A Case Report of Simultaneous Carotid and Aortic Valve Surgery under Cardiopulmonary Bypass

Abstract
症例は77歳男性。慢性透析患者。重度大動脈弁狭窄と可動性プラークを伴う高度頸動脈狭窄を認めたため,同時手術を施行した。頸動脈露出後,開胸し体外循環を確立。灌流圧を約60 mmHgに保ち鼓膜温30°Cまで冷却し,頸動脈を単純遮断し内頸動脈血栓内膜剝離を行い大伏在静脈にてパッチ閉鎖した。その後,復温しながら心停止下に大動脈弁置換術を施行。術後,脳障害を認めず術当日に人工呼吸器離脱し,術後14病日目に退院。This publication has 14 references indexed in Scilit:
