Abstract:
The development of information technology and computer network from time to time is increasing along with the increase in user needs for both from the business, education, industrial, to data security side. Data of network traffic that is getting denser in communication and data exchange between users on computer networks can become a problem when using conventional computer network technology. For that, it needs a new technology that is implemented in computer networks, along with the measurement of Quality of Service (QoS) in it. Software-Defined Networking (SDN) is a solution for this, where the stages of network design, management and implementation, separate the data plane and the control plane. In this research, the implementation of SDN was carried out in the form of a simulation using both of Mininet and OpenDaylight with a Tree Topology, then the QoS measurements were carried out in it. The results of testing and measuring QoS on SDN simulations with Tree topology using Mininet and OpenDaylight, showed a Jitter value of 0.425 ms, a Packet Loss value of 0.266%, a Bandwith value of 9.3925 Mbps, a UDP Throughput value of 2.348 bits/sec, and a TCPThroughput value of 2.335 bits/sec.

Abstract:
Klasis GKI Sentani is part of the GKI Denomination which regulates churches in the Jayapura (Sentani) Regency area. One of the tasks of the Klasis is the monitoring and evaluation of the Setoran Wajib Jemaat (SWJ). Each Church is required to collect offerings cumulatively each month. The obstacle faced in financial management in the Klasis Sentani environment is the budget processing system which is manual, where donations are deposited to Klasis by attaching proof of deposit. this makes the process of collecting donations an inefficient routine. Including the documentation process that looks not up-to-date and the difficulty in publishing the results to the congregation at Klasis Sentani. This study aims to facilitate the reporting of mandatory deposits for the classic GKI Sentani congregation, namely by creating an information system for the congregation's mandatory deposit. The development of the software system uses the Waterfall method, with the Unified Modeling Language as the system modeling language. This system has been implemented and makes it easier to manage finances for the church treasurer and classics. Financial information can also be viewed transparently on the page provided and can be accessed by the congregation.

Abstract:
—The Covid-19 pandemic has transformed the offline education system into online. Therefore, in order to maximize the learning process, teachers were forced to adapt by having presentations that attract student's attention, including kindergarten teachers. This is a major problem considering the attention rate of children at early age is very diverse combined with their limited communication skill. Thus, there is a need to identify and classify student's learning interest through facial expressions and gestures during the online session. Through this research, student's learning interest were classified into several classes, validated by the teacher. There are three classes: Interested, Moderately Interested, and Not Interested. Trials to get the classification of student's learning interest by teacher validation, carried out by training and testing the cut area of the center of the face (eyes, mouth, face) to get facial expression recognition, supported by the gesture area as gesture recognition. This research has scenarios of four cut areas and two cut areas that were applied to the interest class that utilizes the weight of transfer learning architectures such as VGG16, ResNet50, and Xception. The results of the learning interest classification test obtained a minimum validation percentage of 70%. The result obtained through scenarios of three learning interest classes four cut areas using VGG16 was 75%, while for two cut areas using ResNet50 was 71%. These results proved that the methods of this research can be used to determine the duration and theme of online kindergarten classes.

Abstract:
Pandemi Covid-19 saat ini telah merubah budaya di seluruh dunia, termasuk budaya dalam belajar. Dikarenakan Covid-19 telah menjadi pandemi, maka belajar harus dilaksanakan dari rumah (BDR). Hal ini menyebabkan keterbutuhan teknologi menjadi utama, terutama kepemilikan gadget. Gadget merupakan media komunikasi dan pembelajaran yang paling mudah digunakan dan hampir seluruh orang memilikinya. Frekuensi penggunaan smartphone menyebabkan penggunaan game telah mendominasi anak-anak, termasuk anak usia dini. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun game edukasi untuk anak-anak usia pendidikan dini berbasis mobile, dengan menggunakan construc 2. Adapun hasil pengujian game ini menyatakan bahwa 70% calon pengguna menyatakan bahwa game ini baik dan aman digunakan. Dari sisi tampilan, warna dan user interfacenya.

Abstract:
Labetta Solo merupakan penjual ikan cupang hias yang berlokasi di belakang ayam goreng widuran, Kepatihan Kulon, Kec. Jebres, Kota Surakarta. Proses penjualan dan transaksi yang dilakukan masih mengagunkan model transaksi manual yaitu costumer harus ke toko untuk melihat langsung koleksi ikan cupang untuk melakukan transaksi, atau dengan cara melihat koleksi ikan cupang di media social labetta solo untuk kemudian melakukan COD (Cash On Delivery) dengan penjual untuk transaksi, dengan pembuatan sistem ini nantinya labetta solo tetap dapat berjualan dan costumer tetap dapat membeli ikan cupang dengan mudah. Sistem ini nantinya akan dibuat menggunakan metode Waterfall meliputi analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation sistem ini nantinya akan dibuat menggunakan database MySQL dan PHP Codeigniter sebagai bahasa pemrogramannya. Hasil yang diharapkan nantinya penjual dapat menjual ikan melalui system ini dan terdapat rating atau grade dari kualitas ikan sehingga memudahkan costumer dalam melakukan pemilihan ikan yang akan di beli, system ini juga terdapat lokasi dari Labetta Solo untuk memudahkan bagi customer yang ingin berkunjung langsung ke lokasi dan untuk mempermudah komunkasi kepada customer akan tersedia link menuju WahatsApp dari penjual. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan black-box testing menunjukkan bahwa sistem tidak memiliki error, selain itu uji penerimaan user terhadap aplikasi juga tergolong tinggi dengan prosentase sekitar 75%.

Abstract:
Audit Sistem Informasi merupakan proses untuk menentukan apakah sebuah software yang digunakan perusahaan telah dapat mengamankan aset, memelihara integritas data, dapat mendorong pencapaian tujuan organisasi secara efektif dan menggunakan sumberdaya secara efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektifitas Sistem Informasi Pengadaan Sekolah (SIPlah) berdasarkan analisis dari Process Capability Level sesuai kerangka kerja dari COBIT 5 terhadap penggunaan dana BOS. Object penelitian yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah SMP Gugus A Kabupaten Lebak Provinsi Banten. Ruang lingkup Audit di penelitian ini adalah Domain Monitoring dan Evaluate (ME). Berdasarkan hasil audit dihasilkan tingkat kematangan atau Process Capability Level adalah 3,14. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sistem Informasi Pengadaan Sekolah (SIPlah) pada SMP Gugus A Kabupaten Lebak telah diimplementasikan menggunakan proses yang telah terdefinisi dan mampu untuk mencapai hasil dari proses.

Abstract:
— Human resource is one very important factor in an organization or company, both public and private companies. The work success of a company is great has a major influence on the management of human resources (HR) of a company. If human resources are not good enough, it will affect the lack of good sustainability of this part of the company. Therefore, in the HR management of a company is very important, especially in accepting staff the best academic administration so that it can maximize performance. Many companies have difficulty in accepting candidates for academic administration staff accordingly to company desires. for that, a decision support system is needed that can help decision making to facilitate the acceptance of new academic administration staff. For that reason, researchers are very want to help top management in making the best decisions in recruiting new staff. This study uses the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method using the existing criteria determined by the company, namely administrative requirements, written tests, computer literacy, communication, and work experience. The results of the study are the value of calculating employee selection using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. to be able to help make decisions quickly, precisely, and accurately.

Abstract:
— The current COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on all sectors of life where the government has set a policy of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB). The existence of restrictions on activities known as 3M requires Karisma Medika Clinic to adapt its operational workflow by utilizing information technology to adapt patient registration. To make it easier for patients to register and get a queue number by developing a web service-based application and SMS Gateway. The application is developed based on a web service using the Codeigniter framework with a flow of information procedures regarding the attending physician, then after selecting a doctor, will go to the registration section to fill in personal data and symptoms and complaints for consultation. The data entered in the application will be stored in the Gammu SMS engine database and through the SMS gateway, patients will receive a queue number for consultation at the clinic in real time which will continue to be updated. User response tests from 25 respondents showed that it was easy for patients to register by paying attention to health protocols of 92.25% (very easy), 5% (easy), and 2.75 % quite easy. While the satisfaction indicator is 95% (very satisfied) and 5% of respondents (satisfied).

Abstract:
Strategi pengembangan sistem informasi perlu dievaluasi untuk mendukung keberhasilan dan kualitas layanan sistem informasi penerimaan mahasiswa baru. Ada ketidakpuasan pengguna SI-PMB dalam mendapatkan informasi yang mereka inginkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem, kualitas layanan terhadap manfaat bersih SI-PMB. Model DeLone McLean IS Success digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan komponen variabel: kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem dan kualitas layanan. Analisis data menggunakan model struktural dengan alat analisis Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel kualitas informasi dengan kepuasan pengguna nilai statistik T sebesar 0,426. Ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel kualitas sistem dan kepuasan pengguna dengan statistik T 3,103. Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel kualitas pelayanan dengan kepuasan pengguna, nilai T statistic sebesar 2,604. Hubungan antara variabel kepuasan pengguna dan manfaat bersih, nilai statistik t sebesar 9,294 menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel kepuasan pengguna dengan manfaat bersih.

Abstract:
The rapid development of Information Technology (IT) has made a high availability web server a necessity. CloudLinux is a CentOS-based operating system specifically for the needs of servers with good high availability. This study will implement and analyze a CloudLinux-based web server for the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco in Jakarta to replace the current CentOS-based web server that does not meet high availability standards. The research methodology used in this study is the PPDIOO Life-cycle from Cisco. Designing a network according to the customer's needs requires identifying several elements in it, including the goals and constraints faced by the organization. Cisco creates a network life-cycle that can help these problems into six phases: Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, and Optimize (PPDIOO). This study aims to determine how well the uptime, response time, and load impact are on the CloudLinux-based web server. The uptime test results on the CloudLinux-based web server have a value of an average of 99.971%. Testing the response time on the CloudLinux-based web server has an average value of 684.75ms (milliseconds). The results of the load impact test on the CloudLinux-based web server using ten virtual users (10VU) has a total value of 7595 requests, load impact using fifteen virtual users (15VU) has a total value of 11315 requests, and finally, load impact using twenty-five virtual users (25VU) has a total value of 18631 requests.

Abstract:
— The high demand for tin mining commodities has pushed the development of mining product processing technology quite significantly. However, the more difficult it is to obtain available reserves and the lower the processed Tin content, the lower the selling value. One of the tools that can be used to get good quality tin with fine grains according to its level is a rocking table. Currently, the processing of data from the processing of Tin ore using a rocking table has not been carried out optimally. This situation causes the monitoring system and optimization of the use of the rocking table to not be implemented properly. The formulation of the problme is using a mobile-based data collection system . So that the data obtained can be used as the basis for optimizing the use of the existing rocking table in each mining unit as well as increasing the ease of access to recheck on land production, especially from processing rocking table tools. For the system development model using a waterfall and the Database Management System (DBMS) used is using a SQLite database. Based on the test results, the system provides convenience in monitoring the use of the rocking table, so that tool optimization is achieved

