Abstract:
Peningkatan usia harapan hidup penduduk menyebabkan jumlah penduduk lanjut usia terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Lansia adalah individu yang mengalami proses penuaan sehingga rentan terhadap penyakit. Berbagai kondisi pada masa lanjut usia khususnya status gizi mungkin menunjukkan keterkaitan dengan kesehatan mental. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah lansia yang tinggal panti werdha UPT. Tresna Werdha Jember. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, dokumentasi dan angket. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah univariat, bivariat dan multivariat dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini dapat simpulkan : (1). Tidak ditemukan kaitan status gizi dan tingkat depresi. Artinya status gizi lansia tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat depresi pada lansia atau sebaliknya (2) Hasil uji statistik menggunakan regresi logistic berganda menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik responden (jenis kelamin, umur, agama, status pernikahan, status gizi) tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat depresi, namun terdapat dua karakteristik yang berpengaruh pada tingkat depresi pada lansia yaitu pendidikan dan kepemilikan penyakit. Kesimpulannya, tidak ada kaitan status gizi dan tingkat depresi. The increase in life expectancy of the population causes the number of elderly people to continue to increase from year to year. Elderly are individuals who experience an aging process so they are susceptible to disease. Various conditions in old age, especially nutritional status, may show an association with mental health. The research approach used is quantitative, with with a cross sectional design.. The study population is the elderly who live in the UPT Tresna Werdha Jember nursing home. Sampling was done by purposive sampling. The data collection instrument in this study used the method of observation, documentation and questionnaires. The data analysis used was univariate, bivariate and multivariate using the SPSS program. The results of this study can be concluded: (1). There was no association between nutritional status and depression level. This means that the nutritional status of the elderly has no impact on the level of depression in the elderly. (2) The results of statistical tests using multiple logistic regression indicate that the characteristics of the respondent (gender, age, religion, marital status, nutritional status) have no effect on the level of depression, but there are two characteristics that influence the level of depression in the elderly, which are education and disease. The conclusion is there was no association between nutritional status and depression level.

Abstract:
Bahasa Arab adalah bahasa yang terpilih sebagai yang digunakan dalam al-Qur’an dan Hadis. Oleh karena itu, bahasa Arab sering disebut sebagai ilmu alat khususnya dalam memahami agama bagi umat Islam di seluruh dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pentingnya bahasa Arab bagi umat Islam di pedesaan Desa Ngreco Kecamatan Kandat Kabupaten Kediri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan beberapa tahapan yang telah ditentukan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bahasa Arab bagi umat Islam di pedesaan Desa Ngreco, Kecamatan Kandat, Kabupaten Kediri sudah dikenalkan sejak dini kepada anak-anak mereka. Hal ini karena bahasa Arab dipahami sebagai ilmu dasar untuk mempelajari dan memahami kitab-kitab yang semuanya menggunakan bahasa Arab, tidak hanya al-Qur’an dan Hadis. Sedangkan kitab-kitab tersebut merupakan pedoman yang digunakan oleh umat Islam untuk mempelajari pengetahuan ilmu agama. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa tradisi anak-anak mempelajari bahasa Arab sejak dini di pedesaan Desa Ngreco, Kandat, Kediri sudah dilaksanakan secara turun-temurun karena orang tua mereka juga melakukan hal itu serupa oleh generasi sebelumnya.Arabic is the language chosen as the language used in the Qur'an and Hadith. Therefore, Arabic is often referred to as a science tool, especially in understanding religion for Muslims around the world. This study aims to determine the importance of Arabic for Muslims in rural areas of Ngreco Village, Kandat District, Kediri Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with several predetermined stages. The results of this study indicate that Arabic for Muslims in rural areas of Ngreco Village, Kandat District, Kediri Regency has been introduced early to their children. This is because Arabic is understood as the basic knowledge for studying and understanding books which all use Arabic, not only the Qur'an and Hadith. While these books are guidelines used by Muslims to study religious knowledge. In addition, this research also reveals that the tradition of children learning Arabic from an early age in the village of Ngreco Village, Kandat District, Kediri Regency has been carried out from generation to generation because their parents have also done the same thing by previous generations.

Abstract:
Ilmu tasawuf merupakan suatu ilmu yang mengutamakan diri manusia agar memiliki kebersihan ruhani dan jiwa. Di Pondok Pesantren al-Amien Prenduan menanamkan nilai-nilai yang ada dalam ilmu tasawuf. Hal ini bertujuan agar para santri selalu taat pada perintah Allah Swt. dan memiliki nilai-nilai persatuan antar-sesama santri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan. Adapun metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, pertama, proses internalisasi nilai-nilai tasawuf melalui nilai Ilahi dan nilai insani di Pondok Pesantren al-Amien Prenduan; kedua, bahwa faktor pendukung dalam internalisasi nilai tasawuf melalui upaya pendampingan pendidikan selama 24 jam dan suri tauladan yang baik oleh para kiai dan para guru. Sedangkan faktor penghambat internalisasi tersebut antara lain para santri masih banyak yang melanggar disiplin pondok dan karena latar belakang keberagaman suku yang berbeda-beda baik dari Jawa, luar Jawa atau bahkan dari luar Indonesia.Sufism is a science that prioritizes human beings in order to have the cleanliness of the soul and spirit. The boarding school of al-Amien Prenduan instilled the values that exist in the science of Sufism. The goal is for the students to always obey the command of Allah Almighty and have the values of unity among fellow students. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to the type of field research. The data collection method uses observation, interview and documentation. Then the data is analyzed with data reduction, data presentation and conclusion withdrawal. The results of this study show that: 1) the process of internalization of the Sufism values in boarding schools through divine values and human values; 2) supporting factors in internalizing the value of Sufism with the assistance and education for 24 hours and good suri tauladan from the kiai and teachers. While the inhibitory factor is among the students are still many who violate the discipline of the cottage and because of the background of the diversity of different tribes both from Java, outside Java or even outside Indonesia.

Abstract:
Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui konsep ummah dan rakyat perspektif Islam yang sesungguhnya, apa saja kualifikasi-kualifikasi ummah dalam al-Qur’an Hadis, masyarakat madani, dan bagaimana konsep kewarganegaraan dalam perspektif kajian Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan heuristik dan historiografi ala Notosusanto. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh: ummah adalah suatu kumpulan masyarakat yang berbeda-beda baik suku, ras, agama, dan budaya yang memiliki visi-misi dan tujuan hidup bersama dalam merealisasikan perintah dan larangan Tuhan untuk kehidupan yang berkemajuan, bermartabat dan beradab. Konsep ummah dalam masyarakat madani adalah bermula pada proses hijrah Rasulullah Saw. yang diimplementasikan untuk memulai peradaban baru bersama masyarakat di Madinah. Konkretnya, Rasulullah Saw. meletakkan dasar-dasar masyarakat madani melalui bermusyawarah, dan merumuskan ketentuan dan tujuan hidup bersama yang meliputi kebebasan, keadilan, dan partisipasi. Dalam konsep kewarganegaraan Islam, ada dua penyebutan non-Muslim, yaitu kafir dzimmi dan musta’min. Kafir dzimmi merupakan warga non-Muslim yang memiliki kriteria seperti menetap di satu tempat selamanya, dihormati, dan jiwanya tidak boleh mendapat gangguan apapun. Dikatakan kafir dzimmi, maka individu tersebut mempunyai beberapa hak di antaranya hak kemanusiaan, hak sipil, dan hak politik. Adapun musta’min, mereka tidak memiliki hak-hak politik, karena mereka bagian dari orang asing.This study discusses the concept of the ummah and the people in Islamic perspective, what are the qualifications of the ummah in al-Qur'an and as-Sunnah, civil society, and how the concept of citizenship is in the perspective of Islamic studies. The research method used a heuristic and historiography approach according to Notosusanto. The result of the study showed that ummah is a group of people with different ethnicities, races, religions, and cultures that have a vision and mission and the goal of living together to realize God's commands and prohibitions for a progressive, dignified, and civilized life. The concept of the ummah in civil society originated in the process of the Prophet Muhammad's hijrah which was implemented to start a new civilization together with the people in the Medina. Concretely, Muhammad Saw laid the foundations of civil society through deliberation and formulated the terms and goals of life together which included freedom, justice, and participation. In the concept of Islamic citizenship, there are two terms of non-Muslim, namely kafir dhimmi and musta'min. Kafir dhimmi are non-Muslim citizens who have criteria such as staying in one place forever, being respected, and their souls should not be subject to any disturbance. Kafir dhimmi said that the individual has several rights including human rights, civil rights, and political rights. As for musta'min, they are individuals that do not have political rights, because they are part of foreigners.

Abstract:
Pendidikan Islam dewasa ini telah banyak ternodai oleh ulah dan tingkah laku murid yang melakukan asusila dan pelanggaran norma-norma agama lainnya. Oleh karena itu, saat ini perlu adanya kebijakan sekolah untuk menghidupkan suasana keberagamaan di lingkungan sekolah dalam rangka menumbuhkan perilaku murid yang sesuai dengan pendidikan Pancasila dan syariat Islam. Sebagai pemimpin sekolah, peranan kepala madrasah sangat menentukan apabila dikaitkan dengan berbagai persoalan di atas. Sebagai seorang pendidik, dia juga harus mampu menanamkan, mengembangkan, dan meningkatkan nilai-nilai religius. Untuk itu, perlu kebijakan yang dapat mendukung terciptanya suasana yang keberagamaan dan kenyamanan dalam proses belajar-mengajar, yakni setiap guru dan murid harus selalu berperilaku terpuji atau akhlaq al-karimah. Islamic education today has been tarnished by many students who commit immorality and violate other religious norms. Thus, currently, madrasah principals really need to make policies to revive the religious atmosphere within the madrasah in order to foster student behaviour in accordance with Pancasila education and Islamic law. Considering that the principal is also an educator, the role of the principal is very heavy and noble when linked to the various sources above. As an educator, he must be able to instil, promote and enhance various religious values. To support the creation of a religious atmosphere and comfort in the teaching and learning process, every teacher and student must always behave well and show noble character (akhlaq al-karimah).

