Abstract
本文主要分析某型发动机的固有可靠性,对其试验阶段的故障数据进行处理。采用求解模糊矩阵和备件优化模型的方法,结合部件和整机数据,对整机使用可靠性进行分析。最后得到使单台发动机保障率达到90%,最低费用为68.17万元和对应的备件数量,以及影响备件重要程度各个因素的权重。 This paper mainly analyzes the inherent reliability of a certain engine. The fault data of its test stage are processed. Using the method of solving of fusion matrix and spare parts optimal model, combined with the data of components and the whole machine, this paper analyzes the reliability of the whole machine. Finally, the guaranteed rate of a single engine is 90%, the minimum cost is 681,700 yuan, the corresponding number of spare parts and the weight of each factor affecting the importance of spare parts are gotten.
