Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of multi-dimensional collaborative nursing model in intensive care unit. Methods: The study was carried out from January 2021 to April 2022. 90 patients were randomly selected from the nursing patients in the intensive care unit of a hospital as the research object. They were divided into control group (routine nursing) and research group (multi-dimen- sional collaborative nursing) according to the enrollment order. The nursing effects under different nursing methods were compared and analyzed. Results: Before nursing, there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups (P > 0.05). After nursing, the improvement effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was evaluated from the aspects of psychological nursing, nursing skills, popularization of knowledge and improvement of collaborative ability. The results showed that the scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Using multi-dimensional collaborative nursing model to care patients in intensive care unit can effectively improve patients’ negative emotions, improve nursing effect and obtain high patient satisfaction.