Abstract:
Dalam pendekatan antropologi, Islam bukan hanya dipandang sebagai suatu ideologi politik, praktik sosial, dan ekonomi, tetapi juga sebagai sistem budaya yang diinterpretasi dan dipahami, untuk kemudian diyakini dan dipraktikkan dalam bentuk tindakan keagamaan oleh para pemeluknya. Etnisitas merupakan identitas dari suatu suku bangsa, di mana sesuatu yang membedakan antara satu suku dengan suku yang lainnya yang ditandai dengan atribut-atribut dari kebudayaan dan mempunyai pengertian dari berbagai perspektif. Banyaknya etnis di Indonesia di satu sisi menjadi kekayaan budaya masyarakat, tetapi di sisi lain menyimpan potensi timbulnya konflik. Salah satu contoh konflik etnis di Indonesia yaitu konflik etnis di Kalimantan antara suku Dayak dan suku Madura. Dalam konteks ini, Islam sebenarnya sudah mengantisipasi konflik etnis tersebut dengan memberikan berbagai solusi. Salah satunya melalui firman Allah Swt. dalam QS. al-Hujurat [49]: 13 yang memberi gambaran bahwa perbedaan bukanlah penyebab perpecahan, justru perbedaan itulah yang mendorong manusia untuk saling bersatu. In an anthropological approach, Islam is not only seen as a political ideology, social and economic practice but also a cultural system that is interpreted and understood, to be believed and carried out in the form of religious acts by the perpetrators. Ethnicity is the identity of an ethnic group, where something distinguishes one tribe from another, which is marked by the attributes of culture and has meanings from various perspectives. In Indonesia, there are also various ethnic groups, which have the potential for conflict. One example of ethnic conflict in Indonesia is the ethnic conflict in Kalimantan between the Dayak and Madurese tribes. Therefore, Islam responds to these ethnic conflicts by providing various solutions in Surah al-Hujurat [49]: 13 which illustrates to all of us that differences are not the cause of division, they are precisely the differences that encourage people to unite with each other.

Abstract:
Hak asasi manusia (HAM) merupakan anugrah Tuhan yang bersifat kodrati. Ke-sadaran tentang HAM masih belum dipahami secara utuh dan merata di kalangan masyarakat. Padahal sebagai pengetahuan, HAM penting untuk ditransfer ke dalam dunia pendidikan. Dengan demikian, masyarakat dapat mempraktikkan hak yang seharusnya mereka miliki dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa dan bernegara. Artikel ini mengkaji tentang Deklarasi Universal Hak Asasi Manusia (DUHAM) di dunia Barat dan Deklarasi Kairo di dunia Islam sebagai dasar filosofi penegakan hukum atas pelanggaran-pelanggaran hak asasi manusia dalam dunia pendidikan Islam dan Barat. Dalam analisisnya digunakan pendekatan klasik, kultural, dan kritis atau disebut mixed approach. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa deklarasi HAM yang dilakukan oleh dunia internasional (PBB) dalam DUHAM dan Deklarasi Kairo oleh OKI, telah memberikan pengetahuan riil tentang pentingnya HAM dalam kehidupan sehingga manusia dapat mengetahui batasan-batasan dan kaidah-kaidah di dalamnya.Human rights is a natural gift from God. This awareness of human rights has not been understood well and comprehensively by all people. Whereas knowledge, human rights are important to be transformed into the realm of education. Thus, they can exercise the rights they should have in the life of society, nation and state. This article examines the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) in the Western world and the Cairo Declaration in the Muslim world as a philosophical basis for upholding the law for human rights violations in the world of Islamic and Western education. The analysis uses classical, cultural, and critical approaches or what is called the mixed approach. The results of this study conclude that the human rights declaration carried out by the international community (UN) in the UDHR and the Cairo Declaration by the OIC has provided real knowledge of human rights in life so that humans can know the limitations and rules in it.

Abstract:
Sejarah bangsa Indonesia baik secara de facto maupun de jure tidak bisa di-lepaskan dari Belanda sehingga berdampak tidak hanya dalam hukum positif, tetapi juga dalam hukum Islam. Hal ini bisa dibuktikan dengan masih dipakainya HIR dan Rbg sebagai salah satu rujukan para hakim Pengadilan Agama dan pakar hukum Islam negeri ini dalam menentukan persoalan terkait hukum Islam, seperti perkawinan, pewarisan, dan sebagainya. Ada apa sebenarnya dengan hukum Islam di negeri ini. Ia pasti dan akan selalu berkait erat dengan hukum kolonial. Ternyata fakta sejarah menunjukkan bahwa hukum Islam memang berkaitan dengan hukum adat (hukum bentukan Belanda waktu itu). Tentunya pernyataan ini sarat dengan muatan politis karena bagaimana mungkin suatu adat atau kebiasaan dikaitkan dengan hukum Islam dan menjadi rujukan dari dulu hingga saat ini. Oleh karena itu, fakta sejarah sekaligus intrik politik yang melatarbelakangi perkembangan hukum Islam harus dikaji secara mendalam.The history of Indonesia cannot be separated from the Netherlands both de facto and de jure, so it has an impact not only on positive law but also on Islamic law. It’s can be evidenced by still wore HIR and Rbg as one of the references of the religious court judges and expert in this country to determine all matters that relating to Islamic law such as marriage, inheritance etc. What’s wrong with Islamic law in Indonesia? It must be closely linked with colonial law. The historical facts show that Islamic law is associated with customary law (law of the Netherlands at that time). This statement is absolutely loaded with political content because how could a custom or habit has been associating with Islamic law. Therefore the historical facts and political intrigue behind the development of Islamic law must be studied in depth.

Abstract:
Tulisan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keinginan kuat untuk mempublikasikan masterpiece seorang mufasir kontroversial dari Suriah yang menawarkan pembacaan baru terhadap Al-Qur’an bernama Muhammad Syahrur. Dalam tafsirnya terhadap Al-Qur’an, Syahrur telah mengundang berbagai polemik dan respon-respon yang tidak jarang bernada negatif. Syahrur bukanlah satu-satunya mufasir modern-kontemporer anti maenstreem, terdapat juga mufasir lain seperti Muhammad Arkoun. Namun menarik untuk dicatat adalah metodologi tafsir Al-Qur’an Syahrur gunakan untuk membaca isu-isu perempuan yang masih terus-menerus diperdebatan sampai hari ini yaitu isu poligami. Hasil tulisan ini adalah Pembacaan Syahrur terhadap Al-Qur’an sedikit banyak dipengaruhi oleh setting sosial di mana ia hidup. Terutama pergumulannya dengan dengan teman sekaligus guru bernama ‘’Ja’far Dakk al-Bab. Semenjak itu Syahrur mulai mendalami Al-Qur’an. Muhammad Syahrur memandang salah satu problem terbesar dalam penafsiran Al-Qur’an adalah problem aplikasi metodologi penafsiran. Konsep kunci pemikiaran Syahrur adalah teori tentang Hudud. Teori ini terutama dipakai untuk membaca persoalan-persoalan hukum yang terdapat dalam ajaran Islam khususnya isu poligami memiliki pemahaman yang unik dibandingkan dengan ulama-ulama terdahulu. This paper is motivated by a strong desire to publish a masterpiece of a controversial commentator from Syria who offers a new reading of the Qur'an named Muhammad Syahrur. In his commentary on the Qur'an, Syahrur has invited various polemics and responses that are often negative in tone. Shahrour is not the only modern-contemporary anti-maenstreem commentator, there are also other commentators such as Muham-mad Arkoun. However, it is interesting to note that the methodology of Al-Qur'an Syahrur exegesis uses to read women's issues which are still being debated to this day, namely the issue of polygamy. The result of this paper is that Syahrur recitation of the Al-Qur'an is more or less influenced by the social setting in which he lives. Especially his struggles with a friend and teacher named Ja'far Dakk al-Bab. Since then Syahrur began to study the Qur'an. Muhammad Syahrur sees that one of the biggest problems in the interpretation of the Qur'an is the problem of the application of the methodology of interpretation. The key concept of Syahrur ‘s thinking is the theory of Hudud. This theory is mainly used to read legal issues contained in Islamic teachings, especially the issue of polygamy, which has a unique understanding compared to previous scholars.

Abstract:
Al-Qur’an sebagai kalamullah mengandung asas pengajaran karena mencakup ajaran-ajaran Islam yang menata kehidupan kaum muslimin dalam segala aspek di dunia dan akhirat. Pemahaman al-Qur’an terutama bagi anak harus dimulai sejak dini melalui kegiatan membaca dan menulis yang dilanjutkan dengan memahami ajaran agama Islam secara bertahap. Namun faktanya, sistem pembelajaran Al Qur’an terutama bagi anak usia dini masih monoton dan kurang menarik karena masih menerapkan paradigma pembelajaran yang berpusat pada pengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sistem pembelajaran al-Qur’an di lembaga Tahsin Qur’an Ka’Uqoy Private dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pembelajaran al-Qur’an di lembaga Tahsin Qur’an Ka’Uqoy menerapkan paradigma konstruksionisme dengan hanya menggunakan satu peraga yaitu alat indera melalui ragam interaksi dengan lingkungan sekitarnya seperti melihat, mendengar, menyentuh, dan merasakannya. Melalui pengaktifan indrawi, seorang anak bisa membangun gambaran dalam dunia belajarnya. Lembaga ini telah mencetak pengajar yang mampu mengajarkan Al-Qur’an dengan mudah untuk difahami terutama bagi anak usia dini dengan cara ikut terlibat langsung dalam mencerna, mengolah, mengalami, memahami, merasakan dan mempraktikkan isi kandungan Al-Qur’an dengan fun learning sehingga para anak usia dini lebih mudah dalam menangkap ilmu Al-Qur’an dan menerimanya dengan senang hati. Al-Qur'an as kalamullah contains teaching principles because it includes Islamic teachings that organize the lives of Muslims in all aspects. Understanding the Qur'an, especially for children, must start early through reading and writing activities which are continued by gradually understanding the teachings of Islam. However, the fact is that the learning system of the Qur'an, especially for early childhood, is still monotonous and less interesting because it still applies a teacher-centered learning paradigm. This study aims to describe the al-Qur'an learning system in the Tahsin Qur'an ka'Uqoy Private institution with a descriptive qualitative research that uses some data collection techniques. The results showed that the al-Qur'an learning system in the tahsin Qur'an ka'Uqoy institution applies the constructionism paradigm by using only an instrument namely the senses through various interactions with the surrounding environment such as seeing, hearing, touching, and feeling it. Through sensory activation, a child can build a picture in the world of learning. This institution has produced teachers who are able to teach the Qur'an easily to be understood, especially for early childhood by being directly involved in digesting, processing, experiencing, understanding, tasting and practicing the contents of the Al- The Qur'an with fun learning so that early childhood can more easily grasp the knowledge of the Qur'an.

