composers of the past and the present are analyzed, namely, piano concerts by L. Revutsky, M. Skorik, V. Ptushkin. It has been proved that the positive qualities of the piano concerto No. 2 of L. Revutsky consist in the organic development of Ukrainian classical traditions, in the deep embodiment of elevated, cheerful moods, lyrical-excited pathetics, and strong-willed images. The piano concerto No. 1 by M. Skorik is characterized by an artistic-figurative emotionality combined with brilliant virtuosity and is designed for vivid external effects. Marked by neoclassical style, M. Skorik’s concert is built on the free competition of a virtuoso pianist with an orchestra and refers to the type of concerts with relatively equal parts of solo and orchestra. When performing the interpretation of the first part of the piano concert of V. Ptushkin, the main attention is paid to the nature of the performance of the main themes, namely the contrast and dialogue between them. It was found out that acquaintance of students-pianists in the instrumental performance classes with the genre of the Ukrainian piano concerto expands the knowledge of future music art teachers in developing this genre in our country. Processing the best examples of piano concerts by composers of the past and the present develops a sense of ensemble playing among students, influences timbre hearing, introduces composers' innovations in the fields of style, musical language, means of shaping, as well as a wide emotional palette of musical images. The concerts focused on the functions of a soloist and orchestra, the artistic content of works, shaping, composer innovations in the field of musical language.

Abstract:
The following article presents speech-therapy guidance for the families, who have kids with speech disorders, and outlines directions and means of solving the problem. The authors view speech-therapy guidance as interaction of all the participants in the correction process. Its implementation goes as a simultaneous, coherent system of work, which begins with interaction between the child, the therapist and experts in other specialties (psychologist, doctors, and rehabilitation specialists). Afterwards the work is meant to continue by parents supervised by the speech therapist. The article touches upon both group and individual work done in cooperation with parents. Group work – parents’ meetings, guidance, round tables, exhibitions, seminars, frontal-work lessons, workshops, games and exercises’ libraries, visual libraries, open days and conferences. Individual work – individual discourses, practicing, watching individual lessons, recommendation notices, homework notebooks, conducting surveys and home libraries. The authors claim that the system of a speech-therapy guidance can be introduced as two general aspects in work: 1) Speech-therapy aspect involves acquiring knowledge about phases and peculiarities of the child’s speech development, enhancing speaking communication among children, forming awareness of pre-school children speech disorders, motivation for cooperation with speech therapists, teachers and children, acquiring skills to follow the therapist’s advice and use all the correction exercises. The points mentioned above help to do the speech therapist supervised correction work, to adhere to the same requirements and the sequence of speech influence and conduct systematic correction work in accordance to the speech therapist’s advice. 2) Psychological aspect involves forming the knowledge about age-based psychological peculiarities of children’s development, fostering motivation skills for speaking communication, developing the skill of providing appropriate conditions for effective speech development, promoting ways of successful communication of children and parents. Nowadays there are different ways and forms of speech-therapy guidance for parents. The ones that proved to be the most informative and interactive are contemporary information technologies.

Abstract:
In the article, the linguistic characteristics of academic English are considered. The vocabulary and genres of academic English are addressed. The types of dictionaries currently available to university students are defined. It is established that academic language is linguistically diverse across discourses, genres, and disciplines. The variations in academic language demand a range of linguistic skills from students. Learners therefore need access to language tools, notably dictionaries, in their studies. The analysis of the respective dictionaries demonstrates that none of them is suitable for academic English acquisition. They are too comprehensive in coverage, contain linguistically demanding definitions and offer little encoding information. A need for dictionaries that would meet the students’ demands is defined.

