Abstract:
In the assessment of the selection of the best distributor at PT. Borden Eagle Indonesia there are several determining factors in the assessment. The assessment is still not optimal because it uses manual calculations and seems subjective. Because of this problem, the design of the right system can provide solutions to help and facilitate the decision making of the selection of the best distributor in accordance with the criteria that have been determined by the company. The Decision Support System using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is very suitable in the selection of the best distributor with an assessment where there are several criteria, each of which has an assessment weight so as to provide a more effective and accurate assessment of the selection of the best distributor. The criteria used to measure the assessment are 5 (five) namely Sales Growth, General Management and Compliance, Sales Tools, Inventory Management and Financial. The final result of the calculation with the SAW method shows that the alternative A4 is on behalf of the distributor PT. Anugerah Keluarga Jaya east Surabaya region and alternative A10 on behalf of distributor PT. Wono Perkasa Mandiri Tulung Agung region is ranked in the top 2 winners of the best distributors

Abstract:
The research in segar restaurant ordering system for analyzing the menu is still manual. This causes many problems such as the wrong order in the presentation, the wrong order with what was ordered, there is no clear record of sales every day. The results is a bad reputation for the restaurant and for the owner it will be difficult to know sales and cannot predict the food stock. So that in this research, it contains how to design a menu to simplify ordering application, speeding up the ordering process and reduce errors in the process of presenting the segar restaurant using wireless devices. The study was conducted by using field research methods which included observations and interviews as well as system development tool using UML ( unified modeling language) which consists of a usecase diagram , activity diagram and class diagram . And also using the waterfall model as a system development method, where we have to do it step by step through which we have to wait for the completion of the previous stage and run sequentially. In building this system uses 1 usecase diagram consisting of 13 descriptions usecase , 13 activity diagram and 1 class diagram. This menu ordering application built with PHP programming language and MySQL as its database . This application is designed to generate output data processing and transaction orders and sales reports

Abstract:
The selection of wedding organizer cooperation is one way to support choosing the right kersama for the development of a company. The election will have a big impact on the company. So in this research aims to provide the best alternative in the selection of kerjsama wedding organizers by using a decision support system. Decision support system is a form of Computer Base Information System (CBIS) that is interactive, flexible, and specifically developed to support problem solving from unstructured management to improve decision making, decision support systems are usually built to support solutions to a problem or to evaluate an opportunity. In this research, the author will use Rank Order Centroid method in weighting and use Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment method for settlement. The benefit that the authors want to achieve in this study is to be able to provide convenience for the company to choose the best choice that will be invited to cooperate. so as to reduce the risk of loss or even increase the profit and trust of consumers or booker wedding organizers

Abstract:
Spices are parts of plants that have a strong aroma and are used in small amounts in foods as flavours, preservatives, and food coloring. Spices are usually used as medicines, natural dyes, and spices. As a kitchen spice, spices have a variety of types, but have almost the same shape and color. In this study, the Machine Learning algorithm was tested which is one of the Artificial Neural Network methods that is often used to predict data. The research data used are export data of medicinal, aromatic and spice plants in 2012-2020. Based on this data, a network architecture model will be determined, including 3-10-1, 3-15-1, 3-20-1, 3-25-1. From the five models, training and testing were carried out first and then obtained the results that the best architectural model was 3-10-1 with 0.01929300. So it can be concluded that the model can be used to predict the export data of medicinal, aromatic and spice plants

Abstract:
Analysis of the Maturity Level of Information Systems at Costomer Service at PT Metrox Fortuna With Cobit 4.1 Framework. PT Metrox Fortuna is a retail retail company engaged in the fashion and lifestyle sector that focuses on the upper middle class market since 2004. This company utilizes information technology in managing its business processes, one of which is the management of service information systems. The application used as a payment information system is Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The problem found in the governance of the information system is that it is not optimal in using information technology systems effectively and efficiently, so that business needs have not reached the maximum and the company has not maximized the potential of each employee so that there is still a critical dependence on key individuals. Based on the results of research using the COBIT 4.1 framework, the current maturity level is 3.85 from the expected maturity level of 4, so there is a gap or average gap of 0.15. So there are several recommendations that can be applied to PT Metrox Fortuna. Several recommendations were made, namely the need for management to evaluate the training methods communicated to system users according to the standards needed to meet organizational goals and deliver the training intensively, the need for documented knowledge sharing and the provision of staff reserves

Abstract:
Kirana windu is a company engaged in rubber management and has implemented an information system in the inventory section which aims to control the movement of products from the company. In this study, the author uses COBIT 5 framework with sub domains APO01, BAI01, DSS01, MEA01 and EDM01. For the calculation of the average maturity level of the five sub domains, which is 432%, when viewed from the rating scale, it is included in level F which indicates that it has reached the Fully achieved value where there has been a complete and systematic approach and full achievement. And in terms of the rounding scale of the condition mapping index of the capability model, it is the Performed Process where the process of the SAP application system at PT. Kirana Windu has been successfully implemented and has achieved the goals planned by the institution. From the results of the calculation of the GAP or gap, it is known that for all domains the target level has been reached.

