Abstract: AbstrakPsikologi belajar memahami aspek psikis bagaimana peserta didik madrasah ibtidaiyahmelakukan aktifitas belajar secara nyaman, diminati dan termotivasi dalam prosespembelajaran aktif. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang mempunyaikontribusi besar dalam mempersiapkan generasi yang unggul dan berkarakter, anak usiatersebut merupakan masa keemasan dalam pembentukan kepribadiannya. Kajian inimenggunakan Metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) melibatkan Guru, peserta didikdan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Hasil Kajian 1. Pembelajaran aktif merupakan upaya penting untukditerapkan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.2. Ada kaitan bagaimana proses pembelajaran di kelastidak hanya menekankan aspek koknitif, afektif dan psikomotorik namun juga melibatkanaspek psikologi belajar sehingga proses pembelajaran menjadi menyenangkan,menggairahkan dan memberdayakan peserta didik.3 Pembelajaran aktif di MadrasahIbtidaiyah memberikan dampak psikologi belajar yang sangat baik.Kata Kunci :Psikologi Belajar, Pembelajaran AktifAbstractLearning psychology understand that every students in actualize their whole learningactivities there are relations with their motive, interest and seriousness will push someonesuccess in study. MI is an educational institution which has big contribution in preparingexellent generation and good character. Children in that age is in their golden period inshaping their personality. This study use Parcipatory Action Research (PAK) Method,involving teachers, students, and MI. The results of this study: 1) Active Learning isimportant effort to be applied in MI. 2) There are relation on how the learning process inclass not only emphasize on cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects but also involvinglearning psychology aspect so that learning process become fun, exciting and empoweringstudents. Abstract: This paper examines the philosophical review of marriage in an Islamic perspective. Issues that are always actual and always interesting are explored, considering that this problem is not only about the nature and purpose of human life that is merely human. But it also touches on a noble and central institution, namely a community institution called household or family. This institution is a stronghold for the defense of human dignity and noble and most central moral values. With a philosophical approach, this paper finds that Islamic law is present not only to allow husband and wife relations, but to have a broader philosophical meaning, namely for the welfare of the people, both individually and in society, both for life in the world and in the hereafter. Community welfare will be achieved by creating prosperous family welfare. Because family is the smallest institution in society in a country. This means that people's welfare is very dependent on family welfare. Keyword: Marriage, Islamic Perspective, Philosophical, Family Abstrak Tulisan ini mengkaji tentang tinjauan filosofis perkawinan dalam perspektif Islam. Persoalan yang selalu aktual dan selalu menarik ditelurusi, mengingat permasalahn ini bukan hanya menyangkut tabiat dan hajat hidup manusia yang asasi semata. Tetapi juga menyentuh suatu lembaga yang luhur dan sentral yaitu sebuah lembaga masyarakat yang disebut dengan rumah tangga atau keluarga. Lembaga ini merupakan benteng bagi pertahanan martabat manusia dan nilai-nilai akhlak yan gluhur dan paling sentral. Dengan pendekatan filosofis, tulisan ini menemukan bahwa hukum Islam hadir bukan semata untuk membolehkan hubungan suami istri, namun memiliki makna filosofis yang lebih luas, yakni untuk kesejahteraan umat, baik secara perorangan maupun secara bermasyarakat, baik untuk hidup di dunia maupun di akhirat. Kesejahteraan masyarakat akan tercapai dengan terciptanya kesejahteraan keluarga yang sejahtera. Karena keluarga merupakan lembaga terkecil dalam masyarakat dalam sebuah Negara. Abstract: AbstracUtilization of Information Technology for Learning Islamic Education (PAI) in SD Negeri Candirejo can be grouped into three functions, namely: a) Independent / classical learning media; 2) InformationTechnology that is used for learning aids; 3) Information Technology relatedas a source of learning (learning resurces). Development of learningprograms at SD Negeri Candirejo, namely: a) Behavioral technologyprogram stage; b) Stage instructional technology; c) Stage performancetechnology. SD Negeri Candirejo, needs to use and maximize learning mediathat can support the development of Islamic religious education itself. PAIteachers at Candirejo Public Elementary School will play a role inmanaging the entire learning process by creating learning conditions in sucha way that each child can learn effectively and efficiently. Starting fromchoosing materials, theories, methods, techniques, strategies and learningmedia. As an assessment of student learning outcomes (evaluator of studentlearning), teachers are required to play a role in continuously following thelearning outcomes achieved by students from time to time. Abstract: The development of Micro Small Enterprises (SMEs) annually increasing. This is due to the high interest of the community, especially the SMEs who want to start a business. One of the problems faced is the limited capital owned. Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) is present as a solution to answer the capital problems of SMEs by offering microfinance through Micro Stalls (Warung Mikro). This study aims to find out how the implications of the marketing strategy are with the approach to the marketing mix (product, price, place and promotion) of BSM micro stalls and analyze their strengths and weaknesses. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, that the marketing strategy carried out has positive implications for the progress of the business of its customers and increases the financing portfolio of Micro Stalls, BSM KC, Kendal. The advantages of the products include Principles and agreements in accordance with the Shari'ah, Limit of financing in accordance with micro segments, The process of applying for financing is relatively easy and fast, minor installments and fixed to maturity, business training and assistance programs for MSEs, using an individual approach and ball pick up system and is located in a area that is relatively close to the micro segment business location. While the disadvantages of financing Micro Stalls, BSM KC, Kendal, among others; the lack of employees who master shari'ah transactions, inadequate facilities and promotions is still monotonous so it is less efficient. Hal ini disebabkan oleh tingginya minat masyarakat khususnya para pelaku UKM yang ingin memulai usaha. Salah satu masalah yang dihadapinya yaitu keterbatasan modal yang dimiliki. Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) hadir sebagai solusi untuk menjawab masalah permodalan pelaku UKM dengan menawarkan pembiayaan mikro melalui Warung Mikro. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implikasi dari strategi pemasaran dengan pendekatan bauran pemasaran (produk, harga, tempat, dan promosi) warung mikro BSM dan menganalisis Keunggulan dan kelemahannya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan penulis, bahwa strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan berimplikasi positif terhadap kemajuan usaha para nasabahnya dan meningkatkan portofolio pembiayaan warung Mikro BSM KC. Abstract: Waqf is a good deed dedicated by waqif (the person who gives waqf) to his property to nadlir (administrators / recipients of waqf) so that the object can be used by the general public. After the waqf pledge was stated by waqif, then from that moment the ownership of the object was moved to Allah, meaning that the general public now has the right to benefit the object that is represented (mauquuf). The concept that is commonly understood by society as told by the jurists (jurisprudence experts) in some literacies, that waqf is holding back property and using it in the way of Allah, said Sayyid Sabiq in his Sunnah fiqh. On the other hand this opinion is reinforced by the hadith narrated by Ibn Umar whose hadith chunks state: "If you want to, forgive the land and give the results. Then Umar converted his land in Khaibar with the understanding that it should not be sold, granted and inherited". From the statement of the hadith, the understanding was that waqf was eternal and not limited by time (ta’biid - forever). But in other literacy, it was found a statement that waqf may be limited by time (muaqqot), this opinion was stated by Imam Malik. This means that people may endow their land for a certain period of time. And even this, by him is considered legitimate as a waqf contract that is not limited by time. This paper tries to look at these two opinions and analyze them and conclude to draw the red thread caused by the law. Keywords: Endowments, Time Limits Abstrak Wakaf adalah sebuah amal shalih yang didedikasikan oleh waqif (orang yang memberikan wakaf) terhadap harta bendanya kepada nadlir (pengurus/penerima wakaf) agar benda itu bisa dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat umum. Setelah ikrar wakaf itu dinyatakan oleh waqif, maka mulai saat itu pindahlah kepemilikan benda itu kepada Allah, artinya masyarakat umumlah yang sekarang ini memiliki hak atas manfaat benda yang diwakafkan (mauquuf). Konsep yang umum dipahami oleh masyarakat sebagai dituturkan oleh para fuqaha (ahli fiqih) dalam beberapa literasinya, bahwa wakaf adalah menahan harta dan memanfaatkannya di jalan Allah, demikian disampaikan oleh Sayyid Sabiq dalam fiqih sunnahnya. Di sisi lain pendapat ini diperkuat oleh hadist yang diriwayatkan oleh Ibnu Umar yang potongan hadist itu menyatakan :”Jika engakau mau, wakafkanlah tanah itu dan sedekahkanlah hasilnya. Lalu Umar mewakafkan tanahnya di Khaibar itu dengan pengertian tidak boleh dijual, dihibahkan dan diwariskan”. Dari keterangan hadist itu diambil pengertian bahwa wakaf bersifat abadi dan tidak dibatasi oleh waktu (ta’biid - selama-lamanya). Abstract: The Islamic economic system is believed to be the way of salvation. This will replace the capitalist and socialist economic systems which are considered to be unable to provide a sense of justice and prosperity. To meet and answer the challenge, Islamic jurists (fuqaha) in various layers carried out a methodological study of Islamic law, critical of the manhaj (method) that classical scholars have formulated. The jurists acknowledged, that, legal texts were limited, while new legal cases were constantly developing "An-nushus mutanahiyah wa al-waqa‟u ghairu mutanahiyah". On this matter, it is necessary to develop a method (manhaj al-ijtihad) seriously by legal experts, practitioners or shari'ah economists in solving problems related to mu'amalah. For this reason, ushul fiqh is a procedure of ijtihad as well as a barometer of the jurisprudence of a law. At its climax, ushul fiqh from the beginning to being a formulation of Islamic law continues to get