Abstract
宫颈癌是全世界女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,也是女性癌症死亡的第二大常见原因。放射治疗可在宫颈癌患者的所有阶段进行。辐射抗性是肿瘤放射治疗中的关键问题。因此,研究宫颈癌放射治疗过程中DNA损伤修复相关基因,有利于寻找新的治疗靶点以进一步提高宫颈癌放疗疗效。 Cervical cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women around the world, and it is also the second most common cause of cancer death in women. Radiation therapy can be performed at all stages of cervical cancer patients. Radiation resistance is a key issue in tumor radiotherapy. Therefore, the study of genes related to DNA damage and repair in the course of cervical cancer radiotherapy is helpful to find new therapeutic targets to improve further cervical cancer radiotherapy efficacy.