Anugerah Mitra Semesta is a company engaged in PVC trading. The problem that exists in PT. Anugerah Mitra Semesta is the Sales Information System which is still done manually. Thus making the company slower in pursuing sales targets. Therefore, the solution that can help these problems is to conduct an analysis in order to create a good sales program, easy to use and become an illustration for making a sales program for the company. This analysis is used with UI/UX design using the prototype method. Abstract:
In today's era of globalization, information technology is advancing rapidly. Information obtained because of technological devices such as computers that were created to facilitate human work, especially in the IT field. SMA Muhammadiyah 18 Jakarta is in dire need of an information system to support school needs. For this reason, the author tries to make research on the payment system at SMA Muhammadiyah 18 Jakarta which is currently not computerized. SMA Muhammadiyah 18 Jakarta is a business charity engaged in education under the auspices of the Muhammadiyah Cipulir College, Kebayoran Lama Branch. The existing school payment system is still done manually. Starting from the process of receiving payments to making reports, making it possible during the process there were errors in recording, less accurate reports made and delays in finding the required data. The design of a payment information system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in this school. Therefore, a computerized system is better than a manual system so that it runs more effectively, efficiently and the current payment system is more conducive than the previous system. The result of this research is a payment system design that utilizes information technology that can solve various problems that occur in the current system.

Abstract:
Banana fruit or in scientific language is called Musa Paradisiaca. One type of banana that is easy to grow and develop in the tropics of Indonesia is the Cavendish Banana or commonly known as the Ambon Banana. The quality of Ambon bananas must be maintained because Ambon bananas grown in Indonesia also supply the needs of foreign markets. The quality of bananas is very influential from the time of harvesting, the level of maturity of bananas is related to marketing reach. Basically, farmers use manual methods in determining the maturity level of Ambon bananas, so there are several factors that can make the classification results less accurate. Based on these problems, a system was made to classify the maturity level of Ambon bananas by utilizing the RGB and HSV color features using the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method. Classification uses image processing by utilizing matlab software for making a classification system with 3 classes, namely raw, ripe, and overcooked. The results of this study are expected to help Ambon banana farmers in classifying the maturity level of Ambon bananas. In this study using data obtained from the place of observation. The data used in this study were 41 data which were divided into 30 training data and 11 test data. The data is classified using the KNN method by measuring the distance to the nearest neighbor with a value of K=5. From this study, the results obtained accuracy of 90.9% with the results of the classification of test data as many as 10 data received accurate classification results and 1 data received inaccurate classification results.

Abstract:
Internet of Things (IoT) technology provides system integration to accelerate wireless remote data acquisition. This paper presents the implementation of IoT based applications to monitor security guard surveillance activities in the campus environment. The traditional reporting system still has many limitations. The security guard should make a written report to his supervisor and send the surveillance images using a third-party instant messaging application. The reporting results are not integrated. Implementation of IoT system which consists of Dynamic QR-code Display, Android Application, Web Application, and Cloud Database, enables the integration and real-time reporting system. Security guard reports can be seen directly, both written reports and the surveillance image, using a web application. Each security guard on duty has its unique QR code for each location and current surveillance schedule. It makes the security guard cannot ask their duties to other people. The results of this research show that this system has been able to meet the needs of security officers. The success rate of security guards when doing the task using this application is 90%.

Abstract:
Identifying a person's identity still often uses an ID card (KTP, SIM, passport, etc.). This method has a weakness because the ID Card is easily damaged and lost. Biometric recognition systems provide a solution by using human body parts as identity recognition. Sounds are readily available biometric information. Voice pattern recognition is used for the speaker identification process to obtain the identity of someone speaking. This paper reviews several feature extraction and classification methods that are often used in speaker identification. The selection of feature extraction methods and classification functions in computation and the level of accuracy of the speaker identification system. Based on the survey dataset applied with the feature extraction method, the Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC) method has high accuracy even with noise input. Then in classification, the Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM) method is most often used because it can work in noise. Recently, a hybrid classifier has been developed, which increases the accuracy value.

Abstract:
Decision Support System (DSS) is a procedure-based model for processing data and assisting management in making decisions. Decision Support System (DSS) is a problem solving program and provides a solution to a decision in both structured and unstructured situations. Currently in the homeroom at SMA Ferdy Ferry Putra Jambi, it is still done subjectively by the principal. The assessment carried out by the principal is only based on the internal closeness factor between the teacher and the principal. Some possibilities for homeroom teachers are also based on age and years of service at school, causing injustice among teachers. The purpose of this study is to assist the school in determining homeroom teachers based on the achievements and services of teachers in educating students. The research method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Research in making this application is carried out using the waterfall model with 6 stages, namely needs analysis, design or design, coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance. Making this application program was developed with the PHP programming language and the database used is MySQL. With this system, it can help the school in determining the ranking of teachers based on the value of services that will be selected as homeroom teachers

Abstract:
Disorders of the eye become a disease that is often experienced. There is a new symptom model found, causing confusion that occurs. Diseases of the eye often attack humans, especially in the current era of digital technology, because they spend more time staring at cell phone or computer screens. So the application of this expert system is made to provide solutions for the community to diagnose the symptoms that are often experienced. In making this application, the forward chaining method and certainty factor are used in the application built and comparison with the combined forward chaining and naive Bayes method. The test is carried out by testing 40 data samples based on existing symptoms, carried out by the system and also manually to see the accuracy of the values given. The results given are that there is a fairly high level of certainty in the diagnosis of hypermetropia with a certainty value of 88.43% and the smallest certainty value in the diagnosis of presbyopia with a value of 61.702% of the total testing obtained a probability level of certainty ranging from 51%-79%.

