Abstract
本研究は,大学生を対象にし,努力に対する信念についてその構造を明らかにし,その個人差を測定することができる尺度を作成すること,ならびに努力についての信念が目標追求行動と関連しているのかどうかを検討することを目的とした。研究1ならびに研究2より,努力についての信念は,「重要・必要」,「コスト感」,「才能の低さの象徴」,「効率重視」,「環境依存性」,「義務・当然」そして「外的基準」に分類されることが示され,これら7つの下位尺度から成る努力についての信念尺度を作成した。研究2―研究4より,本研究で作成した「努力についての信念尺度」は,一定の信頼性(内的一貫性と時間的安定性)と妥当性(構造的な側面の証拠,外的な側面の証拠)を備え持っていることが確認された。また,研究4より,個人が持っている努力についての信念によって,目標達成が困難になった時の目標追求の仕方が異なることが示され,努力についての信念は行動を規定する要因であることが明らかとなった。今後は,本研究で作成された「努力についての信念尺度」を用いて,さまざまな行動(e.g., 学習行動)との関連について検討することが望まれる。This publication has 22 references indexed in Scilit:
