Abstract:
The book is devoted to the debate on the nature and direction of the relationship between financial depth and economic growth. Addressing the theoretical underpinnings of financial depth, namely the concept, measurement approaches, benefits and drawbacks, and determinants (focusing on the institutional environment) provides insights on prior studies on its relationship with economic growth before and after the GFC. This demonstrates the changes in the nature of the financial depth and economic growth nexus in the context of: the direct-proportional relationship between them, to a weakening and, in some cases, to the opposite influence. Drawing from the trends of economic development and of financial depth worldwide, distinctions across groups of countries by income and Ukraine are identified. The quantitative analysis of Ukraine’s financial depth across assets, liabilities, volumes of services of non-bank and capital market, state debt and lending (of state banks, state investment projects, local loans, and cooperation with IOFs) demonstrates sectoral unbalanced financial deepening of the economy. It is grounded that financial depth, debt burden and economic growth move synchronously or in different directions based on business cycle phases. The estimation of bank loans’ impact on economic growth, provided by evaluating the financial performance of Ukrainian industrial firms during 2006–2020, shows bank loans substitution by commercial (inter-firm) credit; preference for short-term loans denominated in the national currency; sufficient profitability to service loans only of mining industry firms; quasi-risky financing model. Further, the book proposes an empirical study of Ukraine's financial depth-economic growth nexus, revealing that the financial depth just accompanies economic growth but not causes it. During 2008–2020, the impact of bank and non-bank loans was negative, while the impact of trading volume on the securities market was positive, indicating the inability of further credit expansion to contribute to economic growth. Though economic growth has a directly proportionated correlation with external trade and debt, the correlation between mentioned factors and financial depth is inversely proportionate. Meanwhile, the relationship between financial openness and financial deepening in Ukraine is confirmed. The study concludes with an analysis of the impact of war on the financial depth-economic growth nexus in Ukraine. Abstract:
The monograph provides an overview of equipment for processing and processing technology of melons. Until recent years, the primary processing of melons has no industrial production in the CIS countries and abroad. The all-round reduction or complete elimination of the share of manual labor due to the comprehensive mechanization of technological processes is acquiring particular relevance. However, when processing such crops as melons, it is impossible to completely exclude manual labor at the current level of development of agricultural and processing equipment. This is due to the specific properties of not only the plants themselves, but also the fruits. So the tech- nologies for harvesting and processing melons include operations traditionally performed in whole or in part by hand. The mechanical and technological foundations for the calculation and design of machines for processing the fruits of melons for technical and food purposes are stated. The theoretical prerequisites for the creation of products based on melon are presented, the issues of rational use of melons for the production of long-term storage products are highlighted. Basic physical, mechanical and rheological properties of pumpkin, melon and watermelon fruits are given. Criteria equations for the processes of grinding in a closed environment, cutting, mixing are given. The proposed options for equipment and technological lines for the processing of fruits of water- melon, melon, pumpkin are presented. Abstract:
The scientific bases of ensuring fire resistance of reinforced concrete and steel building structures in the conditions of modern extreme influences are laid. The current state of fire safety of buildings and structures, as well as approaches, methods and tools for its assessment are analyzed. Analysis of emergencies and fires in the world has shown that the vast majority of them occur in buildings and structures. It is shown that the cause of catastrophic consequences and destruction is the non-compliance of the actual limit of fire resistance of building structures with regulatory requirements. This is due to the imperfection of methods and means of assessing the fire resistance of building structures, including fire-retardant. To overcome the shortcomings identified during the analysis, the paper develops physical and mathematical models of thermal processes occurring in the fire-retardant reinforced concrete structure. Based on the proposed models, a computational-experimental method for estimating the fire resistance of such structures has been developed. The efficiency of the proposed method was tested by identifying the relationship between the parameters of the fire-retardant plaster coating “Neospray” and the fire resistance of fire-retardant multi-hollow reinforced concrete floor. The study of fire resistance of steel structures is proposed to be carried out using reduced samples in the form of steel plates with dimensions of 500×500×5 