Abstract
Neuroendocrine tumor (NET) arising from common bile duct (CBD) is a rare disease entity, whose origin is currently in discussion with various theories. We present a case of well-defined solid, exophytic and arterial hypervascular mass arising from CBD with relatively mild dilated central intrahepatic bile ducts in 50-year-old man, which was surgically confirmed to be extrahepatic biliary NET, and reviewed radiologic features of extrahepatic biliary NET in previous literature. Keywords
