Abstract:
The most fundamental of unsaturated soil is matric suction parameter. Matric suction in unsaturated soils plays an important role in controlling physical and mechanical properties. This parameter can influence some other important parameters of soil, such as effective stress, shear strength, swelling pressure, etc. Investigation of matric suction was performed on Ayer Hitam soil, at Batu Pahat District, Johor, Malaysia. Field monitoring works were conducted with and without dolomite treatment at the slopes of Ayer Hitam acidic soil. Field testing used some devices to find out the behavior of matric suction during the rainy session. The result shows that the soil matric suction with dolomite treatment is larger than without treatment and matric suction has a significant difference around 20 – 50 kPa. Enhancement of acidity from the dolomite treatment was not only decreasing pores size caused by the alternating of the microstructure of soil but also leading to increasing the matric suction. The treatment of dolomite material is able to control matric suction and increase the stability of slope acidic Ayer Hitam soil.

Abstract:
Construction workplace safety has become serious issues among global companies. Improvement on occupational safety and health has been carried out. However, construction still becomes a sector with the highest accident rate. Particularly in Indonesia, construction contributes to 32% of accident rate followed by transportation, forestry, and mining. Main driver to improve safety performance is safety leadership as the frontline part of Construction Safety Management System (CSMS). Since it is a non-technical aspect, stakeholders’ awareness is doubtful. Therefore, this study aims to describe Indonesia construction stakeholders’ awareness of safety leadership as part of CSMS. Questionnaire was distributed to 693 respondents comprises of government, planners, consultants, private contractors, and State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) contractors. The result was analyzed with descriptive statistic to reveal the stakeholders’ level of awareness. SOE contractor has the highest awareness of safety leadership. It is considered as obvious finding since SOE contractor becomes dominant in Indonesia’s construction industry. The majority of big-classified contractors are SOE. Meanwhile, contractors’ BOD is the lowest. The BOD commonly uses managerial leadership to run the company rather than safety leadership. However, the safety leadership should be owned by every stakeholder in construction industry whether they are in high or low management level.

Abstract:
The regulations said that all domestic wastewater first should be treated before being discharged into public drainages. Therefore, IMERI building, as a research and education building located in the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia, applies a wastewater management system using activated sludge technology combined with microorganism biofilters. This system is expected to treat the waste generated inside the building. It reprocesses become recycled water and partially discharged into city drainages based on the quality standard and maintenance applied during the operation. By collecting and evaluating primary and secondary data from system planning and routine maintenance results, we assess all performance of the WWTP system. Moreover, this system runs well and has all indicators of effluent categorizes safe. However, routine maintenance and the treatment process with chlorination and tighter monitoring should be taken seriously to keep the whole system's performance.

Abstract:
Construction activities can increase noise that gives an impact on the people who live nearby. The impact of noise can cause psychological and physiological disorders. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effects of the noise level of the Southgate Phase-2 project for citizen activities at PerumahanTanjung Mas, Tanjung Barat. It is based on regulatory standards in KEPMEN LH no. 48 of 1996, KEPGUB DKI Jakarta no. 551 of 2001, and the LNP standard according to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. The methods are doing observation and survey by using a questionnaire to find out the project situation and the noise level produced by using a sound level meter measuring instrument. The result shows that people feel discomfort from the noise of the project, especially at night. Most of the noise measurement result exceeds the noise quality standard and its effects up to 50 meters away from the noise source. The point which is about 5 meters away from the noise source is 63.73 dB (A) and point which is about 50 meters away from the noise source is 59.89 dB (A). Based on the results of the regression equation shows that houses within 120 meters of the project impacted by the noise that exceeds the noise quality standards for the residential area. The most complaints given by people of PerumahanTanjung Mas were feeling discomfort in daily activities (79%), and sleeping trouble (60%).

Abstract:
Population growth in Depok City is large and not in accordance with development land causes many residents’ to build houses with conditions <5 meters from the line of Electric Rail Train or Kereta Rel Listrik (KRL); this causes changes in the quality of the environment, including noise. The objective of this study is to determine the noise level, and the results will be compared with the standard noise level of the residential area; also, to find the influence of noise on residents’. This research was conducted in the area of ​​Rawa Geni Raya Street, 1st Neighborhood, Ratu Jaya Urban Village, Depok City. Noise measurements were carried out at 5-points using a simple method with a noise level measuring instrument (SLM). At one time, the measurement was taken for 10 minutes with a reading time of every 5 seconds. The questionnaire was measured using a Purposive Random Sampling technique, and the number of samples was calculated using the Slovin formula. The results of this study indicate that the 5-point noise level exceeds the recommended threshold according to KEPMEN LH 48 of 1996 and PERMENKES 718/1987 at 55 dB(A). The largest value for the 24-hour noise level (LSM) is at point 1, which is 5 m from the KRL line. The noise level on the weekday is 75.32 dB(A) and 74.24 dB(A) on weekends. According to PERMENKES No 718/1987, the location of point 1 should be included in Area D as an industrial zone, plant, railway station, and bus terminal. The results of questionnaires by 34 respondents showed that the noise generated by KRL was noisy and the majority of respondents agreed the noise affected the comfort level; in terms of health, respondents agreed KRL noise caused sleep disturbances and hearing loss.

Abstract:
Covid-19 pandemic has affected the education sector. Having implemented physical distancing policy to stop virus transmission in the second semester of 2019-2020 made learning from home policy for school children by using internet access. Almost all schools undergo learning from home during pandemic covid-19 including schools in Depok, West Java. To protect student health conditions returning study at school, infrastructure for health and clean sanitary system must be strengthened. The telecommunication study program of the Electronic Engineering department of Politeknik Negeri Jakarta offers electric washing hand tools or electric washbasin at Islamic Madrasa Muhammadiyah 1, Beji Timur Depok. This elementary school is a partner for the community development program of the study program. Washbasins are placed in front of classes equipped with a water tap as well as an appropriate drainage system. Water tap is built by using an infrared sensor which is based on microcontroller Atmega 328p. This electric water tap enables students and teachers to wash their hands merely by getting closer their hands on the water tap. Water will be poured and be stopped automatically. Keywords –Covid-19, electric water tap, health system, washbasin. Abstrak Akibat adanya pandemi virus Corona yang disebut COVID-19, dunia pendidikan ikut terdampak akibatnya. Dengan berlakunya Lock down dan Physical distancing, pada semester genap 2019-2020 pembelajaran dilakukan dari rumah dengan menggunakan bantuan teknologi internet. Hampir semua sekolah melakukan hal yang sama, apalagi Depok yang masuk zona merah dari pandemi COVID19. Siswa dapat hidup sehat dengan adanya sarana prasarana di rumah masing-masing, misalkan untuk cuci tangan menggunakan sabun dan air mengalir. Setelah pandemi kebiasan hidup sehat harus tetap dilanjutkan. Pembelajaran kembali ke model semula yaitu face to face. Sarana prasarana PHBS harus disiapkan disekolah. Program studi Telekomunikasi Jurusan Teknik Elektro menawarkan membuat tempat cuci tangan atau wastafel di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah 1 Beji Timur sebagai mitra pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat program studi. Wastafel dipasang di depan kelas dilengkapi dengan keran air dan pembuangan air yang benar. Untuk menerapkan keilmuannya dalam bidang teknik elektro, pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berbasis program studi Telekomunikasi ini dibuat keran otomatis menggunakan sensor infra red berbasis mikrokontroler Atmega 328p. Dengan keran otomatis ini jika ingin mencuci tangan cukup dekatkan tangannya kepada sensor, dan otomatis air akan keluar. Jika tangan dijauhkan dari sensor otomatis air akan berhenti mengalir. Jadi tidak perlu untuk membuka keran secara manual. Kata Kunci –covid, keran otomatis, PHBS, wastafel.

Abstract:
Bookkeeping financial transactions are significant for a business. Micro enterprises are overgrowing in society but have weaknesses in developing business processes, recording, and financial accounting transactions. This activity aims to provide training and assistance for business development and simple bookkeeping to micro-business managers, mainly traditional herbal medicine entrepreneurs, as activity partners. Through community service activities, the Diploma 4 Program of Accounting Department of Politeknik Negeri Jakarta seeks to improve the micro-business manager's ability and expecting to have an impact on improving the economic quality of the community in the activity partner areas. This activity expects to provide benefits for activity partners and study programs related to curriculum development to develop student's teaching materials. Implementing activities is in the form of training and assistance to activity partners to provide optimal results for improving the community's economy. -Sample of twenty micro-businesses selected as participants in the activity. The training is in the form of lectures and practicum, accompanied by consultation and assistance. The results of this activity are in the way of a simple business guide and bookkeeping that can be understood by activity partners. Usaha mikro sangat berkembang pesat di masyarakat tetapi memiliki kelemahan dalam pengembangan proses usaha, pencatatan dan pembukuan transaksi keuangan. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan atas pengembangan usaha dan pembukuan sederhana kepada pengelola usaha mikro terutama para pengusaha jamu tradisional sebagai mitra kegiatan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi mitra kegiatan dan bagi program studi terkait pengembangan kurikulum dalam bentuk pengembangan materi ajar kepada mahasiswa. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada mitra kegiatan sehingga dapat memberikan hasil optimal untuk peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat. Pada pelaksanaan kegiatan dihadiri sejumlah dua puluh orang peserta kegiatan yang terdiri dari anggota masyarakat dan pengusaha mikro jamu tradisional. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dalam bentuk ceramah dan praktikum disertai dengan konsultasi dan pendampingan. Abstract:
An inclusive society is a society that involves all elements and aims to empower and promote social, economic, and political diversity. In an inclusive society, everyone can participate effectively and live together. To realize an inclusive society, we need an understanding of the importance of an inclusive education system that has an important impact on the development and maintenance of education for all (Education for All / EFA). Inclusive education in Indonesia still has many gaps, including low acceptance from peers which can lead to acts of harassment / bullying. This harassment action arises because of the low understanding of the community especially peers towards individuals with special needs (IBK). Whereas support from peers is able to increase IBK interaction with other friends, increase IBK involvement in academic activities, social participation, initiate new friendships for IBK. For this reason, friends need to improve their empathy skills so that they can provide support for IBK. This community service activity is carried out to adolescents with discussion activities, peer tutoring, and role play to change perceptions and increase empathy for IBK Key words –training, empathy, bullying, individual with special needs Abstrak Masyarakat inklusif merupakan masyarakat yang melibatkan semua unsur dan bertujuan untuk memberdayakan dan mempromosikan keberagaman social, ekonomi, dan politik. Dalam masyarakat inklusif, semua orang dapat berpartisipasi secara efektif dan hidup bersama. Untuk mewujudkan masyarakat inklusif, diperlukan pemahaman akan pentingnya sistem pendidikan inklusif yang memiliki dampak penting dalam perkembangan dan mempertahankan pendidikan untuk semua (Education for All/EFA). Pendidikan inklusif di Indonesia masih terdapat banyak ketimpangan, diantaranya rendahnya penerimaan dari teman sebaya yang dapat berujung pada tindakan perundungan/bullying. Tindakan perundungan ini muncul karena rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat terutama teman sebaya terhadap individu berkebutuhan khusus (IBK). Padahal dukungan dari teman sebaya merupakan dapat meningkatkan interaksi IBK dengan teman-teman lainnya, meningkatkan keterlibatan IBK dalam kegiatan akademik, partisipasi sosial, memulai pertemanan baru bagi IBK. Untuk itu teman sabaya perlu meningkatkan kemampuan empati agar dapat memberikan dukungan bagi IBK. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan kepada remaja dengan kegiatan diskusi, tutor sebaya, dan roleplay untuk mengubah persepsi dan meningkatkan empati terhadap IBK. Abstract:
A maximum Management of tourism with tourist objects is interrelated and is very decisive in the progress of the tourist area. The development of tourist sites will have a positive impact on the economy, especially the economy of the middle class societ. The tourism location that is developing in the Central Lombok Regency is natural tourism in Karang Sidemen Village. Karang Sidemen village is one of the 99 tourist villages in West Nusa Tenggara. In general, the people who live in this area have relatively original traditions and culture. In addition, there are several supporting factors such as typical food, agricultural systems, and social systems that contribute to the uniqueness of a tourist village. Karang Sidemen Village is located in North Batukliang District, Central Lombok Regency. This village is located around the Tahura Nuraksa forest area, so that the community around the forest area makes use of the existing resources in the forest. This village has tourism potential that is quite developed in the community, one of which is Blue Lake. Community service activities are carried out in collaboration with the 2021 UNRAM Thematic KKN group with the theme Assistance for Karang Sidemen Tourism Village. The results of the activities that have been carried out are five work programs in the form of: floating jetty, crossing bridges, directions, making sapta charm boards and arrangement / gardening in the Blue Lake area. The impact is that the number of tourist visits increases and can increase the income of the surrounding community. Community service activities to help improve supporting facilities in order to advance natural resource-based tourism villages are very much needed. . Keywords—Tourism object, Karang Sidemen tourism village, nature tourism, supporting facilities Abstrak Pengelolaan wisata dengan objek wisata saling berkaitan dan sangat menentukan dalam kemajuan daerah wisatanya. Berkembangnya lokasi wisata akan membawa dampak positif dalam bidang perekonomian khususnya perekonomian masyarakat menengah. Lokasi wisata yang sedang berkembang di wilayah Kabupaten Lombok Tengah adalah wisata alam yang berada di Desa Karang Sidemen. Desa Karang Sidemen merupakan salah satu desa dari 99 desa wisata yang berada di Nusa Tenggara Barat.. Pada umumnya penduduk yang tinggal di kawasan ini memiliki tradisi dan budaya yang relatif masih asli. Di samping itu terdapat beberapa faktor pendukung seperti makanan khas, sistem pertanian, dan sistem sosial yang turut mewarnai kekhasan sebuah desa wisata. Desa Karang Sidemen terletak di Kecamatan Batukliang Utara, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Desa ini berada disekitar kawasan hutan Tahura Nuraksa, sehingga masyarakat di sekitar kawasan hutan memanfaatkan sumber daya yang ada di hutan tersebut. Desa ini memiliki potensi wisata yang cukup berkembang di tengah masyarakat salah satunya adalah Danau Biru. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan kerja sama dengan kelompok KKN Tematik UNRAM 2021 mengangkat tema Pendampingan Desa Wisata Karang Sidemen. Adapun hasil kegiatan yang telah dilakukan yaitu dihasilkan lima program kerja berupa : Dermaga apung, jembatan penyebrangan, petunjuk arah, pembuatan papan sapta pesona dan penataan/gardening di kawasan Danau Biru. Dampaknya jumlah kunjungan wisata meningkat dan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat sekitar. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat untuk membantu meningkatkan sarana pendukung dalam rangka memajukan desa wisata berbasis sumber daya alam sangat diperlukan. . Abstract:
Socialization and training on writing official letters were held in Kubang Puji Village, Pontang District, Serang Regency, Banten Province. The activity was carried out as a result of the collaboration of a team of Indonesian language lecturers from several different departments at the Politeknik Negeri Jakarta to jointly go down to the community to carry out service in the form of socializing and training official letters for staff in the village and sub-district environment. This activity begins with socialization which aims to regenerate public awareness to be able to use the Indonesian language properly and correctly, both orally and in writing, as well as socialize matters related to correspondence material, especially official letters. After that, the lecturer team made a direct approach to the community to carry out technical guidance on writing official letters. The result of this activity is that the community is reminded of the importance of communicating using good and correct Indonesian, as well as increasing knowledge and skills in writing official letters. Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan hasil kolaborasi di antara tim dosen bahasa Indonesia yang berasal dari beberapa jurusan yang berbeda di Politeknik Negeri Jakarta untuk sama-sama turun ke masyarakat untuk melakukan pengabdian berupa sosialisasi dan pelatihan surat dinas bagi para staf di lingkungan desa dan kecamatan. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan sosialisasi yang bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan kembali kesadaran masyarakat untuk dapat menggunakan bahasa Indonesia dengan baik dan benar, baik secara lisan maupun tertulis, serta menyosialisasikan juga hal-hal yang terkait dengan materi korespondensi, khususnya, surat dinas. Setelah itu, tim dosen melakukan pendekatan secara langsung dengan masyarakat untuk membimbing secara teknis dalam penulisan surat dinas. Hasil dari kegiatan ini masyarakat tersadarkan kembali akan pentingnya berkomuniasi menggunakan bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar, serta adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam menulis surat dinas. Abstract:
This research aims to determine the effect of attitude, subjective norm, and perceived risk on transaction interest using fintech application. Respondent use were students of the Jakarta State Polytechnic Accounting Department as many as 100 respondents. The technique in sampling uses the purposive sampling method. Analysis of the data used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results of this research indicate the attitude have a positive and significant effect on transaction interest using fintech application, subjective norm have a positive and significant effect on transaction interest using fintech application and perceived risk have a positive and significant effect on transaction interest using fintech application. While attitude, subjective norm, and perceived risk simultaneously have a significant effect on transaction interest using fintech application. Keywords: attitude, subjective norm, perceived risk, transaction interest using fintech application ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap, norma subjektif, dan persepsi risiko terhadap minat bertransaksi menggunakan aplikasi fintech. Responden yang digunakan merupakan mahasiswa Jurusan Akuntansi Politeknik Negeri Jakarta sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat bertransaksi menggunakan aplikasi fintech, norma subjektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat bertransaksi menggunakan aplikasi fintech dan persepsi risiko berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat bertransaksi menggunakan aplikasi fintech. Sementara variabel sikap, norma subjektif dan persepsi risiko secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat bertransaksi menggunakan aplikasi fintech. Abstract:
The fast growing of digital technology updates and development have created many technology platforms in the business field. Marketplace, is one of platform resulted from the online buying and selling market revolution which is now increasingly in demand by the public. Th is development have impacted on the increasing numbers of transactions for Indonesia market. The presence of a marketplace have expanding new business areas for business people or entrepreneurs, especially MSME's who uses the marketplace as a means of thei r digital marketing. By seeing this phenomena, it motivates the authors to analyze factors that influenced the use of marketplace by MSME's. This study aims to analyze the interest in the use of the marketplace by MSME's in Jabodetabek cities area based on their perceived ease of use, social influences and perceived of risk. It is hoped the results of this research can contribute to the digital economy business players, especially MSME's and able to provide suggestions for improvements to the policy makers and ECommerce companies providing market. The object of this research is the owners of MSME's in Jabodetabek cities. The analysis technique is descriptive analysis. The results of the study can be described that the interest for using the marketplace by MSME's in Jabodetabek cities were influenced by the variables of perceived ease of use, social influence and perceived of risk. This can be seen from the responses, as many as 91.9% of MSME's actors/players responded that they were strongly agreed with to t he perceived ease of use. As many as 80.75% of MSME's actors/players gave an agreed respond to the variable of social influence and as many as 88.2% of MSME's actors/players gave also an agreed respond to the perceived of risk. Marketplace, menjadi salah satu platform hasil dari revolusi pasar jual beli online yang sekarang ini semakin diminati oleh masyarakat. Perkembangan ini ditandai dengan jumlah transaksi di marketplace di Indonesia yang menunjukan data yang terus meningkat. Kehadiran marketplace memperluas lahan bisnis baru bagi para pelaku usaha, terutama UMKM yang memanfaatkan marketplace sebagai sarana digital marketing. Melihat fenomena tersebut, melatarbelakangi penulis untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan marketplace oleh UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa minat penggunaan marketplace oleh UMKM di Jabodetabek berdasarkan persepsi kemudahan, social influence dan persepsi keamanan. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pelaku usaha ekonomi digital, khususnya UMKM dan mampu memberikan saran perbaikan untuk para pembuat kebijakan maupun perusahaan E-Commerce penyedia marketplace. Objek penelitian ini adalah para pemilik UMKM di Jabodetabek. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian dapat dideskripsikan bahwa minat penggunaan marketplace oleh UMKM di Jabodetabek di pengaruhi oleh variabel persepsi kemudahan, social influence dan persepsi keamanan. Hal ini terlihat dari tanggapan responden, sebanyak 91,9% pelaku UMKM memberikan tanggapan sangat setuju atas persepsi kemudahan, sebanyak 80,75% pelaku UMKM memberikan tanggapan sangat setuju atas variabel social influence dan sebanyak 88,2% pelaku UMKM memberikan tanggapan sangat setuju atas persepsi keamanan. Abstract:
This study aims to test the hypothesis of the intellectual capital on State Owned Bank Profitability for the 2015-2019 period. Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAIC) as model of measurement the intellectual capital performance that used in this study by assessing value added that influenced by capital employed, human capital and structural capital. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis which is processed using the SPSS version 26. The results of this study partially indicate that Value Added Capital Employed (VACA) and Value Added Human Capital (VAHU) has positive and significant effect on profitability as measured by Return on Assets (ROA) indicator. But on the other hand, Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) does not have a statistically significant effect on profitability as measured by Return on Assets (ROA) indicator. Simultaneously VACA, VAHU, and STVA has a significant effect on profitability as measured by Return on Assets (ROA) indicator. These three variables affect the amount of lending by 43.10%. The remaining 53.9% is explained by other variables not used in this study. Abstract:
The government continues to encourage export growth, apart from facilitating licensing and formulating supporting policies, the government also provides customs facilities in the form of bonded zone facilities. This Bonded Zone acts as an Export Processing Zone because goods produced in this area are prioritized for export. Government efforts to accelerate economic growth and increase the attractiveness of foreign and domestic investment. Based on Government Regulation Number 85 of 2015 concerning bonded storage is a building, place or area that meets certain requirements which is used to store imported goods and/or goods originating from other places in the customs area to be processed or combined before being exported or imported for use. The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of the bonded zone facility policy provided by the Directorate General of Customs and Excise to bonded zone companies. This research is a qualitative research. The result of this research is that the Directorate General of Customs and Excise provides and implements a bonded zone facility policy and with the implementation of a bonded zone facility policy in order to facilitate the smooth flow of imported or exported documents and goods to entrepreneurs. Kawasan Berikat ini berperan sebagai Export Processing Zone karena barang-barang yang diproduksi dalam kawasan ini diutamakan untuk diekspor. Usaha pemerintah untuk menselarasikan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan meningkatkan daya tarik penanaman modal asing dan modal dalam negeri. Berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 85 Tahun 2015 tentang penimbunan berikat adalah bangunan, tempat atau kawasan yang memenuhi persyaratan tertentu yang digunakan untuk menimbun barang impor dan/atau barang yang berasal dari tempat lain dalam daerah pabean guna diolah atau digabungkan sebelum diekspor atau diimpor untuk dipakai. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan kebijakan fasilitas kawasan berikat yang diberikan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Bea Dan Cukai kepada perusahaan kawasan berikat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Direktorat Jenderal Bea Dan Cukai memberikan dan menerapkan kebijakan fasilitas kawasan berikat dan dengan adanya penerapan kebijakan fasilitas kawasan berikat guna memberikan kemudahan untuk memperlancar arus dokumen dan barang impor atau ekspor kepada pengusaha. Abstract:
In 2019, the number of BCA mobile banking transactions has increased by 99.2% and the number of BCA Mobile banking users has increased by 28.57%. This shows that the BCA mobile banking application is accepted by the majority of BCA bank customers, but in fact there are still many complaints from BCA Mobile users. Research aims to understand the effect of Service Feature Availability and Service Quality on Customers Interest in Using BCA Mobile in the Jabodetabek Area. The sample taken is 100 customers of Bank Central Asia. The analyze technique used is multiple linear regression with SPSS Version 26.0. The results shows that the Service Feature Availibility and Service Quality partially effect significantly of interest customers in using BCA Mobile in the Jabodetabek Area. All independent variables, have a joint contribution of 49.2% to the customers interest in using the BCA Mobile in the Jabodetabek Area. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ketersediaan fitur layanan dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat nasabah dalam menggunakan BCA Mobile di wilayah Jabodetabek Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 100 nasabah Bank Central Asia. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan alat bantu analisis yaitu SPSS Versi 26.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel ketersediaan fitur layanan dan kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat nasabah dalam menggunakan BCA Mobile di wilayah Jabodetabek. Abstract:
Indonesia is a developing country that embraces an open economy in which to run its economy, the government will not escape the interaction of private sector or other countries. In this case, Indonesia certainly needs a large enough funding to build an equitable and prosperous economy for its people. Foreign direct investment is one of the alternative financing from abroad that can be used as additional funding for economic development in Indonesia. Foreign direct investment is influenced by several factors. This study aims to analyze the Gross Domestic Product, Export Value, and Inflation of Foreign Direct Investment in 2010-2019. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the official website of the Central Statistics Agency, Capital Investment Coordinating Board, Ministry of Trading, and Bank Indonesia. The method of analysis which used by the research is multiple linear regression analysis with a significance level of 5%. This study results showed that partially Gross Domestic Product has a significant positive effect on Foreign Direct Investment. Export Value has a significant negative effect on Foreign Direct Investment and Inflation has a significant positive effect on Foreign Direct Investment. Meanwhile, the variable of Gross Domestic Product, Export Value, and Inflation has a significant effect on Foreign Direct Investment by 91,2%, while the remaining 8,8% was needed by other factors outside of this research. ABSTRAK Indonesia merupakan negara berkembang yang menganut perekonomian terbuka di mana dalam menjalankan perekonomiannya, pemerintah tidak luput akan adanya interaksi dari pihak swasta ataupun negara-negara lain. Dalam hal ini, Indonesia tentu memerlukan pembiayaan yang cukup besar untuk membangun perekonomian yang merata dan sejahtera bagi rakyatnya. Investasi asing langsung merupakan salah satu alternatif pembiayaan berasal dari luar negeri yang dapat digunakan sebagai tambahan pembiayaan dalam pembangunan ekonomi di Indonesia. Investasi asing langsung dipengaruhi oleh beberapa factor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Produk Domestik Bruto, Nilai Ekspor, dan Inflasi terhadap Investasi Asing Langsung di Indonesia Tahun 2010-2019. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website resmi Badan Pusat Statistik, Bank Indonesia, Kementrian Perdagangan, dan Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Berganda dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial PDB berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Investasi Asing Langsung, Nilai Ekspor berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Investasi Asing Langsung, dan Inflasi berpengaruh positif signifikan Investasi Asing Langsung. Sedangkan secara simultan, variabel PDB, Nilai Ekspor, dan Inflasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Investasi Asing Langsung di Indonesia sebesar 91,2%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 8,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Abstract:
This study aims to analyze the effect of Exports, Exchange Rates, Foreign Direct Investment and Foreign Debt on Indonesia's Foreign Exchange Reserves partially or simultaneously in the 2014 to 2019 period. The type of data used was secondary data obtained from the official website of Bank Indonesia, the Central Bureau of Statistics. And the Investment Coordinating Board. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with a confidence level of 95%. The results indicate that Export partially has a significant positive effect on Foreign Exchange Reserves, Exchange Rate partially has a significant negative effect on Foreign Exchange Reserves, Foreign Direct Investment partially has a significant positive effect on Foreign Exchange Reserves and External Debt partially has a significant positive effect on Foreign Exchange Reserves. Simultaneously, all variables have a significant effect on Foreign Exchange Reserves by 88% while the remaining 12% is influenced by other factors outside of this research model. Abstract:
This research aims to analyze the effect of service quality and trust on customer satisfaction in using BRIMobile (BRImo) partially and simultaneously. The sample in this research consisted of 100 customers of Bank Rakyat Indonesia. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with analysis tools, namely SPSS Version 26.0. The results of this research partially indicate that service quality and customer trust have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction in using BRI Mobile (BRImo). Based on the results of the simultaneous test, it was found that service quality and customer trust had a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction in using BRI Mobile (BRImo). Abstract:
LinkAja provide advanced feature such as cash back promotion and discount, and has linked with more than 130.000 merchants, these features can influence perceived behavioral control, attitude, and subjective norm, and however in 2019 there was a decrease in the number of LinkAja users. The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of perceived behavioral control, attitudes, and subjective norms on the decision to use LinkAja. This research used primary data obtained by distributing questionnaire to 100 respondents who were LinkAja users. The data analysis which used in this research are Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS version 26. The results indicate that there is an influence of perceived behavioral control, attitudes, and subjective norms partially have a positive effect on decision to use LinkAja. Simultaneous test results show that perceived behavioral control, attitude, and subjective norm have a positive effect on decision to use LinkAja which is with completeness of features, completeness of information, promotion like cashback and discounts provided by LinkAja dominantly could influence someone decision to use, therefore the expected planned behavior can be realized that is a transformation on transaction habits from cash basis to cashless. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 repsonden yang merupakan pengguna LinkAja. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) dan analisis regresi liniear berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel perceived behavioral control, attitude, dan subjective norm secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap keputusan penggunaan LinkAja. Hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa perceived behavioral control, attitude, dan subjective norm berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan penggunaan LinkAja dimana dengan kelengkapan fitur, kelengkapan informasi, promo berupa cashback dan discount yang diberikan oleh LinkAja dapat mempengaruhi keputusan penggunaan seseorang untuk menggunakannya, sehingga planned behavior yang diharapkan dapat terwujud yaitu mengubah perilaku transaksi dari cash basis menjadi cashless. Abstract:
Banks have the main activity, namely collecting public funds and channeling them to the public. Non Performing Financing (NPF) is a performance appraisal instrument in Islamic banks which is an interpretation of the assessment of earning assets, particularly in the assessment of nonperforming financing. The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts that will be made by UUS (Sharia Business Unit) Bank of North Sumatra in dealing with the problem of Non Performing Financing (NPF). This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection methods by interview, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used a descriptive qualitative analysis method. The results showed that the efforts made by UUS Bank North Sumatra were 4 pillars, namely, collection, restructuring, auction, and write-offs. Abstract:
Takaran bahan pada pencampuran minuman bartender umumnya berdasarkan feeling atau pengalaman sang bartender. Hal ini menyulitkan bagi bartender pemula yang belum memiliki pengalaman dalam mencampur-campur minuman. Sehingga kami membuat Mesin Smart Bartender untuk menunjang kebutuhan baretender dalam melakukan pencampuran minuman lebih cepat dengan takaran yang akurat. Mesin ini menggunakan microcontroller Arduino ATmega 2560 sebagai pengendali. Pemrograman operasi input dan output menggunakan Software Arduino IDE dengan bahasa pemrograman C. Sistem bekerja secara otomatis mengontrol perlengkapan mekanik maupun elektronik sehingga mampu menggantikan peran manusia dalam hal pengambilan keputusan. Mesin ini juga dilengkapi dengan Software yang dapat diakses melalui smarphone menggunakan Bluetooth. Pada mesin ini terdapat enam buah botol yang diisi dengan minuman. Minuman ini dapat dikombinasikan dengan minuman lain sehingga menghasilkan suatu resep dengan cita rasa yang khas. Analisis performansi system ini diuji melalui pengujian Relay, pengujian keakuratan volume, pengujian kualitas minuman yang dihasilkan mesin, pengujian system komunikasi dan jarak minimal akses melalui bluetooth. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa mesin ini dapat bekerja sesuai deskripsi, adapun rata-rata total untuk persentase error terhadap volume yang dihasilkan sebesar 1,51% dengan debit air rata – rata total sebesar 28,62 ml/s, jarak konektivitas via Bluetooth yang baik adalah 1-20 m.

