Abstract:
PT. Arwana Citramulia. TBK is one of the manufacturing companies engaged in the sale of ceramics. PT. Arwana Citramulia. TBK already has its own ERP application but there is still a lack of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module, making it difficult to see sales results effectively and efficiently for each customer. Therefore, it is necessary to implement CRM to overcome these problems. The stages of implementing this CRM begin with a preliminary study. At this stage, problem identification is carried out through interviews and observations, identifying ongoing business processes and then making system proposals. The description of the system work model that is applied using a use case diagram. The next step is to select the CRM application, then configure and customize the CRM application module. The results of this study indicate that the CRM software that has been selected and implemented, namely the Sales Performance Mobile application can overcome problems at PT. Arowana Citramulia. Tbk., accompanied by the features in the mobile and web sales performance, so every marketing can be easy and effective in selling goods.

Abstract:
The development of the digital world that continues to increase at this time makes people accustomed to the concept of digitization and technology, even now it has become a necessity. These developments need to be balanced with encouragement for users to better utilize the use of technology through the role of digital literacy. One of the efforts made to encourage the creation of digital literacy is by utilizing technology to support activities that can increase knowledge and improve people's reading and writing literacy. This will make technology users better at using technology and provide other benefits in increasing digital literacy, where increasing digital literacy is currently one of the government targets that has been pursued in various activities to build a society that is not only technology users but also able to utilize technology through their cognitive abilities such as writing so that they are not only able to operate technological devices. This research focuses on making reading and writing applications that can be used by all technology users so that they can foster public interest in reading and writing. In addition, this application will also provide a solution to the sluggish growth of book sales by publishers through the marketplace. Application users can enjoy reading and writing anywhere and anytime and make it easier to search and purchase literacy books. This application was developed using waterfall software development and has gone through a testing stage where all the designed features are already running as specified.

Abstract:
The stone magpie has many enthusiasts among the community and breeders, but the disease suffered by the stone magpie is a serious problem. There are various diseases that attack and cause farmers to be unable to diagnose and difficult to know the type of disease, because knowledge about these diseases is still limited in diagnosing diseases that attack stone magpies. To diagnose the type of disease, you can use this method, you can find out the symptoms of the disease, then you can determine the diagnosis of the disease and take early prevention so that the disease does not spread. Therefore, we need a system that is able to diagnose the type of disease, so that breeders or the public can find out early on the types of diseases that will attack new magpies and anticipate transmission to other animals. The results of making this expert system will display symptoms that occur, diagnosis, and prevention so that they are not contagious, which can help breeders and the public to obtain information on types of diseases and be able to assist in maintaining the health of stone magpies.

Abstract:
Unit Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) yang bertugas memberikan pelayanan kesehatan khususnya terhadap siswa, telah menjadi bagian vital dari operasional sebuah sekolah. Oleh karena itu, pelayanan pada UKS perlu ditingkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensinya. Salah satu permasalahan yang menghambat kinerja UKS adalah pemrosesan data dan informasi secara manual dikarenakan belum adanya sistem yang terkomputerisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi UKS yang akan menggantikan seluruh prosedur manual sehingga kinerja UKS dapat ditingkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensinya. Untuk perancangannya digunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML) dan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), sedangkan metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah model prototipe.

Abstract:
SMA Panca Moral Cikampek merupakan suatu perwujudan dalam membentuk, mendidik genarasi muda bangsa Indonesia. Semakin bertambahnya jumlah siswa setiap tahunnya, dituntut ketepatan dan ketelitian dalam memberikan suatu informasi yang akurat dan tepat kepada siswa tanpa adanya perulangan data atau informasi yang sama. SMA Panca Moral Cikampek sangat membutuhkan adanya sebuah sistem yang dapat menunjang dalam proses penyajian informasi akademik. Untuk menangani masalah tersebut maka dibutuhkan suatu sistem Informasi Akademik Berbasis Web Pada SMA Panca Moral Cikampek sebagai salah satu solusi untuk memberikan sebuah informasi secara akurat, cepat dan tepat. Sistem informasi akademik yang ditawarkan dapat mengelola mengenai informasi akademik baik data absensi siswa, absen mengajar masuk dan absen mengajar guru, mengelola data nilai, jadwal pelajaran, jadwal mengajar guru, serta dapat menerbitkan informasi-informasi yang berhubungan dengan akademik. Pengembangan sistem informasi akademik berbasis web ini menggunakan metode rapid application development(RAD), model pengembangan ini digunakan karena model ini dianggap model dengan mengutamakan waktu, sehingga pengerjaannya relatif singkat sehingga dengan adanya pengembangan sistem informasi ini dapat berguna dalam memberikan kemudahan baik pelajar maupun kepada pengajar.

Abstract:
Permasalahannya adalah saat ini PT.Iverson Technology belum dapat menentukan cara memilih IT Learning yang terbaik. Dan mungkin akan sulit menemukan metode mana yang akan memiliki nilai yang lebih relevan diantara metode yang sudah diterapkan sebelumnya dengan metode AHP Membuktikan keakuratan dari penerapan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) pada pemilihan IT Learning Adapun tujuan dari penulisan skripsi ini adalah sebagai salah satu syarat kelulusan program Strata Satu (S1) untuk program studi Sistem Informasi pada Universitas Nusa Mandiri Jakarta. Dalam menyusun skripsi ini penulis melakukan beberapa penerepan metode pengumpulan data untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan.Sistem pendukung keputusan yang dibangun dengan menggunakan metode AHP ini dapat membantu mempermudah dan mempercepat menentukan IT Learning, yaitu dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan sebagai berikut : decompotition, comparative judgement, synthesis of priority dan logical consistencyTingkat keakuratan dalam menentukan IT Learning dengan menggunakan metode AHP ini dapat dinilai dari Consistency Ratio Hierarchy / CRH 10% atau 0,1 maka hasil perhitungan dapat dinyatakan benarSistem ini dapat dikembangkan dengan menambahkan bilangan fuzzy, serta menambahkan kriteria lain yang mendukung pemilihan IT Learning.

