Abstract
Organizations that focus on the development of employees' competence and shed light on the future are those with learning capacity and enthusiasm. Learning organizations encourage self-organization and are an indispensable part of the innovative process, which is also an integral part of creating an environment that facilitates evolutionary sustainability. It is essential for the employees to be open to innovation and learning in order to increase service quality and bring the implication of being a learning organization to the foreground. The study focuses on appraising the employees in building their capabilities and enhancing leadership skills towards the development of learning organization. The results reveal that the factors, communication, motivation, achievement, and adaptability, show significant relation with the employees' capabilities and leadership skills, and also on the overall performance of managers towards the achievement of organizational goals.