Abstract:
Nikah bawah tangan menjadi isu krusial dalam hukum Islam kekinian. Sadd al-dzarī‘ah merupakan salah satu bentuk metode ijtihad yang yang dapat digunakan sebagai landasan istimbath al-hukm (pengambilan hukum). Secara istilah sadd al-dzarī‘ah merupakan pembahasan seputar upaya untuk menghalangi dan memblokade semua akses dan kemungkinan dari suatu perbuatan tertentu yang pada dasarnya diperbolehkan maupun dilarang untuk mencegah terjadinya segala jenis kerusakan dan kemudaratan. Teori pencegahan ini sering disebut sebagai langkah preventif dalam meminimalisir atau bahkan menutup jalan terjadinya kemudaratan suatu perbuatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan studi pustaka. penelitian pustaka mengacu kepada literatur-literatur sebagai basic of anlisis atas topik yang dijadikan obyek penelitian. Salah satu bentuk langkah preventif pemerintah Indonesia dalam bidang hukum perkawinan adalah menjamin ketertiban dalam sebuah perkawinan melalui undang-undang pencatatan perkawinan, sebagaimana pasal 5 ayat (1) Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI) yang berbunyi “Agar terjamin ketertiban perkawinan bagi masyarakat islam setiap perkawinan harus dicatat”. Langkah ini bertujuan membentuk keadilan gender, agar diskriminasi terhadap kaum perempuan dalam praktik perkawinan tidak lagi terjadi. Underhand marriage is a crucial issue in contemporary Islamic law. Sadd al-dzarī'ah is a form of the ijtihad method which can be used as a basis for istimbath al-hukm. In terms of sadd al-dzarī'ah, it is a discussion about efforts to block and block all access and the possibility of a certain act which is basically allowed or prohibited to prevent all kinds of damage and damage. This theory of prevention is often referred to as a preventive step in minimizing or even blocking the path for the occurrence of an act of oblivion. This research uses a qualitative approach, with literature study. literature research refers to the literature as the basic of analysis on the topic which is the object of research. One form of preventive measures taken by the Indonesian government in the field of marriage law is to guarantee order in a marriage through the marriage registration law, as in Article 5 paragraph (1) Islamic Law Compilation (KHI) which reads "In order to ensure orderliness of marriage for the Islamic community every marriage must noted ”. This step aims to establish gender justice, so that discrimination against women in the practice of marriage no longer occurs.

Abstract:
Sinetron Dunia Terbalik yang mengungkap pertukaran peran gender dalam masyarakat merupakan fenomena yang menarik untuk dianalisis. Tulisan difokuskan untuk menemukan problem gender dalam sinetron Dunia Terbalik, prinsip-prinsip kesetaraan gender dalam perspektif Nasaruddin Umar, dan interpretasi gender dalam sinetron Dunia Terbalik berdasarkan pemikiran Nasaruddin Umar. Untuk itu, digunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi terhadap sinetron tersebut sampai 150 episode versi youtube. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa problem gender dalam sinetron Dunia Terbalik adalah mengungkap pertukaran peran gender antara laki-laki dengan perempuan. Berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip kesetaraan gender menurut Nasaruddin Umar, dapat diinterpretasi bahwa persoalan pertukaran gender bukan hal esensial sebab, dalam pandangan Islam, laki-laki dan perempuan sama-sama sebagai hamba Allah, khalifah di bumi, menerima perjanjian primordial di mana Adam dan Hawa terlibat secara aktif dalam drama kosmis sehingga keduanya berpotensi meraih prestasi. Temuan ini sesungguhnya membuka ruang evaluasi bagi penggagasnya untuk membuka wawasan masyarakat dalam memahami persoalan gender sehingga makna pesan yang disampaikan tidak menjadi kontradiksi. The soap opera Dunia Terbalik, which reveals the exchange of gender roles in society, is an interesting phenomenon to analyze. The writing is focused on finding gender problems in the soap opera Dunia Terbalik, the principles of gender equality in the perspective of Nasaruddin Umar, and the interpretation of gender in the soap opera Dunia Terbalik based on the thoughts of Nasaruddin Umar. For this reason, qualitative research is used with the content analysis method to these soap operas up to 150 episodes of the YouTube version. The results showed that the gender problem in the soap opera Dunia Terbalik is to reveal the exchange of gender roles between men and women. Based on the principles of gender equality according to Nasaruddin Umar, it can be interpreted that the issue of gender exchange is not essential because, in the view of Islam, men and women are both servants of Allah, caliphs on earth, accepting the primordial agreement in which Adam and Eve were involved actively in the cosmic drama so that both of them have the potential for achievement. These findings actually open up an evaluation space for the initiators to open people's insights in understanding gender issues so that the meaning of the messages conveyed does not become a contradiction.

Abstract:
Artikel ini membahas tentang peran orientalis dalam memandang hadits Nabi Muhammad SAW dengan kacamata mereka. Maksud dan tujuan orientalis tentu mempunyai misi khusus dalam menggoyahkan pegangan umat Islam, yaitu hadits. Sosok orientalis seringkali menganggap rendah ajaran Islam lantaran dari sifat kebenciannya yang merupakan warisan akibat kekalahan di pihak Kristen dalam perang salib. Sehingga muncul nama-nama orientalis dengan mentalitas tinggi dalam memerangi Islam. Salah satunya adalah Ignaz Goldziher dan Joseph Schacht yang aktif dalam mengkritik hadits. Keduanya mempunyai koneksitas dalam dalam mempunyai pandangan sama terkait otentitas hadits. Sehingga perlu tinjauan ulang arah kritik mereka untuk bisa menemukan analisa diskriptif dalam membantahnya. Oleh karenanya, kedua tokoh orientalis tersebut mempunyai hubungan erat dalam pandangannya terhadap hadits, sehingga kita sebagai Muslim tentu mempunyai kewajiban dalam memperjelas terkait otentitas hadits dan ilmu sanad yang benar. This article discusses the role of orientalists in looking at the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW with their views. Orientalist purposes and objectives certainly have a special mission in shaking the grip of Muslims, namely hadith. Orientalist figures often consider the teachings of Islam because of the nature of his hatred which is a legacy of defeat on the war of Christian side. So came the names of orientalists with a high mentality in the fight against Islam. One of them is Ignaz Goldziher and Joseph Schacht who are active in criticizing hadiths. Both have deep connections in having the same view regarding the authenticity of hadith. So it is necessary to review the direction of their criticism to be able to find a descriptive analysis in refusing it. Therefore, the two orientalist figures have a close relationship in his view of the hadith, so that we as Muslims certainly have an obligation in clarifying the authenticity of hadith and the science correct of sanad.

Abstract:
Trem Al-Hidayah memiliki multi interpretasi yang berhubungan dengan jalan kehidupan (Sabil al-Hayat). Setiap insan diseru untuk menjalankan kehidupannya setakar dengan tolok ukur aturan Allah SWT (hududullah). Ia juga di haruskan untuk selalu mengikuti aturan individu, berkeluarga dan bermasyarakat (ijtimaiyyah). Bertolak dari itu semua, memahami petunjuk tuhan (al-Hidayah mina Allah) merupakan kebutuhan manusia yang subtansial. Agar didalam menjalankan kehidupannya baik yang sifatnya horizontal (hamblum minannas) atau vertikal (hamblum minallah) sesuai dengan Iradtullah. Eksplorasi ini bermaksud untuk memahami bagaimana syaikh al-Shawi dalam menafsirkan ayat-ayat al-Hidayah dalam kitabnya Tasfsir Hasiyah Shawi. Penelitian ini memakai metode kualitatif dengan model penelitian (al-Dirasah al-Maudluiyyah) yang tekanannya pada pendalaman pemahaman topic ayat-ayat al-Hidayah, kemudian mengunakan tehnik Content Analisys yaitu menganalisis hasil makna ayat-ayat al-Hidayah hasil tafsiran Syaikh al-Shawi dan analisis historis atau teori asbab al-Nuzul yaitu uaraian sejarah sebab-sebab turunnya ayat al-Qur’an. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa al-Hidayah bukanlah keberhasilan seseorang dalam menjalankan kehidupan, sebagaimana anggapan banyak orang akan tetapi al-Hidayah adalah petunjuk tuhan baik berupa al-Qur’an atau Sunnah beserta interpretasinya meskipun orang tersebut belum mengikuti petunjuk-Nya. The tram of Al-Hidayah is subject to multiple interpretations that intertwine with the pathway of life (Sabil al-Hayat). Every soul is commanded to conduct their life adhering to the etiquette arranged by Allah SWT (hududullah). One is also obligated to always follow the etiquette whether as an individual, in a family, and in a society (ijtimaiyyah). Following that, understanding the messages from God (al-Hidayah mina Allah) has then become a crucial necessity for one. In order to live a good life, be it in accordance to the Earth and everything within (hamblum minannas), or in accordance to God (hamblum minallah) entwined with Iradtullah. This exploration is meant to gain understanding on how Syaikh al-Shawi interpreted the passages of al-Hidayah in his book, Tasfsir Hasiyah Shawi. This research used the qualitative method with a research model (al-Dirasah al-Maudluiyyah) that emphasizes on deepening the understanding of the topics in al-Hidayah passages. Content analysis was then used to analyze the meaning of al-Hidayah passages according to Syaikh al-Shawi’s interpretation, and a historical analysis or the theory of asbab al-Nuzul, which is the chronological backstory to every passage of Al-Qur’an that has been passed down to the humankind. The result of this research showed that al-Hidayah is not about someone’s success in living their life as many have assumed, instead al-Hidayah is a direction from God in the form of both al-Qur’an and as-Sunnah along with its interpretations, even if one might have not yet followed His guidance.