Abstract:

Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalisasi penggunaan sistem kearsipan surat berupa surat masuk dan surat keluar yang digunakan oleh staf atau pegawai instansi di Universitas Nasional. Pada tahap analisis ditemukan masalah dalam sistem pengelolaan kearsipan surat di Universitas Nasional yaitu masih menggunakan proses manual dalam mengarsipkan surat seperti menggunakan buku catatan arsip dalam mencatat surat masuk dan surat keluar dan surat yang disimpan dalam lemari dikelompokan sesuai jenisnya. Hal tersebut menyebabkan proses pengolahan surat masuk dan surat keluar menjadi lambat. Selain itu menurut jumlah data statistik jumlah surat masuk dan keluar semakin banyak contoh pada tahun 2020 berjumlah 1000 surat. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah tersebut peneliti membuat suatu aplikasi elektronik arsip (e-arsip) surat berbasis web di Universitas Nasional. Aplikasi dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dengan framework CodeIgniter dan database MySQL. Adapun metode tambahan yang digunakan yaitu metode First In First Out (FIFO). Metode FIFO dilakukan seperti proses antrian, dimana surat yang pertama kali masuk akan diproses terlebih dahulu kemudian surat berikutnya.

Abstract:
Cerdas-Sehat Online Shop adalah toko online yang menjual produk dari PT. Tigaraksa bertujuan memasarkan media edukasi. Semua penjualannya bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan potensi anak dengan ilmu pengetahuan dan keahliannya serta belajar lebih menyenangkan melalui buku-buku yang dapat mengeluarkan suara dan bisa bernyanyi. Selama ini Cerdas-Sehat Online Shop telah melayani sekian banyak transaksi pesanan produk-produk media edukasi. Semua data aktifitas transaksi disimpan dalam sistem database dengan menggunakan sistem aplikasi berbasis web. Datanya banyak yang belum bisa menemukan tentang trend produk apa aja yang sekarang naik atau turun. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena kurangnya pengetahuan dalam menganalisa produk yang sering laku dalam waktu bersamaan atau dalam satu transaksi dari para pelanggan. Salah satu strategi penjualan yang dapat dilakukan menggunakan disiplin ilmu data mining untuk memperoleh informasi paket penjualan dari data yang banyak dalam waktu cepat. Penyusunan pola pembelian barang yang biasa digunakan dalam data mining dengan algoritme association rule, algoritme yang digunakan menggunakan Apriori dan FP-Growth. Algortime Apriori menghasilkan 5 pola aturan asosiasi minimum support sebesar 10% dan minimum confidence sebesar 50% menghasilkan nilai confidence tertinggi yaitu 100% , sedangkan algoritme FP- Growth menghasilkan 5 pola aturan asosiasi dengan minimum support count 2 menghasilkan nilai support count tertinggi yaitu 8. Dengan menggunakan 2 atribut yaitu no.order dan kode produk dapat menemukan kecenderungan pola kombinasi antar itemset sehingga dapat dijadikan informasi yang sangat penting dalam pengambilan keputusan yang berguna untuk mempersiapkan jenis stok barang apa yang diperlukan kedepanya bagi penjualan di Cerdas–Sehat Online Shop.

Abstract:
Penerimaan mahasiswa baru merupakan langkah dasar agar proses belajar mengajar tetap berjalan. Setiap tahunnya mahasiswa baru yang mendaftar dapat mengalami peningkatan dan juga mengalami penurunan. Untuk itu prediksi sangat penting bagi perguruan tinggi sebagai bahan pendukung dalam pembuatan keputusan, strategi dan kebijakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses analisis runtun waktu dan hasil prediksi penerimaan mahasiswa baru di masa yang akan datang. Model yang digunakan dalam prediksi adalah model Prophet Facebook dan menggunakan dataset mahasiswa baru TA 2010/2011 sampai TA 2019/2020. Tahapan penelitian mengacu pada metode OSEMN yaitu Obtain data, Scrubbing data, Explore data, Modeling data, dan Intetpreting data. Hasil analisis untuk keseluruhan data mengalami penurunan di setiap tahunnya dan nilai rata-rata MAPE sebesar 0.04327568 % yang berarti model prediksi yang dihasilkan sangat baik karena <10% dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 99,6%. Abstract:
Aplikasi Jakarta Kini (JAKI) dirancang sebagai aplikasi yang dapat mewujudkan kota pintar efisien dan efektif dalam mengubah Jakarta menjadi kota metropolitan yang cerdas dan lebih baik. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesuksesan aplikasi jakara kini (JAKI) dan variabel mana yang paling mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini menggunakan enam variabel dari metode DeLone and McLean yaitu: kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, kegunaan, kepuasan pengguna, manfaat bersih. Jumlah responden yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 170 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepuasan pengguna berpengaruh sifnifikan 59,4% terhadap manfaat bersih. Masyarakat telah dapat merasakan manfaat Aplikasi JAKI dalam memenuhi kebutuhan warganya akan informasi terkini dan dapat mengatasi permasalahannya dengan menghemat waktu berupa pelaporan kepada pihak terkait melalui penggunaan teknologi. Sehingga penelitian ini dapat menjadi masukan bagi Pemerintah Provinsi DKI untuk memaksimalkan kegunaan Aplikasi JAKI menuju kota metropolitan yang cerdas dan interaktif.