mm. Based on the proposed models, a calculation and experimental method for estimating the fire resistance of steel structures, as well as an algorithm and procedures for its implementation have been developed. The verification of the efficiency of the proposed method was carried out in the ANSYS software package using the aged coating “Phoenix STS” and the coating “Amotherm Steel Wb” under heating conditions at the temperature of the hydrocarbon fire. The reliability of the developed models and methods is checked. It is established that random errors in temperature measurement significantly affect the accuracy of determining the thermophysical characteristics and limits of fire resistance. In general, the efficiency of the proposed calculation and experimental methods with sufficient accuracy for engineering calculations is confirmed. Abstract:
The book contains data on development of the technologies based on the use of non-stationary electric discharges in plasma jets. Formation of a plasma jet takes place under the effect of non-stationary detonation waves propagating between electrode units. In this case the energy parameters of the plasma can be controlled by a fuel mixture composition, electric potential and geometric characteristics of a device. As a result of interaction with plasma, the treated surface is subjected to pulsed electromagnetic, thermal and elastic-deformation influence. The results of studies of modified layers subjected to pulse plasma treatment are presented. The book describes technologies and equipment that are commercially applied for modification of working surfaces of machine parts and tools. Examples of application of the technologies in metallurgy, mining industry, wood working, machine building and other industrial sectors are given. Abstract:
The theoretical foundations of the production and use of the corresponding polymers for the production of adhesives and sealants are considered, laboratory works related to the manufacture of adhesives and sealants and their testing are considered, the influence of operational factors on their properties is determined. Abstract:
The monograph analyzes modern methods for accelerating transitions, changeovers in the processes of coextrusion, methods for predicting and controlling the quality characteristics of polymer products in the conditions of helm production. The processes of mixing, controlling the temperature of the melt and the performance of the extruder with constant changes in formulations are studied. Methods are proposed for calculating the processes of plastic processing based on representing the movement of the melt in the form of a plug sliding on the surface of the flow channels. The multilayer flow and the method of variable rotation speed of co-extruder screws were studied to accelerate transitions by film color. This monograph is recommended for students, engineers and scientists involved in co-extrusion technology of flexible packaging materials. В монографии проведен анализ современных способов ускорения переходов, переналадок в процессах соэкструзии, способов прогнозирования и управления качественными характеристиками полимерных изделий в условиях елиничного производства. Исследованы процессы смешивания, управления температурой расплава и производительностью экструдера при постоянных сменах рецептур. Предложены методы расчета процессов переработки пластмасс на основе представления движения расплава в виде пробки скользящей по поверхности каналов течения. The monograph contains modern ideas about the processes of biological detoxifying industrial gas emissions. The existing methods of description of kinetics of aerobic and anaerobic processes of biological destruction of organic and inorganic pollutants are analyzed. Approaches to planning experimental research and mathematical modelling of processes and devices of gas-air emission deodorization are considered. Recommendations on selection and calculation of gas-cleaning equipment using biological agents are given. Abstract:
The phenomenon of destruction of chemical bonds of molecules in the field of point electric charge is established, on the basis of which the physical mechanism of catalytic action of point charge is proposed, and the model of dynamics of elementary acts is developed, reflecting the physicochemical features of high-speed reactions in the mine atmosphere, conditions and conditions surface processes in non-equilibrium low-temperature gas discharge plasma. The theoretical substantiation of the physical mechanism of the influence of point charges of plasma in the interval between the electrodes on the stability of chemical bonds of molecules, which made it possible to solve the problem of negative influence of arc-extinguishing processes in the explosion-proof shells and to increase the reliability of the control and operation of the technology. It is intended for specialists in the field of safety of industrial equipment in transport systems and underground power supply. It may be useful to experts in the development of explosion-proof electrical equipment, graduate students, and students of relevant specialties. Встановлено явище руйнування хімічних зв’язків молекул у полі точкового електричного заряду, на підставі якого запропоновано фізичний механізм каталітичної дії точкового заряду та розроблено модель динаміки елементарних актів, що відображають фізико-хімічні особливості високошвидкісних реакцій в рудниковій атмосфері, обумовлених об’ємними та поверхневими процесами у нерівноважній низькотемпературній плазмі газового розряду. Дано теоретичне обґрунтування фізичного механізму впливу точкових зарядів плазми у проміжку між електродами на стійкість хімічних зв’язків молекул, що дозволило вирішити проблему негативного впливу дугогасильних процесів у вибухозахищених оболонках і на порядок підвищити надійність роботи шахтних та рудникових апаратів захисту і управління технологічними комплексами. Призначена для фахівців з проблем безпеки промислового обладнання в системах транспорту та підземного електропостачання. Abstract:
The development of Industry 4.0 technologies is based on the rapid growth of the computing capabilities of mobile wireless technologies, which has made it possible to significantly expand the range of digital services and form a conglomeration of socio-cyber-physical systems and smart technologies. The First Section discusses the issues of building security systems based on the proposed Concept of multi-contour security systems, taking into account the hybridity and synergy of modern targeted cyber-attacks, their integration with social engineering methods. This approach not only increases the level of security, but also forms an objective approach to the use of post-quantum security mechanisms based on the proposed Lotka-Volterra models. The Second Section analyzes the features of the functioning of social Internet services and establishes their role in ensuring the information security of the state. An approach is proposed to identify signs of threats in the text content of social Internet services, which will allow to quickly respond to changing situations and effectively counteract such threats. A classifier of information security profiles of users of social Internet services has been developed to assess the level of their danger as potential participants in disinformation campaigns. A method for identifying and evaluating the information and psychological impact on user communities in services is proposed. Models of conflict interaction of user groups in social Internet services are considered on the example of civil movements. To effectively counter threats to information security of the state, it is proposed to use the concept of synergistic user interaction and self-organization processes in a virtual community. Particular attention is paid to countering the manipulation of public opinion in the decision-making process by users of social Internet services. The Third Section proposes a biometric security system that works to authenticate users based on a comparison of their fingerprints and certain templates stored in a biometric database. A method for determining the contour based on the passage of a curve and the filtering function of contour lines has been developed. The stage of skeletal identification is analyzed in detail. The Ateb-Gabor method with wave thinning has been developed. The performance of skeletal algorithms such as the Zhang-Suen thinning algorithm, the Hilditch algorithm, and the Ateb-Gabor method with wave decimation is analyzed. The presented results of experiments with biometric fingerprints based on the NIST Special Database 302 database showed the effectiveness of the proposed method. Abstract:
The monograph examines the current problems of state policy of import substitution in the current conditions of the post-industrial economy. The essence and generalized theoretical ap- proaches to the genesis of theories of import regulation in open economies have been revealed, the tools of state regulation in import substitution policy have been systematized and the content of the modern concept of neo-industrial import substitution has been characterized with a definition of institutional obstacles to its development. The preconditions for the implementation of import substitution policy in key sectors of the Ukrainian economy have been studied. The current state of Ukraine's foreign trade has been analyzed and key problems of balancing the foreign trade balance have been identified. The causes and consequences of the growing import dependence of the do- mestic economy have been established. Considerable attention is paid to the areas of realization of import substitution potential in the context of building a national innovation system. Abstract:
The monograph presents the results of theoretical and experimental studies of non-stationary processes of modification of metal surfaces by electric current, by switching it with a liquid-electrolyte electrode. This process is called plasma electrolyte treatment (PET). On the basis of the research carried out, complex hardening technologies and equipment have been created. Technologies allow oxidizing, alloying and changing the structure of local areas of the surface of products, which greatly increases their physical and mechanical properties without changing the structural state of the entire product. The complex of developed technologies multiplies: strength, wear resistance, fatigue strength of products under cyclic loads under conditions of friction and wear. Along with theoretical material, the monograph provides extensive information on the application and efficiency of the developed technologies in industry. The monograph is intended for engineering and technical workers of machine-building enterprises and institutes that specialize in the field of hardening processing of products.