Abstract:
Tempat parkir merupakan salah satu fasilitas yang harus memadai dan nyaman bagi penghuni yang memiliki kendaraan. Pada kenyataannya, saat ini sistem parkir yang digunakan masih bermasalah. Masalah yang ditimbulkan dalam sistem parkir adalah kurangnya informasi mengenai lahan parkir yang kosong serta penempatan kendaraan yang tidak sesuai sehingga sering kali pemilik kendaraan membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk sekedar menemukan tempat parkir yang kosong. Berdasarkan hal itu diperlukan sebuah sistem monitoring parkir yang memudahkan pengendara kendaraan yang hendak parkir. PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) adalah suatu alat berbasis mikroprosesor yang dapat diprogram untuk mengontrol dan mengendalikan proses mesin secara otomatis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membuat miniatur sistem parkir bertingkat otomatis dengan menggunakan kendali berbasis PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) dan HMI (Human Machine Interface). Pembuatan miniatur tempat parkir bertingkat jumlah 12 ruang parkir dengan ukuran miniature yaitu tinggi 80 cm, lebar 45 cm dan panjang 60 cm. Sistem Human Machine Interface (HMI) sebagai interface atau tampilan penghubung antara manusia dengan mesin untuk menjalankan dan mengontrol alat yang sudah dibuat. Hasil tampilan tersedianya lahan parkir akan tampil di layar LCD. Pada tampilan LCD, pengendara kendaraan dapat memilih lantai dan posisi tempat parkir, serta mengetahui jika lahan parkir penuh.

