Abstract
Анализируются современные представления о понятии качества институтов и формулируется его обобщенное и операциональное понимание. Обоснована трактовка качества института как его легитимности с точки зрения стейкхолдеров последнего. Легитимность объекта или процесса понимается как признание его права на существование, предложена примерная форма вопроса при социологической оценке качества институтов. Обосновано эволюционное определение понятия качества и показано, что идентификация качества институтов с их легитимностью вполне ему соответствует.Keywords