The monograph, based on the analysis of statistical data, establishes the wave-like nature of changes in the demographic situation and its periodization in Ukraine. The dependence of the birth rate on changes in GDP is formalized. An assessment of the volume of the educational market and forecasting changes in the contingent of applicants for secondary and higher education are evaluated. A quantitative analysis of the labor market in terms of groups of specialties and educational programs, and a quantitative assessment of the compliance of the popularity of entrants in specialties and educational programs to the demands of the labor market are conducted. It is conducted a quantitative analysis of employers’ requirements for candidates for a job, the availability of higher education and work experience. The demand of employers for soft skills job seekers and professional competencies in terms of specialty groups are estimated. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the structure of the labor market is studied. The clustering of specialties and educational programs by the criterion of similarity of demand for personal and professional competencies is conducted. The achievements and shortcomings of the functioning of the system of external independent evaluation (EIE) of learning outcomes in Ukraine are formulated. The possibilities of using the psychological characteristics of entrants, the scores of their EIE certificates to assess future learning outcomes and to assess career prospects after graduation are researched. A quantitative analysis of the system of financing higher education in Ukraine, including the current system of distribution of budget funds between of higher education institutions is conducted. Abstract:
The monograph is devoted to the system analysis of approaches to the building of models of chemical-technological systems, on the basis of which a systematic concept of building of models and the issues of solving decision-making problems for managing the operating modes of technological objects is proposed. The problems of the development of mathematical models and the optimization of complex chemical-technological systems are investigated, using the example of technological objects of oil refining, in conditions of uncertainty caused by the lack of reliable quantitative information and the fuzziness of available information. The structure of the monograph consists of an introduction, the main part of four sections, a conclusion and a list of sources of information.In the main part of the work, the current state of the problems of mathematical modelling of technological objects of oil refining production is analyzed. Methods of mathematical modelling and decision-making in the management of technological objects according to environmental and economic criteria are chosen as the direction of research. Methods of building mathematical models of chemical-technological systems of oil refining in a fuzzy environment have been investigated and proposed, and models of the technological complex of the catalytic reforming unit have been developed. An approach to the creation of a package of models for system modelling of the technological complex of the catalytic reforming unit is described. An algorithm for the synthesis of models of a technological complex of oil refining based on fuzzy information is proposed. Expert assessments have been carried out to develop a mathematical description of the technological complex of the reforming unit, a method has been developed for carrying out expert procedures in a fuzzy environment.The formulations of decision-making problems for the control of the technological complex of the reforming unit are formulated and, based on the modification of various optimality principles, heuristic algorithms for their solution are developed. The properties of the developed algorithms for solving decision-making problems have been investigated and a method for their selection in solving specific production problems has been proposed. A mathematical formulation of the decision-making problem for optimizing the operating modes of the catalytic reforming unit in a fuzzy environment is obtained and the results of its solution based on the proposed fuzzy approach are presented. The structure is created and the main functional blocks of the computer decision support system based on the object models are described. The issues of software implementation of the developed models are considered and a description of the interface of the computer system for modelling the units of the reforming unit and decision support for optimizing their operation modes is given. Abstract:
Modern biotechnology is a direction designed to find ways of industrial application of biological agents and processes. This is a complex multidisciplinary field, including microbiological synthesis, genetic, protein and cell engineering, engineering enzymology. Biotechnology is mainly based on the use of microorganisms. Therefore, the knowledge accumulated by microbiology about the diversity of the world, about the structure, genetics, physiology, variability, ecology of microbes creates a scientific basis for the development of many biotechnological industries. Traditional raw materials for various branches of the chemical and processing industries (oil and gas) are depleted, and this will lead to the fact that biomass resources will be increasingly used. In addition to new methods for producing chemicals from biomass, bio-technology also gives us more efficient and industrial catalysts for chemical interconversions. A promising area for further development is the production of valuable substances from plants, such as terpenes and alkaloids used in the manufacture of drugs; currently 25 % of all medicines are made from plants. Using animal cells, the production of viruses for vaccines is possible. In the long term, these are hepatitis A, hepatitis B, herpes type 1 viruses, herpes type 2 viruses, as well as viruses that cause colds, some forms of cancer and dental caries. Современная биотехнология – это направление, призванное изыскивать пути промышленного применения биологических агентов и процессов. Это комплексная многопрофильная область, включающая микробиологический синтез, генетическую, белковую и клеточную инженерию, инженерную энзимологию. Биотехнология в основном опирается на использование микроорганизмов. Поэтому знания, накопленные микробиологией о многообразии мира, о строении, генетике, физиологии, изменчивости, экологии микробов создают научную основу для развития многих биотехнологических производств. Традиционное сырье для различных отраслей химической и перерабатывающей промышленности (нефть и газ) истощается, а это приведет к тому, что всё более широко будут использоваться ресурсы биомассы. Помимо новых способов получения химических веществ из биомассы, биотехнология дает нам также более эффективные и производственные катализаторы для осуществления химических взаимопревращений. Многообещающей областью дальнейшего развития представляется производство ценных веществ из растений, например терпенов и алкалоидов, используемых при производстве лекарств; в настоящее время 25 % всех лекарств производится из растений. С помощью животных клеток возможна продукция вирусов для получения вакцин. В перспективе это вирусы гепатита А, гепатита Б, герпеса типа 1, герпеса типа 2, а также вирусы, вызывающие простудные заболевания, некоторые формы рака и зубной кариес.