- Knowledge Management System (KMS) to improve the quality of human resources in an organization by improving communication among employees and to increase skill by transferring knowledge. Knowledge Management System (KMS) is one of many ways to foster a culture of knowledge sharing among individuals and organizations. In this research, the researcher tries to develop a model of knowledge management system suitable for existing condition at the Hotel XYZ run effectively, it is necessary to conduct an evaluation activity by examining the process of managing knowledge possessed by each individual can be transferred to other individuals through the process of knowledge sharing and knowledge presentation management and through Effective management of knowledge is expected to be maintained well so that it can provide benefits to the company. Abstract:
Information systems discipline has developed rapidly over time. Based on 533 information systems study programs in Indonesia, it is possible to have a variety of information systems research topics. However, there is no research on information system topic trends in Indonesia. So, this research aims to determine the trend of research topics in the field of information systems in Indonesia in 2015-2019 based on the publication of the journal SINTA. The method used is qualitative non-interactive. Based on the analysis of documents on the results of data collection on the Google Scholar database using the Publish or Perish tools, the research adopted the recommended PRISMA in improving the quality of systematic reviews and better readers' understanding. The determination of the research topic was based on the abstract content, keywords and referred to the IS ACM Curricula and previous research. The results of this study can be used as academic references in gaining new insights into the field of information systems. The results of the study based on 1917 raw data obtained from data collection in the journal publication SINTA 2, SINTA 3, and SINTA 4 showed that the topic "Application Development" was a trending topic with the highest percentage, namely 31%, the topic of "Decision Support System" 11% and "System Analysis and Design "10%. The new issues that arose were "Internet of Things", "Machine Learning" and "Artificial Intelligence". Information systems research in Indonesia varies widely, although some studies have a low percentage.

Abstract:
Abstrak—Persyaratan dalam pendaftaran siswa baru yaitu, biodata calon siswa baru, Akta Kelahiran, Kartu Keluarga, umur, kecerdasan, tamatan TK, dimana di SD Luqman Al Hakim Surabaya masih menggunakan Sistem PSB yang tradisional. Selain itu salah satu tahapan PSB yaitu, adanya observasi orang tua dan calon siswa. Namun, penjadwalan untuk observasi tersebut membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Sehingga hal-hal tersebut dinilai kurang efektif. Karena hal tersebut, penulis tertarik membuat suatu aplikasi yang dapat membantu pihak sekolah maupun pihak siswa agar mempermudah dalam pemrosesan pendaftaran dan penyeleksian siswa baru. Pada tes observasi diperlukan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan untuk multikriteria. Adapun metode sistem pendukung keputusan diantaranya dengan menggunakan metode Simple Multi Atribute Rating Technique (SMART) (keputusan multi atribut). Teknik pengambilan keputusan multi atribut ini digunakan untuk mendukung pembuat keputusan dalam memilih beberapa alternatif. Metode SMART yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan siswa baru ini telah mampu untuk membantu dalam proses penerimaan siswa baru SD Luqman Al Hakim Surabaya terutama dalam hal pemberian poin (penilaian) untuk masing-masing kriteria yang digunakan. Dari pengujian sistem dapat ditampilkan cepatnya penilaian calon siswa baru yang dapat menyingkat waktu untuk proses penerimaan sehingga jika calon siswa gagal dalam proses seleksi penerimaan dapat segera mencari sekolah lain.

Abstract:
— The use of technology and information systems is an obligation that must be applied by every agency or organization to simplify and optimize operational implementation. Many agencies are actively using information systems so that the agency's performance can run well, systematically, and controlled, which will impact the credibility of their agency. A good information system can be created because of good planning. Strategic planning of information systems allows producing a good information system. This is because the output produced is in the form of strategic plans and documents that methodically describe the needs of information systems. Torsina Private Vocational School is a vocational school that seeks to implement information systems in every operation to improve schools' services. Therefore, strategic planning is needed in the development of IS/IT at Torsina Private Vocational Schools so that the implementation of information systems becomes more controlled and on target. IS/IT strategic planning in this study uses the Ward and Peppard model, while the analytical tools used are Critical Success Factors (CSF's), SWOT Analysis, Value Chain, and McFarlans Strategic Grid. The existence of an analytical tool is used to support the Ward and Peppard model to determine the internal and external environmental conditions of the organization. The results of this study are strategic planning of information systems at Torsina Private Vocational Schools in the form of business strategy, IT strategy, IS/IT management strategy, and an information system portfolio that is mapped based on the level of importance.

Abstract:
Stock trading is one of the businesses that has been done worldwide. In order to gain the maximum profit, accurate analysis is needed, so a trader can decide to buy and sell stock at the perfect time and price. Conventionally, two analyses are employed, namely fundamental and technical. Technical analysis is obtained based on historical data that is processed mathematically. Along with technology development, stock price analysis and prediction can be performed with the help of computational algorithms, such as machine learning. In this research, Artificial Neural Network simulations to produce accurate stock price predictions were carried out. Experiments are performed by using various input parameters, such as moving average filters, in order to produce the best accuracy. Simulations are completed with stock index datasets that represent three continents, i.e. NYA (America, USA), GDAXI (Europe, Germany), and JKSE (Asia, Indonesia). This work proposes a new method, which is the utilization of input parameters combinations of C, O, L, H, MA-5 of C, MA-5 of O, and the average of O C prices. Furthermore, this proposed scheme is also compared to previous work done by Khorram et al, where this new work shows more accurate results.

Abstract:
All parties are aware that teacher performance is directly proportional to improving the quality of education. Not a few teachers work under predetermined work standards, conditions like this are caused by low work enthusiasm which results in decreased performance. If we observer the passion of work in the form of sine graph which one day will meet a saturation point if there are no preventive and curative efforts eithers form himself or guidance form his superior. One of the efforts taken is to impose teacher performance assessment to ensure a quality learning process at levels of education. Teacher performance appraisal needs to be carried out so that the functions and duties in the functional teacher positions and duties in the functional teacher positions are carried out by the applicable rules and code of ethics. On that basis, a decision support system was created using the Analytical Network Process method which can determine teacher performance improvement strategies, based on objective performance appraisals and make decisions that become more efficient.

