Kleine-Levin syndrome is a rare disease characterized by periodic hypersomnia, cognitive impairment, and behavioral disorders, such as hyperphagia and hypersexuality. It is common among adolescents and males. It has an unknown etiology. Two patients were discussed with the backings of literature in order to increase the awareness of clinicians, considering that there is a limited information regarding the syndrome. Keywords