Abstract:
Salah satu bentuk penjagaan Allah Swt terhadap ayat-ayatnya (al-Qur’an) adalah dengan banyaknya umat Islam yang menghafalkan al-Qur’an. Tradisi menghafal ini bahkan sudah ada sejak masa Nabi Saw dan dan para shahabat. Ketika wahyu diturunkan, disamping ditulis, Nabi Saw dan para shahabat juga berupaya untuk langsung menghafalkannya. Tradisi menghafal ayat-ayat al-Qur’an ini terus berlangsung hingga saat ini. Karena itu banyak berdiri lembaga yang fokus pada tahfidz al-Qur’an, baik itu berupa yayasan, pesantren, dan sebagainya dengan metodenya masing-masing. Bahkan ada juga lembaga tahfidz yang dikhususkan untuk mencetak para huffadz dari kalangan anak-anak usia dini. Tentu saja bukan perkara mudah untuk mengajar bahkan mencetak anak-anak usia dini menjadi penghafal al-Qur’an. Dalam konteks inilah kajian living qur’an ini ingin mengungkap bagaimana metode yang digunakan oleh Sekolah Tahfidz Anak Usia Dini Shahabat Qur’an (TAUD SAQU) Jember dalam pembelajaran al-Qur’an untuk anak usia dini. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang didapatkan selanjutnya dianalisa, kemudian dilakukan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada 3 metode yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran al-Qur’an di TAUD SAQU Jember, yaitu; 1) Metode Tarbiyah, Metode Tahajji dan Metode Tahfidz. The tradition of memorizing the Koran (Alquran) has existed since the time of the Prophet and friends. This tradition continues to this day. Because of that, there are many institutions that focus on the tahfidz of the Koran, both in the form of foundations, Islamic boarding schools, and so on with their respective methods. There is even a tahfidz institute which is devoted to producing huffadz from young children. Of course, it is not an easy matter to teach and even print young children to memorize the Koran. It is in this context that this study of living quran wants to reveal how the methods used by the Tahfidz Early Childhood School of Sahabat Qur'an (TAUD SAQU) Jember in learning the Koran for early childhood. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, while the data sources were obtained from interviews, observation, and documentation. The data obtained is then analyzed, then conclusions are drawn. The results showed that there were 3 methods used in learning the Koran at TAUD SAQU Jember: 1) Tarbiyah method, which is religious material taught to children which includes morning dhikr, prayers, asmaul husna, hadis, tauhid, and so on . 2) Tahajji method, which is material on how to learn and spell hijaiyah letters and 3) Tahfiz method, which is memorizing the Koran by using TTM (Talaqqi-Tasmi'-Murāja'ah).

Abstract:
There has been a spreading phenomenon in which many of today's youth societies tend to go wild and out of control. Most of such functions tend to be surrounded by individuals who indulge themselves in sinful acts instead of doing a self-discovery process to gain the God's blessings. Having seen many youths tend to enjoy doing forbidden acts and restrain-free activities, therefore Majlis Gaul community proposed a new way of da'wah. The community employs a subtle and a heart warming way of conveying da'wah. It is no longer conventional preaching which is in the form of oral da'wah, but they employ transformative da'wah method. This transformative da'wah is implemented in social change activities, by using da'wah as a religious material and positioning the dai (preacher) as the conveyer of religious messages to the community. The current study is a qualitative research with descriptive qualitative approach. In this study, the data are presented in descriptive texts. The results of this study are: 1) In shaping the Islamic character, Majlis Gaul community held a "Brother Camp" as well as some "Kajian Inspirasi". 2) Majlis Gaul invited Muslim youths to join activities such as sports (archery and horse riding). 3) The transformative da'wah done by Majlis Gaul was carried out by means of dialogue, exchanging thoughts and feelings. 4) The effort of Majlis gaul to do transformative da'wah is carried out by preaching through social media. This is because preaching through social media has become an increasingly globalized and entrenched phenomenon.

Abstract:
The phenomenon of the environmental crisis that is increasingly happening has the potential to threaten human life. One of the main factors responsible to create this crisis a mistake in understanding religious context. Many Muslims tend to believe that Islam only focuses on the relationship between humans and humans and humans with God alone . As a result, Islamic values ​​related to natural phenomena have gone unnoticed. Whereas an ecological settlement approach based on Islamic values ​​can be a solution in facing the environmental crisis. With the work of Muslim scholars, it is hoped that it can contribute to building harmony between humans and nature. One of them is a concept initiated by Shaykh 'Ali Jum'ah. This study employed library research method. The data sources consisted of two, namely primary sources and secondary sources. Primary sources are taken from the Qur'an and hadith, while the secondary sources come from books related to monotheism, fiqh, tasawwuf, taskhir, and caliph. The research found that Syekh 'Ali Jum'ah had five concepts that regulated human interaction with the environment, namely the concepts of tauhid, fiqh, tasawuf, taskhīr and khalīfah. In reading the concept initiated by Ali Jum'ah, the researcher argues that the solution he offers to overcome the environmental crisis is very comprehensive as an effort to increase ecological awareness. Starting with his way of looking at the environment which is not only a mere natural phenomenon and what coexists with it, but humans are also included in the environmental ecosystem. This is because according to him, there is no logical reason why humans should not be part of the environment. Since humans are the most important part of the environmental creation, human behavior will determine the fate of their environment in the future.

The business world in the future is faced with intense competition, companies that have mature management will be superior and can last a long time. Basically, for Muslims when doing business, it is not only to get abundant profit. But also get blessings for every transaction that exists. Therefore it is necessary to have ethics in communicating in business. Which ethics is a reflection of the integrity of business people in determining attitudes and behavior to interact with others. This research approach uses research methods to obtain data used by means of observation or looking for direct references and also secondary data related to Islamic business communication. The results of this study are: morality used as a guideline for communication ethics, namely (1) Fairness (honesty) (2) Accuracy (accuracy of information); (3) free and responsible; (4) constructive criticism; (5) Fair and impartial; (6) Does not like badmouthing (Ghibah); (7) Do not like prejudice (Su'uzh-zhann, When ethics and communication are implemented in business relationships, it can be concluded that Islamic communication ethics is a method of communicating in accordance with moral values ​​in judging right or wrong based on the behavior of business people. where every transaction that exists must contain divine elements (الهي), both in the form of a human relationship with Allah ﷻ and humans (حبل من الله) as well as Humans and Humans themselves (حبل من الناس), thus directing humans to the benefit of the world and the hereafter.

Abstract:
Promotional activities are actually a manifestation of the informative function so that with the promotion it is hoped that there will be reactions from customers, both actual and potential that appear in various forms. These forms of customer are ranging from the ones who grow aware of knowing the existence of the product to the ones that actually use it. In this study, it will be discussed deeper about the effect of promotion on consumers' loyalty by knowing the definitions and indicators of promotion as well as indicators of loyalty as a benchmark. This study employed descriptive qualitative methods. The data obtained in this study are primary data, which are taken from books and journals, while the secondary data are obtained from websites. The data obtained by means of observation or looking for direct references can also be the research validity of the data. Promotion is defined as a way of communication from marketers who inform, persuade, and remind potential buyers to respond to a product in order to influence their opinion in buying the product. Prus and Brandt (1995) stated that customers' loyalty can be displayed through their attitudes and behavior. These attitudes include the intention to repurchase or purchase other products from the company, the intention to recommend and the immunity against competitors.

Abstract:
Many people are starting to show their interest in the concept and understanding of the Halal lifestyle in their lives. This is because people tend to believe that Halal things are good for one’s health and well-being. Halal things bring comfort and security to life. Therefore, the current study discusses how the Halal lifestyle can become self-determination and social Da’wah amongst Indonesian people as well as how the current form of Halal lifestyle is applied to their everyday life. The current study employed a descriptive method. The data obtained in this study are primary data from websites, books and journal articles. Literature study was mainly employed in the current study. Regarding the implementation of the Halal lifestyle, it affects people as consumers to be increasingly critical in making purchases on daily needs products, whether the consumables or services. Such gesture has made Halal industries proven to be able to compete with other industries of the same kind. Cosmetics with Halal label partially have positive and significant effects on consumers’ decisions to buy Halal cosmetics. Halal tourist attractions are also deemed safer and more comfortable for their availability of prayer rooms and Halal culinary. Sharia hotels are also considered safer and more comfortable as a place to stay by eliminating liquor, discotheques and prohibiting unmarried visitors of different gender from booking or staying in the same room.

Abstract:
The world is still not free from the grasp of the Covid-19 Pandemic, a viral outbreak which becomes a currently main topic of discussion from various scientific backgrounds. Therefore, when covid-19 is associated with the realm of communication, it can result in various domains of communication, such as economic communication, educational communication, da'wah or religious communication, etc. In the current study, the researcher examined da'wah communication against the covid-19 outbreak. This is because a da'i (preacher) tends to be bound to religious teaching sources before conveying something. This study focuses on what kind of da'wah communication latches behind the Quranic verses regarding plague, outbreak or diseases. The researcher also employed a descriptive qualitative method in order to obtain the results of such phenomenon. The research result can be classified into three sections, namely: Aqidah, sharia and akhlaq. Looking from akhlaq's point of view, all diseases come from Allah. Physical effort through medication is important but non-physical effort by reverting back to Him also plays a great role. From sharia perspective, we ought not lose our taqwa from the disease but instead keep trusting Allah for everything. Meanwhile, from akhlaq's perspective, we might have been in the wrong situation so that Allah tested us by giving such distress or misfortune so that we can be corrected or purified from the sins.

Abstract:
Gender discourse in sufism tends to attract attentions. Such charm emerges due to the fact that the Sufism is originally genderless. Sufism isn't bound nor chained by gender whether it is masculinity or feminity. However, the reality displays the other way around. Therefore, the current study attempts to capture women's position in the discourse of tasawwuf. Library research is employed as the research method of this study. Although gender domination is displayed in the early academic papers of Sufism, the existance of female Sufis have been proven throughout history. In the context of Sufism, masculinity would not emerge without feminity. Such statement only proves that there is no superiority between masculinity and femininity since both display a causal relationship. The research result showed that tasawwuf is free from feminine or masculine attributes. The gender construction in tasawwuf doesn't lay on the gender of the sufi but on the degree of feminity and masculinity of their psychiatric attributes which are reflected in their behaviour and acts. In the context of sufism, masculinity, which is socially considered as something dominant, substantially has "flaw". This is because masculinity would not emerge if there's no feminity. This is a mysterious great power of feminity in Sufism discourse. In short, there is no superiority between masculinity and feminity. Both are equal and as a result of love.