Beberapa daerah pedesaan di Indonesia masih memiliki rasio elektrifikasi yang rendah karena letak geografis yang menyulitkan dalam membangun jaringan listrik. Alternatif solusi agar mendapatkan energi listrik adalah menggunakan panel surya. Namun, keluaran dari panel surya bersifat intermitten, sehingga memerlukan tempat penyimpanan energi listrik atau baterai. Teknologi baterai terkini adalah baterai lithium ion yang diklaim memiliki lifetime yang lama dan mudah dalam perawatan. Namun saat ini, tegangan yang dihasilkan oleh baterai lithium ion hanya 3,7V sedangkan jika ingin dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber listrik rumah tangga diperlukan tegangan minimal 12 Volt. Sehingga peneliti mendesain baterai lithium ion yang menghasilkan tegangan 12 V dengan cara merangkai baterai secara seri dan parallel, serta disusun dalam panel yang compact dan dilengkapi dengan baterai managemen system (BMS). Kinerja dari baterai ini diuji mulai persatuan baterai hingga terwujudnya baterai pack. Hasil pengujian, baterai pack menghasilkan tegangan 12 V, 60 Ah, dan dapat digunakan selama 8 jam untuk beban 57 W. Waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk pengisian baterai yaitu 24 jam dengan pengisi daya 2 A.