Abstract:
Abstrak— Bibit merupakan salah satu penentu dalam keberhasilan budidaya tanaman padi. Budidaya tanaman padi dimulai dari memilih bibit tanaman yang berkualitas karena bibit termasuk objek utama yang dikembangkan pada budidaya selanjutnya. Bibit sebagai pembawa gen dari induknya yang akan menentukan sifat dari tanaman setelah berproduksi dan untuk mendapatkan bibit padi yang berkualitas dapat diperoleh dari memilih dan menentukan bibit yang berasal dari induk berkualitas. Kualitas bibit merupakan kunci keberhasilan dalam budidaya padi. Bibit yang berkualitas mampu beradaptasi, memiliki pertumbuhan yang cepat serta seragam, tumbuh lebih cepat, tahan hama dan tinggi nilai produktivitasnya. Untuk mendapatkan bibit padi berkualitas, petani sering mengalami kesulitan. Berdasarkan kesulitan yang dialami petani, maka akan dibangun sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan untuk membantu petani memutuskan bibit yang akan ditanam sesuai dengan kondisi lingkungan tanam dengan mempertimbangkan beberapa aspek kriteria. Dalam mengatasi masalah pemilihan bibit padi tersebut dibuat sebuah program sistem pendukung keputusan agar memudahkan informasi dan rekomendasi kepada petani padi tentang bibit yang berkualitas. Dengan menggunakan dua metode yaitu Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Penentuan bobot kriteria dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), sedangkan untuk tahap perankingan dikerjakan dengan menggunakan metode TOPSIS. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah padi berkualitas dari lima alternatif yang sudah ditetapkan, yaitu: Sunggal, Inpari32, Ciherang, IR64, Situbagendit. Sistem menghasilkan nilai preferensi tertinggi yaitu 0,858 pada padi Sunggal di urutan pertama dan 0,767 pada padi Inpari32 diurutan kedua. Jadi dari hasil penelitian ini, peneliti merekomendasikan bibit padi berkualitas yang cocok ditanam di di desa sambongbangi yaitu Sunggal dan Inpari32..Kata Kunci : Bibit Padi, DSS, TOPSIS, AHP, Kualitas Bibit Padi

Abstract:
Low costing flats are subsidized by the local government, but until now, there are still many flats that do not have a good system to manage the facility. The obstacle faced by the current management is that there is no system that can give priority scale there is no system that can provide a fast and precise priority scale to determine facilities that need to be repaired immediately by the management based on the availability resource so fast which facilities need to be repaired as soon as possible. Such as determining the priority of repairs among damaged public toilets or repairing damaged garden chairs. In this study, we propose the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to determine priority maintenance for facilities in low-cost flats. The results of calculations using SAW are evaluated by comparing the results of calculations using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The experimental results show that the ranking results using the SAW method are better than the results of ranking using the AHP, furthermore using SAW is also more efficient because the complexity required in the calculation is simpler.

Abstract:
SMK TI LABBAIKA provides scholarships every semester to students who meet the requirements. The selection process still uses the manual method based on the Headmaster's knowledge. The suitable decision support systems and methods are needed to minimize errors in decision making and get fair decision results. In this study, two decision support system methods were chosen, namely Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The SAW and TOPSIS methods were chosen because they have simple calculations. A comparison of the two methods is carried out to determine the best method for selecting scholarships. The criteria used in this study are student status, number of family members, parent's occupation, parent's income, and semester grades. The 20 alternative data is used for testing. Based on the results of testing the accuracy for the SAW method is 45% while for TOPSIS is 60%.

Abstract:
In an effort to reduce the mortality rate due to infection in infants, immunization activities are carried out. Implementation of immunization, namely through Integrated Service Posts. In the current system, child immunization data is recorded on the KMS (Kartu Menuju Sehat) that parents bring to the immunization program. The card is prone to missing, which causes parents to not have their child's immunization history data. The existence of a computerized application can help the health service process to be faster and provide valid and up to date data. Immunization data monitoring application is an application that was built to help organize the data into information needed to support routine monitoring activities at the public health center of Pembina. The design of this application uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) and is developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method that can produce systems quickly and directly involve the user in the application development process. This research resulted in an immunization data monitoring application intended for parents and officers of the Integrated Service Post at public health center.

Abstract:
Papaya is one of the fruits that grows in the tropics area, one of the kinds that people’s love the most is papaya California. The quality identification of papaya California fruit can be measured using color, defect, and size. Color, defect and size extracted from image of papaya. The dataset that used in this research are 150 images papaya California. The dataset consist of 3 quality there are good, fair and low. Identification of papaya using the backpropagation neural network method with 17 training function in each training data with 3 different neurons in the hidden layer. The best result of the test is using training function trainrp with 10 neurons is 81,33% for accuracy, 73,37% for precision, and 72% for recall, with 20 neurons is 82,67% for accuracy, 75,24% for precision, and 74% for recall, and with 25 neurons is 80,89% for accuracy, 74,42% for precision, and 71,33% for recall.

Abstract:
The HRMS (Human Resources Management System) Information System functions to process employee data related to the Human Resources Department. After running this HRMS Information System for several years, the leadership of PT MMC Metal Fabrication wanted to find out the extent of maturity and the shortcomings found in the HRMS Information System. To find out the extent of maturity of the HRMS Information System, an HRMS Information System Evaluation is needed. To adjust the standards in Indonesia, Information System Evaluation is made using the Index KAMI (Information Security). Index KAMI is an Information System Evaluation framework adopted from ISO 27001 that has been adjusted to the standards in Indonesia. The results of this study can provide the maturity level of the HRMS Information System along with the findings.

Abstract:
Since 2016 the P2P Lending industry has begun to develop in Indonesia. Peer to Peer Lending (P2P Lending) is a new alternative to getting funds in the form of money loans to individuals or investors. Fintech P2P Lending provides convenience through a simple and fast service. Its features can be accessed by anyone, anytime, anywhere. On the other hand, investors or lenders have investment alternatives with attractive returns. So that it quickly spread to all segments of Indonesian society. The purpose of this research is to analyze what factors can influence trust in using of P2P Lending in Indonesia. The difference between this study and previous research is that there is no research that focuses on trust in the use of FinTech, especially P2P Lending in Indonesia. This research is a type of quantitative research that used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires directly to Indonesians. The samples taken by Simple Random Sampling Technique and obtained 400 respondents as user fintech. And the statistical analysis used in this study is multiple regression and using SPSS 23 program. Based on the result, this study showed that the variable of structural assurance, easy of use, and brand image were significant on trust in using FinTech, meanwhile the variable of integrity was not significant on trust in using FinTech.

