Abstract

La evolución de patrimonio histórico-artístico a patrimonio cultural trajo consigo la aceptación de la parte intangible de los bienes culturales. Sin embargo, la tendencia a separar patrimonio material de inmaterial termina por perjudicar al segundo, cuya fragilidad es enorme frente al contexto actual. Una ampliación de las políticas de protección administrativa y jurídica del componente inmaterial del patrimonio cultural es indispensable para su preservación. The development from Historical-artistic heritage to Cultural heritage led to the acceptance of the Intangible Cultural Heritage. However, the separation of the tangible and intangible cultural heritage is having an adverse effect on the latter, due to its enormous fragility at present. So as it can be preserved, it is essential to increase the Intangible Cultural Heritage protection policies and regulations.