attention related to the principles of general argument. Then created the formulation of al-qawaid al-ushuliyyah and al-qawaid alfiqiyyah. The rule of fiqh is a science that helps mechanically in furu problems. The rules of fiqh are also formulated as a simplifier in the problem of furu ' or fiqiyyah. In literacy of Islamic law, between usul rules and fiqh rules sometimes occur intermingling. Sometimes the rules of usul are not separated in the same discussion with the rules of fiqh, but each has its own limits and reach. Ushul rules in its application as “Takhrij al-Ahkam” (issuing law from its source), while the fiqh rule is “Tathbiq alAhkam” which applies to cases that arise in human life. The jurisprudence of the rules of fiqh occurred in the Syafi'ah school of khilafiyyah. Nevertheless, it can be classified with the following provisions: first, if the fiqh rule is general (kulli), it can be used as a source of law as nash, ijma and qiyas. Its existence is very significant and can make the argument or proof of matter. Second, if the rule is a majority (aghlabiyah) then it is disputed. Abstract: AbstrakPenelitian ini berusaha melakukan penelusuran terhadapalumni atau biasa disebut dengan tracer study PGMI paska lulustahun 2015, 2016 dan 2017. Tracer study merupakan bagianpenting dari evaluasi program studi untuk mengetahui sejauh manaketerserapan alumni di dunia kerja. Tidak hanya itu, penelitian inijuga berusaha mencari kepuasan pengguna alumni PGMI FAIUniversitas Wahid Hasyim Semarang. Berdasarkan penelitian yangsudah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pekerjaan alumnisetelah lulus dari kuliah sebagian besar relevan dengankompetensinya, yaitu guru. Sebanyak 84 responden bekerjasebagai guru, 8 bekerja di sektor lain, 4 responden menikah, dan 8responden melanjutkan studi S2. Dengan demikian dapatdisimpulkan bahwa alumni PGMI sangat siap bekerja dengankompetensi yang dimilikinya.Lulusan PGMI memiliki masa tunggu yang relatif baik,yakni di bawah 6 bulan, bahkan 58 responden bekerja dengan masatunggu di bawah 3 bulan. Hal ini dikarenakan para respondenbanyak yang sudah ikut membantu ekstra kurikuler sepertipramuka, seni, atau ekstra lain sehingga mereka sudah diminta ikutmengajar bahkan sebelum lulus.Kompetensi lulusan yang sangat menunjang kinerja alumnidengan nilai sangat baik terbanyak adalah integritas yang berupakejujuran, sikap, dan tanggung jawab alumni dalam bekerja.Kemudian komunikasi alumni juga dinilai sangat baik.Key Word: Tracer Study, Kepuasan Customer, Alumni PGMI FAIUniversitas Wahid Hasyim Semarang

Abstract: This study aims to: (1) determine the relationship between criticalreading skills and the quality of PAI students' quantitative thesis writing, (2)find out the relationship between logical thinking and PAI Student'squantitative thesis quality, (3) find out the relationship between criticalreading skills and logical thinking together with the quality of quantitativethesis writing for PAI students. This research is a quantitative research witha design of product moment correlation analysis and multiple linearregression. The study was conducted at the Pemalang Tarbiyah College ofSciences (STIT). The population is 100 students. The sample was taken byproportionate stratified random sampling of 65 students. Data was collectedthrough questionnaires. Data analysis includes descriptive analysis, testinganalysis prerequisites, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that: (1)there was a positive and significant relationship between critical readingskills and the quantitative quality of PAI students' thesis, (2) there was apositive relationship and significance between logical thinking and PAIStudent's quantitative thesis quality, (3) positive and significance betweencritical reading skills and logical thinking with the quality of quantitativethesis writing for PAI students. This means that the quality of quantitativethesis writing of PAI (Y) students can increase by improving critical readingskills (X1) and the ability to think logically (X2).Keywords: critical reading, logical thinking, and quantitative thesis

Abstract: O improve teacher competency in schools one way is through the management of Islamic education institutions that favor the improvement of teachercompetencies. What is the supervision of Islamic education institutions inincreasing the professionalism of teachers in the Darusalam Middle School Sragen.This study aims to describe the management plan of Islamic education institutionsin enhancing the professionalism of teachers at the Darusalam Middle School inSragen.. The research subjects were the Principal of the Middle School ofDarussalam Darussalam Sragen, Deputy Head of Affairs (curriculum, studentaffairs, finance, facilities), TU Staff and Teachers. Data obtained throughobservation, interviews, and documentation. After collecting data, presenting data,and analyzing data. The data shows that the increase in the competence of teachersat the IT Darussalam Middle School can be achieved through two things, namelythe efforts of teachers and the participation of educational institutions. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Setelah melakukan pengumpulan data, penyajian data, dan analisis data diperolehdata bahwa peningkatan kompetensi guru SMP IT Darussalam dapat diraih melaluidua hal yaitu dengan usaha dari guru dan peran serta lembaga pendidikan. Upayaguru dalam rangka meningkatkan kompetensinya melalui empat hal, meliputi:kompetensi pedagogik, pribadi, sosial dan profesional.