Abstract:
Kajian tentang dinamika dan kiprah politik kiai selalu menarik untuk terus dikaji dari berbagai sudut pandang berbeda. Pada kontestasi Pilpres 2019, beberapa kiai NU struktural maupun non struktural di Jember terlibat aktif dalam memenangkan pasangan calon no urut 1, Jokowi dan Ma’ruf Amin. Penelitian ini ingin mengungkap makna politik dalam perpsektif kiai NU Jember, serta motivasi dan bentuk keterlibatan mereka dalam kontestasi politik praktis (Pilpres 2019). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Secara operasional penggalian data dalam peneilitian ini dilakukan dengan cara pengamatan, wawancara mendalam terhadap para informan yang sudah ditetapkan, dan dokumentasi. Data yang didapatkan setelah itu dianalisa melalui dua tahap, yaitu selama proses pengumpulan data di lapangan dan setelah data tersebut terkumpul dengan langkah; 1) reduksi data, 2) penyajian data, dan 3) penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Mayoritas kiai NU Jember memaknai politik sebagai perjuangan untuk mewujudkan kemashlahatan umat. Politik juga dimaknai dengan upaya untuk menjaga aqidah umat dari faham atau ideologi yang berseberangan dengan NU. 2) Ada dua motivasi yang mendorong keterlibatan kiai NU Jember dalam politik praktis, yaitu orientasi dakwah dan orientasi ideologis. 3) Bentuk keterlibatan kiai NU dalam politik praktis (Pilpres 2019) di Kabupaten Jember dilakukan dengan beberapa cara, diantaranya memberikan dukungan melalui edaran/maklumat, konsolidasi sesama kiai dan instruksi secara langsung kepada para santri, wali santri, dewan guru/asatidz, alumni dan simpatisan pesantren. The dynamics and political work of the kiai are always interesting to be studied from various points of view. In the 2019 presidential election contest, several structural and non-structural NU kiai in Jember were actively involved in winning the candidate pair number 1, Jokowi and Ma'ruf Amin. This research intends to reveal the political meaning from the perspective of the kiai NU Jember, as well as their motives and forms of involvement in practical political contestation (Pilpres 2019). This research was conducted using a qualitative approach. Operationally the data mining in this research was carried out through observation, in-depth interviews with the informants who had been assigned, and documentation. The data obtained after that were analyzed in two stages, namely during the data collection process in the field and after the data was collected by steps; 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation, and 3) concluding. The results of this study indicate that 1) The majority of NU Jember kiai interpret politics as a struggle to achieve the benefit of the people. Abstract:
Sebagai tokoh yang memiliki nama besar, Abu Yusuf memiliki karya fenomenal dalam bidang pajak, yaitu kitab Al-Kharaj. Kitab yang ditulis atas permintaan Khalifah Harun Ar-Rasyid ini digunakan sebagai pedoman dalam pengelolaan pajak. Sebagai salah satu sektor penting dalam penerimaan negara, pajak seharusnya tidak mendzolimi masyarakat dari besaran presentasenya. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejarah penulisan kitab Al-Kharaj dan isi kitabnya. Selain itu, tulisan ini juga untuk mengetahui konsep pajak yang ditulis Abu Yusuf dan utilitasnya dengan ekonomi saat ini. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metodologi pemikiran tokoh yang dilacak dari sikap, tulisan atau pun tanggapan pada suatu kasus fenomena yang terjadi pada masa itu. Untuk mengetahui latar belakang pemikiran Abu Yusuf tidak bisa mengesampingkan beberapa faktor yang ada, baik faktor internal maupun faktor eksternal yang menjadi pemicunya. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa pemikiran Abu Yusuf tentang pajak menjadi salah satu konsep yang dilaksanakan hingga saat ini. Konsepnya dipakai dan diaplikasikan dalam menentukan presentase penerimaan pajak oleh negara. Konsep Al-Kharaj digunakan dalam sektor penerimaan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB), bea cukai. This book which written at the request of the Caliph Harun ar-Rashid is used as a guide in tax management efforts. As one of the important sectors in state revenue, taxes should not deceive the public from their percentage. The article aims to find out the context of Al-Kharaj and its contents. Therefore, this study seeks to reveal the thoughts of Abu Yusuf and his background which were traced through his attitudes, writings, and responses to a case that occurred at that time. In addition, the paper is also to find out the tax concept initiated by Abu Yusuf and its practice in economic conditions' today. The results of this study found that Abu Yusuf's thought about taxes is one of the concepts that is still used today. This concept is applied in determining the percentage of tax revenue by the state. The Al-Kharaj concept is also used in the land and building tax (PBB) and customs revenue sectors.

Abstract:
Artikel ini membahas perbedaan pandangan Clifford Geertz dan Mark R. Woodward tentang keberagamaan orang Jawa. Kedua pandangan ini menjadi rujukan bagi para intelektual yang mendalami kajian tentang agama (Islam) di masyarakat Jawa. Geertz mengkategorikan kelompok agama dalam masyarakat Jawa (Abangan, Santri, dan Priyayi) berdasarkan penelitiannya di Mojokuto (Pare, Kediri, Jawa Timur). Sementara itu, Mark R. Woodward meneliti keberagamaan orang Jawa di Yogyakarta. Woodward menganggap Yogyakarta sebagai pusat budaya masyarakat Jawa dan dianggap mampu mengkolaborasikan Islam dan budaya lokal. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa Geertz menilai bahwa keberagamaan orang Jawa terkait dengan ketaatan dan ketidaktaatan. Sementara itu, Woodward melihat keberagamanan ini sebagai salah satu bentuk tafsir terhadap Islam oleh masyarakat Jawa.. Both of their studies, even today, have become references for intellectuals who study religion (Islam) in Javanese society. Geertz categorized the religious groups in Javanese society (Abangan, Santri, and Priyayi). Geertz's (the 1950s) view have based on his research in Modjokuto (Pare, Kediri, East Java). Meanwhile, Mark R. Woodward researched Javanese religiousness in Yogyakarta (the 1980s). Woodward observed Yogyakarta as the cultural centre of Javanese society. It is considered capable of collaborating between Islam and local culture. The article concludes that Geertz assessed that Javanese religiousness was related to religious obedience and disobedience. Meanwhile, Woodward sees this diversity as a type of interpretation of Islam by the Javanese community.

Abstract:
Pada zaman era globalisasi lembaga pendidikan Islam harus lebih menekankan pada kualitas sumber daya manusianya karena guru adalah salah satu komponen utama bagi keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar di sekolah. Mutu sekolah, khususnya mutu anak didik, mau tak mau berkaitan dengan mutu guru-gurunya yang langsung terlibat dengan anak didik di kelas. Namun, pada kenyataannya, terdapat banyak keluhkan tentang kualitas guru khususnya di lembaga pendidikan Islam. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya strategi yang komprehensif bagi guru menjadi tenaga pendidik yang berkualitas, profesional, berkomitmen serta memiliki semangat ibadah. Penelitian ini fokus mengkaji strategi pengembangan mutu guru MAN 3 Jember. Kajian penelitian ini menggunakan perspektif fenomenologis terhadap studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa untuk mengembangkan kualitas guru, para pimpinan MAN 3 Jember perlu (1) untuk membuat, menyusun, dan merumuskan visi, misi, dan tujuan lembaga khususnya pengembangan mutu guru; (2) untuk membangun komitmen yang bernilai ibadah; (3) untuk membangun sikap dan kedisiplinan; (4) untuk merubah pola pikir dan untuk membangun karakter positif guru. Abstract:
Lembaga pendidikan Islam mencapai kesuksesan kerja bisa melalui membangun orang-orang (kepribadian) secara fundamental yaitu mengubah pola pikir tentang bagaimana tenaga kerja dan sikap hubungan kerjasama dengan baik. Dua hal ini berarti mencapai kesuksesan kerja dengan bekerjasama dengan orang lain disertai dengan iman dan amal baik, justru bukan dengan cara mengganti tenaga kerja lama dibuang dan tenaga kerja baru difungsikan atau berusaha membatasi ruang lingkup kegiatan mereka, pengawasan ketat pada mereka dan dekti kepada mereka. Itu cara-cara kuno yang tidak produktif. Dengan demikian budaya kerja yang menghasilkan keunggulan kompetitif (competitive advantage) yang berkelanjutan (sustainable) adalah manajemen yang menggunakan budaya kerja “amanu”. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan analisis pada temuan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Abstract:
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pengembangan sumber daya manusia di Pondok Pesantren As-Syafaah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Bentuk data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari informan dan dokumen pendukung. Analisis data dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap menurut teori Miles, Huberman dan Saldana, yaitu kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) analisis kebutuhan pengembangan sumber daya manusia analisis kualitas dan kuantitas, (2) pelaksanaan pengembangan sumber daya manusia dilakukan melalui rekrutmen, program pendidikan dan pelatihan, dan pembentukan budaya pesantren; (3) evaluasi pengembangan sumber daya manusia dititikberatkan pada perubahan sikap dan perilaku dalam menjalankan peran dan tanggung jawab. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. The form of data in this study is primary data and secondary data obtained from informants and supporting documents. Abstract:
Qira’ah Sab’ah jika dikaitkan dengan ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an, maka sangat erat kaitannya. Jadi dengan adanya maqam-maqam Qira’ah Sab’ah, ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an dapat dilantunkan dengan berbagai macam lagu. Dengan adanya pelatihan dan bimbingan khusus diharapkan dapat membawa peningkatan pemahaman peserta pada maqom Qiro’ah Sab’ah. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dikarenakan penelitian bersifat induktif, berdasarkan pembelajaran tertentu dan kemudian dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran serupa. Penyampaian maqam Qiro’ah Sab’ah. Dalam pelatihan tilawah, penyampaian Qiro’ah Sab’ah dilakukan oleh pelatih tilawah melalui proses latihan rutinan tilawah. Usaha untuk mempermudah menghafal maqam Qiro’ah Sab’ah yang diajarkan sebelumnya, maka peserta mencatat dengan menggaris bawahi ayat al-Qur’an dan ditulis jenis maqam yang digunakan disamping ayat al-Qur’an tersebut, kemudian mereka juga merekam suara lantunan ayat al-Qur’an yang disampaikan oleh pelatih tilawah. Pelaksanaan olah vokal pada pelatihan olah vokal, yakni dengan dibentuk kelompok-kelompok kecil terlebih dahulu, kemudian mereka menjawab jenis dari kelompok terkait maqom yang diujikan oleh pelatih. Terkait metode demonstrasi yang digunakan dalam pelatihan tilawah diawali dengan latihan melantunkan ayat al-Qur’an dengan menggunakan berbagai macam maqom qiro’ah sab’ah baru kemudian peserta tilawah menirukan ayat al-Qur’an yang dilantunkan oleh pelatih dengan menggunakan maqom Qiro’ah Sab’ah. The approach used is a qualitative approach because the research is inductive, based on certain learning and can then be used in similar learning. In tilawah training, the delivery of Qiro'ah Sab'ah is carried out by the recitation trainer through the process of practicing the recitation routine. In an effort to make it easier to memorize the maqam Qiro'ah Sab'ah that was taught previously, the participants took notes by underlining the verses of the Koran and writing the type of maqam used in addition to the verses of the Koran, then they also recorded the sound of the chanting of the verse al. -The qur'an conveyed by the recitation coach. The implementation of vocal processing in vocal training, namely by forming small groups first, then they answer the types of groups related to the maqom tested by the trainer. Regarding the demonstration method used in recitation training, it begins with the practice of chanting the verses of the Koran using various kinds of maqom qiro'ah sab'ah, then the recitation participants mimic the verses of the Qur'an chanted by the trainer using the maqom Qiro'ah Sab'ah.

