A Study on the Development Direction of MICE Industry through the Opening of Sports event Contents

Abstract
Purpose - The purpose of this study is to find balanced development of sports event and MICE industry and contribute to quantitative quality growth of MICE industry and community based on convergence, linkage and collaboration. Design, data, and methodology - FGI was carried out to listen to experts'' opinions. questionnaires were organized online and surveyed through smartphones. Data processing performed frequency analysis and IPA Matrix using SPSSWIN Ver 25.0 and AMOS 25.0. Result - First, the importance of the economic sector was shown to be high, low-satisfaction and low-priority sports event was related to employment. Second, the social sector was found to have contributed by internationalization of related facilities and human exchanges when hosting sports events with high importance and low satisfaction, and by globalization of related industries, service sector internationalization through knowledge and information exchange when hosting sports events Third, tourism did not appear to be a priority, and low priority was the effect of shopping, entertainment, and transportation (service) spending when hosting sports events with low importance and low satisfaction. Finally, cultural priority was shown to be the development of identity of local culture and readjustment of cultural facilities when hosting sports events with high importance and low satisfaction, and the social and educational effect through information exchange when hosting sports events with low importance and low satisfaction.