Abstract:
The process of monitoring and evaluation in a government agency, especially Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (BAPPEDA) of Lombok Tengah Regency is one of the most important things to do. The process of monitoring the implementation of work is carried out to obtain facts, data, and information in the process of achieving goals. Bappeda Lombok Tengah in the process of implementing monitoring and evaluation still uses the conventional system by collecting SKPD files on a quarterly basis which causes the process to be inefficient. Therefore the application is very necessary. The purpose of this research is to produce an application to facilitate the monitoring and evaluation of the current year's RENJA. The system design/development method used is the prototyping method. The implementation of the prototype method is carried out in 3 (three) stages, the first stage is listening to system users related to system requirements, the second stage is making prototype interfaces and the third is testing the prototype interface that has been proposed by the user. In this study, the system will be tested with usability testing in the form of a questionnaire. The test consists of 3 assessments, namely system quality, information quality and service quality. to get feedback from users. Results of System Testing using a questionnaire method involving 10 respondents reached 87% which indicates that the RENJA Information system is very suitable for use by users. With this application, Bapeda can monitor the Work Plan of each SKPD and can provide an assessment of the realization of DPA-SKPD quickly, precisely and efficiently.

Abstract:
Investing in stocks is a popular type of investment today. During the current COVID-19 pandemic, the shares of companies in the pharmaceutical sub-sector are becoming more attractive. Stock price movements determine whether investors will increase their investment in a company or withdraw their money. To minimize the risk of investor loss, forecasting is carried out on the daily closing of stock prices. Forecasting is the best method to predict future stock prices Geometric Brownian motion is a method used to predict time series data, where random variables follow Brownian motion. In this study, simulation and analysis of stock returns and fluctuations (volatility) of 5 companies from the basic industry and chemical sector (Basic Industry & Chemicals), pharmaceutical sub-sector on the IDX will be carried out. The five companies are PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk (DVLA), PT Indofarma (Persero) Tbk (INAF), PT Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk (KAEF), PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF), and PT Industri Jamu and Pharmaceutical Sido. Muncul Tbk (SIDO). After the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normalization test, the stocks that meet the normal distribution are KLBF and SIDO. Then the predicted MAPE value of the two stocks is calculated. The MAPE values for KLBF at 100 iterations, 1000 iterations and 10000 iterations were 2.1073%, 1.4382% and 1.2847%.. MAPE values for SIDO at 100 iterations, 1000 iterations and 10000 iterations are 2.0136%, 2.2568%, and 2.0677%.

Abstract:
The research conducted is the Comparative Analysis of the ACO-TS and ACO-SMARTER Algorithms in Solving the Traveling Salesman Problem where the problem to be solved is the traveling salesman problem (TSP). The purpose of this study is to hopefully be able to provide a comparison result of running time and the shortest distance between the ACO-TS algorithm and the ACO-SMARTER algorithm in solving the TSP. The test results show that the combination of the Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) algorithm and the Tabu Search (TS) algorithm is better in terms of achieving the optimum path and running time than the ACO and ACO-SMARTER algorithms in solving the Traveling Salesman Problem. The Tabu Search algorithm in the ACO algorithm acts as a controller for the routes that have been selected so that they are not processed again by the same ant. This will certainly make the ACO-TS algorithm faster in processing data because there is no data on the same route in the next round, where from 200 datasets the running time is obtained at ACO 11.5 seconds and the optimum distance is 76687, ACO SMARTER 8.5 seconds and the optimum distance is 74496 while the ACO-TS only takes 2.9 seconds and the optimum distance is 70558

Abstract:
Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) is social food assistance that is paid in non-cash form every month by the government. However, the problem of identifying BPNT recipients has not been identified properly and it is not certain that the poor really deserve to receive BPNT. So far, the existing system has not been optimal for selecting BPNT recipients with the existing criteria. Data management still uses a manual system and is not effective in determining who is entitled to receive BPNT and who is not. A creative solution to overcome this problem is the use of a web-based decision support system (DSS) using the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method. A system based on human and computer intelligence that creates options to improve decision making. The purpose of this research is to develop a system that helps decision making in deciding the acceptance of BPNT in poor families. This makes it easy to determine who is eligible and who is not eligible for assistance. This method is easy to apply for ranking by comparing it with other methods so that the results are more precise and accurate. The calculation process for the ARAS method using a very complex web-based system greatly facilitates and speeds up the determination of BPNT receipts. To facilitate implementation, 10 data with 5 criteria were used as sample data. Based on the calculation results of the potential beneficiaries on behalf of Selamat and Prayogi, the priority is getting assistance with a final score of < 0.07.

Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to compare the performance of the Stochastic Gradient Descent and Naïve Bayes algorithms in classifying Diabetic Retinopathy. Diabetic retinopathy is a complication of diabetes that causes damage to the retina of the eye. These disturbances can be detected by early detection through data extracted from eye images. This research uses source data from the UCI Machine Learning Repository, namely Diabetic Retinopathy Debrecen, totaling 1,151 data records with 19 attributes consisting of 18 attributes and 1 target attribute. The validation test uses the Cross Validation method with a total of 10 k. From the comparison of the two proposed methods, the Stochastic Gradient Descent algorithm produces an average test accuracy of 70.16%, while Naïve Bayes produces an average accuracy of 56.74%. From the comparison of the two algorithms, the Stochastic Gradient Descent algorithm is known to be superior in classifying the Diabetic Retinopathy Debrecen Dataset.

