Abstract
The work studied the biological safety of the use of biodegradable film coatings for the organism of laboratory animals. For different application methods a different composition of polysaccharides (PS) (%) was developed — xanthan and carboxymethyl- cellulose (CMC): spraying (0.60:2.73); by brush (0.90:2.05); wrapping (1.61:1.38) respectively. Different film coating methods were selected for different foodstuffs. This film coating does not have a negative effect on the organism of laboratory animals. Keywords
