This article aims to explain how the Kantians concepts of law and morals have become important for the democratic state of law to contribute to the design and effective rules to combat violence in Brazil. It sought to further verify the position that individuals or groups occupy in relation to other human beings, and also his role in society and how their performance can be transformative to respect the human being in order to ensure and respect the principles of human dignity and guarantee the protection of human rights.
