Abstract
在选择性催化还原技术(SCR)脱硝系统设计阶段,计算流体力学(CFD)是十分重要的工具。使用CFD软件模拟SCR系统内烟气与还原剂的分布,能够通过流场的计算结果不断优化脱硝系统。本文列举及总结了目前在导流板、整流格栅及喷氨格栅等结构上的模拟优化情况,为SCR系统流场模拟优化工作提供一些思路。 In the design stage of the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitration system, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is a very significant tool. The use of CFD software to simulate the distribution of flue gas and reduction agent in the SCR system can continuously optimize the denitration system through the calculation results of the flow field. This paper enumerated and summarized the current simulation and optimization of structures such as deflectors, ammonia injection grids and rectifier grids, in order to provide some ideas for the simulation and optimization of the flow field of SCR systems.
