A Study on the Effects of Applied Music Academy's Educational Services on Students' Self-Efficacy and Educational Satisfaction

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to understand the lack of effective management methodology in the previous study of Applied music academy and to provide basic information on effective methods to reflect the realistic voices of students. Therefore, a questionnaire was conducted to investigate the effect of Applied music academy education services on students' self-efficacy and satisfaction. The SPSSV.22 program was used to distribute questionnaires to students of Applied music schools nationwide from September 1, 2021 to September 15, 2021. The results showed that cognitive, emotional and social factors, which are the lower factors of self-efficacy, had a statistically significant effect on subject satisfaction, and that cognitive and social satisfaction had a statistically significant effect on subject satisfaction. The effect on career decision is due to cognitive, emotional and social statistical significance, and to cognitive and emotional significance in career trends. The effect of satisfaction, subject satisfaction, and knowledge satisfaction on career decision is statistically significant for satisfaction, subject satisfaction, and knowledge satisfaction is statistically significant for career trends.