Abstract:
The main problem regarding nutrition faced by Indonesia is stunting, where Indonesia is ranked fifth in the world with the largest stunting prevalence rate in 2017, which is 29.6% of all Indonesian children. Stunting is a child under five years who has a z-score value of less than -3 standard deviations (SD). Stunting has a negative impact, namely it can disrupt the physical and intellectual development of toddlers in the future. In this case, the examination of stunting status by medical personnel is still carried out manually which takes a long time and is prone to inaccuracies. This study aims to classify stunting status in toddlers by applying the K-Nearest Neighbor method using the Backward Elimination feature selection to get fast and accurate results. Based on the results of this study, the average accuracy produced by the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm at k=5 is 91.90% with 9 attributes and the average accuracy produced by the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm with the addition of Backward Elimination is 92.20%. with 8 attributes. These results indicate that the application of Backward Elimination can increase the accuracy value of the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm and also perform attribute selection.

So a location search application was made using the Location Based Service method as the location of the user's point and the Haversine Formula Algorithm as a measure of the distance. Abstract:
Language is an important part of a country or region in communicating between individuals formally and informally. However, it becomes an obstacle, not all outsiders and native residents of Lombok Island (Sasak Ethnic) understand the dialect of Sasak, Lombok Island, West Nusa Tenggara. In addition, in formal and informal meetings, it is rare to use the Sasak language in communicating. Based on these problems we need a media that helps in interacting in the form of a dictionary. The Sasak Language Dictionary is presented in a mobile-based application by utilizing voice as input which is known as Speech Recognition technology. The application is built using a prototype methodology and programming tools using Embarcadero Delphi 10.32 Programming. and SQLite as database. The result of this study is to build a Sasak Language Dictionary mobile application using Speech Recognition in the form of utilizing voice as input.

Abstract:
Mixed learning methodologies have been disputed in terms of educational quality when it comes to self-study. Educators face specific challenges when making hybrid learning work since they must adjust to teaching while also strengthening their technological abilities. The blended learning paradigm, which is commonly adopted in many educational institutions, can produce a slew of issues for students. The goal of this essay is to gather thoughts about distance learning based on social media comments. This study creates a classification model using Twitter tweet data by assessing public perceptions and acceptance of the mixed learning model. The findings of examining thoughts regarding this model include categorizing tweets as favorable or unfavorable using the Twitter sentiment analysis approach. The results revealed an almost equal polarization of positive and negative sentiments, with 44.51 percent positive and 45.80 percent negative. More research can be done to analyze attitudes not just on Twitter but also on other social media platforms to improve public opinion accuracy about mixed learning in a pandemic crisis.

Abstract:
In this study, efforts were made to break the chain of spread of COVID-19 with the main technique of heating to dry the liquid on the surface of the groceries. Built a heating box with a length of width and height of 65cm using the main material of fiber glass with a thickness of 3mm. By using Arduino Uno as a control tool, the MLX temperature sensor is used to measure the temperature in the box and the Proximity sensor is used as a sensor to detect goods. The method used to design the tool is the Research and Development (R&D) method. The test results using an initial temperature of 47º and the desired temperature of 56ºC takes 07 minutes 21 seconds the temperature displayed by the LCD has reached 56ºC, when the surface temperature of the goods is measured using a thermogun, the results are 43.1ºC. Complete trial using an initial temperature of 29ºC and the desired temperature of 56ºC takes 2 minutes 18 seconds, the temperature displayed on the LCD has reached 56ºC. When the surface temperature of the goods is measured using a thermogun, the results are 55.5ºC. The results of the last test show that the temperature is close to 56ºC.

Abstract:
Fake news is false information that looks like it is true. News can also be said as a political weapon whose truth cannot be accounted for which is spread intentionally to achieve a certain goal. Classification of news texts requires calculating a method for each word in the document. Each word processed per document means that the number of data dimensions is equal to the number of words. The more the number of words in a document, the more the number of dimensions in each data (high dimension). The large number of dimensions (high dimension), causes the model-making process (training) to be long and the shortcomings are also clearly visible in seeing the similarity of documents (document similarity). The dataset used in this study amounted to 20000 and 17 attributes. The method used in this study uses a Random Forest Classifier (RFC), Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Logistic Regression (LR) with high dimensions and the results of this study are to obtain a comparison of the accuracy values for each method used

Abstract:
The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has an impact on every sector of life, including the economy. The government implements social activities that make people have to carry out activities at home. Because of this, humans choose to do everything digitally, including ordering food. With the application of public interest in ordering food online, the income of one of the food orders, namely Gojek (Gofood) has increased. However, Gofood has many pros and cons in the community. In this case, many people give their opinion about the use of social media, especially twitter. The purpose of this study was to analyze public opinion on the performance of Gojek (Gofood) in Indonesia. The grouping into three classes, namely positive, negative and neutral classes were tested using the Naïve Bayes and SVM methods and compared the two methods. The analysis of public sentiment regarding Gofood on Twitter resulted in 92.8% worthy neutral, 5.2% worthy positive and 2.0% worthy negative. Comparing the accuracy results, the Support Vector Machine method has greater accuracy than the Naïve Bayes method, with the Support Vector Machine accuracy values of 83% and 98.5%, while the Nave Bayes accuracy values are 74.6% and 91.5% respectively.

