Survei Perbandingan Kapasitas Daya Tahan Aerobik (Vo2 Max) Pada Pemain Futsal Putra Dan Putri

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to compare the level of VO2max endurance in indonesian futsal players PGRI Kediri. In this study the approach used is quantitative with research techniques using surveys, while the technique takes the data using measurement tests. The subjects of the study were 12 men's and 12 women's players with a saturated sampling technique, with a total of 24 men's and women's players. This research instrument is using test surveys and measurements of aerobic endurance using beep tests. The results of the multi-stage running test results on universitas nusantara futsal players PGRI Kediri as a whole with VO2max predictions were carried out from as many as 12 male players getting a moderate category with an average result of 47.10 and 12 female players got a good category with an average of 48.53. These results concluded that 24 futsal players of Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri for the men's team got the moderate category and the women got the good category. The results of this test can provide knowledge of how the condition of lung endurance capacity or Vo2max owned by men's and women's futsal players, so that the coaching staff can provide a form of training that suits the condition of the player.
