Assessment of prevalence and monitoring of outcomes in patients with heart failure in Russia

Abstract
Обратной стороной внедрения эффективных методов лечения сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний и увеличения выживаемости пациентов является рост распространенности сердечной недостаточности (СН). Данные по эпидемиологии и смертности от СН в Российской Федерации (РФ) ограничены. По результатам исследования ЭПОХА (Госпитальный этап) распространенность СН в РФ составляет 7%, что существенно выше, чем в других странах. СН может определять существенную долю сердечно-сосудистых смертей в РФ, однако ее учет ограничен особенностями кодирования. В статье представлено мнение авторов о значимости проблемы регистрации случаев заболеваемости и смертности от СН и перспективы использования показателя фракции выброса левого желудочка <50% в формах статистической отчетности.This publication has 24 references indexed in Scilit:
