Emanuel Macron was excavated the anger from thousands of people around the world, that society in fact was Muslim people. Therefore, number of protest escalated in many countries including Indonesia, as the biggest Muslim country in the world. I as personal, also stand in scientific circle, in fact was indeed concerned to that chaos affected by politic speech. Therefore, in short, this paper conducted to educate the widespread society, ‘who stand-out of politic activity also the system’, to bridge that society knowledge toward politic speech and related issue around politic knowledge. By the end, I see that politic knowledge was concrete and systematic, that not think before. Moreover, to react in this issue, the matter of politic speech, even the discourse that related to language-politic, how politician act through rhetorician movement, all of that knowledge must be learned and highlight to the broad people, that in purpose to prevent undesired act such violence or riot, which harmfully to all of us, even in systematic impact

Generation Z is a generation with unique characteristics that makes them differ from their predecessor. With Generation Z entering the workplace, there are currently three generations (Gen X, Gen Y, and Gen Z) that must work together and coordinate within the company. However, Generation Z is known to be a “job hopper” generation. They like to switch between jobs for a certain reason. This behavior is surely associated with the concept of organizational commitment. Furthermore, both variables (motivation and satisfaction in work) presumed to have a great impact on organizational commitment. Therefore, the aim of this study is to observe on how to enhance Generation Z’s organizational commitment through job satisfaction and work motivation. This observation is to explain on what Generation Z expects and values the most in the workplace and how employers can meet those expectations. Research method used is desktop-based research which consists of secondary data collected from different research papers, journals, articles, and books.

This study aimed to n use values the company can be determined by many factors, among which the size of the company, leverage, the price earnings ratio (PER) and Return On Equity (ROE) Firm size is considered able to influence the value of the company . the large size of the company shows that the company is developing so that investors will respond positively and the value of the company will increase. The relative market share shows the company's competitiveness is higher than its main competitors. Investors will respond positively so that the value of the company will increase. Companies that have total assets with large amounts or commonly referred to as large companies will get more attention from investors, creditors and other users of financial information compared to small companies. If the company has a large total assets, the management will be more flexible in using existing assets in the company. This ease in controlling assets will increase the value of the company. In the face of economic turmoil, usually a more sturdy company stands are large, although it does not rule out bankruptcy, so investors tend to like large-sized companies rather than small-sized companies.

The impact of work inspiration and work environment on work execution is very important, and some theoretical and fact assessments in several companies also show work motivation and a supportive environment that provides a very large increase in employee performance, plus in this “NEW NORMAL” period many companies make breakthroughs in running its business once again so that the company can survive in the midst of this crisis. Based on these conditions, the quality of performance and motivation in a company needs to be improved by formulating a new policy in the work system in the company so that it can pass through times like this, which is a new program or procedure in the system to improve employee performance in a company. The method used in this study is the procedure for approaching employees, research that emphasizes the basic principles of work motivation and the environment which seeks to create a new work environment that is more developed in situations like this. The theory outlined below will greatly assist companies, especially Trapo Indonesia, in evaluating and updating inspiration and work environment governance that can have a positive effect on the company and can moreover progress representative execution even better.

This study aims to describe the empowerment of farmers in intercropping technology implementation, analyze the empowerment of farmers in the application of intercropping technology, and develop counseling strategies to increase the empowerment of farmers in the application of intercropping technology. Data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively, using multiple linear regression and determining extension strategies to increase farmer empowerment using SWOT analysis. Great employee execution will be fulfilled in case the company can recognize any components that can make strides employee execution, one of the factors that can impact employee performance is work motivation, and the work environment. This composing points to decide the impact of work motivation on employee performance, and decide the impact of the work environment on employee performance. By giving great inspiration, giving more consideration and accomplishment to employees, and giving a work environment that can back employee performance, to diminish worker turnover within the company. Software as a Service (SaaS) is a variant of technology products that are now loved by both personal and business users. SaaS is a software product variant that can be used directly by users, without the need for complicated installation. In the realm of accounting itself, there have been many emerging accounting softwares ranging from those that are offline to online, one of which is Jurnal.id. Jurnal.id is a SaaS platform that presents a variety of digital accounting products that are designed to simplify and accelerate the process of bookkeeping business. This study aims to examine customer continuance intentions on the use of Jurnal.id online accounting software. The variables in this study consisted of perceived usefulness, information quality, service quality system quality, satisfaction, and continuance intention. The population in this study are the users of Jurnal.id Online Accounting Software in the Greater Jakarta area. The sample in this study amounted to 300 people obtained using the Hair Formula. This study uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach using Partial Least Square (PLS) software, the SMART-PLS software version 3.3.2. The results showed that perceived usefulness, system quality, and service quality had a positive effect on satisfaction using Jurnal.id's online accounting software. Simultaneously Satisfaction has a positive effect on continuance intention. However, Information quality does not have a positive effect on satisfaction using online accounting software Jurnal.id

This study aims to analyze for factors that cause delays in the absorption of the Bogor City Government's expenditure budget so that a strategy can be formulated to improve the performance of this budget absorption. Searching for variables forming the causal factors is done by using primary data sourced from Dinas Kesehatan and Sekretariat Daerah, based on the researcher's work experience when assigned to the Finance Section and the Planning and Reporting Division of Dinas Kesehatan and Bagian Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa Sekretariat Daerah Kota Bogor for approximately 10 years of the assignment period and library data search. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) is used to look for underlying factors extracted from the factors forming variables. The search foralternative strategies to improve performance of budget absorption was carried out using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The EFA analysis found five main factors causing delays in the absorption of budget expenditure, namely factor in budget planning activities, factor in government regulation and bureaucracy, factor of work conditions, factor influencing financial activities and disbursement of the Government budget, and human resources of the state civil apparatus (ASN). AHP analysis shows that of the five leading sectors of the Regional Apparatus that play a role as key leaders in improving the performance of budget absorption is Sekretariat Daerah. The main obstacle in improving budget absorption is internal and external intervention. The main strategy to correct delays inspending is to improve quality of budget planning and procurement of service goods.

This research was conducted at PT. Sumber Batu which is engaged in contracting. Activities carried out by the company, one of which is the purchase of spare parts on credit. The implementation of the accounting system for purchasing spare parts on credit has not yet fully carried out activities in accordance with internal controls. Data collection was carried out using interview and observation techniques. The analysis conducted was a qualitative descriptive analysis by analyzing and designing Flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), and Normalization. The industry is one sector that has an important role in the development of a country. One of them is an industry in Indonesia, and its products that are in great demand are consumer goods with specifications of food products and household goods. An assessment of a company's financial level can be done by analyzing the company's financial statements. The financial statements used are the balance sheet and income statement from 2015 to 2019. To find out whether the company's financial condition is in good condition, various analyzes can be performed. One analysis that can be used to determine the company's financial situation is financial ratio analysis. The purpose of this study is to assess the company's performance by using the financial ratio analysis of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research was conducted by conducting documentation techniques with data obtained from the financial statements of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur. Then analyzed using financial statement analysis consisting of liquidity ratios and profitability ratios. The analytical method used is a descriptive analysis using the measurement of liquidity ratios and profitability. Based on the calculation of ratio analysis from PT Indofood Sukses Makmur, the liquidity ratio has increased every year so that the company's condition can be categorized quite well. Whereas, based on profitability ratios, it shows an increasing number from year to year so that it can be said the state of the company is in a good position.