Abstract:
The Google meet application and Google form are being studied and used by many teachers and students during the current pandemic. At this time all countries in the world are experiencing a crisis along with the entry of the Corona / Covit'19 virus which has killed many victims, even though many are still being treated with special handling in hospitals. The whole world is struggling to eradicate the virus that is currently developing. With this virus, countries around the world apply to stay at home to avoid crowds so that they can suppress this virus from developing. Many countries have locked down the place in order to suppress the development of this virus. Indonesia is one of the countries that also implements LockDown but in other terms, namely, PSBB means Large-Scale Social Restrictions. Where the Government recommends that all activities be carried out at home, one of which is in the field of education, namely school, where students can only receive learning from home and teachers also from home. This is where the use of information and communication technology is needed in carrying out teaching and learning activities. Currently, all teachers in schools must be able to take advantage of advanced information and communication technology to teach their students.The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview of the extent to which teachers in schools use or utilize information and communication technology that is currently developing using the internet in teaching and learning activities. In this study, research focuses on understanding social phenomena that occur in society.

Abstract:
Peramalan penerimaan mahasiswa baru sangatlah penting bagi perguruan tinggi agar keputusan yang diambil perguruan tinggi dapat lebih optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan model terbaik agar dapat meramalkan jumlah mahasiswa baru untuk 5 tahun ke depan melalui analisis runtun waktu. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Model ARIMA (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average) dengan dataset penerimaan mahasiswa baru Universitas XYZ periode 2010 sampai dengan 2019. Tahap pelaksanaan penelitian mengacu pada metode OSEMN yaitu Obtain data, Scrubbing data, Explore data, Modeling data, dan Intetpreting data. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa model terbaik yaitu model ARIMA (2,1,1). Model ARIMA yang dihasilkan menunjukkan nilai MAPE sebesar 7.066147 dengan akurasi sebesar 93%. Hasil peramalan menunjukkan bahwa terjadinya trend penurunan jumlah mahasiswa baru secara merata untuk 5 tahun kedepan.   Kata kunci: Peramalan, Jumlah Mahasiswa Baru, ARIMA, MAPE

Abstract:
Many systems and applications are made to help and simplify an activity. Likewise with the ordering system and catering ordering facilities which also take advantage of current technological developments. The process of ordering and conveying information about catering for the Jakarta area is still simple, the promotion is only by word of mouth, from personal acquaintances, or marketing through brochures to prospective customers whose market will be narrower than the internet media. Currently, no e-marketplace site specializes in catering businesses. So that their products have not been known to many people, and their conventional means of product promotion are only through brochures, business cards, or mouths of mouths. That way, the existence of e-marketplace catering can open up opportunities for catering managers in marketing their products to the wider community through the website. The system development model used to design and develop this application is the waterfall model. And this e-marketplace catering system was designed and developed using the programming language PHP, HTML, CSS using the Mysql Database. With the e-marketplace system, it can make it easier for catering businesses to promote their products to the wider community and make it easier for customers to find catering information effectively and efficiently. Using the e-marketplace system makes it easier for catering managers to manage product data collection and manage transaction data in serving customers.

Abstract:
Dunia sedang dilanda pandemi Corona Virus, virus yang berasal dari kota Wuhan di negara Cina sebagai awal pusat dari pandemi virus tersebut. Virus tersebut menyerang pernafasan akut dan menyebar dengan cepat hampir keseluruh dunia karena proses penularannya yang relatif mudah. Pemberitaan terkait virus tersebut terjadi dengan saat masif baik dimedia nasional maupun internasional. Hampir seluruh media memberitakan tentang penyebaran virus tersebut. Salah satunya melalui media sosial, twitter adalah salah satu media sosial yang cukup banyak penggunanya dan cukup digemari. Banyak pengguna twitter membagikan informasi, mengeluarkan pendapat, maupun berbagi beberapa hal. Penelitian ini fokus pada sentimen analisis stay home pada pengguna twitter, untuk dapat melihat efek dari kebijakan tersebut terhadap kehidupan mereka. Karena hampir diseluruh negara yang terkena pandemi ini mengeluarkan kebijakan seperti itu. Data yang diperoleh akan diolah menggunakan tiga metode klasifikasi yaitu Naive Bayes (NB), Support Vector Machine (SVM), dan k-Nearest Neighbor (k-NN). Dengan ketiga metode klasifikasi tersebut, akan dicari metode mana yang akan menghasilkan akurasi yang paling baik terkait dengan stay home dari tweets para penggunanya. Setelah dilakukan percobaan, algoritma Support Vector Machine + Smote mendapatkan hasil akurasi yang paling baik jika dibandingkan dengan dua algoritma lainnya. Hasil akurasi yang didapat sebesar 80,05%.