Abstract:
This article will focus the study and discussion on the principles and phenomena of Islamic moderation in Bali during the Covid-19 pandemic. This article aims to uncover and describe the various principles for the moderation of di religion that have been formulated by Islamic law experts from both Ushuliyyun and Fuqaha circles. This article also aims to present the moderating phenomena of Islamic Law in Bali during the Covid-19 Pandemic that has been demonstrated by Islamic jurisprudence scholars in the tradition of istinbath law. The method used in this study is an ethnographic approach by paying attention to culture (Anthropology) and language (Linguistics). The results showed that the plural Balinese community adopted a moderation attitude of diversity in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic faced with a variety of different religious cultures. Abstract:
This covid prevention socialization was carried out to increase public awareness that the dangers of Covid 19. Coronavirus (Covid) 19 is a large family of viruses that cause infections in the respiratory tract. Initially, Covid 19 appeared in Wuhan China in December 2019. The first time the Covid 19 virus case in Indonesia occurred on March 22, 2020, after Covid 19 entered Indonesia, all activities that are usually carried out by Indonesians changed drastically, all activities that were usually carried out outside the home must be done at home online. The spread of covid 19 is through interactions with people exposed to Covid 19, then that person carries out activities that do not clean themselves, so the chain of the spread of Covid 19 will continue. Therefore, the author's socialization of covid prevention is done either online through social media or directly in the community, especially in the Kaliwates sub-district, Jember Regency. In a pandemic condition, religious moderation education must also be provided in order to filter the knowledge obtained online in order to know which is in accordance with the teachings of moderate Islam and which is not. Corona virus atau covid 19 merupakan keluarga besar virus yang menyebabkan infeksi disaluran pernapasan. Awalnya covid 19 muncul di Wuhan Cina pada Desember 2019. Awal kali kasus virus covid 19 di Indonesia terjadi pada tanggal 22 maret 2020, setelah covid 19 masuk ke Indonesia seluruh kegiatan yang biasa dilakukan warga Indonesia menjadi berubah drastis, semua kegiatan yang biasaya dilakukan di luar rumah haru dikerjakan di rumah secara online. Penyebaran covid 19 ini melalui interaksi yang dilakukan dengan orang terpapar covid 19 kemudian orang itu melakukan kegiatan yang tanpa membersihkan diri, maka mata rantai penyebaran covid 19 akan teus berlanjut. Oleh karena itu, sosialisasi pencegahan covid penulis lakukan baik secara online melalui media sosial ataupun terjun langsung di masyarakat khususnya di Kecamtan Kaliwates, Kabupaten Jember. Dalam kondisi pandemi pendidikan moderasi beragama juga harus diberikan guna untuk menyaring pengetahuan yang didapat dari online agar tahu mana yang sesuai dengan ajaran agama Islam yang moderat dan mana yang bukan. The Dirosati method is the easiest method to apply to early childhood children. TPQ Nurul Falah is one of the Qur'an Education Parks located in Bringin Lawang Village, Jenggawah District, Jember Regency which uses the Dirosati learning method, using this method TPQ Nurul Falah has grown rapidly since 2002-now with approximately 500 students. The focus of the research studied in the Real Work Lecture from Home program is, 1) How is the implementation of the Dirosati method in improving the ability to read Quran in TPQ Nurul Falah, 2) How is the evaluation of the Dirosati learning method in improving the ability to read the Qur'an at TPQ Nurul Falah. The objectives in this program are 1) to describe the implementation of the Dirosati method in improving the ability to read the Quran in TPQ Nurul Falah, 2) to describe the evaluation of the Dirosati learning method in improving the ability to read the Quran in TPQ Nurul Falah. This virus spreads rapidly and is deadly. Transmission through physical contact is transmitted through the mouth, eyes and nose. Covid-19 has an impact on social life and the weakening of the people's economy. The background of this writing is because many Indonesians think that Covid does not have Covid as a conspiracy or think that Covid is not dangerous. The purpose of this research is to discuss how to prepare and treat the virus that is currently endemic throughout the world. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study concluded that the impact of covid 19 caused social problems, weakening the economy of the community and the state, to prevent the spread of covid-19, cooperation from the government, community, religious leaders is needed to help each other, work hand in hand and remind each other together against Covid-19.Keywords: Covid-19, New Normal Era, Social and Economic Problems. Abstrak Covid-19 melanda banyak Negara di dunia termasuk Indonesia. Hampir seluruh negara di hantui oleh virus ini. Awal mula virus ini muncul dari daerah Wuhan Cina. Virus ini menyebar dengan cepat dan mematikan. Penularannya melalui kontak fisik ditularkan melalui mulut, mata dan hidung. Covid-19 berdampak kepada kehidupan sosial dan melemahnya perekonomian masyarakat. Latar belakang penulisan ini karena banyak masyarakat Indonesia yang menganggap covid ini tidak ada covid ini sebagai suatu konspirasi atau menganggap covid tidak berbahaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membahas bagaimana persiapan serta penanggulangan terhadap adanya virus yang sedang mewabah di seluruh dunia ini. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan dampak covid 19 menimbulkan masalah sosial pelemahan ekonomi masyarakat dan negara,untuk mencegah penyebaran covid-19 diperlukan kerjasama pemerintah, masyarakat, tokoh agama untuk saling bantu membantu, bahu membahu dan saling mengingatkan satu sama lain bersama melawan covid-19. Abstract:
The development of sharia banking has become a measure of the success of the sharia economy. Syharia banks have a function as channeling funds to the community and collecting funds from the community. In sharia banking, there are several contracts that have been implemented, one of which is mudharabah contract. Mudharabah contract is a business cooperation between two parties where the first party (shahibul maal) provides the capital while the second party becomes the manager (mudharib). The purpose of this study is to find out more about the teacher Al Amien Prenduan's perceptions of the mudharabah contract that has been implemented at BNI Sharia Sumenep. The researchers use a case study qualitative research. The methods used are interview and documentation methods. The results show, the majority of teachers at Al Amien Prenduan used savings at the BNI Sharia Sumenep bank. Knowledge of the existence of sharia banks is evident in the form of savings which are mostly used by Al Amien Prenduan teachers. However, the promotion carried out by the sharia bank is felt by the teacher Al Amien Prenduan. The Al Amien Prenduan teachers’ understanding of mudharabah contract is felt to be less influencing perceptions of the operational system and also the way of services provided. Meanwhile, Al Amien's teacher do not understand more deeply about mudharabah contract, among others, due to lack of information and lack of socialization from the financial institution.

Abstract:
National Criminal Law is currently felt that it does not fulfil the value of justice, certainty and legal usefulness in people's lives because of the number of criminal acts. That has recently occurred makes the law no longer a social control but instead uses the law as an opportunity to take action. Criminal law, this can be due to the lack of a deterrent effect caused by the criminal law itself. Many attempts have been made to implement Islamic criminal law in Indonesia. Still, it is poorly considered by the community because it is understood that Islamic criminal law is only partially understood. Whereas the purpose of Islamic criminal law is to maintain religion, reason, soul, descent and property for the sake of achieving justice, certainty and actual legal benefits. The focus of the problems in writing this thesis are 1). What are the concepts of Jarimah Qishash, Hudud, and Ta'zir in Islamic Criminal Law? 2). How is the Transformation of Jarimah Qishash, Hudud, and Ta'zir in Islamic Criminal Law Against National Criminal Law in Indonesia? The purpose of this research is to describe the concept of Jarimah Qishash, Hudud, and Ta'zir regarding Islamic Criminal Law. As well as to explain the Transformation of Jarimah Qishash, Hudud, and Ta'zir Against National Criminal Law. To identify some of these problems, this study uses a comparative approach method by comparing Islamic criminal law to national criminal law. Looking for similarities and differences in the two directions. Then combine it with the concepts used, then connect and dialogue with other ideas and then make interpretations and conclusions as a reflection of the author so that in the end, the research conclusions will be obtained.