Abstract:
Untuk menjaga kualitas tanaman hidroponik perlu dilakukan pemeriksaan parameter seperti pH, suhu, dan kadar nutrisi dalam air. Agar tidak menyulitkan manusia, pemeriksaan dapat dilakukan secara real time selama 24 jam melalui sistem monitoring berbasis mikrokontroler. Proses monitoring menggunakan mikrokontroler Arduino Mega 2560 + ESP8266 dan komunikasi data yang dilakukan melalui media nirkabel. Sistem pembacaan pH air nutrisi menggunakan sensor pH, pembacaan suhu air menggunakan sensor DS18B20, pembacaan ppm menggunakan sensor TDS, pembacaan level air menggunakan sensor Ultrasonic HC-SR04 dan pembacaan tegangan baterai menggunakan sensor tegangan DC. Hasilnya, sistem monitoring berbasis mikrokontroler dapat berfungsi dengan baik untuk memonitor parameter pH, suhu, dan kadar nutrisi dalam air. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan tampilnya nilai pengukuran pada display LCD dan website.

Abstract:
Pembangkitan listrik dengan menggunakan bahan bakar fosil dapat meningkatkan pemanasan global. Untuk mengurangi penggunaan bahan bakar fosil tersebut dapat diatasi dengan pengembangan dan pemanfaatan Energi Baru Terbarukan (EBT). Salah satu contoh dari EBT tersebut adalah Photovoltaic (PV). Penambahan PV dengan penetrasi dan penempatan yang bervariasi memiliki pengaruh yang berbeda-beda terhadap aliran daya. Disisi lain, ketidakseimbangan beban mengakibatkan munculnya arus di netral trafo. Arus yang mengalir di netral trafo ini menyebabkan terjadinya losses (rugi-rugi), yaitu losses akibat adanya arus netral pada penghantar netral trafo dan losses akibat arus netral yang mengalir ke tanah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh masuknya PV ke sistem dengan penetrasi yang berbeda-beda. Penambahan PV di ujung dekat beban dengan penetrasi 10 %, 20% dan 30 % pada tegangan 0,38 kV menyebabkan losses naik sebesar 3,5 kW, 30,8 kW dan 101,6 kW, sedangkan Penambahan PV di tengah saluran dengan penetrasi 10 %, 20% dan 30 % pada tegangan 20 kV membantu mengurangi losses sebesar 9,4 kW, 11,4 kW dan 13 kW. Selain itu, untuk melihat load flow sistem saat terjadi ketidakseimbangan beban pada Wirobrajan substation feeder 1 yang terdiri dari 4 area penyaluran yaitu Ngestiharjo-pakuncen, Tegalrejo, Bumijo A dan Bumijo B dengan menggunakan ETAP (Electrical Transient Analyzer Program) 12.6.0.

