Autopsy Case of Acute Myocardial Infarction with Large Vessel Arteritis

Abstract
94歳,女性。聴力低下,発熱,CRP高値,MPO-ANCA陽性,両側滲出性中耳炎,間質性肺炎の所見より顕微鏡的多発血管炎と診断された。プレドニン内服にて加療を行っていたが,急性心筋梗塞を発症し,死亡した。病理解剖の結果,大動脈炎および冠動脈周囲の広範な炎症を認め,血管炎に合併した急性心筋梗塞と診断した。急性心筋梗塞を発症した超高齢者の血管炎の一剖検例を経験したので報告する。This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
