Abstract
A linear polymer containing Co(Salphen) was synthesized by Suzuki coupling with bromine-containing Co(Salphen) and 1,4-benzenediboronic acid. The molecular weight was determined by gel permeation chromatography. The polymer was used to catalyze the oxidation of 2,3,6-trimethylphenol, the conversion of 2,3,6-trimethylphenol could reach 99% at 24 h and the catalyst could be recycled for 3 times without significant reduction in conversion. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