Abstract:
Batik has several motifs and patterns so it is necessary to identify certain objects in an image, one of which is the recognition of the image of Yogyakarta batik using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method which is already popular in the use of image data classification. The introduction of batik imagery aims to contribute to the digitization of batik image data and at the same time provide information on types of batik to the public. The batik image recognition process using CNN in this study combines the image segmentation process and the enhancement process with median filters and sharpening. The segmentation process carried out before CNN aims to help separate foreground objects from objects that are not needed in the background. The segmentation process that is commonly used is using K-means Clustering. Where K-means Clustering is used to group data in the same category. Furthermore, the enhancement process using the median filter and sharpening was carried out separately to compare the batik image classification process using CNN based on K-means Clustering from the median filter results and the sharpening results. The batik image classification process with CNN based on K-means Clustering on the median filter resulted in an accuracy value of 100%. Meanwhile, the batik image classification process with CNN based on K-means Clustering from the sharpening results resulted in an accuracy value of 80%.

Abstract:
The weighing clerk is part of the BUMN employees whose job is to calculate incoming and outgoing income from the results of the company's raw material scales. Of course, every company engaged in this field requires quality weighing machines that can improve the quality of a company. In selecting the best field weigh-in, several criteria can be used as references, such as performance, responsibility, age, level, and number of dependents. And due to the large amount of data that is not suitable for field weighing clerks but has registered to be field team assistants, the head of the company is confused and it takes a long time to select suitable field weighing clerks to be employed. In order to assist in the selection of candidates for the weigh-in election, a decision support system is needed. The Operational Competitiveness Rating Analysis (OCRA) method is one of the supporting methods in determining the priority criteria for the selection of field weigh-in candidates. As for the results in the research on the selection of the best field weighing clerk, alternative A2 with a value of 0.583 on behalf of the Libra Purba.

Abstract:
The Covid-19 pandemic that has occurred in Indonesia and even in the world has not yet ended. Various efforts have been made by the Indonesian government to minimize the spread of this virus, such as the implementation of a lockdown, Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB), a ban on going home during the Eid al-Fitr holiday, and so on. One of the new policies issued by the government is the vaccination program, where the government has started implementing the program since early 2021 for the people of Indonesia, which aims to increase antibodies to avoid exposure to the Covid-19 virus. To find out opinions, comments, or feedback given by the public on this new policy, sentiment analysis can be done. The process of this sentiment analysis includes data collection, namely the crawled tweet data originating from the Twitter social media. The data is then selected for further pre-processing stage so that the data is clean and ready for classification. Furthermore, sentiment weighting is carried out for data labeling using a lexicon dictionary and negative words. Then after that, the terms or words are weighted with tf-idf and followed by the feature selection process using Information Gain. Furthermore, the classification process is carried out using the Naive Bayes Classifier algorithm to classify the data into 3 classes, namely positive, negative, and neutral sentiments. The results of this study are to produce a model accuracy rate of 78%, recall 80%, and an AUC score of 0.904.

Abstract:
 Practical tools are one of the lecture facilities that are at risk of being damaged or lost, so a system for recording borrowing and returning transactions is needed so that the existence of borrower data and tools can be known. Therefore, an android-based information system was designed as a medium for borrowing and returning laboratory equipment, to make it easier to borrow tools, record equipment borrowing, and inventory laboratory equipment. The method used in this research is the FAST (Framework for the Application Systems Thinking) method. This application is built using the Java programming language and utilizes the Firebase Real-time Database for data storage and processing. The application of this android-based information system has had a positive impact on laboratory assistants and colleagues in the process of borrowing and returning equipment. In addition, for the Computer Vision laboratory assistant Multimedia, this information system helps in carrying out inventory and maintenance of lab equipment.

Abstract:
The prediction of the price of basic necessities on major holidays in Indonesia, such as Eid al-Fitr, Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, and Eid al-Adha, is something that needs to be observed, because there are often movements in the prices of basic commodities that increase or decrease very drastically. One of the main ingredients experiencing this is eggs, which often experience a significant increase, so it is necessary to make observations in the form of predictions to keep control of fluctuations, especially before and after the big day occurs. In this study, predictions were made on the price of basic commodities on the big day. With the prediction of the cost of goods on the big day, it is hoped that related parties can be assisted in monitoring and stabilizing the movement of basic commodity prices on the market. In this study, a prediction system for the price of basic commodities was produced using the Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP) method. This MLP method can predict time-series data that experiences a lot of fluctuation. In this prediction, MLP can make predictions on ten prices of basic commodities on major holidays every day. The results of this study were divided into three groups, namely Worst, Average, and Best. The division of these three groups separates which staple ingredients have the closest predictions to their actual values. The Worst group is the group whose prediction results are still quite far from the actual, the Average group which is close to the actual value, and the Best group which has the best results because it is very close to the actual value. With prediction results measured using MSE, the Worst group consisted of cooking oil (MSE 0.00197), beef (0.00186), rice (0.00118), and sugar (0.00100). Then the Average group consisted of eggs (0.00096), red chili (0.00085), chicken (0.00074), garlic (0.00062), and cayenne pepper (0.00056). Finally, the Best group only consisted of Shallots with an MSE of 0.00040.