Abstract:
Dewasa ini perkembangan industri kesehatan khususnya farmasi meningkat. Itu bisa dilihat dari kemunculan Prodi farmasi di berbagai Akademika civitas. Seiring pertumbuhan industri, informasi tentang produknya menjadi kebutuhan bagi perusahaan. Salah satu kebutuhan penting adalah informasi tentang penjualan obat-obatan dan informasi tentang persiapan atau produksi obat-obatan. Informasi mengenai berapa banyak obat yang akan diproduksi merupakan hal yang sangat penting karena hal ini berkaitan dengan berapa banyak penjualan yang terjadi dalam kurun waktu tertentu atau target pasar yang akan dicapai. Algoritma priori termasuk jenis aturan asosiasi pada data mining. Aturan yang menyatakan hubungan antara berbagai atribut sering disebut analisis afinitas atau analisis pasar basket. Analisis asosiasi atau asosiasi aturan penambangan adalah teknik penambangan data untuk menemukan aturan kombinasi item. Dan FP-Tree adalah struktur penyimpanan data terkompresi. FP-Tree dibangun dengan memetakan setiap catatan transaksi ke setiap jalur spesifik di FP-tree. Berdasarkan data transaksi penjualan obat di pabrik Farma kimia Jakarta, dilakukan analisis menggunakan algoritma Apriori dengan dukungan parameter minimum 10% dan kepercayaan minimum 50%. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan 7 aturan Asosiasi dengan kombinasi item terbesar hingga 2 item.

Abstract:
Facial recognition work combined with the facial owner's position estimation feature can be utilized in various everyday applications such as face attendance with position detection. Based on this, this study offers a system testing experiment that can be run with facial recognition features and an Indoor Positioning System (IPS) to automatically check the location of the owner of the face. Recently, deep learning algorithms are the most popular method in the world of artificial intelligence. Currently, the Deep Learning algorithm toolbox has provided various programming language platforms. Departing from research findings related to deep learning, this study utilizes this method to perform facial recognition. The system we offer is also capable of checking the position or whereabouts of objects using Indoor Positioning System (IPS) technology. Facial recognition evaluation using CNN obtained a maximum value = 92.89% and an accuracy error value of 7.11%. Meanwhile, the average accuracy obtained is 91.86%. In the evaluation of the estimated position tested using DNN, the highest value of r2 score is 0.934, the lowest is 0.930 and an average is 0.932 and the highest value is MSE is 4.578, the lowest is 4.366 and the average is 4.475. This shows that the facial recognition process that is tested is able to produce good values but not the position estimation process. Keywords: Face Recognition, IPS, CNN, MSE, Accuraccy.

Abstract:
In the current era, information dissemination tends to be easier to do, this is due to the development of the internet and smartphone technology, which causes everyone to act as a sender and receiver of news without having to be filtered. This will certainly lead to new problems, especially potential violations of the law or criminal acts of the ITE Law such as illegal content. To overcome this, it is necessary to apply cyber-risk management so that cyber risks in the aspect of illegal content can be managed. Based on research conducted using the NIST 800-30 Framework on several students in Lubuklinggau City, the behavior or actions that are usually carried out related to handling the dissemination of information on social media or the internet are in the aspect of not understanding differences in information containing illegal content and lack of understanding of legal consequences. in disseminating illegal content information on social media it is included in the high risk category, furthermore the inability of the public to assess the reliability and pleasure of sharing information without knowing the information's credibility falls into the medium risk category, and finally students are happy to read controversial information even though the information is not clearly its credibility is included in the low risk category.

Abstract:

Managing mail manually requires a long time and allows for document loss. This study aims to reduce the use of time, help minimize the loss of letters, and reduce errors in recording letters by storing them in a database in accordance with the specified format. In the design of the system will check the applicant's input and validate before the data is stored in the database using Finite State Automata (FSA) so that the data stored in accordance with the format specified. Abstract:
Kupang City is a municipality and also the capital of East Nusa Tenggara Province. Various types of ethnicity, race, religion exist in the city of Kupang. The type of food and tastes also vary according to the race character in Kupang City. It is often a separate issue fore some migrant communities, especially for Muslim communities who visit Kupang City when looking for Halal Restaurants. For Muslim communities who want to find the location of the nearest Halal Restaurant in the city of Kupang they will usually ask the people around and browse the streets, but this will certainly take a long time. Therefore we need an Android-based Location Based Service (LBS) application that can provide clear information about the location of Halal Restaurants in the city of Kupang. In this study the system development method used is the Rational Unified Process (RUP) method. This application was built using the Java programming language and Kotlin, SQLite as a database. This research resulted in an Android-based Location Based Service application that provides services in the form of clear location information such as coordinates and distance to halal restaurants in Kupang City.

Abstract:
Marketing is a job that has a scope of work to market a product. Marketing is at the forefront of the company. The problem that often occurs in companies is not having a reliable marketing force. The problem arises because the process of accepting new marketing is still not done professionally. This happens because there is no systematic standard method to assess the feasibility of marketing candidates. Therefore it is necessary to analyze the marketing placement so that it can determine the feasibility of a new marketing placement problem. Through the results of the analysis of new marketing placements, it can be seen whether the marketing candidates passed or did not qualify. Of the problems that exist testing the data mining classification method to find out the algorithm to predict marketing feasibility is to use an algorithm that is C4.5. After testing with the C4.5 algorithm the results obtained are that the C4.5 algorithm produces an accuracy value of 91.10% and an AUC value of 0.921 with a diagnosis level of Excellent Classification. To drive a private vehicle properly and correctly one of them follows training from institutions or driving schools. In this study, the authors helped overcome it by Building a Driving School Information System by analyzing using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model. Use the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model for software development by minimizing the planning stage and maximizing prototype development. Through this system, prospective drivers can find out all information relating to driving schools, such as training schedules, names of instructors, costs required, types of cars available and comments of prospective drivers who have attended training at the school. Abstract:
Pustaka Aysha is one of the online bookstores in Shopee and Tokopedia. Shopee and Tokopedia are online shopping sites that are top ranked in Indonesia. The amount of competition that exists between stores so that requires a marketing strategy. This research uses clustering techniques in data mining marketing strategies. Clustereing is one technique in data mining to find data sets that have similarities with other data or data dissimilarity with others. The clustering process is carried out using k-means and k-medoids on the sales transaction data of the Pustaka Aysha bookstore in Shopee and Tokopedia on March 2019 and consists of each of the 488 data divided into 3 clusters namely the first cluster for the most product in demand, the second cluster for products that are quite popular and the third cluster for products that are of little interest. Both of these algorithms will be clustered evaluation to find out which algorithm has better performance in this research, the evaluation process is carried out using davies bouldin index to maximize inter cluster distance and minimize intra cluster distance, so the results obtained that the k-medoids algorithm have performance better than k-means.

