Hubungan Antara Kegiatan Pelatihan Learning Corner Dengan Kinerja Karyawan di Pt Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk

Abstract
Program pelatihan penting diadakan dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Pelatihan learning corner di PT. Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk. diadakan karena karyawan kurang mampu memahami produk dan service knowledge perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan kegiatan pelatihan learning corner dengan kinerja karyawan yang meliputi aspek pembicara, materi, metode serta media pelatihan dengan kinerja karyawan yang meliputi aspek pemahaman, apresiasi serta kemampuan karyawan. Metode penelitian adalah korelasional, teknik analisis data secara deskriptif dan analisis inferential Rank Spearman. Teori yang diujikan yaitu teori pengalaman dari Michalak & Yeger. Sampel penelitian adalah 72 orang peserta pelatihan yang terpilih secara strata proporsional. Teknik pengumpulan data dari dua sumber yakni data primer yaitu angket; dan data sekunder yaitu wawancara, observasi dan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat atau tinggi antara pembicara, metode pelatihan learning corner dengan kinerja karyawan. Serta terdapat hubungan yang cukup berarti antara materi dan media pelatihan learning corner dengan kinerja karyawan PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk. Simpulan penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pelatihan learning corner dengan kinerja karyawan PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk., dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.942 (hubungan yang sangat tinggi, kuat sekali, dapat diandalkan). The important things of training programs are held in an effort to improve employee performance. Learning corner training at PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk. held because employees are less able to understand the company's products and service knowledge. The research objective is to determine the relationship between learning corner training activities with employee performance which includes aspects of speaker (trainer), material, methods and media with employee performance which includes aspects of, understanding, appreciation and ability. The research method using correlational, descriptive as data analysis techniques and inferential analysis with Spearman's Rank. The theory tested is theory of experience from Michalak & Yeger. The research sample are 72 training participants who selected proportionally. Data collection techniques from two sources are primary data trough questionnaire and secondary data with interviews, observation, study of literature. The results showed that there are strong or high relationship between speakers (trainer) and method of learning corner training with employee performance. Other that, there are quite strong relationship between content material and media of learning corner with employee performance of PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk. The conclusion of the research shows that there is a significant relationship between learning corner training and employee performance of PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk. with a correlation coefficient of 0.942 (very high, very strong, reliable relationship).