Abstract:
Dalam mempersiapkan acara pernikahan tentu saja tidak mudah, banyak yang harus diperhatikan agar acara berjalan sesuai rencana. Ada beberapa faktor yang harus diperhatikan diantaranya yaitu anggaran yang dimiliki oleh calon pengantin, karena dari anggaran tersebut yang memutuskan seperti apa konsep yang diberi oleh wedding organizer. Diperlukan adanya sistem yang bisa memudahkan pelanggan dalam pemilihan paket wedding yang sesuai dengan keinginan tetapi tidak mengabiskan waktu yang lama. Tujuan dari penelitan ini adalah untuk membantu pengambilan keputusaan pemilihan paket wedding organizer. Metode SAW diperlukan untuk mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternative di semua atribut. Untuk memberikan rekomendasi paket yang diinginkan ada beberapa kriteria. Kriteria dihitung menggunakan metode SAW. Hasil dari perankingan diperoleh V3 = 0,683 dan V6 = 0,706. Dengan hasil perankingan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa V6 adalah alternative paket yang dipilih sebagai alternative terbaik pengguna jasa dengan bobot setiap kriteria yang ditentukan oleh pengguna jasa. Yang diharapkan dari Penelitian ini yaitu hasil rancangan pemilihan paket wedding organizer yang digunakan untuk para pelanggan dalam menetukan paket terbaik sesuai dengan yang diinginkan.

Abstract:
In life, there is also death, every day the number of people who are born in the world continues to increase followed by the death of a person. The death rate in DKI Jakarta in early 2020 was 3,072 reports and then there was a significant increase in February as many as 5,792 reports. Public Cemetery is an area of land provided for funeral purposes for any person regardless of religion and class. The City Parks and Forests Service of the Provincial Government of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta is a Regional Work Unit in charge of Forestry, Landscaping, and Cemeteries in the DKI Jakarta Regional Work Scope. The amount of time and energy needed in the funeral process for a corpse in DKI Jakarta Province starts from registering the body, selecting the location to the heir to obtain an IPTM from the PTSP. While the burial process must be carried out quickly, especially in certain conditions, such as during the pandemic, where the bodies must be buried immediately and the limited burial ground available. This recommendation system aims to simplify the process of registering bodies, selecting the cemetery, selecting plots, and managing tombs. By using the SAW method in the selection of cemeteries and grave plots, it will optimize burial plots by selecting the best alternative based on predetermined criteria so that it will reduce TPU cases of fullness or unavailability of grave plots.

Abstract:
Pencak silat is one of the archipelago cultures that must be preserved. Many people want to learn silat. Fighters need a good memory in practicing, to remember every silat movement. This must be done repeatedly to understand. For independent study, the only media available are manual books and no teaching aids. This causes the fighter to experience difficulties. Based on these problems, a medium is needed as a prop that can help fighters remember silat movements. To solve this problem, this research will make a learning media using augmented reality-based silat movement guide book (ARBook). This learning media serves as a guide to basic silat movements in the form of Android-based 3D animation visualization, with the aim of being a martial arts props. This makes this method better than the conventional manual method. Based on the results of alpha testing using a black box. So from these data, it can be seen that the 3D AR pencak silat motion application runs and in accordance with the specified functionality are included in the feasible category. In Beta testing that uses the acceptance method, 86% of respondents agree that the AR 3D Silat Motion Application is very useful, then 87% of respondents agree that it is easy to use, then 84% of respondents agree that the animated content is presented, and 79% of respondents are interested in using the Motion Application AR 3D Silat. Suppose calculated to have an average value of 84%. So it can be concluded that the value of 84% is included in the "Very Appropriate" category. Broadly speaking, Alpha and Beta testing shows that this application is considered very feasible and usable.

Abstract:
The number of verses in the Qur'an that is not small will be difficult and time consuming if done manually. Building a search system in the Qur'anic verse using the Indonesian Arabic-Latin equivalent will be very helpful for the Muslim community in Indonesia, especially for those who are not familiar with Arabic writing. In this study, a verse search system will be built on the Al-Qur'an based on phonetic similarity, more details about the handling of the verses in the Al-Qur'an. The system was built using the Jaro-Winkler algorithm to calculate the value of similarity and using the N-Grams algorithm for ranking documents. The same study has been done before with the name Lafzi +, with MAP 90% and 93% recall. In previous studies cases such as nun wiqoyah at the end of the verse could not be handled, so the system could not handle the search for the entire Qur'an. In addition, in the previous system the application of the Jaro-Winkler method to calculate the value of similarity has also not been fully implemented. So to complete the previous research, in this study added rules other than pre-existing rules so that they can handle nun wiqoyah at the end of the verse. By applying the Jaro-Winkler method to calculate the value of similarity and N-Grams for ranking documents and adding nun wiqoyah rules, this system generates 94% MAP and 92% recall. The results of this study indicate an increase in MAP, this shows that this system can improve the accuracy of systems that have been built before.

Abstract:
The Covid-19 pandemic that has occurred to date has made learning activities that are usually carried out face-to-face, switch to networks by utilizing e-learning media. The transfer of learning activities to e-learning media has advantages and disadvantages so that it needs to be evaluated. This evaluation is carried out to see to what extent the service quality of e-learning media is used in learning activities. One way to assess service quality is using the e-service quality method. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of e-learning services. The service quality assessment factors used in this study are tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The research method used in this research is quantitative method and the data collection period starts from August 2020 to February 2021. 174 students was participated in this study, with the largest proportion being semester 7 students. The instrument used has good validity with a KMO value of more than 0, 5 and is reliable with a Cronbach's alpha value of more than 0.6. The final results of the study can be concluded that five factors measuring the quality of electronic services can be used to measure the quality of electronic learning services and the most influential factor is the assurance factor.