The View Controller (MVC) model is a concept introduced by the inventor of Smalltalk (Trygve Reenskaug) to create one type of network data into another data type along with processing (model), isolating from the process of manipulation (controller) and view to be represented on a user interface. Abstract:
DM (Delta Modulation) is one of the waveform coding methods that converts analog waveforms into digital waveforms, by encoding binary numbers 1 when analog waveforms rise, and encodes binary numbers 0 when analog waveforms drop, and if analog waveforms are flat will be encoded binary numbers 1 and 0 alternately. So that the row of binary numbers 1 and 0 will show the fluctuation of the analog signal form. Problems faced in Delta Modulation when the ups and downs of analog waveforms are too steep or too tilted so that analog waveform changes cannot be followed, there will be slope overload noise, which causes SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio) to shrink because it is unable follow the analog wave changes which are too high to produce a large noise. For this reason, Adaptive techniques are made, so that excess can be avoided, thereby reducing the Noise and SNR expected to be obtained. ADM (Adaptive Delta Modulation) reduces load tilt errors, and seeks to increase dynamic range. Adaptive algorithms adjust the step size (from various step sizes) to the signal power level and thus increase the dynamic range of the coding system. This paper discusses Delta Modulation techniques for increasing SNR with ADM techniques, as well as performance comparisons between DM and ADM.

Research to analyze the level of community satisfaction with BPJS Health online registration on the JKN mobile application by applying the servqual method. In registering BPJS Health members online, the application provider must be able to give full attention to service quality (SERVQUAL). In the context of measuring service quality variables, Parasuraman, Zeithaml and Berry (1998) identified five dimensions of service quality measures including: Reliability, responsiveness, Assurance, Direct evidence (Tangibles), and Empathy (Empathy). This study aims to examine the level of satisfaction of BPJS Health members towards online registration services at BPJS Health especially for the Jakarta area by applying the SERVQUAL method, and to find out what factors should be prioritized on online registration with the JKN mobile application in order to meet community expectations. Pengadaan proyek merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang ada didalam perusahaan jasa. Dalam melakukan pengadaan proyek, biasanya berkaitan dengan pengeluaran kas, dan pada saat ini masih banyak perusahaan yang mengelola data pengeluaran kas nya secara konvensional. Hal ini tentunya dapat menimbulkan permasalahan, seperti kesalahan dalam perhitungan, pencatatan data yang kurang jelas, penataan dokumen yang kurang rapi bisa mengakibatkan hilangnya dokumen dan dalam pembuatan laporannya membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Dengan adanya permasalahan ini, maka informasi yang dihasilkan menjadi tidak akurat, sehingga dapat berakibat terhadap kelangsungan hidup perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan tersebut membutuhkan pengembangan sistem, khususnya pada sistem pengeluaran kas atas pengadaan proyek. Metode waterfall dapat digunakan untuk memudahkan dalam pengembangan sistem tersebut. Metode waterfall ini memiliki beberapa tahapan didalamnya, mulai dari analisa, design, pengkodean, testing dan pendukung. Dengan penggunaan metode ini, maka akan dihasilkan rancangan sistem disertai dengan aplikasi programnya. Aplikasi Program ini dapat mempermudah dalam pengolahan datanya, sehingga permasalahan yang ada sekarang dapat diselesaikan dan tujuan dari pengembangan sistem inipun juga tercapai. Abstract:
One of the diseases anticipated by doctors is hepatitis. This is because if the patient is not detected from the beginning having hepatitis, then the disease will develop into liver cancer. It can be seen that cancer is one of the deadliest diseases in the world that there are no drugs used for healing. By utilizing this increasingly developing science, researchers try to predict or classify whether a patient has suffered from hepatitis sickness based on the results of tests that have been undertaken before. One data mining technique can be used to predict Hepatitis and the method used is Naive Bayes. The data used is sourced from the UCI Repository with the web address https://archive.ics.uci.edu/ml/datasets/Hepatitis . The amount of data available is 155 data with 123 patients with Life hepatitis and 32 patients with Die hepatitis. The attributes contained in this hepatitis dataset are: Age, Sex, Steroids, Antivirals, Fatigue, Malaise, Anorexia, Big Liver, Liver Firm, Spleen Palpable, Spiders, Ascites, Varices, Bilirubin, Alk Phosphate, Sgot, Albumin, Protime, Histology , and Class (predictive result attribute). From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the Naive Bayes method includes an accurate algorithm to predict because the results of accuracy using Rapid Miner show more than 50% which is equal to 76.77%. With the highest Precision Class results of 98.88% for "Life" predictions, and Class Recall of 96.88% for "Die" Predictions.