Abstract:
In the world of education there is already a curriculum that must be carried out with learning outcomes that must be achieved by students, as well as lecturers who also have duties as facilitators in these achievements. With the Learning Outcomes, it makes students have the ability or competence in accordance with the requirements to meet the predefined study program profiles. One of the competencies that graduates of the Broadband Multimedia field must achieve is in the field of data processing including data compression. The most widely used data compression technique is the Huffman code. Some research on the Huffman code has been done a lot, and someone has made the Calculator application. The calculator is used to determine the code for each character. The code for each character is not fixed, depending on the frequency of appearance in a text. The more often the character appears, the shorter the code. In this study, it has proven that the feasibility of the Huffman Calculator as a tool for Learning Outcomes can be done where data compression with language variables, in this case English and Bahasa Indonesia to the compression ratio, produces the same compression ratio, which ranges from 1.51 to 1.64 for Bahasa Indonesia while English is 1.56 to 1.83, with the average entropy for English 4.35 and Bahasa Indonesia 4.41. Abstract:
Spread spectrum is a data transmission technique that spreads out information spectrum energy signals in a frequency band that is much larger than the minimal spectrum. One of the spread spectrum techniques is Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum (DSSS). This research was built the simulation of DSSS on Binary Phase Shift Keying (BPSK) modulation using MATLAB software. The simulation results of this DSSS simulation are displaying information wave signals, PN codes, signals that have been added with PN codes, signals modulated with BPSK, modulation signals that have been added with AWGN noise, demodulation signals, DSSS output signals and BER vs SNR graphics on the channel AWGN. Abstract:
LCD projectors are widely used to support presentations on teaching and learning activities, meetings, seminars and so on. This study discusses the design and manufacture of a 2x2 planar array triangular patch microstrip antenna as a receiving antenna for wireless LCD projectors to overcome cable length limitations. The research method starts from the design, simulation of design results, fabrication, parameter measurement and antenna testing. The design was carried out using the CST Studio Suite application, then made on the FR-4 PCB. Testing includes measurement of antenna parameters and performance. In testing the antenna parameters, the values ​​obtained are in accordance with predetermined specifications, gain above 3 dB, VSWR below 2 dB, return loss below -10 dB and unidirectional radiation pattern. The antenna performance test results show that the quality of signal and video reception from the microstrip receiving antenna that has been made is still better than the default antenna for the receiver device. Abstract:
Long Term Evolution (LTE) is 4th generation (4G) technology that used as cellular technology. LTE works in various bands, one of band is 1800 MHz. At each location, the signal level that will received by the user varies depending on the usage location. At indoor location, signal level will weaken due to passing the obstacle like trees or walls, so the signal level that the user receivers is less than the maximum. To improve this condition, a repeater is needed. A repeater need an antenna as a signal receiver that transmitted from eNodeB and an antenna for transmitting a signal that has been amplified. In this paper will be explained about design an antenna microstrip double triangular patch with slot Y as an indoor antenna that used for transmitting a signal that works at frequency 1800 MHz. Micostrip antenna that was fabricated and tested has specification value is obtained which are return loss = - 20,702 dB, VSWR = 1,1566, gain = 6,9 dB, and the radiation pattern is unidirectional. Signal level antenna testing is performed on three location by using four provider. The highest signal level gained by Telkomsel provider that is -77 dBm and the lowest is XL provider that is -100,6 dBm. Abstract:
This research aims to identify by exposing differences in meaning in words/terms used in the field of civil engineering, especially in building structures field, between existing meanings according to civil engineering field and in general meaning words (based on KBBI). The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method. This research was preceded by a literature study to obtain research data related to SNI civil engineering-building structure. The techniques used are listened and recorded techniques. The data source is a list of terms in the field of building structure contained in SNI. Data analysis is performed by agih and padan method. The outcomes of this study, obtained several terms in the field of building structures that have conceptual meaning and lexical meaning, such as base words tendon, diafragma, partisi, suffixes words like, tulangan, partisi, kebakaran, sambungan, and compound words like, tangga berjalan and cangkang berusuk. The conceptual meaning of these terms has more specific meaning towards the subject of building structure than its lexical meaning. Yet, both conceptual meaning and lexical meaning have similarities to the concepts it is used for. Thus, it can be noted that the use of vocabulary /term in a field has a special meaning according to the field, initially refers to a common concept first before being interpreted in a more particular field. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yakni metode kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini didahului dengan kajian kepustakaan untuk mendapatkan data penelitian terkait SNI struktur bangunan-teknik sipil. Teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik simak dan teknik catat. Sumber data berupa daftar istilah dalam bidang struktur bangunan yang terdapat dalam SNI. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode agih dan metode padan. Hasil penelitian ini, yakni didapatkan beberapa istilah pada bidang struktur bangunan yang memiliki makna konseptual dan makna leksikal, seperti kata dasar tendon, diafragma, partisi, kata berimbuhan, seperti tulangan, partisi, kebakaran, sambungan, dan kata majemuk, seperti tangga berjalan dan cangkang berusuk. Makna konseptual pada istilah-istilah tersebut memiliki arti yang lebih spesifik ke arah bidang struktur bangunan dibanding dengan makna leksikalnya. Namun, baik makna konseptual maupun makna leksikalnya memiliki kemiripan konsep yang diacunya. Abstract:
Vocabulary is a linguistics ellement of language skills. The purpose of this research is to describe the role of BBC’s Video in Instagram for improving students’ mastery on vocabulary. This research is a class room action research based on the theory of Kemmis and McTaggart (1988). The researcher used three times of classroom action cycle to achieve the goal. The population of this research is students at SMP Negeri 3 Medan and the sample is students at grade seven-two. The data of this classroom action research is score from each cycle. The result of this research shows us that BBC’s Video in instagram as a media of teaching English is able to improve students’ mastery on vocabulary. It can be seen in the first cycle their average score is 60.1, in the second cycle is 72.3 and the last cycle is 85.1. This result shows us that video in instagram is a good instrument to improve the students’ mastery in vocabulary. It is suggested to other English teacher to make this media as an alternative media as far as the teaching method is supported to use.

Abstract:
This study was conducted to analyze the students’ mistake in writing recount text. The subject of this research was the eighth-grade students of Mts Al-Amin Ngetos, Nganjuk which was consisted of 38 students. The researcher needs to analyze the students’ mistakes in writing recount text because writing is one of the four crucial skills to master English. In learning English at school students also learn how to write a text and organize their idea into a proper text. In getting the data, the researcher applied class evaluation research using purposive sampling technique which the sample was taken from 5 students’ recount text of the eight grade students of MTs Al-Amin Ngetos, Nganjuk. The researcher analyzed the students’ recount text based on the writing aspect which should be considered by the students in writing a recount text they were content, organization, grammar, vocabulary, and mechanics. The results showed that there were some mistakes made by the students, mostly their mistakes were inappropriate used of grammar and mechanics. So, the researcher provided suggestions for the teacher to help the students to know the writing aspects and learn how to apply them in writing text.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti dapat disimpulkan bahwa Goa Tabuhan sudah layak menjadi sebuah Detinasi Wisata karena telah memenuhi unsur, seperti: memiliki destinasi serta atraksi pada obyek wisata, sudah di dukung infrastruktur dan sarana bagi pengunjung, serta aksesbilitas yang mudah, selain itu sudah terjalin kerjasama dan komunikasi yang baik antara pemerintah, masyarakat, media dan pihak swasta walaupun belum optimal, sebagai perwujudan pelaksanaan konsep Penta Helix.

Abstract:
Self regulated learning is a way for individuals to control and direct their actions in planning, monitoring, directing and evaluating themselves which will directly affect behavior change so that the mastery of knowledge and skills can be achieved. Students have different ways in their learning process in order to achieve better goals and results. This study aims to look at the differences in self regulated learning skills in students who take part in organizations and students who do not take part in organizations in the Department of Commerce Administration. The population in this study were students who took part in the Formal Organization at the Jakarta State Polytechnic. The sampling technique used in this study was nonprobability sampling, namely Purposive Sampling. The number of samples taken were 60 students, 30 students who took part in the Organization and 30 students who did not participate in the Orgnaisasi either male or female students. While the data collection technique uses a self regulated learning scale with a rating system using a Likert scale. Methods of data analysis were performed using the Independent Sample t-Test technique.

Abstract:
This present research conducted in Civil Engineering Department and reports the implementation of Suggestopedia Learning Method in developing students’ writing ability. The objective of the research was to find out whether or not the first semester of TKJJ Study Program in Civil Engineering Department of Politeknik Negeri Ambon can develop their writing ability through Suggestopedia Learning Method. A quasi-experimental design as a part a quantitative research employed in this study. The dates obtained through the Pretest and Posttest. The sample was using cluster random sampling. Based on the result of observation, it concluded that: The result of the data analysis showed that the teaching through suggestopedia improved significantly the writing ability of the first semester of TKJJ Study Program in Civil Engineering Department of Politeknik Negeri Ambon. It was proved by the mean score on pretest was 47.077 and the posttest was 79.35. In addition, after analyzing the data by using the test formula, the result of t-test value was 3.746 and t-table value 1,684. It means that the t-test value was greater than t-table value it indicated that H1 was accepted and H0 was rejecting. Therefore, the hypothesis of the research is the students’ writing ability that was taught through Suggestopedia Learning Method was better than the students who were taught through conversation method.

Abstract:
Covid -19 pandemic gives dynamic changes in all issues, especially in education. English as both practical and theoretical subjects must be adaptive to technology. It has to engage more active student-student interaction as students are the center of the teaching-learning process. This study was conducted to measure student-student interaction using flip materials in the Zoom meeting. Results show that flip- material promotes autonomous learning to support students' join the e-learning virtually and gives students’ better room to engage in the virtual classroom with various discussions. From the results, we can introduce flip methodology provides better and more effective distance learning and Zoom meeting accommodate the student-student interaction through its varied features like breakdown, inbox chat, and poll.