In the pages of his book the author shares his experience of inventor and creator of the new system for the situated on bone stable - functional osteosynthesis "METOST". On the most parts of this system components the author received a patent for an invention. Over the past 20–30 years, the stable – functional osteosynthesis of long tubular bones is confidently taking the leading place, as well in our country as abroad. However, the fixatives that are used for this purpose are not ideal and need to be improved. Each step and every element of the METOST system has been subjected to comprehensive analysis, mechanical and mathematical modeling and testing on experimental animals. Only after that, the author started using METOST system in the clinic on patients and achieved excellent results, having operated over 1,500 patients and reducing the percentage of errors and complications to – 1.5 %. This work could be used as a handbook for master classes for creative doctors who have dedicated their efforts to improving the methods of patients treatment. The monograph could be useful for all operating traumatologists - orthopedists, as well experienced doctors, as young aimed to succes – inventors. На сторінках своєї книги автор ділиться досвідом винахідника та творця нової системи для встановленої на кістці стабільно-функціонального остеосинтезу "МЕТОСТ". На більшість частин цієї системи автор отримав патент на винахід. За останні 20–30 років стабільно-функціональний остеосинтез довгих трубчастих кісток впевнено займає провідне місце, як і в нашій країні, так і за кордоном. Однак фіксатори, які використовуються для цієї мети, не є ідеальними і потребують вдосконалення. Кожен крок та кожен елемент системи METOST піддавався всебічному аналізу, механічному та математичному моделюванню та тестуванню на експериментальних тваринах. Лише після цього автор почав використовувати систему METOST у клініці на пацієнтах і досяг чудових результатів, прооперувавши понад 1500 пацієнтів та зменшивши відсоток помилок та ускладнень до –1,5 %. Abstract:
The development of the modern world community is closely related to advances in computing resources and cyberspace. The formation and expansion of the range of services is based on the achievements of mankind in the field of high technologies. However, the rapid growth of computing resources, the emergence of a full-scale quantum computer tightens the requirements for security systems not only for information and communication systems, but also for cyber-physical systems and technologies. The methodological foundations of building security systems for critical infrastructure facilities based on modeling the processes of behavior of antagonistic agents in security systems are discussed in the first chapter. The concept of information security in social networks, based on mathematical models of data protection, taking into account the influence of specific parameters of the social network, the effects on the network are proposed in second chapter. The nonlinear relationships of the parameters of the defense system, attacks, social networks, as well as the influence of individual characteristics of users and the nature of the relationships between them, takes into account. In the third section, practical aspects of the methodology for constructing post-quantum algorithms for asymmetric McEliece and Niederreiter cryptosystems on algebraic codes (elliptic and modified elliptic codes), their mathematical models and practical algorithms are considered. Hybrid crypto-code constructions of McEliece and Niederreiter on defective codes are proposed. They can significantly reduce the energy costs for implementation, while ensuring the required level of cryptographic strength of the system as a whole. The concept of security of corporate information and educational systems based on the construction of an adaptive information security system is proposed. Abstract:
One of the most serious problems of modern navigation is the accident rate that occurs due to inept or belated maneuvering of ships. As a result of accidents in the world, more than 200 ships sink every year and every fourth receives significant damage. Full-scale tests show that the stopping distance of large-tonnage ships turn out to be much less permissible, and shipbuilders are able to significantly reduce the astern power of such ships, making them cheaper at the expense of safety. The low accuracy of inertial-braking characteristics is mainly due to unqualified field tests. Analysis of graphs and tables based on the results of such tests show that the spread in the values of inertial-braking characteristics for ships of the same type reaches 30%, and in some cases even more. In many tables and graphs, inertial-braking characteristics are expressed in relative values and are not suitable for direct use when maneuvering a ship. Finally, even when graphical and/or tabular maneuvering information is available on the navigating bridge, it is difficult to use it when maneuvering a ship at night. The research carried out by the author results in: - creation of an alternative computational method for determining the inertial-braking characteristics of the ship, suitable for use on any on-board computer; - development of an improved methodology for calculating the path and time of acceleration and braking of the ship in various ahead motion modes; - development of a methodology for taking into account the influence of a passing and opponent current on the length of the stopping distance of the ship; - development of methods for solving applied problems, ensuring a decrease in the accident rate of ships during