Belajar mengenal dan membaca huruf hijaiyah yang merupakan dasar untuk membaca dan mempelajari kitab suci Al-Qur’an sejak dini. Metode belajar Al-Qur’an yang banyak digunakan lebih pada pengenalan huruf hijaiyah dengan cara membaca. Sehingga anak-anak merasa sulit pada saat diminta menulis huruf hijaiyah. Metode Follow the line merupakan suatu cara belajar yang dilakukan dengan menggabungkan kegiatan belajar dan gerak psikomotorik dari anak. Metode yang  sederhana ini dilakukan dengan cara  menebalkan huruf hijaiyah  yang telah tercetak samar-samar menjadi huruf tebal. Dalam proses penebalan huruf ini tentunya akan melatih anak untuk  sabar dan lebih teliti. Dengan menulis maka anak sekaligus juga membaca huruf tersebut. Yang sekaligus  akan melatih gerak dari anggota badan anak seperti tangan, mata dan bagian badan lainnya akan lebih aktif lagi.  Dengan demikian hal tersebut akan semakin meningkatkan kemampuan psikomotorik anak. Animasi yang digunakan juga akan lebih menarik minat anak untuk belajar Al-Qur’an.

Abstract:
Coding algorithms human voice with ADM (Adaptive Delta Modulation) and LPC (Linear Prediction Coding) made to the encoding signals digitally produced has bit rate as low as possible, thus saving bandwidth transmission line if it will be distributed to the transmission medium, and save memory or computer storage if it will be stored as data storage.ADM technique different from the LPC, the difference is generally classified on how it is encoded. If the ADM system which is encoded representation of the waveform so often called "waveform coding", while the system is encoded LPC are the parameters of the source of the human voice, so often called the "parametric coding".Human voice coding algorithms to be compared are the results of my own research when conducting studies Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Engineering at ITB. The results of measurements taken from the ADM system materials Bachelor of Engineering Thesis entitled "Low Bit-Rate Delta Modulation", while the LPC system is taken from the material Engineering Master's thesis with the title "Voice Signal Processing with LPC Method".From the measurement results ADM system can generate the bit rate of 16 Kbps, while the LPC system generates the bit rate of 2.4 Kbps with the sound quality is almost the same output quality human voice that can be understood (intelligible speech).

Dicision Support System yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode Profile Matching. Dalam metode Profile Matching ini terdapat beberapa tahapan perhitungan untuk tiap-tiap kandidat yang akan dirangkingkan, mulai dari pengelompokan tiap-tiap Profile beserta atribut-atribut yang menjadi bidang penilaian, sampai dengan perhitungan akhir, hingga akan didapatkan nilai total akhir dari tiap-tiap kandidat. Dan perangkingan berdasarkan dari nilai tertinggi ke nilai terendah, dimana nilai tertinggi dari tiap-tiap kandidat mempunyai peluang yang paling besar. Abstract:
Assessment of work performance consists of two elements, they are the employee's work goals and work behavior. The assessment of work behavior which consists of service orientation, integrity, commitment, discipline, cooperation and leadership that has been running so far is not considered objective between lecturers who have structural positions and ordinary lecturers. The purpose of this research is to produce a database information system that uses the AHP method to assist leaders in assessing work behavior. Work behavior between lecturers and structural officials will have different weights for some of the behavioral points assessed. AHP method is used to determine the weight of work behavior whose value is generated from the value of the interest ratio that has been entered. Result of this research is the value of work behavior according to the weight of each position and with predetermined criteria.. The system also generates the value of the Tri Dharma Tinggi activities for lecturers which include teaching and education, research, community service and supporting elements. System is made using visual basic programming and has been automated for AHP calculations and the value of lecturer activities. The weights generated by the AHP method are values that are consistent and feasible to use because they have been tested for consistency.

The purpose of this study was to determine the scholarships offered by school principals in East Java to orphans of madrasah ibtidaiyah (MI) students. However, in general, the selection is done subjectively and manually, and there is no support system in making decisions which makes the election process long and not quite right. using the (AHP) Analytical Hierarchy Process and (SAW) Simple Additive Weight approaches. The Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to determine the weight of each criterion, while the SAW method is used to determine student scholarship growth ratings. The process of adding this scholarship is to test the accuracy by comparing the school calculations, the results of the AHP calculations, the results of the SAW calculations and the results of the AHP & SAW calculations for orphaned scholarships. The results of the accuracy test on the 4 test problems were obtained if the AHP & SAW is better than the AHP procedure and the SAW method. The results of the accuracy of the AHP and SAW procedures in problem 1 are 0%, in problem 2 it is 0%, in problem 3 it is 100%. and in problem 4 is 100%.

We also did a model comparison with Particle Swarm Optimization. model 1 tested three algorithms using a 0.7-0.8 ratio validation and 10-fold cross-validation, In Model 2 the author used a selection feature, namely Particle swarm Optimization where PSO was used as optimization. From the second model, the accuracy is 88.00%. for SVM + PSO, 88.54%% for NB + PSO and 81.58% for K -NN + PSO. And after testing the 2 methods, it turns out that Naive Bayes + PSO has the highest level of accuracy and precision

Abstract:
Permanent lecturers and lecturers who have functional positions absolutely must be owned by every university in Indonesia in order to fulfill the provisions of the legislation. Article 48 paragraph (2) of Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers states that the level of academic positions of permanent lecturers consists of asisten ahli, lektor, lektor kepala dan profesor. Lecturers still have to comply with these rules by submitting proposals for functional positions if they fulfill the qualification, in addition, universities where lecturers work must also proactively encourage lecturers to fulfill their obligations. Many lecturers from various universities, even though they have fulfill qualification, did not immediately take the initiative to propose their functional positions. In grouping the data for permanent lecturers and lecturers who have functional positions using data mining techniques, the k-means clustering method. The data is taken from the link https://pddikti.kemdikbud.go.id/. The results of this study are clusters of the number of permanent lecturers and lecturers who have functional positions into 3 clusters. There are 15 private universities (PTS) in the LLDikti III region with clusters of permanent lecturers and lecturers who have the most functional positions, then the medium level cluster is 45 private universities and the lowest cluster is 228 private universities.