Abstract:
The article deals with the latest trends in the world, modern educational space, musical pedagogy, etc. The presented tendencies are subject to the hedonistic approach that manifests itself as an awareness of the joy of communicating with works of art, the recognition of the pleasure of communicating with the language of music, the affirmation through activity, the conscious professional choice – "the teacher of musical art – the profession of vocation". The above accents confirm our scientific positions that deliberately chosen profession and professional training supported by goal-setting in activity brings spiritual growth, moral satisfaction and fully corresponds to the positions stated in the article, regarding the use of hedonistic approach in the process of personal and professional formation of students of art faculties of Ukrainian pedagogical universities-trained to practical selfrealization in rapidly changing conditions, according to the trends of globalization. In the flow of the basic modern trends of world development, globalization is at the same time a continuous process and a phenomenon that has certain characteristics. As a phenomenon, it is based on the theory of self-organization (synergetics) and includes such processes of openness to change and emergence (suddenness, unexpected and unexpected emergence). In general, the irreversibility of the globalization process lays the foundation for a new vision of the world and trends, in particular, in changing the educational paradigm. The united world community's readiness to solve global problems comes first, thanks to cooperation within the international community, which requires the modern thinking inherent in progressive humanists and the young generation, since the tendencies of democratization, expanding the range of social and strategic choices make it necessary to choose to conscious mature in progressive search, choice.

Abstract:
The article deals with the importance of methodological approach to the formation of conflictological culture. The author notes that the methodological basis for the development of a harmoniously developed personality in a technical institution of higher education is the formation of conflictological culture of future engineers, which is a component of professional competence and is based on humanitarian grounds of an educational institution. The process of formation of conflictological culture of future specialists of technical specialties, within the context of professional training, from a methodological point of view is considered from the position of systematic, activity-based, culturological and creative, and competent approaches. The systematic approach in the methodology of formation of conflictological culture is regarded as the systematization of knowledge of culturological and conflictological orientation in the hierarchy of specialized knowledge and its use during the educational process as gaining further experience of their application in professional activity. In the formation of conflictological culture the activity-based approach is a professional and creative direction, through which the skills and abilities of the components of conflictological culture based on the knowledge acquired are formed. An active-based approach in the methodology of conflictological culture will allow motivating knowledge related to the humanitarian and culturological direction, teaching students to make decisions independently and to assess the situation, to form the ability of self-control in any situation, to promote the creative mindset. The culturological approach is not only the basis of methodology in the formation of conflictological culture, and its implementation should be clearly traced throughout the whole period of young person’s studying in higher educational institution. In the implementation of culturological approach during the formation of conflictological culture, considerable attention is paid to directing young people to an understanding of national traditions and culture that are not opposed to other cultures, but bear cultural development and the ability to apply it properly in the professional field; personality’s capacity for cultural self-development and cultural realization; the creative development of future engineer, based on the cultural and technical heritage of society. This approach is basic and on the basis of this approach the methodology of formation of conflictological culture is built. In the methodology of formation of conflictological culture, the competence-based approach is considered as a basic top for the professional development of future engineer, which will allow effective interaction between the teacher and the student in the formation of necessary competences based on conflictological culture as a component of professional competence. The competence-based approach is important for the formation of professional competencies, but without using other pedagogical approaches, it is not possible to form conflictological culture as we consider. For the improvement, development and self-realization of student, the interrelation of all the approaches is required, and for their effective application in the methodology of formation of conflictological culture they should be applied in a certain order.

Abstract:
The dynamic development of modern society dramatically changes the educational orientations and priorities. This is especially true of the higher education system, which must respond in a timely manner to the new challenges for the preparation of competitive future professionals. The renewal of the philosophy of school natural education, due to the need for its correlation with the current level of scientific knowledge, as well as with the realities of the modern world. The recognition of the modern teacher as the subject of innovative changes defines new targets in his vocational training system. The problem of professional training of the future biology teacher does not lose its relevance. The new paradigm of science education necessitates constructive changes in the professional training of the future teachersubjectist. First of all, the process of becoming a future teacher should be professionally and pedagogically oriented. An important component of the professional development of a modern biology teacher is his personal qualities formed in the process of pedagogical training that determine the professional orientation of the future specialist. The peculiarity of teaching biology in high and high school requires the modern teacher to have specific qualities, which in the conditions of the New Ukrainian School are of particular relevance. Among the most significant are the responsibility of the teacher for the results of his teaching activities. At present, the modern school is waiting for a teacher of a new formation, which is characterized by creative thinking, innovative pedagogical activity, the ability to self-reflection, which significantly expands its role functions. The development of new directions in the training of biology teachers objectively requires a rethinking of the content, forms and methods of pedagogical education, development of new approaches to teaching. In addition, the focus on European educational standards, necessitates the study of foreign teacher training experience in the context of innovation. Thus, the European vectors for the development of higher education in Ukraine necessitate changes in the methodological and psychological-pedagogical foundations of modern higher education of future biology teachers. It is the practice-oriented character of the pedagogical training of the future teacher that will provide the updating of the content of the system of vocational training of future teachers, which will significantly increase its competitiveness.

Abstract:
The creativity of the award winner of the Taras Shevchenko National Prize in the domain of literature Dmytro Kremin (1953-2019) is a vivid phenomenon of modern Ukrainian literature and culture. His poetic heritage has a special meaning after the poet passed away in May of this year. Now it is worth to be considered and conceived as a kind of his testament left to descendants by the outstanding master of the imaginative word. Dmytro Kremin`s legacy has always been in the centre of attention of critical literary practice, his poems evoked a contradictory attitude towards himself, thanks to it the critics` reviewers were so brilliant and emotional. But after the poet`s death, there is a need for a literary study of his heritage and a conclusion to the study of the work of an outstanding poet on a qualitatively new level. Among the poet’s many works, the poem holds a special place. It was created before long after Ukraine gained independence. Appeal to the people and the country`s history, Dmytro Kremin comprehends the origins of their heavy fate. The philosophical approach to understanding concrete historical phenomena allows the poet to look profoundly into the past, to define the influence on the present, and the origins of our young state`s problems. A wide range of historical figures, to which the author refers, characterizes the history of Ukraine in its most noticeable facts. The analysis of the poem is philological. The figurative system of the work is perceived in the unity of form and content. Thus it is possible to identify the aesthetic singularity of the work and its patriotic directivity. The study proves that the appeal of the patriotic poet to history should be received as a kind of poetic admonition, an attempt to draw attention to the tragic mistakes for the people`s fate to avoid them in the contemporary history of Ukraine. The poet’s call to live for the sake of the Motherland, to conscientious service to the country and people reflects his moral and aesthetic position and becomes his contribution to the development of the country. We consider that the article can be useful for researchers, lecturers, school teachers, students, and everyone interested in the creativity of the outstanding Ukrainian poet.

Abstract:
The article analyzes the phenomenon of social volunteering. Having ancient roots, it is hypothetically compared to the close cooperation of religious communities with representatives of different peoples of the world. With the impact of secularization, the phenomenon under study extrapolated to charitable organizations. This partially reflected the "rarity" of eternal social values – goodness, justice, charity, etc. The content of individual source materials where social volunteering is correlated with two national identifiers – mentality and culture – is reflected, which testifies to the importance of the influence of the national component in the formation of such social and cultural symbiosis. Consideration of social volunteering as a pedagogical problem become actual based on the priority tasks ofmodern education – to prepare a worthy young change that can withstand the challenges of time. In terms of general pedagogy, the phenomenon under study is based on the awareness of volunteering as a social value, which is reinforced by the altruistic principles of professional orientation to fulfill priority tasks for the social community. The extrapolation of theoretical preparation of a modern student to the panel of professional training for the future life in society is often quite different. It is a consequence of the isolation of the purpose of employment from current social and cultural tasks. To overcome the existing educational difficulties, it is necessary to shift to more complex substantiations of the theoretical material. It can be done employing the formulation of such problematic tasks that cause the student to think, reconsider and reproduce the reconsideration to solve problematic situations. The construction of an algorithm of such theoretical situations must contain some basics of rhetoric, complexity, and variability. This approach to business is especially valuable; it can be productive for the training of future managers at the pedagogical university. It will increase prudence in making important managerial decisions. An extremely important condition for the practical implementation of the above-mentioned tasks will be the targeted personal orientation of such an algorithm of theoretical situations. The author's position is justified based on at least two fundamental pillars of modern social and cultural progress – the self-esteem and identity of personal capital for the inter-civilizational progress. The practical implementation of the planned project and its first sketches will highlight such areas of personal development, which are still a "raw" material, and most pedagogical attention (cognitive, motivational, social, emotional, etc.) should be focused on it.

