Abstract
Bibliotherapy is an effective way to alleviate college students’ psychological distress. Aiming at the current psychological situation of college students, this study explored the application path of bibliotherapy in college students’ mental health care from the perspective of reading behavior and cognition of Bibliotherapy. A total of 196 valid questionnaires were collected. Based on the survey of college students’ psychological status and reading behavior through questionnaires, this paper analyzes the advantages and current situation of bibliotherapy in college students’ group mental health care, and explores the application of bibliotherapy in college students’ mental health care from the aspects of establishing bibliotherapy activity groups, selecting bibliographic topics, exploring implementation forms, and evaluating implementation effects, which provides a new method for improving college students’ mental health.
