Abstract
An 83-year-old female with history of silicosis was referred for upper endoscopy due to duodenal wall thickness detected in thoracic computer tomography (CT). Upper endoscopy revealed multiple small (1 to 5 mm), whitish polypoid lesions, involving a discrete portion of the descending part of the duodenum with 3 cm extension.Keywords