Abstract:
The increasingly advanced technology makes it easier for anyone to use it for various activities, such as lecture activities. Especially during the Covid-19 pandemic that has occurred since 2019 until this research was conducted. Covid-19, formerly known as SARS-CoV2, is an outbreak of pneumonia that originates from a virus. This virus was first heard in Wuhan, China in December 2019 (Ciotti et al., 2020). Lectures are conducted online to prevent the spread of this virus. One of the technologies widely used during the Covid-19 pandemic is video conferencing. With video conference meetings can be held even if the people present are far from each other. Zoom is a cloud-based application that is currently often used as a video communication (Azkiya, 2021). Zoom is a video conferencing application that is currently being used in various activities, including lectures. Because it is important to know how much student acceptance of the Zoom application they use for lectures is. The research was conducted using the Technology Acceptance Model or TAM method which consists of three constructs, namely Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use and Acceptance of Technology. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1 to 5. The data obtained were then calculated using the Structural Equation Model or SEM method consisting of the Outer Model and Inner Model calculations. SEM is an analytical technique that allows testing of a series of simultaneous relationships (Gardenia, 2018). The conclusion is that by taking the R-Square value, the construct in the TAM method is able to measure as much as 63% of student admission case studies on Zoom as a lecture medium. Abstract:
Development service or self-training currently has transformed along with the development of digital technology. Skill Academy becomes a solution in the community to develop technical and soft skills without constraints such as the limitation of time, place, and energy. However, the Skill Academy website sometimes still experiences errors, such as material or tutorial videos cannot be played and certificates not being printed according to the schedule. Therefore, this study aims to find out how the quality of the Skill Academy website on the user satisfaction using the Webqual 4.0 method. Webqual 4.0 method has three instruments, Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction Quality. The primary data was obtained by disseminating a questionnaire containing 22 questions about website quality and 5 questions about user satisfaction. The data were obtained using a non-probability sampling technique, which was purposive, with 100 respondents. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression using SPSS 25 tools. The results of the study showed that the three Webqual 4.0 instruments simultaneously had an impact on user satisfaction or 58.1%, while the rest was defined by other factors outside this research model. The results for the influence of each instrument were found that Usability did not have significant influence, while Information Quality and Service Interaction Quality had a significant influence on User Satisfaction.

Abstract:
Products are goods or services that are traded to fulfill needs. Many products sold at PT Autonics Indonesia make it difficult for the company to determine which products are most interested. The current product supply system still uses a manual system with Microsoft Excel and there is no decision support system for determining the most interested product with the proper method so that the decisions taken are less accurate, effective and efficient. The method proposed in this research is Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method with the purpose to apply a decision support system to assist the company in determining the most interested products, make the decision easier, more accurate, effective. In this research, 5 (five) factors were used to determine the most interested products, that is: price, type, quality, inventory and warranty. The results acquired in this research are ranking of the most interested automation products sorted from the highest to lowest from Total Evaluation Weight (TEW) value. Based on the calculations performed by Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method, 5 (five) alternatives were obtained with the highest Total Evaluation Weight (TEW) value, including: Fiber Optic Sensors with a value of 4.90, Control Switch with a value of 4.75, Digital Panel Meters with a value of 4.60, Temperature Controllers with a value of 4.35 and Timers with a value of 4.30 which will be a solution to simplify the determination of the most interested products at PT Autonics Indonesia.

Abstract:
Pendidikan di Indonesia selalu berkonflik dengan masalah kemiskinan dan prestasi siswa dievaluasi setiap akhir semester untuk mengetahui hasil belajar yang telah dicapai. Bantuan KIP (Kartu Indonesia Pintar) dapat berupa uang sekolah, bantuan belajar siswa dan penghargaan bagi siswa yang berprestasi atau bagi siswa yang kurang mampu. Maka penelitian ini untuk memudahkan sekolah SMPN 38 Jakarta dalam menyeleksi dan juga lebih tepat sasaran guna mengoptimalkan sekolah untuk lebih menyeleksi calon KIP (Kartu Indonesia Pintar), dengan ini mampu meringankan tanggungan orang tua dalam biaya sekolah dan juga meningkatkan keinginan belajar siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode klasifikasi Decision Tree data mining dengan algoritma C4.5. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan untuk pemilihan penerima Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) dapat diselesaikan. Data siswa yang diperoleh dari SMPN 35 Jakarta dapat diprediksi dengan akurasi yang cukup tinggi, hasil ini diperoleh dengan akurasi mencapai 90,24% dengan errorate 9,75% sehingga dengan hasil tersebut algoritma C4.5 sangat baik dalam menentukan pemilihan penerima Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP). Abstract:
Pada penelitian ini membahas mengenai penerapan metode prototype pada perancangan sebuah sistem informasi penggajian karyawan berbasis website. Pada penelitian ini study kasus yang digunakan adalah PT Bina Angkasa, yaitu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pengiriman kargo atau barang melalui perjalanan darat dan laut. Penelitian ini menyesuaikan dengan proses bisnis yang berjalan di PT Bina Angkasa, serta sesuai dengan kegiatan sistem berjalan yang berlangsung saat ini. Penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif dalam penelitian yang dilakukan saat ini. Metode pengembangan yang dipilih oleh penulis adalah metode prototype. Penerapan metode prototype sangat mempermudah dalam perancangan penelitian dengan tujuan mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan kondisi dari objek dan juga mempermudah dalam melakukan perancangana sistem. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan perancangan sistem informasi penggajian karyawan yang efektif dan efisien. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, sistem ini telah dirancanga dengan sangat baik dan sesuai dengan yang direncanakan sehingga prototype ini dapat digunakan sebagai acuan untuk melanjutkan pengembangan sistem yang dibuat. Hasil rancangan dari sistem ini dapat digunakan sebagai dokumentasi bagi pihak PT Bina Angkasa dan dapat dijadikan sebagai sebuah literatur untuk mengembangkan sistem penggajian karyawan.

