The purpose of this research is to know the correlation of the effective learning condition with the motivation to study the students of VII grade of junior high school 03 Sepauk academic year 2015/2016. The research method used is quantitative method, the form of research is relationship studies or correlation. Data collection techniques use indirect communication techniques and document studies. While the data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire, and photographs during the research. The results of his research are as follows (1). The condition of teaching and learning of grade VII students of Junior High School 03 Sepauk Lesson Year 2015/2016 with an average of 61.18 included in either category. (2). The Motivation of Grade VII Students of First State Junior High School 03 Sepauk Lesson Year 2015/2016 with average 74,20 included in good category. Based on the calculation of tcount> ttable (3.786> 2,000), the conclusion of the study there is a significant relationship between the condition of effective learning (X) with student learning motivation (Y)Keywords: Effective Learning Conditions, Learning MotivationAbstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kondisi belajar mengajar yang efektif dengan motivasi belajar siswa kelas VII sekolah menengah pertama negeri 03 Sepauk tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, bentuk penelitian yaitu studi hubungan atau korelasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik komunikasi tidak langsung dan studi dokumen. Sedangkan alat pengumpulan data berupa lembar angket, dan foto-foto pada saat penelitian. Hasil penelitiannya yaitu sebagai berikut (1). Kondisi belajar mengajar siswa kelas VII Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 03 Sepauk Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016 dengan rata-rata 61,18 termasuk dalam kategori baik. (2). Motivasi belajar siswa kelas VII Sekolah Menegah Pertama Negeti 03 Sepauk Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016 dengan rata-rata 74,20 termasuk dalam kategori baik.
