Abstract
This research aims to know the influence of work from home toward role ambiguity employee. The approach of this research is the quantitative. The population in this study is employees in the Bureau of academic and General Universitas Sulawesi Barat. The sources of the data in this study namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in the study are questionnaire and documentation. The results of this study showed that there is an influence of work from home toward role ambiguity employees.