maneuvering. The obtained methods include the development of theoretical foundations, mathematical models and comparison of the calculated inertial-braking characteristics of ships with the data of a full-scale experiment. For the first time, to derive the calculated formulas for the time and stopping distance, theorems are used on the change in the momentum and kinetic energy during accelerated and decelerated motion of the ship. In the course of the study, the problems of calculating and formalizing the inertial-braking characteristics of the ship are being comprehensively solved. For the first time, the hypothesis that the nature of the change in the thrust force of the propeller during reverse can be approximated by linear equations has been substantiated and confirmed. The general results are used to calculate the inertial-braking characteristics of specific ships. Throughout history, around the world, civilian self-defence systems, combat sports and military combatives have been devised. Almost all of these are of an eclectic nature. For instance, Greek Pankration is a combination of traditional Greek boxing and wrestling; modern Karate was derived from older Okinawan and Chinese fighting methods; and Korean Taekwondo is based on Karate and the ancient Korean art of Taekkyeon. Both William E. Fairbairn’s Defendu (derived from Japanese Ju-jitsu, etc.) and Bruce Lee’s Jeet Kune Do (derived from Chinese Wing Chun, Western boxing, Western fencing, etc.) are perhaps the most revolutionary and influential eclectic fighting systems of all time. The founders of these arts felt that the older methods could be improved. I too had the same feeling. Therefore, I developed a reality-based eclectic system of self-defence/combat. Being of Indian descent, I gave it an Indian name: Harjit Singh Yuddh Kalaah (Sanskrit: Harjit Singh Fighting Art). I also call it Mishra Yuddh Kalaah (Sanskrit: Mixed Martial Arts). A wide range of problems related to the scientific and technical direction “Hydrogen energy and environmentally friendly technologies” is considered. The data on the physicochemical and thermotechnical properties of hydrogen as the most universal environmentally friendly energy carrier and its use in modern energy are presented. Based on the results of fundamental research in the field of thermodynamics, thermal physics, strength and reliability of power plant designs, conceptual approaches to the creation of new equipment based on hydrogen technologies have been developed to increase the efficiency of using alternative energy sources and renewable energy sources. Scientific and technical aspects of energy-saving technology for producing hydrogen in membraneless high-pressure power lines are described, and thermodynamic cycles and schemes of energy-technological installations using hydrogen as a working medium or an environmentally friendly energy carrier are programmed. Based on the results of thermogasdynamic analysis of energy conversion processes, quantitative characteristics of the influence of regime and design factors on their energy and environmental efficiency are obtained. Розглянуто широке коло проблем, що відносяться до науково-технічного напряму «Воднева енергетика та екологічно безпечні технології». The theoretical and practical principles of fire protection of wooden building structures are stated. Based on the performed scientific analysis it is shown that the schedule of wood from the action of high temperature determines the reliability and durability of building structures. The features of the process of weight loss during the operation of fireproof wood, a decrease in the rate of burnout depending on the properties of the protective coating are disclosed. The basic operational properties of flame retardants are experimentally determined and their suitability for use in building structures is established, technical solutions and recommendations for the practical implementation of fire protection at construction sites for the application, receipt and operation of materials are given. Designed for specialists and scientists engaged in practical and scientific activities in the field of protection of building structures. Abstract:
The monograph examines the theoretical problems of chemical technology processes that have historically developed through the creation of building materials, metallurgy, the production of inorganic and organic compounds, as well as the processing of agricultural products into food products. Widely using mathematical methods of modeling, the method of theoretical generalizations, the graph method, the authors give new systems of equations of statistics and kinetics of processes. The problems of theory and calculation methods for chemical reactors are discussed, which are considered the basis of the "processor unit" in technological production, and also the problems of intensification and optimization of chemical-technological processes are considered. В монографии рассматриваются теоретические проблемы процессов химической технологии, которые исторически развивались на основе создания строительных материалов, металлургии, производства неорганических и органических соединений, а также переработки сельхоз продукции в пищевые продукты. Широко используя математические методы моделирования, метод теоретических обобщений, метод графов авторы дают новые системы уравнений статистики и кинетики процессов. Обсуждаются вопросы теории и методы расчета химических реакторов, которые считают основной «процессорной единицей» в технологическом производстве, а также рассматривают проблемы интенсификации и оптимизации химико-технологических процессов.