Abstract:
The Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education has been conducting university rankings since 2015. The goal is to map or build Indonesian universities. This ranking is known as university clustering, and it is separated into two categories: non-vocational/academic institutions and vocational universities. The goal of this research is to create higher education clusters based on the four key indicators that have been identified. The Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) II decision model in Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) was employed, together with Geometrical Analysis for Interactive Aid (GAIA) as geometric analysis in the form of decision-making visualization. This investigation yields alternative 2 with a phi of 0.5125 as a compelling value, followed by alternatives 3 and 1. According to the data, the second university out of the five evaluated had the best performance based on the four weights of the Indonesian higher education clustering indicator.

Abstract:
Identification is the identification or determination of an object based on evidence as a clue. The objective of the research was to identify biometric images using edge detection of LoG (Laplacian of Gaussian), Canny, and LoG+Canny with different shapes and dimensions. It is expected that the object can still be identified with different shapes and dimensions. The sample of data used was 20 fingerprint images. This fingerprint image was tested using the methods LoG, Canny and LoG+Canny. The process begins with the image reading, and then the image is converted to grayscale, edge detection and image segmentation. The final result is the identification of the image. The results show that the average accuracy is 89.9 per cent for the LoG method, while 81.8 per cent for the Canny method and 90.7 per cent for the LoG + Canny method. From 10 fingerprint image tests, 8 fingerprint images can be identified by both methods. While the LoG + Canny method is capable of identifying 9 fingerprint images. The LoG method can detect images of 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10; while the Canny method can detect images of 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10; and the LoG + Canny method can detect images of 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. The minimum and maximum pixel values for the LoG method are 11 pixels for the test image and 25327 pixels for the database image. While the minimum and maximum pixel values for the Canny method are 148 pixels for the test image and 42323 pixels for the database image. In the meantime, the minimum and maximum pixel values for the LoG + Canny method are 806 pixels for the test image and 57972 pixels for the database image. The LoG + Canny method can outperform other methods for the identification of fingerprint images from the results of the tests carried out. In addition to the higher accuracy value, the resulting error value is also much smaller. The object images in the LoG method that have not been identified are numbers 1 and 3 with an error of 27.27 percent and 58.33. While the Canny method that has not been identified is number 1 and 5 with an error of 98.31 per cent and 59.92 per cent. The LoG + Canny method that cannot be identified is number 5 with an error of 61.69 per cent. The mean error values for the three methods were 10.1%, 18.2% and 9.3% (LoG, Canny, LoG + Canny).

Abstract:
Various ways are carried out by each agency to win the trust of the public, among others, by increasing customer satisfaction. One of the government agencies that is committed to increasing customer satisfaction is the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Central Java Province. This study aims to measure the suitability of service quality and recommend alignment of the gap between public perception and management perception which is then used as material for evaluating service quality at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Central Java Province using Decision Tree with the ID3 algorithm. Attributes of customer satisfaction input in this study using Servqual, including tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. In this study, it was found that there is a gap between the perception of service users and the perception of management. Where the improvement of service quality that must be prioritized is the assurance attribute. This research is expected to assist the management in finding the weaknesses of their services and increase customer satisfaction to maintain and increase public trust in government agencies

Abstract:
The current generation of smartphones is increasingly sophisticated, equipped with several sensors such as accelerometer, gravity sensor, and gyroscope that can be used to recognize human activities such as going up stairs, going down stairs, running and walking. To get information, the data will be grouped using statistical methods. The performance of statistical methods has shortcomings in classifying data because of the procedures that must be met. To cover this shortcoming, the ensemble technique is used. In this paper, we propose to apply the Multi-Class Ensemble Gradientboost algorithm to improve the performance of the logistic regression method in classifying such as climbing stairs, descending stairs, running and walking. The process of taking data using a smartphone by designing an Android-based .apk system. Then, the entire dataset was separated into training data and test data with a comparison percentage of 70:30. The results obtained show that the Multi-Class Ensemble Gradientboost algorithm succeeded in increasing the logistic regression performance by 27.93%

Banana plant (Musa Paradisiaca L) is one of the horticultural crops that can be planted intensively due to very supportive soil and climatic conditions, especially in North Sumatra. However, the productive growth of banana plants in Indonesia is getting lower, this is due to the lack of knowledge of farmers about banana plant diseases and how to overcome them, another reason is the lack of agricultural managers who provide counseling to farmers about types of banana plant diseases and their prevention and prevention. In this study, we will take advantage of the development of analysis that adopts the process and way of thinking of humans, namely Artificial Intelligence or artificial intelligence which is often called the Expert System with the Bayes Theorem algorithm that relies on probability values, so that it can provide diagnostic results that are in accordance with symptoms based on the knowledge base obtained from expertise. an expert in the field of banana plant diseases. Abstract:
COVID-19 is a virus that attacks the respiratory system which was first discovered in the Chinese city of Wuhan. This virus spreads very quickly and spreads throughout the world, including Indonesia. West Java is the province with the most positive cases of COVID-19, on May 4, 2020, 193 positive cases were added, and on 28 June 2020 there were 1,396 confirmed cases with an additional 18 patients. The unpredictable increase in positive cases of COVID-19 has led to the unpreparedness of officers in handling this outbreak. The West Java Provincial Health Office acknowledged the lack of Covid-19 handling facilities in 52 regional general hospitals in West Java Province to monitor positive COVID-19 patients, one of which was the lack of isolation rooms. In addition, the quality of the isolation room and personal protective equipment does not meet the standards. Predicting an increase or decrease in cases of positive COVID-19 patients needs to be done, so that there is readiness from the task force team for COVID-19 to deal with the problem of lack of facilities including isolation rooms and personal protective equipment. Fuzzy logic is one of the derivatives of artificial intelligence that is able to predict something. The research was conducted using the fuzzy logic of the Tsukamoto method through several stages including fuzzification, formation of rules, inference, and defuzzification. The results showed an error rate of 4.5% which indicated that predicting covid-19 using the fuzzy logic of the Tsukamoto method showed a high success rate

