Abstract
采用液面自组织的方法在洁净的玻璃片表面铺设单层六方密排的聚苯乙烯胶体球阵列,通过改变等离子刻蚀的时间实现对胶体小球的直径控制,结合离子溅射Au膜和磁控溅射MoO2膜,最终构筑成为一种新颖的MoO2/Au微纳阵列结构,利用扫描电镜对所合成材料进行形貌表征;同时重点利用接触角测量仪对微纳阵列薄膜的浸润性进行研究,分析水在微纳阵列表面所形成的接触角的角度变化,结果显示沉积MoO2/Au微纳阵列比相应的Au微纳阵列更加亲水,有利于材料在水溶液中进行电化学反应。 The novel MoO2/Au micro/nano arrays were synthesized by ion sputtering method using monodisperse polystyrene spheres as a template. The diameters of these polystyrene spheres can be controlled by plasma etching. Then, a layer of Au nanofilm and a layer of MoO2 nanofilm were deposited sequentially onto the surface of the template. SEM was used to analyse the structure and morphology of the synthesized materials. In the mean time, a contact angle measuring instrument was used to research the wettability of the micro/nano arrays. The result shows that the MoO2/Au micro/nano arrays were more hydrophilic than the Au micro/nano arrays, which helps improve electrocatalysis performance.