Abstract:
Every year, all the colleges hold new student enrollment. It is needed to start a new school academic year. Unfortunately, the number of students who resigned is considerably high to reach 837 students and caused 324 empty seats. The college’s stakeholders can minimize the resignation number if the selection phase of new students is done accurately. Making a machine learning-based model can be the answer. The model will help predict which candidates who potentially complete the enrollment process. By knowing it in the first place will help the management in the selection process. This prediction is based on historical data. Data is processed and used to train the model using the Adaboost algorithm. The performance comparison between Adaboost and Decision Tree model is performed to find the best model. To achieve the maximum performance of the model, feature selection is performed using chi-square calculation. The results of this research show that the performance of Decision Tree is lower than the performance of the Adaboost algorithm. The Adaboost model has f-measure score of 90.9%, precision 83.7%, and recall 99.5%. The process of analyzing the data distribution of prospective new students was also conducted. The results were obtained if prospective students who tended to finish the enrollment process had the following characteristics: graduated from an Islamic school, 19-21 years old, parents' income was IDR 1,000,000 to IDR. 5,000,000, and through the SBMPTN program.

Abstract:
Job competition is getting tougher after the implementation of the ASEAN Economic Community. Prospective workers are required to have competence at work and be skilled at communicating using international languages, especially English. Based on the results of the questionnaire on 100 data samples using google form, there are as many as 50% having difficulty when interviewing using English. So this study is proposed to improve English pronunciation skills during job interviews. Android Trainer is self-training using the Android Platform. It is designed using Google Speech API and Speech Recognition Technology. It is displayed using Audio Visual and the development method uses the Prototype method. The result of this research is the Android Trainer which is a smart solution to make it easier to practice independently at any time. So that it can improve English pronunciation skills. This is useful when going through the interview process using English at various types of companies during the employee recruitment process.

Abstract:
Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas Stikubank (UNISBANK) as one of the faculties in higher education in implementing learning activities has produced a lot of stored data and has graduated many students. The level of timeliness of graduation is important for study programs as an assessment of success. This research tries to dig up the pile of student parent data and graduation data in order to get the pass rate and graduation prediction of active students. By implementing the classification data mining technique and the CART algorithm, it is hoped that a decision tree can be used to predict the class timeliness of graduating from active students. By using the graduation data and student parent data totaling 1018 records, a decision tree model was obtained with an accuracy rate of 63% from the data testing test. Determination of split nodes using the Gini Index which breaks the dataset based on its impurity value. Tests conducted in this study show that the order of the variables in the decision tree is gender, origin school status, parental education, age at entry, city of birth, parent's occupation. The prediction with the resulting model is that 71% of active S1 Information Systems students can graduate on time and 51% for S1 Informatics Engineering students.

Abstract:
Many factors influence the selection of expedition services, such as the length of delivery, the price offered to the services provided. At first the company chose the expedition service partner based solely on customs, but often there were obstacles such as unsatisfactory service, less neat packing of goods, high prices and so forth. The impact is the customer's disappointment with the service we provide.In selecting the best expedition services, a mechanism is needed to deliver the goods that are truly feasible. One of them can be done by using a decision support system with the topsis method. Where the TOPSIS method has a simple and easy-to-understand concept and has the ability to measure the relative performance of decision alternatives in a simple mathematical form. The criteria used in this study include price, service, delivery time, range, type of fleet and company experience, while alternative options for expedition services are Ezra Cargo, Sentral Cargo, Dakota Cargo, Indah Logistik Cargo, Run Logistics, Trans Java Sumatra. The results of calculations using the Topsis method can be said that, the selection of the best expeditionary services is Central Cargo with first place with a value of 0,8887, then followed by Indah Logistik Cargo with second place with a value of 0,5866, and third place is Ezra Cargo with a value of 0,5444. Thus, Central Cargo is the best solution in the selection of expedition services at PT. Tachimita Hoka Utama.

Abstract:
PT.XYZ is a gas oil manufacturing company, which produces offshore oil and gas drilling equipment. In supporting its business processes, this company uses a separate module application which causes data flow to be interrupted and results in the company experiencing delays in managing data and getting information on time. Based on the analysis of the problem, the researcher will design an integrated enterprise information system architecture for sales, finance, raw material procurement, production, project plan, and inventory. The method used is the TOGAF ADM 9.2 framework which consists of four phases, namely the vision architecture, business architecture, information system architecture, and technology architecture phases. This enterprise architecture design produces a blueprint as a guideline or framework in the development of information systems at PT. XYZ. Abstract:
Internet Of Things (IoT) is one of the trends that is in demand to carry out various automation and control of devices or machines easily anytime and anywhere, the existing Internet Of Things (IoT) devices are of various kinds according to the needs of the One of the users is the Arduino Board. Arduino is a microcontroller board based on the ATmega328P microchip which is used to control various electronic components. Analytical Hierarchy Process is applied in the selection of Arduino board in data calculation and analysis with the addition of Expert Choice software. Primary data collection is by suggesting the criteria used as variables in the assessment. Primary data is obtained from questionnaire data that has been filled in by each respondent. Giving weight of the assessment based on each respondent's data according to the criteria consisting of Cost, Clock Speed, Flash Memory, SRAM, Connectivity, and the number of input / output pins. The result of this study is that the connectivity criteria is the most important criterion for respondents for the Arduino Board assessment, which is 34.2%. For the priority order for the alternative Arduino board, the first is ESP32 of 25.6%, ESP12F of 20%, MCU v3 Node of 19.9%, WEMOS D1 mini of 18.9%, Mega rev3 of 9.9% and the last is uno R3 of 5.7%.

Abstract:
Cooperatives have an important role in economic development in Indonesia. One of them is the Mitra Sejahtera Cooperative (KMS), which is located in Sukabumi - West Java. The problem that in KMS was the increase in bad credit during the 2015-2019 period which had an impact on decreasing cash circulation flow and income of the KMS. So that in this study focuses on making a prospective debtor assessment application by implementing the Naive Bayes algorithm to provide recommendations on the feasibility of prospective debtors who have the potential for bad credit or not. The training data used are 862 data with parameters of age, gender, loan amount, occupation, income and repayment period. The stages taken include: (1) Research Initiation, (2) Data Selection, (3) Data Pre Processing, (4) System Design, (5) System Implementation, and (6) Program Testing. In system design using structured design, while the implementation of the system uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 tools and MySQL database. The test results from the prospective debtor assessment application obtained an accuracy rate of 86%.

