The study made it possible to identify a wide range of issues that affect the passage to distance learning, as well as to define the prospective directions and problem areas of the digital environment at universities as part of domestic digital economy. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development of tasks for a successful transfer of universities to distance or blended learning.