The result of research is phonological and lexical comparison on Sundanese language in Cilacap Regency and Indonesian language of terms constructions tools. Abstract:
A myriad research has demonstrated the use of internet as an approach to teaching English as foreign language (EFL). The little research on this topic of interest has been undertaken in the Indonesian higher education context. Particularly, the use of digital tool as practicing and examining students’ writing remains under-explored in this educational setting. With these in mind, this research presents an empirical study that looks into to what extent the deployment of a digital tool mediates multimodal learning tasks in the EFL classroom. The study specifically examines challenges and benefits to develop students’ writing and reading competences. The study also looks at the roles of teacher and students in the entire learning process. A total of 80 polytechnic students volunteered to participate the study. Individually, they were assigned to perform a series of tasks, including (1) connecting to website, (2) reading articles and instruction in, and (3) writing essays. Drawing on these data, the present chapter reports on four major findings, that is: (1) drafting and negotiating strategies for writing essay creation, (2) framing the use of language in composing, (3) discussing the result essay creation and improvement, and (4) positioning roles of teachers and students in the entire learning process

Abstract:
More than 100 empirical studies document that subtitling a video improves comprehension of the video. Standard subtitling practices have long been governed by the constraints of the field. In spite of the increased awareness of the need to develop subtitling practices along with new technologies, subtitling practitioners continue to have their hands tied by the constraints of the field and the norms of the profession. In contrast with the restrictions imposed by subtitling norms, recent research has returned to the possibility of creativity in subtitling. Further recent research in audiovisual translation (AVT) has begun to turn towards a multidisciplinary approach. A descriptive qualitative design is deemed to be an appropriate mode of inquiry for this study. The study was conducted at Politeknik Negeri Malang and the participants were students of D3 Study Program in English who have completed their subtitling course. The results illustrated that students agreed that multidisciplinary creative subtitling helps them make the video more interesting. Additionally, it was identified that the need for learning the technology towards preparing the creative subtitling is high.

Abstract:
Recognizing the importance of occupational safety and health (K3) in order to provide a sense of security and prevent work accidents so as to increase morale or performance of other workers. The study discusses the effect of the application of occupational safety and health (K3) on the performance of construction project workers. Companies are requested to immediately apply the new Occupational Safety and Health (K3) standards as stated in the Minister of Manpower Regulation (Permenaker) No.5 of 2018 concerning K3. Employers and Management who do not meet the provisions in this Ministerial Regulation are subject to sanctions in accordance with the Law Number 1 of 1970 concerning Work Safety and Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment. On this occasion the researchers used quantitative methods and the research was conducted at the Cijago Depok toll road during working hours. The average weighting value is 84%, so it can be said that the application of the safety management system and occupational health (SMK3) on the Cijago toll road section 2 B project has been running quite well and effectively. However, in this study, several variables have the lowest score and can affect project performance. Therefore, these variables will be given preventive variables including is variable which has a weight of <76%, namely: X13 which is a variable with the statement "The company presents the results of measurements of noise, vibration, temperature, dust to ensure the implementation of K3 is going well and correctly" therefore according to expert opinion there is a need for preventive measures. The variable that can affect project performance is the variable that has the highest weighting, X17 regarding "OHS regulations and procedures needed" with a weighting of 89% means that project performance is influenced by project workers who feel safe if there are OHS regulations and procedures required that are clearly described and as evidenced by the increase in the S curve

Tanah lempung lunak adalah jenis tanah lempung yang memiliki nilai CBR rendah dan swelling yang besar, selain itu bahan organik dalam tanah lempung tersebut harus menjadi bahan pertimbangan, karena jika melewati batas maksimum akan mereduksi kekuatan dan stabilitas dari proses stabilisasinya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan abu vulkanik dan semen Portland terhadap kekuatan dan stabilitas tanah lempung organik artifisial serta tebal perkerasan rencana yang digunakan. Tahap perlakuan awal, tanah lempung lunak dicampur dengan 3 variasi kadar abu vulkanik, kemudian diperam selama 3 hari. Tahap perlakuan akhir, tanah hasil campuran ditambahkan 5% semen Portland, lalu kembali diperam selama 3 hari. Pengujian sifat fisis meliputi specific gravity, batas cair, batas plastis. Specific gravity meningkat dari 2,58 menjadi 2,65, batas cair menurun dari 71,48% menjadi 43,45%, batas plastis meningkat dari 28,96% menjadi 34,08%, indeks plastisitas menurun dari 42,52% menjadi 9,37%. Pengujian sifat mekanis meliputi pemadatan, CBR, dan pengujian swelling. OMC mengalami penurunan dari 33,696% menjadi 29,586%, MDD mengalami peningkatan dari 1,319% menjadi 1,351%, CBR mengalami peningkatan dari 2,87% menjadi 9,77%, dan swelling mengalami penurunan dari 2,36% menjadi 0,45%, serta tebal perkerasan rencana berkurang dari 15 cm menjadi 8 cm untuk campuran tanah lempung organik dengan 15% abu vulkanik dan 5% semen.

Abstract:
Pada penelitian sambungan balok precast sederhana dengan sistm double lapsplices middle wet joint pada balok precast ini telah dihasilkan suatu perbandingan kekuatan lentur antara balok precast yang disambung di tengah bentang (middle wet joint) dengan balok konvensional. Dari hasil yang ada terlihat bahwa performa balok precast yang disambung di tengah bentang dengan sistim middle wet joint dibandingkan dengan balok konvensional adalah lebih baik, hal itu dibuktikan pada kurva hubungan lendutan-beban antara benda uji konvensional 1 dan benda uji konvensional 2 dengan benda uji precast 1 dan benda uji precast 2. Dari kurva yang ada diketahui bahwa benda uji balok precast 1 mempunyai lendutan 10 mm pada beban 151,8 KN dan benda uji precast 2 mempunyai lendutan 16 mm pada beban 169,2 KN sedangkan pada benda uji konvensional 1 mempunyai lendutan 47 mm pada beban 145,5 KN dan benda uji 2 mempunyai lendutan 40 mm pada beban 144,7.KN. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa balok precast mempunyai performa yang lebih baik dibandingkan balok konvensional

Abstract:
Kontrak lump sum memiiki kelebihan dan kekurangan yang perlu dijadikan bahan pertimbangan oleh kontraktor untuk menentukan tindakan dalam mengatasi risiko. Tujuan dari enelitian ini adalah melakukan analisa tingkat risiko yang mungkin akan dialami oleh kontraktor dalam sebuah proyek dengan sistem kontrak yang sudah berjalan dan melakukan manajemen risiko. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara wawancara, brainstorming, dan menggunakan kuesioner berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian validitas dan reabilitas, resiko yang valid kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process method), menghitung nilai FR berdasarkan metode SNI, dan menggunakan metode Decision Tree Analysis untuk menjelaskan faktor risiko yang mempengaruhinya. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh bahwa risiko yang memiliki nilai faktor terbesar dari tiap tahapan proyek adalah: 1) Perencanaan: Perijinan proyek = 0,594 ; 2) Proses lelang & kontrak kerja : Sistem kontrak yang digunakan = 0,560 ; 3) Pelaksanaan konstruksi : Kecelakaan kerja = 0,601 ; 4) Penyimpangan dalam pelaksanaan dan operasional terhadap perencanaan : Sumber pembiayaan = 0,573. Kemudian mitigasi risiko dapat dilakukan.

Abstract:
Pasir silika adalah material dari kristal silika (SiO2) dan senyawa lainnya yang mengandung material lain selama proses deposisi, memiliki komposisi gabungan dari SiO2, Fe2O3, Al2O3, CaO, MgO, dan K2O. Sensitivitas atau responsivitas suatu sensor gas dapat dipengaruhi oleh porositas pada permukaan substrat, umumnya substrat material dari sensor gas digunakan alumina (Al2O3) atau dioxside silikon (SiO2).Pada artikel ini membahas tentang hasil proses sintering pada pasir silika yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan struktur SiO2 yang baik, khusunya dalam parameter konduktivitas termal. Proses sintering dilakukan pada pasir silika dengan campuran almunium sulfat (AlSo4) pada 1600o untuk hasil kemudian tumbuk menjadi tiga (3) buah sampel yaitu sampel A ukuran mesh 300, Sampel B ukuran mesh 500 mesh dan sampel C ukuran mesh 1000 mesh.Hasil pengamatan, jika tiga sampel dipanaskan (T) sampai 1000 , sampel C memiliki responsivitas tinggi untuk dibandingkan dengan sampel a dan b dengan rasio 5,7; 5,4 dan 4,8. Disimpulkan bahwa bahan substrat dengan ukuran mesh kecil (sampel C, 1000) memiliki resistivitas termal yang tinggi dibandingkan dengan ukuran bahan mesh rendah , sampel A (mesh 300) dan dan B(mesh 500).Akhirnya ketika diimplementasikan dalam model sensor Gas CO, dihasilkan bahwa sample C dengan mesh 1000 memiliki thermal sensitivitas yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan sampel B dan A

