Abstract

The legal system of studies of the German federal states Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria are being consulted as possible sources of impulse for the Austrian statutes of studies. Starting point of this comparative law considerations is the in the governing body standard originating efficiency (enhancing), or rather, liability enhancing effect. Concrete regulations are subject to functional juridical comparison and discussed in an Austrian legislative context.