Abstract:
At the present stage of society development, Mathematical education is an extremely important indicator of the intellectual development of the young generation and its preparation for life. Accordingly, the problem of methodological training of the future mathematics teachers is of great urgency. In this context, there is a need to consider a systematic approach in the methodological preparation of students, as a basis for the achievement of pedagogical skills and orientation for continuous professional development throughout life. We will consider the systematic approach in the methodical preparation of the future Mathematics teacher as a methodological approach, in which the methodological preparation is considered as a system that is a set of interconnected structural elements, each of which has a clearly defined purpose and predictable end result, corresponding resources, interactive communication, connection with the environment. The concept of the system is the key notion of implementing a systems approach in the methodological training of the future Mathematics teachers. In reality, any system cannot exist (function) in isolation from its environment. The environment always influences some factors of the internal state of the system. In turn, the system cannot be neutral to the external environment. The influence of environmental factors on the system is characterized by input (exogenous) quantities, and the elements of the system that are affected are called "inputs" of the system. From the point of view of implementing a systematic approach in the methodological training of the future Mathematics teachers, it is necessary to first determine, on the basis of pedagogical research, the parameters of the “output” (end result), namely what competences should be formed in students and at any stage of preparation. The next step is to determine the "input" parameter: research the need for appropriate resources, the educational and organizational level of the proposed system of methodological training and environmental parameters is given a detailed study.

Abstract:
The article actualizes the question of the suitability of the educational environment for training future marine professionals to the conditions of their future professional activity. Based on the analysis of scientific, methodological and pedagogical works, the experience of creating and implementing information and educational environments for the professional training of future marine professionals has been generalized. It is determined that such environment should include innovative educational activities, modern information and communication training and facilities for training students. The information and educational environment should be created onthe basis of a distributed infrastructure of technical and software complexes. It should be multivariate and multicomponent to accommodate all the needs of the learning process. The proliferation of cloud technologies encourages their use in the training of future marine professionals, taking into account all the risks posed by interaction with third parties in the implementation of the educational process using cloud services. Perspective in the train ing of future marine professionals is the use of intelligent training environment. It is important to ensure that future marine professionals are trained in an information and educational environment to provide end-to-end user identification, which is to ensure that users have automatic access to their resources. The author emphasizes that the effectiveness of training future marine professionals can be achieved through the appropriate organization of information and educational environment, if the creation and use of such tasks will be solved: achievement of the planned level of professional competence by all students; achievement of the planned quality of mastering the programs of training in the most rational way for the student; ensuring the desired effect of training in relation to the individual abilities of each student; most acceptable overcoming the contradictions between the increasing amount of information in a specific professional activity and a fixed time limit for its assimilation; the creation of conditions for teachers that, with the overall intensification of the training process, would not require them to increase efficiency of their physical force and moral influence.

Abstract:
In the article the methods of balance function formation in preschool children with musculoskeletal system disorders are systematized and analyzed. In the basis of dynamic stability correction in this children contingent were laid phylogenetically predisposed mechanisms of the postural aplomb system, reflected in periods of early child ontogeny: vestibular - visual - proprioceptive - gift - oculomotor. To improve each of these input channels of the aplomb postural system, a specific technique algorithm for the development and correction of the balance function in preschool children with motor disorders was developed. For the vestibular channel it is suggested to use methods of hydraulic inverted (mirroring), "weightlessness", smoothness (metered angular accelerations). For the visual channel you can use the methods of "dark room", "tuning fork", "dawn". Proprioceptive channel improvement of the postural aplomb system involves the use of gradually reducing methods of bearing surface area, strengthening proprioceptive sensations (the method of "two fans"). The given canal of the child vestibular system can be developed using such methods as "topographic", "two-axis – one-axis", sensory stimulation, contrast method, and also the method of "stilts". The oculomotor system of child with balance state disturbances can be improved by the method of expanding oculomotor space-time eyes possibilities, the method of the ball, as well as the method of visual selective object capture, separating it from a variety of objects or from fleeting environment. This classification of methods are given with their conditional division into natural, phylogenetic and ontogenetic predetermined, and artificial, based on the use of the subject-spatial component (equipment, simulators and inventory), as well as the use of the possibilities of information and computer technologies with reverse biological bonds. The prospects of studying the development methods and correction of balance function in preschool children with motor disorders is the development of specific exercise complexes for each of the developed methods, followed by their practical testing in this children contingent.