Abstract:
When a human couple performs a marriage, then both are not blessed with a child. One way for the couple is to adopt a child, the law is fine as long as it fulfills the conditions prescribed by religion. This was done by the Prophet Muhammad. Adoption of children must meet state requirements, namely through court channels. Because something related to the rules certainly has a positive impact on the public, namely maslahah ummah. There are several legal consequences when someone is adopted as a child, one of which is if one of the adoptive parents or the adopted child has died there is an appreciation given by one of them. The author conducted this research to describe the concept of wills for adopted children in the distribution of inheritance according to KHI and Prof. Wahbah Zuhaili. The author in this study uses the analytical approach research method, namely an approach that is carried out by analyzing the thoughts of a character in this case Prof. Zuhaili, and its comparison with KHI. The conclusion found in this study is the wills of the compulsory will be something very new in Islam, especially when it comes to adopted children. Therefore, the concept of inheritance for adopted children is in the form of a mandatory will, which has been stipulated in the Islamic Law Compilation that a will when it is not disclosed by the adoptive parents, the adopted child will still receive a will, at most a third of the assets of the adoptive parents. Meanwhile, Prof. Wahbah Zuhaili stated that the will is obligatory for relatives and parents (people who are related by blood) because they are prevented from inheriting.

Abstract:
President Joko Widodo and his deputy Jusuf Kalla after being inaugurated to form and inaugurate his cabinet on October 27, 2014, however, there are several names of ministers whose capacity is still in doubt, because they still involve ministers indicated in corruption cases as reported by the People's Decree Movement and the Civil Coalition to the Commission Corruption Eradication (KPK). Therefore, in the end, it raises public concern regarding its work ethic which will have an impact on the vision of the welfare state of the Indonesian State based on Law Number 17 of 2007 concerning the National Long-Term Development Plan (RPJPN). The focus of the problems examined in this thesis are 1). How is the process of preparing the Cabinet for the Jokowi-JK era for the 2014-2019 period. 2). What is the mediocre impact of the Jokowi-JK administration on the vision of the welfare state based on Law Number 17 of 2007 concerning the National Long-Term Development Plan (RPJPN)? Abstract:
Discussing about debt and credit is not foreign to everyone's ears. Accounts receivable is an agreement between one party and another with the agreed object and will be returned within a certain time as agreed. Debt and credit is a form of muamalah which is ta'awun (please help). The fact is that many debts and receivables are not following sharia and law in Indonesia. This study aims to determine and analyze how the practice of fertilizer receivables is paid with grain from the perspective of Fiqh Muamalah and Positive Law. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study found that according to Fiqih Muamalah, the fertilizer receivable payable system is paid with grain that the transaction is allowed, but every addition in fertilizer receivables is paid with grain required by the creditor is usury. The practice of the fertilizer debt system being paid with grain also contradicts the principles of the contract, one of which is the divine principle, the principle of justice, and the principle of writing. In the Positive Law, the fertilizer accounts payable system is paid with the grain if it refers to the Supreme Court decision dated December 4, 1975, No. 804 K / Sip / 1973 principal debt plus 6% interest, because 6% interest is the usual interest at the time the agreement was held. And must be stipulated in writing. Meanwhile, the interest in the debt and credit is more than 70%.

Abstract:
In a marriage, in addition to the terms and conditions that affect whether or not a marriage is legal, there are other rules, including the concept of kafa'ah. Kafa'ah, namely equality between prospective husbands and future wives in various matters including religion (din), descent (nasab), position (hasab) and the like. The term kafa'ah is also known among the Habaib in Jember Regency. Habaib circles, especially in Jember, set specific criteria for the concept of kafa'ah. The existence of the concept of kafa'ah then gave birth to differences of opinion among the Habaib in Jember Regency. This study used a descriptive qualitative research approach, primary data sources were obtained from individuals or individuals such as interviews, while secondary data sources were obtained from scientific publications in the form of books, books, theses, journals, previous research, and related articles. The data source was obtained using interviews and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using the empirical normative method and tested for its validity by triangulation. The result is a conclusion that a Syarifah is required and attempted to marry Habaib because he is considered sekufu 'as both descendants of the Prophet SAW. Even among some Habaib in Jember Regency that kafa'ah is included in the category of rukun marriage. So that the conclusion that Syarifah married a man not descended from Habaib, apart from being able to break her lineage, also had its social impact.

Abstract:
In fulfilling their daily needs, of course, everyone has different ways. One of them is by trading. There are many types of trade, but we often encounter street vendors (PKL). The facilities and infrastructure chosen by most of the street vendors are shoulder roads and sidewalks. This is a strategy to attract buyers who pass by in the street area. But on the other hand, it can also interfere with the convenience of road users and pedestrians. Therefore, it is for street vendors who are the attention of the local government. To help street vendors, the Regional Government of Jember Regency drafted and ratified Regional Regulation No. 6 of 2008 concerning Street Vendors. One of the points discussed in the regional regulation is the payment of levies. The purpose of this research is to read and analyze the implementation of payments from street vendors and apply it in Jember Regency. Abstract:
Pemikiran tokoh pendidikan klasik masih layak untuk dibahas karena terkadang melampaui zamannya dan dalam beberapa hal dianggap cocok dengan konteks pendidikan masa kini. Salah satu tokoh yang dimaksud adalah Ibnu Sina. Ibnu Sina (Avicenna) adalah seorang filsuf Islam ternama di bidang ilmu kedokteran, namun banyak pemikirannya juga membahas tentang pendidikan dan dianggap berkontribusi pada perkembangan pemikiran pendidikan modern. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pemikiran pendidikan Ibnu Sina dan kontribusinya pada pendidikan Islam di masa modern. Dihimpun dari berbagai sumber referensi yang diperoleh, konsep pendidikan Ibnu Sina antara lain membahas tentang tujuan pendidikan Islam, kurikulum pada satuan pendidikan tingkat pertama, bagaimana menjadi pendidik, bekal menjadi peserta didik dan lingkungan belajar. Pokok-pokok pemikiran tersebut dapat menjadi landasan bagi pengembangan pendidikan masa kini terutama sebagai landasan filosofis dalam merancang sistem pendidikan yang baik namun tetap adaptif.

Abstract:
Lembaga Pendidikan MTs Assalam Kota Mataram NTB termasuk lembaga pendidikan yang tergolong baru karena resmi menjadi lembaga pendidikan secara resmi pada tahun 2019, namun siswa dan siswanya di sana sudah menunjukkan semangat dan motivasi yang tinggi untuk belajar. Mereka juga aktif dalam beberapa kegiatan ekstra seperti tahfidz, OSIS, Pramuka, silat, dan pengajian, kebijakan yang diterapkan adalah mewajibkan semua siswa dan siswa untuk tinggal di dalam gubuk serta gratis biaya makan dan tempat tinggal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam kualitas (input, proses, dan output) yang ada di lembaga pendidikan MTs Assalam Kota Mataram, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian fenomenologi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan observasi, analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem proses pembinaan mutu santri yang ada dengan diwajibkan tinggal di pesantren, mengikuti aturan pesantren, bekerjasama dengan lembaga pendidikan, masyarakat, mengadakan pengajian untuk masyarakat, selalu berkoordinasi dengan santri, wali, dan membangun jaringan dengan pemerintahan.

Abstract:
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi orang tua tentang pelaksanaan pembelajaran tatap muka pada masa adaptasi new normal. Pencarian data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket online dengan aplikasi google form yang ditujukan kepada seluruh orang tua siswa SD Plus Tahfizhul Quran (PTQ) Annida sejumlah 406 orang. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh data yang menyatakan setuju (74,5 %), tidak setuju (8,2 %), dan ragu-ragu (17,3 %). Alasan yang menyatakan setuju adalah agar pembelajaran lebih efektif, pembelajaran daring kurang maksimal, anak-anak sudah bosan, orang tua sudah bingung, agar siswa menjadi semangat, ketika di rumah anak menjadi kurang baik, dilaksanakan asalkan dengan protokol kesehatan, saat ini sudah waktunya adaptasi, anak sudah merindukan sekolah, anak menjadi lebih terkondisikan, dan berserah diri kepada Allah Swt. Alasan menyatakan tidak setuju adalah saat ini masih ada kasus, anak yang tidak bisa mentaati protocol kesehatan, dan bermunculan banyak klaster pendidikan. Alasan menyatakan ragu-ragu adalah saat masih ada kasus, anak-anak yang tidak bisa mentaati protokol kesehatan, dan orang tua belum faham sistem pembelajaran tatap muka.

Abstract:
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pendidikan yang setiap tahunnya berubah dan berkembang seiring dengan perkembangan zaman menuntut semua pihak terutama guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensinya. Karena guru merupakan komponen utama dalam sistem pendidikan Guru dalam proses belajar mengajar memiliki peranan yang sangat penting sebagai upaya untuk mencerdaskan kehidupan masyarakat dan bangsa.oleh karena itu guru harus memiliki kompetensi dalam mengajar yang merupakan kecakapan atau keterampilan dalam mengelola kegiatan pembelajaran. Dengan demikian tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tentang kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam, kesulitan guru dalam pembelajaran dan solusi guru untuk mengatasi kesulitan dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam kelas VII di SMP Negeri 3 Kuripan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, yang mana data diperoleh melalui metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Adapun metode analisis data bersifat induktif yaitu mereduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam pembelajaran pendidikan agama Islam sudah cukup baik yang meliputi: a) Kemampuan memahami peserta didik. b) Kemampuan merancang pembelajaran. c) Kemampuan melaksanakan pembelajaran yang mendidik dan dialogis. d) Kemampuan melakukan evaluasi. e) Kemampuan mengembangkan peserta didik untuk mengaktualisasikan berbagai potensi yang dimiliki. 2) Kesulitan dalam pembelajaran yang meliputi: a) Kemampuan daya serap peserta didik yang berbeda-beda. b) Kurangnya minat belajar siswa. c) Kurangnya perhatian orang tua terhadap belajar anak. d) Kurangnya fasilitas yang tersedia di sekolah. 3) Solusi untuk mengatasi kesulitan dalam pembelajaran yaitu: a) Memberikan pendekatan khusus dan remedial bagi siswa yang lamban menerima materi dan memberikan materi lanjutan bagi siswa yang cepat paham. b) Memberikan motivasi atau dorongan. c) Bekerja sama dengan orang tua wali. d) Memanfaatkan media yang ada.

