Tourism Pohon Cinta beach tourism area is located in the village of eastren Pohuwato Marisa District Pohuwato Regency. The Pohon Cinta Beach area has become a landmark for Pohuwato district. This has made the motivation of the district goverment to revatilize this beach tourism area. After the revitalization , there have been some visual changes from this area and there have been some additional spot area such as changes in position and facade of building in the food court. Addition to the bridge area, bicycle and jogging track , park and land mark maleo egg area wich is the Pohuwato indentity. The logical consequence of a revitalization is the visual change of this matter will directly affect the change in ones perception , this perception to know wether changes in this form will change ini some regional function s or functional changes in this change Ari this study found that some people’s perception s prefer to the structure of the building mass around the coastline of the responden 50% respond to this, in space and in the function of activities and in the function of activities there is a dense activity at some point because there are visual characteristics of building the describe the character of the area more than 79% of respondent respond. The Renewal of this research is how to see the effect of revitalization of a beach Pohon cinta tourism area , there are 2 spots in very crowded visitors so researchersare interested to see this change in term of the mass circulation of the street forniture , vegetation, that affect the function of the activity, the purpose of this research is to indentify the visually functional visitor’s post perception in the revitalization of the Pohon Cinta beach area so that it becomes a direction for the functional area a the Beach pohon cinta. The metode used in this research is the metode used in this research is the method used in this research is a quantitative method with a rationalist approach , by interview, observation, and the result survey of this research will be published in the national scientific journal with ISSNKawasan wisata pantai pohon cinta terletak di desa Pohuwato timur Kecamatan Marisa Kabupaten Pohuwato.. Kawasan wisata pantai pohon cinta sudah menjadi landmark bagi kabupaten Puhowato. Hal ini yang menjadikan motivasi dari pemerintah kabupaten untuk merevitalisasi kawasan wisata pantai pohon cinta ini. Pasca dari revitalisasi ini ada beberapa perubahan visual dari kawasan ini dan ada beberapa penambahan beberapa spot area seperti perubahan posisi dan facade bangunan pada food court . Penambahan pada area anjungan, bicycle and jogging track, taman dan land mark kawasan telur burung maleo yang menjadi indentitas Pohuwato. konsekwensi logis dari sebuah revitalisasi adalah keterubahan visual hal ini akan secara lansung berdampak pada perubahan persepsi seseorang, persepsi ini untuk mengetahui apakah perubahan pada bentuk ini akan merubah pada beberapa fungsi kawasan atau terjadi fungsional pada perubahan ini. Ari penelitian ini didapatkan beberapa persepsi masyarakat lebih menyukai pada tatanan massa bangunan di sekitar garis sempadan pantai dari responden 50% merespon hal ini, pada ruang dan pada fungsi aktifitas dan pada fungsi aktifitas terjadi aktifitas yang padat pada beberapa titik karana adanya karakter visual bangunan yang mengambarkan karakter kawasan tersebut lebih dari 79% responden merespon hal ini. Keterbaruan dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana melihat akibat revitalisasi dari suatu kawasan wisata pantai pohon cinta ada 2 spot di sangat ramai pengunjung sehingga peniliti tertarik untuk melihat perubahan ini dari segi tata massa sirkulasi vegetasi steet fourniture yang menpenagaruhi fungsi aktifitas tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi persepsi pengunjung secara visual fungsional pasca di revitalisasi kawasan pantai pohon cinta sehingga menjadi arahan desain bagi kawasan pantai pohon cinta yang fungsional. Metoda yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode yang dipakai penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan rasionalistik, dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan suvey. Hasil dari penelitian ini akan dipublikasikan di jurnal ilmiah nasional yang ber ISSN.