Abstract:
The article presents the conceptual foundations of dialogical competence formation in the context of Ukrainian language education of elementary school students. The author emphasizes that the ability to formulate and express their thoughts correctly is the key to success in life. It is proved that broadcasting is the main means of communication, meeting the various personal needs of people in communication. The author argues that in linguistics, language is defined as a kind of sign system that provides human thinking, communication with other people, that is, serves as a means of forming thoughts, perception of the surrounding reality, the exchange of information. Attention is drawn to the fact that since language and speech accompany a person in all activities throughout life, it is appropriate to talk about the interconnection of all activities in speech communication, that is, speech competence, which is a component of communicative. The author notes that the competence approach in education is understood as the orientation of the educational process to the formation and development of basic competencies of the individual. It is specified that competence should be understood as a real requirement for students to acquire a set of knowledge, methods of activity, experience, attitudes in a certain field of knowledge, qualities of the personality acting in society, and competence - as really formed personal qualities of the student and experience. The author emphasizes that the communicative-activity approach is one of the basic principles in the teaching of the mother tongue, under which the process of mastering the mother tongue should be carried out in the course of solving the students' oral tasks, arranged in order of increasing their complexity. It is emphasized that the principles of experimental study construction were: communicative orientation of dialogue teaching; the principle of situationalism in the teaching of first-graders in dialog speech; language training as an activity; the principle of speech and mental activity of students; the principle of individualization; gradual and systematic approach to learning dialogue. The author emphasizes the importance of the principle of communicative orientation, which involves the construction of a language learning process as a process of real communication. The prospects for further research in this area are identified.

Abstract:
Purpose of Article - description of the semantic features of the hard-and-heavy musical composition in artistic and pedagogical aspects - the following tasks are specifically applied: individual perspectives of the study of semantics in rock music; need an organization theme), describe the structure and semantic model of hard and heavy compositions. Methodology relies on an integrated approach with the use of system-structural, functional and comparative methods, which allows to explore the characteristics of musical composition's semantics in hardand-heavy at the intonational-thematic, genre, compositional levels. Scientific novelty consists in describing the models of the structural and semantic organization of hard-and-heavy compositions on the basis of a study of the processes of shaping, thematic and structural organization. Hard-and-heavy uses various types of forms - from simple to complex, mirror-symmetric, open, alternative, which are based on one of the three types of thematic organization: monoriff, polyriff, spiral. Structural models of hard-and-heavy musical forms emerge based on the interaction of genre features of vocal and instrumental music. Each structural model corresponds to a generalized semantic model with a specific range of values. The guiding lines for semantic interpretation are representations of typical forms. The semantic model of a typical hardand-heavy composition has several particular models that play the role of a meaningful scenario, define the functional and dynamic profile of the piece, and create the semantic field of this form. Semantic analysis of the rock-piece`s form, as a component of the operational level of artistic and pedagogical analysis, provides an awareness of the joint action of the means of musical expression in their interconnection and conditionality of content. It reveals the structural features of a piece of music, facilitating the process of perception and providing active influence of musical images on the listeners