Abstract:
Education is a conscious effort made by individuals with the aim of improving their quality as a form of adaptation of self-thinking to the times (Law No. 20 of 2003 article 1 paragraph 1). There are several levels of formal education in Indonesia, including Pre-School Education, Elementary School Education, Secondary Education, and Higher Education. The aim of education in general is to improve the welfare of individuals who carry out education itself. In addition, it is an investment in human capital which will provide more benefits to the country. Meanwhile, according to the National Education System Law No. 20 of 2003 article 3, the purpose of holding education is to "Educate the life of the nation and develop Indonesian people as a whole, namely people who have faith and devotion to God Almighty and have noble character, have knowledge and skills, physical and spiritual health, a solid personality. and be responsible for the community and nationality ”. This study was compiled using a research method with a descriptive quantitative approach using the help of the SPSS version 25 test application. Where it was carried out for approximately two months in six sub-districts in different Jember districts. The data sample taken was 18 data. The education received by individuals should reflect how their life is which is seen from the income they receive for their work. However, in fact there is no difference in the level of education they receive. This means that indirectly the level of a person's education does not determine how high the level of income they earn. Because, there are other factors outside of education that affect the income of an individual in the family. Abstrak Pendidikan merupakan usaha sadar yang dilakukan oleh individu dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dirinya sebagai bentuk adaptasi pemikiran diri terhadap perkembangan jaman (UU no. 20 tahun 2003 pasal 1 ayat 1). Terdapat beberapa tingkat pendidikan formal di Indonesia, antara lain Pendidikan Pra Sekolah, Pendidikan Sekolah Dasar, Pendidikan Menengah, dan Perguruan Tinggi. Tujuan pendidikan secara umum yaitu untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dari individu yang melaksanakan pendidikan itu sendiri. Selain itu, sebagai investasi modal manusia yang nantinya akan memberi keuntungan lebih kepada negara. Sedangkan menurut Undang Undang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional No. 20 Tahun 2003 pasal 3, tujuan diadakannya pendidikan adalah untuk “Mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa dan mengembangkan manusia Indonesia seutuhnya, yaitu manusia yang beriman dan bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa dan berbudi pekerti luhur, memiliki pengetahuan dan ketrampilan, kesehatan jasmani dan rohani, kepribadian yang mantap dan bertanggung jawab kemasyarakatan dan kebangsaan”. Penelitian ini disusun menggunakan metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif menggunakan bantuan aplikasi uji SPSS versi 25. Dimana dilaksanakan kurang lebih selama dua bulan di enam kecamatan di Kab. Jember yang berbeda. Sampel data yang diambil adalah sebanyak 18 data. Pendidikan yang dimiliki oleh individu seharusnya mencerminkan bagaimana kehidupan mereka yang mana dilihat dari pendapatan yang mereka terima atas pekerjaannya. Akan tetapi, nyatanya tidak terdapat perbedaan tingkat pendidikan terhadap pendapatan yang mereka terima. Artinya bahwa secara tidak langsung tinggi rendahnya tingkat pendidikan seseorang tidak menentukan seberapa tinggi tingkat pendapatan yang mereka peroleh. Sebab, terdapat faktor-faktor lain di luar pendidikan yang mempengaruhi pendapatan suatu individu dalam keluarga. Kata kunci: pendapatan, pendapatan keluarga, tingkat pendidikan

Abstract:
The post-conflict recovery effort in Ambon, Maluku, which it was the largest civil conflict after the collapse of the New Order, it was not only needed by the survivors of the conflict. But also by the generation that did not experience the bloody conflict. Like students in SMPN 9 Ambon City and SMPN 4 Salahutu Liang Central Maluku who are the next generation of Maluku and of course who will maintain Ambon peace in the future. In addition, the emergence of identity politics and populism that occurred during the General Election of the President and Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia for the 2014-2019 and 2019-2024 periods has become a serious threat to peace in Ambon City. The purpose of this research is to describe how social science education integrated the value of peace education based on local wisdom pela gandong. The research method uses descriptive qualitative case study approach. Data collection was carried out by means of literature study, interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. The results showed, with the existence of social conflict material in social science education which was then integrated with Ambon conflict material and peace education based on pela gandong. Thus, students have improved both in terms of knowledge, skills and attitudes in understanding conflict and peace education through social science education. At the same time cut off the trauma, mutual suspicion and hatred experienced by students so far. Abstrak Upaya pemulihan pascakonflik di Ambon, Maluku, yang merupakan konflik sipil terbesar pasca runtuhnya Orde Baru, tidak hanya dibutuhkan oleh para penyintas konflik. Tetapi juga oleh generasi yang tidak mengalami konflik berdarah. Seperti siswa-siswi di SMPN 9 Kota Ambon dan SMPN 4 Salahutu Liang Maluku Tengah yang merupakan generasi penerus Maluku dan tentunya yang akan menjaga perdamaian Ambon di masa depan. Selain itu, munculnya politik identitas dan populisme yang terjadi pada Pemilihan Umum Presiden dan Wakil Presiden Republik Indonesia periode 2014-2019 dan 2019-2024 telah menjadi ancaman serius bagi perdamaian di Kota Ambon. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan bagaimana Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial mengintegrasikan nilai pendidikan perdamaian berbasis kearifan lokal pela gandong. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi pustaka, wawancara, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, dengan adanya materi konflik sosial dalam Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial yang kemudian diintegrasikan dengan materi konflik Ambon dan pendidikan perdamaian berbasis pela gandong. Hasilnya, siswa mengalami peningkatan baik dari segi pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap dalam memahami konflik dan pendidikan perdamaian melalui Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang budaya iyakyaker dalam peningkatan nilai sosial di distrik sorong kota dengan fokus kajian mencakup: budaya, adat dan Nilai terhadap karakter masyarakat Suku Biak di Distrik Sorong Kota. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan Tehnik pengumpulan data mengunakan diantaranya Wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dan Teknik Analisis Data yaitu reduksi data, penyaji data, penyaji data dan kesimpulan penelitian mengunakan Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai sosial yang terjadi tidak hanya sebagai patokan dalam budaya/adat suku biak akan tetapi memiliki peran utama untuk mengikat suatu perkumpulau saudara dan sistem adat, sistem adat tersebut diantaranya bahasa daerah, Bahasa daerah merupakan budaya leluhur yang mulai terkikis oleh jaman, Budaya bahasa daerah merupakan raga dari adat leluhur sehingga harus tetap dilestarikan, karena budaya (bahasa daerah) merupakan salah satu sistematis yang mengambarkan tentang keberdaan seseorang dalam suku/asal-usul seseorang itu berasal. Abstract:
This study aims to find out the value of local wisdom in students and what factors influence the difference in local wisdom based on multikultular in elementary school. This research method is a qualitative description, data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis starts from data collection, data reduction, withdrawal of conclusions.The results showed that local wisdom is embedded in elementary school students through formal and nonformal learning, formal learning includes daily teaching activities from 07:30-13:00 while nonformal learning includes extracurricular activities in the form of olaraga practice, dance, music and habituation of living together in the school environment. Fostering local wisdom in elementary school through learning activities teaching the learning process emphasizes on optimizing the role of rationality for students, practice and habituation of dissent. The factors that influence multicultural-based local wisdom differences in elementary schools are the diversity of students who have a wide range of religious differences, social status, gender, ability, age and race, and the collaboration of students in participating in sports and arts events. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui nilai kearifan lokal pada peserta didik dan faktor apa saja mempengaruhi perbedaan kearifan lokal berbasis multikultular di Sekolah Dasar. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskripsi kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dimulai dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kearifan lokal yang tertanam pada peserta didik Sekolah Dasar melalui pembelajaran formal dan nonformal, pembelajaran formal meliputi kegiatan belajar mengajar setiap hari dari jam 07:30-13:00 sedangkan pembelajaran nonformal meliputi ekstrakurikuler berupa latihan olaraga, tarian, musik dan pembiasaan hidup bersama di lingkungan sekolah. Penumbuhkan kearifan lokal di Sekolah Dasar dilakukan melalui proses pembelajaran yang menekankan pada optimalisasi peran rasionalitas bagi siswa, praktek dan pembiasaan perbedaan pendapat. Fakor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perbedaan kearifan lokal berbasis multikultural di Sekolah Dasar adalah keberagaman siswa karena memiliki berbagai macam perbedaan, yaitu, perbedaan agama, status sosial, dan ras, serta pengelaborasian peserta didik dalam mengikuti lomba olahraga dan seni. Abstract:
Madurese is one of the tribe that has high mobility. In its history, the Madurese has migrated to other areas since the days of the kingdom. One of the target area is the city of Yogyakarta, which is a multicultural, tourism and culinary city. This study aims to find out how the Madurese did migration to Yogyakarta, their early history to Yogyakarta and the types of informal work there. This research is an ethnographic study that was conducted for one year, data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews and observations. The results of this study indicate that the history of the migration of the Madurese to Yogyakarta dates back to the 17th century, namely the reign of the Sultan Agung in the Islamic Mataram kingdom. There are three factors of migration of Madurese to Yogyakarta, namely historical and political factors, economics and education. Meanwhile, the work done by Madurese in Yogyakarta is mostly in the informal sector, one of which is selling satay. That work has been passed down from generation to generation since the Dutch era. In addition, the branding of Madura satay as a delicious traditional food and the success stories of other satay sellers are also reasons for their choice to become Madurese satay sellers. Abstrak Orang Madura termasuk salah satu suku yang memiliki mobilitas tinggi. Dalam sejarahnya, suku Madura sudah migrasi ke daerah lain sejak zaman kerajaan dulu. Daerah yang dituju salah satunya adalah kota Yogyakarta yang merupakan kota multikultural, wisata dan kuliner. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang migrasi orang Madura ke Yogyakarta, bagaimana sejarah awal mereka ke Yogyarta dan jenis pekerjaan informal yang mereka lakukan disana. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian etnograsi yang dilakukan selama satu tahun, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sejarah migrasi orang Madura ke Yogyakarta sudah sejak abad 17, yaitu pemerintahan sultan Agung di kerajaan Mataram Islam. Ada tiga factor migrasi orang Madura ke Yogyakarta yaitu factor sejarah dan politik, ekonomi dan Pendidikan. Sedangkan pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh orang Madura di Yogyakarta lebih banyak di sector informal, salah satunya berjualan sate. Perkerjaan yang sudah menjadi turun temurun bahkan sudah ada sejak zaman Belanda. Selain itu, branding sate Madura sebagai makanan tradisional yang enak dan cerita kesuksesan penjual sate lainnya juga menjadi alasan pilihan mereka menjadi penjual sate Madura.