Abstract:
Abstrak - Pada sistem pengenal ucapan manusia digunakan metoda pengenalan parameter-parameter yang dihasilkan oleh ucapan manusia untuk mengenalinya. Parameter-parameter ucapan yang dihasilkan bersifat unik yaitu tidak ada yang sama pada tiap orang seperti yang terjadi pada sidik jari manusia tidak ada yang sama, sehingga parameter-parameter rongga pengubah getaran ucapan manusia dapat digunakan untuk mengenali ucapan seseorang. Beberapa metoda tiruan rongga pengubah getaran ucapan manusia diantaranya menggunakan metoda Autokorelasi dan metoda Burg. Pada penelitian ini akan diamati perbedaan kinerja metoda Autokorelasi dan metoda Burg dengan mengamati perbedaan spektrum pada tiap panjang frame yang berbeda-beda. Dari hasil pengukuran dapat dilihat bahwa pada perubahan panjang frame yang berbeda-beda pada metoda Burg tidak banyak perubahannya dibandingkan dengan metoda Autokorelasi. Pada metoda Autokorelasi terjadi perubahan spektrum ketika panjang frame makin pendek, sedangkan pada metoda Burg hampir tidak mengalami perubahan yang banyak. Sedangkan kesalahan rekonstruksi sinyal sering terjadi pada frame yang panjang karena kemungkinan terdapat dua jenis sinyal voiced/unvoiced lebih besar dari pada menggunakan frame yang pendek. Dengan demikian untuk menghindari kesalahan rekonstruksi sinyal lebih baik menggunakan frame yang pendek, dan menggunakan metoda Burg dengan frame yang pendek menunjukkan kinerja spektral yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan metoda Autokorelasi.

Abstract:
Abstrak - Pandemi Covid-19 setidaknya membawa pengaruh buruk pada ekonomi nasional sepanjang tahun 2020 yang dampaknya dapat dirasakan tak terkecuali oleh retail. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menginformasikan prediksi penjualan produk rokok pada Indomaret Plus Eco RSUD Cengkareng agar perusahaan dapat melakukan pengadaan barang sesuai dengan permintaan. Adanya prediksi yang tepat diharapkan dapat mengatasi beberapa masalah dalam penjualan produk rokok pada Indomaret Plus Eco RSUD Cengkareng seperti menumpuknya dan ketidakteraturan produk membuat toko harus terus melakukan FEFO (First Expired First Out) yang dalam praktiknya cukup memakan waktu ataupun overproduction dan under production. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah algoritma C4.5. Algoritma C4.5 merupakan algoritma klasifikasi data dengan tipe pohon keputusan. Nilai akurasi tertinggi diperoleh dari pengujian dengan 58 data training dan 37 data testing, menunjukkan tingkat akurasi 92,11%, tingkat kesalahan 7,894% dan nilai AUC 87,8% dengan akurasi klasifikasi baik. Ukuran merupakan atribut yang paling mempengaruhi penjualan produk tembakau, tergolong bestseller atau underseller. Kata Kunci: Data Mining, Decision Tree, Prediksi Penjualan.   Abstract  - The Covid-19 pandemic has had a bad influence on the national economy throughout 2020, the impact of which can be felt, including by retail. The purpose of this study is to inform the prediction of sales of cigarette products at Indomaret Plus Eco RSUD Cengkareng so that companies can procure goods according to demand. The correct prediction is expected to overcome several problems in selling cigarette products at Indomaret Plus Eco RSUD Cengkareng, such as piling up and product irregularities, making the store have to continue to carry out FEFO (First Expired First Out) which in practice is quite a time consuming or overproduction and under production. The method in this research is the C4.5 Algorithm. The C4.5 algorithm is a data classification algorithm with the type of decision tree (decision tree). The highest accuracy value was obtained from experiments with 58 training data and 37 testing data, which showed an accuracy rate of 92.11%, an error rate of 7.894%, and an AUC value of 87.8% with good classification accuracy. Size is the attribute that most influences the sale of cigarette products, which are classified as selling or not selling well.   Keywords: Data Mining, Decision Tree, Sales Prediction.

Abstract:
Memiliki Handphone kini juga dianggap sebagai salah satu kebutuhan primer, pasalnya setiap orang hampir memilikinya dari berbagai merek yang terkenal mahal maupun yang murah yakni buatan dari negara cina maupun buatan dari negara lainnya. Dalam membuat suatu keputusan harus melalui banyak pertimbangan, agar tidak membuat keputusan yang sia-sia. Dengan banyaknya pilihan Handphone Android saat ini, membuat masyarakat bingung untuk memilih Handphone Android mana yang cocok untuk digunakan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan Handphone Android dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) yang dapat menyelesaikan masalah dengan cara membandingkan antara Handphone Android Murah yang satu dengan yang lainnya. Adapun kriteria yang dipakai adalah Harga, Ukuran Layar, Chipset, RAM, Kapasitas Internal Storage, Kamera, Kapasitas Baterai. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa kesimpulan perhitungan data dari kuesioner yang di isi oleh responden yaitu masyarakat umum untuk pengambilan keputusan yang terbaik dalam memilih Handphone Android murah.
