Abstract
The world is now in an era of globalization. With the deepening of China’s opening-up and the continuous promotion of China’s international status, more and more new talents with international vision are needed, sino-foreign cooperation in running schools is an effective measure to realize the internationalization of higher education. At present, there are still some problems to be solved in the practical running process of sino-foreign cooperatively-run schools, especially the teachers’ teaching ability plays a vital role in the quality of talent training. This paper takes the Logistics Engineering Specialty of Beijing Union University as the research object, and analyzes the channels and ways to improve the teaching ability of professional teachers through the construction of virtual teaching and research office of Chinese and foreign teacher teams. It can provide some reference for the improvement of the teachers’ ability in the same kind of cooperative school-running specialty.