Abstract:
Grouping of positive or negative sentiments in text reviews is increasingly being done automatically for identification. The selection of features in the classification is a problem that is often not solved. Most of the feature selection related to sentiment classification techniques is insurmountable in terms of evaluating significant features that reduce classification performance. Good feature selection technique can improve sentiment classification performance in machine learning approach. First, two sets of customer review data are labeled with sentiment and then retrieved, processed for evaluation. Next, the supports vector machine (svm-rfe) method is created and tested on the dataset. Svm-rfe will be run to measure the importance of the feature by rating the feature iteratively. For sentiment classification, only the top features of the ranking feature sequence will be used. Finally, performance is measured using accuracy, precision, recall, and f1-score. The experimental results show promising performance with an accuracy rate of 81%. This level of reduction is significant in making optimal use of computing resources while maintaining the efficiency of classification performance

Abstract:
Information is a very important thing from time to time. Lighting is needed by humans to support their daily activities. The problem of the lighting sector today is energy efficiency which is still not resolved. Where the use of electricity for lighting is still using old technology that is not environmentally friendly and costs a lot of money per month. One of the concepts of IoT, namely smart lighting, emerged as a solution to overcome problems in the lighting sector. However, the current smart lighting still requires a direct power source from the government (PLN), In addition, sectors such as tourist attractions in rural areas still need to be considered because there are still many areas that do not have a power source that can be used for street lighting. the tourist attraction. So we need a smart lighting technology that can produce its own power source to reduce the electricity costs that must be incurred. This study aims to build a tool or device that can manage and optimize the energy expended by building an IoT device using a piezoelectric sensor as the main material to generate an electric field that will produce electrical energy for lighting or lighting in rural tourist destinations and using fuzzy algorithms. Mamdani logic is a determinant of the intensity of the light obtained from the light sensor on the IoT device. The overall results of the system that has been built can work properly and the Mamdani fuzzy algorithm can be used properly with an accuracy of 93% power saving at the time of testing. In addition, the monitoring system built is also following the data obtained from the system. The suitability between the fuzzy system and Matlab as a whole is in accordance with the value of 100%

CIC University is one of the Private Universities (PTS) in the Computer Sector which is located in the city of Cirebon. CIC University's consistency in the field of IT (Information Technology) so that college students in it can apply IT knowledge to campus facilities. One of the systems currently not owned by CIC University is a decision support system for assessing the performance of college students receiving KIP Kuliah. Assessment of college student performance, especially for scholarship recipients at a university, is a very important form of activity to evaluate performance in improving the quality of performance of scholarship recipients, as a form of measurable responsibility as scholarship recipients both academically and non-academicly and as a form of assessing whether students is still eligible to be awarded a scholarship in the next semester or year. This study discusses the performance assessment of KIP Lecturer recipients using UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a tool in analysis and design, the PHP Hypertext Preprocessor programming language with the CodeIgniter framework, and MySQL as data storage media. Performance appraisal is calculated by a combination of the TOPSIS method and the PROMETHEE method. TOPSIS method is used to calculate the weight of each criterion, while the PROMETHEE method is used to analyze alternative ranking calculations. Testing this application is done by the Black Box method. Abstract:
Indonesia and various country in the world are facing the problem of the Covid-19 pandemic. In Indonesia, the suspect Covid-19 was found in March 2020 in Depok City, West Java. Until February 2021, the number of positive COVID patients was 1,527,524. The need for supervision of the administration of vaccines is carried out by the Depok City Health Office on a number of health facilities that are trusted to administer vaccines to the public. This supervision is carried out using surveillance through visualization of vaccine administration data from the community. So far, the number of vaccines given to all health facilities in Depok City from January to August is around 613276 times which includes the administration of dose 1, dose 2 and dose 3. The amount of existing data can be managed and visualized properly using big data analytics. To get a good shape and visualization in decision making, several data cleansing processes are carried out up to the visualization stage. The use of big data analytics can be used to visualize descriptive data that is able to describe the rhythm of vaccination in Depok City, categorization of vaccine recipients, the type of vaccine given to the number of doses given. So it can be estimated that every month, vaccine recipients will continue to increase, both receiving dose 1, dose 2 and dose 3. This is in line with the Depok government's target which will complete the provision of vaccines to the people of Depok by the end of 2021

Abstract:
Rapid technological developments in the world have had a major impact on various fields, i.e. administration and data collection. One of the data collection systems that is often used is attendance. The attendance system initially only used an attendance sheet that was filled out manually, but there were shortcomings i.e. the possibility of forging signatures during attendance. Therefore, other methods are needed to overcome these problems. In this study, we propose to use facial features for attendance. The data used are 750 facial images consisting of 5 people with each person having 150 facial images with various expressions. The data is divided into two, namely 500 images as training data and 250 images as test data. The next stage is to find a facial features, we propose to use the Local Binary Patterns Histograms (LBPH) method. LBPH is a combination of the Local Binary Patterns (LBP) method with Histograms of Oriented Gradients (HOG). After that, we perform face recognition based on the features that have been obtained. Based on the research results obtained an accuracy rate of 86%

Abstract:
In pandemic conditions such as COVID-19, the measurement of vital signs such as body temperature and heart rate becomes the basis for conducting health screenings. To reduce physical contact and potential hazards, this measurement process can be carried out non-contact. The non-contact measurements carried out in this study used a thermal imaging approach. To reduce the potential danger of transmission, this non-contact measurement device is applied to a security robot. The non-contact measurement method using thermal imaging is done by processing a thermal image on the forehead area. Changes in temperature in the forehead area are then entered into a bandpass filter with a frequency of 0.75 Hz to 3 Hz, which is the frequency range of the human heartbeat under normal circumstances. Calculating heart rate is carried out with two approaches, namely peak to peak interval and fast Fourier transform. Based on the peak-to-peak interval approach, the accuracy is 89.24%, with a standard deviation of 5.6. Meanwhile, with the dominant frequency detection approach using the fast Fourier transform, the accuracy value is slightly better, at 91.84%, with a standard deviation of 4.81.

Abstract:
This study aims to build an information system that can support companies in making decisions, especially regarding sales assessment at PT. Pachira Distrinusa. This is motivated by the difficulty of determining whether or not a sales person deserves an efficient value, because the system is not yet computerized and employee data documents are piled up. In this study, the data used are assessment data at PT. Pachira Distrinusa and the method used is the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm. And to find out how well the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm is used in this study, the RapidMiner calculation is used to perform the test. From the test in RapidMiner, the accuracy value is 91.67% and the ROC value is 0.979, which means that the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm is very well used in this study. After testing using RapidMiner software and getting the test results, then it is implemented into a system using PHP and MySQL which is designed to predict sales assessments. The prediction results obtained from the system are in accordance with the calculation results obtained from RapidMiner calculations and manual calculations. Based on the research that has been done that the decision support system built can be applied to PT. Pachira Distrinusa so as to make it easier to determine the feasibility of the sales assessment at PT. Pachira Distrinusa efficiently.

Abstract:
Car rental is a transportation service that offers rental services for vehicles. This business can also help the community or immigrants who need four-wheeled vehicle rental services for various purposes and needs. Car rental currently still uses the bookkeeping method and manually analyzes the data for recording the rental transaction data. Website-based information systems also have an important role in supporting progress in the application of the car rental business so that they can carry out car rental business activities optimally with progress. Website-Based Car Rental Information System is designed using Sublime tools, Notepad++ and uses a MySQL database. The system design method used is First Come First Served, which is a system that is used to make reservations by paying in advance. The method applies a system of advance payment in advance to get this car unit for rent. From this research, the First Come First Served method is very beneficial for the admin because if there is no rental status payment, it will be taken by other users with the desired car unit.

Abstract:
Wira Wacana Christian University Sumba in supporting its activities as an educational institution is required to use the Academic Information System. Having an academic information system like the web-based Ecampuz certainly requires auditing, monitoring and evaluation of its performance so that the services produced continue to show good quality. The aim of this research is to evaluate and audit system by using Cobit 5 frameworks, while testing and measuring website quality is using the Apache Jmeter tool. The Cobit5 processes used are: Risk Optimization (EDM03), Security Management (APO13), Risk Management (APO12), Change Management (BAI06), Operations Management (DSS01), Service Requests (DSS02), Troubleshooting (DSS03), Security Services (DSS05), Work Monitoring and Evaluation (MEA01), Internal Control of Monitoring and Evaluation (MEA02). Gap analysis and Maturity Level are aimed at obtaining Audit results with good maturity. The results obtained from the average value based on the gap analysis of 10 Cobit5 processes is 1.2 and the Apache Jmeter test shows throughput of 101.746/minute and Deviation is 3671.

Abstract:
Infobengkel website is a website that provides information about available workshops in a certain area. With this, users can find information about the workshop they want easily and quickly. in this study to analyze the usability of the infobengkel website assisted by the Heuristic Evaluation method and End User Computing Satisfaction. both methods are used to analyze the usability of the website and measure the level of user satisfaction of the website. from the results of the study it was stated that the website of workshop information was satisfied by the users. where the End User Computing Satisfaction method gets a value of 7.326 or 73.26% while for the Heuristic Evaluation method it gets a value of 7.204 or 72.04%. After doing the analysis, we get several recommendations for improvement that need to be considered in the website, such as the Format variable in the End User Computing Satisfaction method and the Aesthetic and Minimalist Design variable and Help and Documentation in the Heuristic Evaluation method.

Abstract:
Giving rewards to employees is one way to increase morale and improve performance for employees who excel. At the District Financial and Asset Management Agency. Deli Serdang in selecting the best employees, the workload cannot be used as the only reference for the awarding of these rewards. However, there are several criteria that are also considered in giving rewards. So we need a decision support system to help the selection of the best employees. In this study, the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method was chosen which was carried out by giving weighting to each criterion that was assessed per individual employee using the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method. The criteria that are also assessed in this study are workload, attendance, discipline and work ethic of employees. Later, 3 employees who get the best score will be entitled to a reward.