Abstract:
The occurrence of problems regarding operating procedures that are not suitable for heavy equipment in the field is one of the causes of component life which is not maximally achieved. Therefore it is necessary to have an innovation to make it easier to monitor and operate heavy equipment, especially when there is a shift in work shift for heavy equipment operators. Operator experience in several mining activities, many operators shut down the engine suddenly so that the impact on the engine can cause over heating which results in excessive wear and will have an impact on engine performance. And therefore the purpose of design a microcontroller-based cooling down safety device is a tool that functions to turn off the engine when the engine is low idle with time settings according to the standard operating procedure of each machine. For machines that have been operated under load, the engine must be low idle / cooling down for a while, so that the heat on the engine surface is cool enough, so that hot components can be properly lubricated. By design a cooling down engine safety device, it is hoped that it can assist in the monitoring and operation of heavy equipment. From the results of field testing, the relay that controls the unit's electricity functions properly and the cooling down safety device has a precise timing.

Abstract:
Air bersih merupakan kebutuhan pokok harus memenuhi kreteria jernih, tidak berbau, tidak berwarna dan tidak berasa. Dalam pemenuhan air bersih biasanya dipenuhi oleh pemerintah setempat. Tetapi dalam pemenuhan tersebut memiliki keterbatasan sehingga tidak semua dapat terlayani. Lingkup kegiatan penelitian ini meliputi membuat sumur air baku sampai membuat system gorong-gorong filter air. Ouput dari system filter berupa air yang diuji tingkat kejemihan dan tingkat kekeruhannya di Laboratorium. Dalam penelitian ini ada beberapa tahapan yang akan dilakukan antara lain pembuatan sumur air baku, pembuatan system intake, system distribusi ke filter, pembuatan system filter dengan tiga model, ujicoba fungsionalitas dan evaluasi system, pengambilan sampel air dan pengujian kualitas air. Hasil penelitian berupa karya cipta filter dan kualitas air. Kualitas air pada periode awal dengan parameter Kejernihan antara 46,8 – 55,5 mg/l dengan prosentase penurunan sebesar 7% sedangkan dengan parameter Kekeruhan antara 157 – 227 NTU dengan prosentase penurunan sebesar 12%. Kualitas air pada periode pertengahan dengan parameter Kejernihan antara 52,4 – 65 mg/l dengan prosentase penurunan 0% sedangkan dengan parameter Kekeruhan antara 32,5 – 151 NTU dengan prosentase penurunan sebesar antara 0 – 79%. Kualitas pada periode akhir dengan parameter Kejernihan 4,3 mg/l dengan prosentase penurunan sebesar 5% sedangkan dengan parameter Kekeruhan antara 88,7 – 109 NTU dengan prosentase penurunan sebesar antara 20 – 35%. Harapan awal gorong-gorong dapat ditembus oleh air tetapi kenyataan dilapangan tidak tercapai. Harapan kedua untuk mengarahkan aliran air dari bawah keatas melalui media pasir juga tidak tercapai. Harapan satu-satunya yaitu melalui bagian dasar gorong-gorong yang masih bisa ditembus oleh air dan agak sedikit bisa menyaring air tetapi ini juga tidak efektif karena pada saat open per model menimbulkan piping. Penelitian ini masih belum sempurna, masih perlu dilakukan pengembangan agar bisa diterapkan secara langsung oleh masyarakat.

Abstract:
Penggunaan sambungan pelat-ujung diinisiasi akibat banyaknya kegagalan tidak terduga sambungan las seluruhnya. Perkembangan metode elemen hingga memungkinkan pengujian sambungan dilakukan dengan analisis elemen hingga. Analisis elemen hingga mampu menghemat waktu dan biaya dibandingkan uji eksperiment. Analisis elemen hingga yang dilakukan perlu menggunakan model terkalibrasi, agar analisis mampu menggambarkan fenomena sesungguhnya. Kalibrasi dilakukan dengan mengacu kepada uji eksperiment oleh Shi Gang (2006). Kalibrasi yang dilakukan adalah dengan merubah bentuk actuator dan juga pemodelan kontak mur dengan pelat. Geometri actuator perlu dirubah, karena actuator uji ekperiment tidak bersifat seperti sendi murni. Kontak mur dengan pelat dirubah dari frictional menjadi bonded untuk menghilangkan masalah konvergensi dan mengurangi biaya komputasi. Model elemen hingga dengan parameter kalibrasi tersebut, memiliki kekakuan peak-to-peak siklus yang hampir sama (<1%) dengan model uji eksperimen. Sehingga, kalibrasi dapat dinyatakan selesai. Abstract:
In selecting the formwork work method, the things that need to be considered include cost, quality, and time. Comparison of several methods of formwork work is carried out to obtain the correct method. Comparisons were made to the Semi System formwork method and the Aluminum formwork method. To compare the two methods requires volume calculation, the multiplier coefficient referred to by the PUPR Regulation No. 28 / PRT / M / 2016, non-conformence data, and work duration. This data is processed into the need for the cost of formwork for the two methods based on the PUPR Ministerial Regulation Number 28 / PRT / 2016, the percentage of concrete defects due to formwork, and the scheduling duration presented in the bar chart. The two methods are compared based on the need for the cost of the work, the number of percent of quality, and the work duration. The comparison shows that the aluminum formwork method is superior in terms of cost (RAB). It is produced more efficiently by 3.4%. In terms of quality, this method results in less damage (concrete defects) to minimize repair costs later, and when the work reaches 43% more effective.

Abstract:
Concrete is a material commonly used for structural work. However, concrete has one disadvantage, namely that its specific gravity is high enough so that the dead load on a structure becomes large. One way to deal with high concrete density is to use Styrofoam waste as a substitute for some of the fine aggregate. This research was conducted to examine the physical and mechanical properties as well as the optimum value of compressive strength, split tensile strength and modulus of elasticity of concrete with a 0.4 fas using Styrofoam as a partial substitute for fine aggregate. The research method used is an experimental method by making the test object in the form of a concrete cylinder with a diameter of 15 cm and a height of 30 cm. The composition of the concrete mixture used is a volume ratio of 1 Pc: 2 Ps: 2 Kr with a fas 0.4. The styrofoam variations used are 10%, 20%, and 30% of the ratio to the volume of fine aggregate in normal concrete mixtures. Testing of the mechanical properties of concrete was carried out at the age of 7, 14, 21, and 28 days for the concrete compressive strength test, and 28 days for the split tensile strength of the concrete, and the modulus of elasticity. The results showed that the compressive strength of the concrete increased with the age of the concrete and the addition of the styrofoam variations with the exception of the 10% variation. For the split tensile strength test, there was an increase in line with the increase in the styrofoam variation, while the modulus of elasticity decreased at 10% variation against 0% variation and increased at 20% and 30% variation with 0% variation.

Abstract:
Environmental damage and global warming has become an issue in the world. Developments in the construction project has a large influence in environmental change on the surface of the earth. Construction activities start from the constructing stage to the operating stage. Green construction is one part of the sustainable development that is required to participate in environmental sustainability. With this background, the author agreed to explain the criteria, stages of difficulty and obstacles in implementing Green Construction. Data collected by questionnaire method and data analysis using SPSS Statistics 26. The results of this study obtained the value of the Green Construction criteria that applied is waste project variables with an average value of 3,748 and the lowest is site project variables with average 3,198. The most dominant factor of difficulty in applying Green Construction is the water usage variable with an average value of 3,283 and the lowest difficulty in applying is the energy variable with an average of 2,817. The most challenging obstacle factor in implementing Green Construction is the cost factor with an average value of 4.00 and the lowest obstacle is the efficient design variable with an average of 2.96. Thus, from the results of this study is expected that the contractor can help more actively in improving the implementation of Green Construction in this construction project.
