Abstract: Answering the challenges in the world of education today is how a teacher is able to provide knowledge to students, in the form of a learning process. Teachers are required to be able to present an interesting learning process so that students have the motivation to follow the learning process from beginning to end. The teacher learning design can combine several methods so that a varied learning process is formed so that the teacher can facilitate all students from various forms of student learning styles. Motivation to learn can also be done by the teacher by giving awards, praise, and mentoring individually or in groups. The motivation of students will produce learning outcomes as desired, because children following the learning process do not feel forced to emerge from within themselves, so that what is given in any form students will be able to process new knowledge for themselves.