Abstract:
In the article different approaches to the definition of the essence of the concepts of «self-realization», «professional self-realization» have been considered. The factors influencing the process of lecturers’ selfactualization, pedagogical conditions of self-actualization of the lecturer’s personality have been singled out. In view of the concepts and approaches analyzed, in our study self-realization is understood as a specially organized activity by the subject, the purpose of which is the realization of their own purpose, as well as the result of this activity, is closely connected with self-development and self-affirmation of the individual. Under professional selfrealization, we mean the socialized way of harmonious development of the individual, combined with the acquisition of professional and practical experience in the process of obtaining a qualification by a future specialist during the period of initial professional formation (studying at a higher school) and improving professional growth in the process of fulfilling professional roles and responsibilities, which is an inalienable attribute of the disclosure and implementation of personal and professional potential. In the article, the professional self-realization of the future lecturer of a higher educational institution has been disclosed as a pedagogical problem, the essence of which is the constant self-improvement and self-development of their own potential. It has been determined that the formation of readiness, the nature of the process of professional self-actualization and its outcome depend on both internal and external conditions. External conditions have a certain impact on the internal, thus changing the level of readiness of the student to professional self-realization. Significant influence on the formation of readiness for self-realization in the professional sphere has a set of pedagogical conditions provided in the process of professional training: actualization of students’ subjective experience and its inclusion in the content of professional training, ensuring communication between the subjects of the educational process on the basis of dialogical interaction, the formation of value guidelines of future lecturers for professional self-realization. It has been established that the effectiveness of the self-realization process is related to the success of a master student’s pedagogical activity in the process of assistant practice and positive future professional benchmarks, which reveals possible career prospects.

The emphasis is placed on the meaning of the concept of «ethnographic component» in the national formation of the individual. It is emphasized on the importance of studying ethnography in the professional training of future teachers of elementary school. The quality of education is a multidimensional model of social norms and requirements for a person, an educational environment in which its development takes place, and a system of education that implements them at all stages of human learning. It will depend on the quality of the teachers professional training of future teachers and will depend on the learning process in the elementary school. It indicates the role of the teacher, his creative approach, the principledness to himself and the students who know the traditions of his people, the countries that give positive results to the education of young people. It is the teacher who becomes both a scriptwriter, a director, an artist, and a musician at the same time. It is as if by the wake of his magic wand the old customs and traditions of our people come to life. Pedagogical work itself induces creativity. Theatrical performances, educational events, folk festivals are part of the creative teachers laboratory. The teacher must be principled in relation to himself, in relation to work and to students. Abstract:
The article describes the main forms of work with students of the specialty special education, contributing to the effective professional training of future specialists. The analysis of innovative and interactive forms of work with future speech therapists in educational institutions. The status of teachers is changing, who become the organizers of the educational development process, which is saturated with the student's research work. In modern conditions, the teacher does not give information about certain topics, but organizes active research activities of students. In modern conditions, the forms of interaction between the teacher and students are changing. Traditional forms of learning change into forms of active, innovative learning: didactic games, analysis of problematic pedagogical situations, mutual assessment, and mutual control. Interactive learning involves modeling problematic pedagogical situations, using role-playing games, joint problem solving, developing a common strategy for overcoming difficult situations and more. It effectively contributes to the formation of future speech and language therapists, constructive creative thinking; development of values; creating an atmosphere of cooperation, interaction; enables the future specialist to develop their abilities as it is a kind of "redistribution of activity" from teacher to student. The use of interactive forms of learning promotes the formation of students' critical thinking, the ability to reasonably argue their own opinion, analyze the thoughts of others, find ways out of problematic pedagogical situations that arise in real conditions, etc. The practical experience of introducing innovative forms of education testifies to the formation of cognitive interest in the future speech therapists to study the disciplines of the professional component, allows the teacher to take into account the peculiarities of students' creative abilities development and their ability to apply them in practice, provide active practical training.

Abstract:
The article analyzes the implementation of patriotic education in the content of elementary school lesson work. It has been established that the upbringing of patriotism is one of the priority aspects of the national upbringing system and involves the formation of patriotic feelings, love for its people, a deep understanding of civic duty, and a willingness to defend the national interests of the Motherland. Examples of tasks and exercises in elementary education disciplines designed to educate children by patriots are considered. As, in the Concept of national patriotic education of children and youth it is stated that important patriotic qualities in children of primary school age appear through the prism of educational subjects of elementary school, in particular mother tongue, literary reading (through texts), mathematics (through the condition of mathematical problem) natural sciences (familiarization with traditions, respectful attitude to nature), work training (familiarization with traditional folk crafts, production of vignettes of different regions of Ukraine, decoration with different embroidery techniques ), musical art (comprehending the intonational peculiarities of music of the Ukrainian people), visual arts (forming a culture of feelings).
