Abstract: The localization and frequency of accurrence of Y-chromosome fluorescent bodies in interphase nuclei in the cellular culture of 4-months male and female human embryos, were studied with fluorochromine method with quinacrine dehydrochloride. In cellular cultures of male embryonic kidney the frequency of Y-chromatin was about 50%. The Y-chromosome structural connection with nuclear membrane and nucleolus was demonstrated.