Abstract:
Universities in Indonesia already have academic information systems. This university in developing its academic information system is carried out individually according to conditions and needs. Currently there are no guidelines in providing direction for the planning, development, implementation and service of academic information systems based on information and communication technology in universities. In addition to this, it is based on the planning and development of an academic information system which is what will be planned and developed and how its development guidelines are not yet available. The purpose of this study is to provide guidance in building academic information systems at private universities that can be applied in South Sumatra Province. This goal needs to be done because in general the academic information system business processes and services as well as the need for information in each university have in common namely the acceptance of new students, academic management and academic release. The result of the research is an academic information system architecture as a guideline in planning the development of an academic information system according to the conditions of private universities in South Sumatra Province. This study uses the EAP method with the steps of activities including planning initiation, business modeling and survey of current institutions, systems and technologies, data architecture and application architecture. The results of this study are a guide in building a system in the form of an academic information system architecture that can be applied to private universities in Indonesia especially South Sumatra Province.This study uses the EAP / Enterprise Architecture Planning method with activity steps including planning initiation, business modeling and institutional surveys, current systems and technology, data architecture and application architecture.

Abstract:
Every company engaged in IT Consulting is in need of an application that can help management control the projects they work on. This study examines the problems that occur when a company works on a project, aimed at analyzing the effectiveness of the application of project management applications in order to assist the company in presenting information about the project being undertaken or information officers and clients. The study used case studies at PT. Seatech Infosys Considering systems that still use simple data processing tools such as Microsoft Excel, ranging from data logging, data storage to report generation. Thus, it is possible to have errors in recording and less accurate reports are made. The development of the system with the method used is waterfall method. The result of this analysis is to declare that this application is one solution to overcome existing problems, to achieve an effective and efficient activities in supporting the project activities.

Abstract:
One of the products of information technology that is common today is the school website. Where the school website is the spearhead for schools in disseminating information to related parties. The most important aspect of a website is the usability aspect because it greatly affects visitor convenience. The use of the website for disseminating information is also used by SMK Negeri Sumsel and the school's main portal on the internet. For that to see the importance of the usability aspect, this study aims to see the level of usability of the SMK Negeri Sumsel website. In measuring the level of usability, usability testing techniques are used with the stages of preparation, selecting respondents, data collection and data analysis. The test results show that the usability aspects on the website such as errors, learnability, memorability and satisfaction get good ratings while the efficiency aspects are not categorized as good.

Abstract:
The penetration of Indonesian internet users in first quarter of 2020 has increased by 17 percent compared to 2019. Based on Google Consumer Barometer in 2018, many 79% of Internet users in Indonesia use the internet on a daily basis. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, universities had to do Study From Home and Work From Home. This resulted, use of information technology and computers also increasing. This increase will have an impact on the level of cybercrime vulnerability. The scale of cyber vulnerability is needed to measure level of cybersecurity in universities, especially in data managers. There are five scales, Very Safe, Safe, Vulnerable, Very Vulnerable, and Dangerous. Where the scale is used in negative and positive statements. The measurement results show an average value of 3.3 or a vulnerable scale. Total average value of negative statements is 2.53 or scale close to vulnerability. Abstract:
The clinic is one of the public services engaged in the health sector which is inseparable from the development of information technology. Smart Medica Clinic in data processing is still done manually where information about the Smart Medica clinic is difficult to obtain, such as information about the doctor and also the doctor's schedule on duty while the Smart Medica clinic is one of the largest clinics in Sekayu Regency and also already famous and has many patients. With this situation, web-based information systems are built so that services to the community can be comprehensive and the Smart Medica Clinic can provide information that is needed by patients up to date and also patient satisfaction is fulfilled. This information system was built using the WaterFall method, using the PHP programming language and the My Sql database.

Abstract:
DDoS attack (Distribute Denial of Service) is one of the weapons of choice from hackers because it’s proven it has become threat on the internet worlds. The frequent of DDoS attacks creates a threat to internet users or servers, so that requires the introduction of several new methods that occur, one of which can use the IDS (Intrusion Detection System) method. This study took advantage of Neural Network ability to detect DDoS attack or normal based on traffic log processed statistically using Fixed Moving Window. The DDOS attack scheme uses a network topology that has been designed based on the needs and objectives that are found in monitoring network traffic. In each DDoS data and normal consist of 27 traffic log with total numbers of dataset as much as 54 data along with each testing data as much as 10 DDoS data and normal. Data collection was performed using LOIC, HOIC, and DoSHTTP with 300 seconds of traffic monitoring. The result of the Fixed Moving Window processing is the extraction value that will be put in the Neural Networks have 6 input values, one hidden layer with 300 neurons and 2 outputs which consist of a normal dataset and a DDoS dataset. The results of this study showed that Neural Network can detect DDoS and Normal in a good way with accuracy value as much as 95%.

Abstract:
Scheduling is a very important thing to do at school. The schedule, which is still being carried out manually at MTS Negeri 1 Pangkalpinang, requires time to manage teacher slots, classes, subjects, and times where in MTS teacher hours have been determined by the department of religion so that it takes quite a long time to process the formation of the schedule. This study aims to utilize genetic algorithms in optimizing scheduling in a short time. The genetic algorithm is an algorithm that is effective in dealing with scheduling. The results of data testing were carried out with 15, 20, 25 and 30 subjects. Testing with 15 subjects took 19.56 seconds to form a schedule and there were no conflicting schedules, while with 20 data subjects the time to process the schedule formation took 42.15 seconds, 25 data with 94.07 seconds and 30 data with time 471.60. The average time required to process the data is 156.845 seconds.

Abstract:
Hadith is the second source of law for Muslims after the Qur'an which comes from various forms of the words, actions and stipulations of the Prophet Muhammad or referred to as his sunnah. In order to make it easier for Muslims to apply the teachings of the hadiths, a classification system is needed that can categorize a hadith into a class or a combination of two of the three classes which called a multi-label classification. In building a text classification system, there are various classification techniques, one of which is k-Nearest Neighbor (KNN). KNN is a simple and effective classification method for text classification, but has a weakness in processing data with high vector dimensions so that the computation time is higher and the efficiency of text classification is very low. Mutual Information (MI) is used as a feature selection method to reduce vector dimensions because it has the ability to show how strong a feature is in making a correct prediction of a class. In this study Problem Transformation Method with the Binary Relevance (BR) approach is used so that the multi label classification process can be accomplished. The optimum results obtained in this study shows the value of hamming loss is 0.0886 or about 91.14% of data were correctly classified and computational time for 595 seconds by using MI as a feature selection, but without stemming.

Abstract:
The lecture schedule is a problem that belongs to the NP-Hard problem and multi-objective problem because it has several variables that affect the preparation of the schedule and has limitations that must be met. One solution that has been found is using a Genetic Algorithm (GA). GA has been proven to be able to provide a schedule that can meet limitations in scheduling. Besides, it also found a new concept of thought from GA, namely the Fluid Genetic Algorithm (FGA). The most visible difference between FGA and GA is that there is no mutation process in each iteration. FGA has a new stage, namely individual born and new constants, namely global learning rate, individual learning rate, and diversity rate. This concept of thinking was tested in previous studies and found that FGA is superior to GA for the problem of finding the optimum value of a predetermined function, but this function is not included in the multi-objective problem. In this study, the testing and comparison of FGA and GA were conducted for the problem of scheduling lectures at STMIK XYZ. Based on the results obtained, FGA can produce a schedule without any hard constraint violations. FGA can be used to solve multi-objective problems. FGA has a smaller number of generations than GA. However, overall GA is superior in producing schedules without any problems.

Abstract:
Cancer is one of the deadliest diseases in the world that needs to be handled as early as possible. One of the methods to detect the presence of cancer cells early on is by using microarray data. Microarray data can store human gene expression and use it to classify cancer cells. But one of the challenges of using microarray is its vast number of features, not proportional to its small number of samples. To resolve that problem, dimensionality reduction is needed to reduce the number of features stored in microarray data. Binary Particle Swarm Optimization (BPSO) is one of the methods to reduce dimensionality of microarray data that can increase classification performance. Although when combined with Backpropagation, BPSO still shows a relatively low performance. In this research, Modified Backpropagation with Conjugate Gradient is used to classify data that has been reduced with BPSO. The average accuracy result of BPSO+CGBP is 86.1%, giving it an improvement compared to BPSO+BP which averaged to 80.8%.

Abstract:
Currently parking system that is running in Pt. Sanggraha Daksamitra still uses a conventional parking system. When the driver wants to do parking, driver first presses the analog button on the parking gate to get a parking ticket. Lack of maintenance on the parking gate causes vehicle jams in the parking entrance area. To minimize errors that occur, the fishbone diagram analysis method is used to analyze the problem. After the problem was found, a parking reservation was developed that used qr-code as a scanner identification in the parking system. The system produced in this study is expected to facilitate parking drivers who want to park their vehicles in the parking area of Pt. Sanggraha Daksamitra. The results of this system will be tested using blackbox testing.

Abstract:
Kelurahan 16 Ulu is one of the areas in the city of Palembang which has an area of 475 Ha and consists of several RT. Citizen data collection is the main task of a RT head. The process of managing citizen data by the head of the RT at Kelurahan 16 ulu is still using manualmethod so to get and search information about citizen spread point and data mapping cost a lot of time cause the data still in family card, and the data not yet in mapping state. To solve this problem, it needs visually show the mapping based on Geographic Information System (GIS). GIS is able to manage data that have spatial references for purposes related to mapping and planning. The resulting mapping visualization is in the form of E-government based on GIS. So that it can help to find out the citizen spread point and improve effectiveness and performance in service to the citizen.

Abstract:
Exercising is not something that many people enjoy, and often a burden. In Indonesia, the prevalence of overweight and obesity is on a steady rise since 2013. One of the cause of these trend is the sedentary lifestyle. Lack of physical activities in this lifestyle has lead to poor cardiorespiratory fitness which proven to increase mortality rate. The purpose of this research is to create android game based on virtual reality and with the genre of exergaming. This research aims to create a new and variative ways to exercise without going out of your home dan to create a new atmosphere of exercising that is fun because of the survival horror genres. This research is using prototyping models and using Unity 3D as the game-engine that allow the application to run on Android Devices. The result of this research is VRSurvival Runner, an android game that allows the player to run, jump, to avoid zombies that are chasing the player, and also this game has a feature of counting the estimated burned calories while playing the games. A trial test on the app also has been done without any problem.

Abstract:
Student Activity Unit (UKM) is a place where students gather who have the same interests and interests in a college. STMIK PalComTech is a private tertiary institution in the city of Palembang which has 5 UKM. When registering prospective SME members, they visited the UKM booths that were opened by the UKM management, besides that there were several other obstacles such as UKM STMIK PalComTech activities recorded manually only from the side PalComTech STMIK Student Affairs, which contains the name of the PIC, date of activity, number, name of UKM, place, start, finish, number of attendance, meetings to, information, there is also data material that is not neatly organized, and monthly report collection. In order to support the recording of activities in terms of attendance, members and material taught up to UKM member registration, the researchers created a web-based SME information system using the Rational Unified Process method and in this study using black box testing. RUP is a method that uses the concept of object oriented, and has activities that focus on the development of the model by using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results of this study are an information system that can be used, UKM members, and STMIK PalComTech student affairs that make it easy to collect attendance information, member data, activity data, material and announcements.
